Our Winter Wedding at the Inn
From booking to our big day we were simply blown away by our experience with the Inn and all of the folks at Frungillo Caterers, who helped turn every one of our ideas into a curated reality for us and our 180 guests!
Ed and Michelle at Frungillo provided first-class service to us from planning stages, right up to and during our big day, and created the most magical experience for our friends and family staying with us at the Inn for the Weekend!
The grounds were immaculate, perfectly decorated for Christmas, and managed expertly by the amazing Tricia, the Innkeeper. She is truly one of the most wonderfully kind, organized and attentive individuals we have ever worked with, and she was instrumental in the creation of our own little village at the Inn for the weekend. None of our guests, many of whom had traveled from the West Coast and Europe wanted to leave, the cozy Inn and celebrations were just that incredible! The food was delectable and served promptly with care, and the drinks at the bars were perfect! Shoutout to Kevin who cared for us at the Rehearsal Dinner and After Party, it was amazing!
Our wedding day was supervised by the lovely Katherine, who made every small request we made into a reality - providing us with some of the most amazing service we have ever seen!
As well as the amazing Tracey, who it must be said, was simply spectacular! She provided 5 star service the entire day, from getting ready right up to the after party - she is someone every bride or groom needs with them on their big day, and just the warmest and kindest service as well!
We had the most amazing weekend of our lives at the Inn, and if you're looking for the very same, book it today, you will not be sorry!
Thank you, thank you, thank you to the amazing staff at the Inn and Frungillo again, you are all simply the best!

My wedding was at the Inn on 4/19/25. Having our wedding at the Inn was above and beyond all my expectations. It is clear the property is beautiful! We loved how unique the setting is and the history. There are not many properties that offer you multiple building locations for your day plus the ability to stay onsite with around 40 guests!
What really blew me away was the entire staff and how good the food is! Tracey was our Maitre De, wow from the calls prior to the wedding to the day of I knew I was in such good hands. Tracey was like having another friend there the day of making sure me and my family were taken care of and making everything happen, I literally did not have to worry about a thing. I cannot express my gratitude to have wonderful this team is. Tracey had a captain Lia with her all day who was so kind and also was there for anything we needed, checking in all throughout the day!
When I tell you the food is so good, I have never been to a wedding where so many guests were raving about cocktail hour AND the dinner meals. We were blown away at our tasting and the day of at how good everything was.
Tricia the inn keeper, is so lovely. She was so helpful working with us and our guests. Truly a world class staff all around.
If you are looking for a charming, boho, rustic venue. This is it, you will not be disappointed.

We got married at the Inn at Millrace Pond in February 2025. It was the best wedding weekend we could ask for! The grounds are beautiful and historical. The bridal suite and inn rooms were great. It was so nice to stay on property with friends and family. The reception barn was the perfect set up for our 115 guests. The Tavern on property was a great atmosphere for our after party.
Michelle was helpful through out the planning process. Tracey was my maitre’d. She was incredible. She spent time talking with my husband and I on the phone and through text the week prior to our wedding. She had great advice and was so helpful. Everything ran smoothly because of her and our bridal attendant, Lia. Tracey also took photos and videos throughout the night that captured so many great moments.
Even though we didn’t get a chance to eat, our guests shared that the food was delicious. We had the Millrace salad, rigatoni vodka pasta, and a choice of filet mignon, salmon, caprese chicken and vegetarian option. It was plated beautifully. It came out hot, was a good portion size, and did not taste mass made. Everyone liked their meal options. I heard the most compliments about the filet mignon.
I couldn’t be happier with our decision to have our wedding at the Inn at Millrace Pond. It was a dream come true.

I had the most beautiful and magical wedding at the Inn at Millrace Pond on September 20th, 2024! From the stunning grounds, to the delicious food, and professional staff I was blown away. I fell in love with the venue when I first toured it because it feels like such a unique and hidden gem in Hope, NJ. It’s like you are stepping back in time to your own intimate historic village. I loved that there was a beautiful bridal suite to get ready and stay overnight in. The newly built reception “barn” is stunning, as well as the design of the bathrooms. The ability to have the after party in the Tavern was so fun as it’s another really cool space for guests to enjoy. We were all outside of the Tavern and hanging out by the fire pit until 2 am which was truly so fun and special!
Besides the fairytale setting, my guests all raved that the food was amazing. Frungillo’s as a caterer is wonderful and they provide so much food for your guests so absolutely no one is going home hungry!
Lastly, the staff are all so kind and professional. Tracey was my maitre d and she was so easy to work with. She communicated with me leading up to the wedding and the day of was extremely attentive. Tracey sent me tons of photos and videos she took on her phone throughout the wedding day afterwards which was so sweet and thoughtful! Michelle Frungillo was also so helpful and even held my dog (who was in the wedding) for a little while we were taking some of our pictures! Overall this venue is such a special place I wish I could get married here again!!

The dreamiest, fairytale-esque wedding venue.
We had the most magical wedding day at The Inn. We loved visiting throughout the year leading up to our wedding, to see how lovely the property changed throughout the seasons, while also being graciously welcomed by the staff. And the wedding hadn’t even begun yet!
Keri & Tracey (& Leah) were my right and left hand women throughout the day. As an event planner myself, I understand the inner workings of bringing special events to life- it is my livelihood. I had such high standards on making our wedding absolutely perfect- once I met these women, I knew it would be.
Keri and Tracey kept me calm & fed, and facilitated the most unbelievable day I could have imagined. This is a team of professionals- everything was flawless from the morning shenanigans, ceremony, cocktail, reception & our sparkler exit that required all hands on deck (!!!) I was absolutely blown away by their professionalism, attention to detail, and mission on making sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted. Events never go exactly as envisioned- but I can say my wedding was that, and more! We didn’t want to say goodbye!
We continue to receive praise on how beautiful the property was, how spacious yet intimate it was, how delicious and perfectly timed the food was, and how graceful the staff was.
Trust that you will not only have your wedding in a beautiful place, but that it is managed by a team of professionals who care about you and your vision. You are not just another wedding- this is not that type of venue. You can see in the photos that each wedding here is perfectly unique, and that is because they want you to have it YOUR way.
Honorable mention: Tricia, the Innkeeper, a gracious host and such a welcoming spirit who ensured our guest rooms were clean and ready on time, and that our breakfast was hot & cozy.
Having your wedding here feels like having it at your own home ♥️ We can’t wait to visit again!

We recently celebrated our wedding at The Inn at Millrace Pond, and it truly was the wedding of our dreams. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of magical. The stunning fall scenery created the most beautiful backdrop for our special day—the vibrant colors of the leaves, the crisp autumn air, and the rustic charm of the inn made everything picture-perfect.
What really set the experience apart was the incredible staff. Every single person we worked with was professional, efficient, and above all, kind. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was exactly how we envisioned it. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they shared our vision every step of the way, helping to bring it to life flawlessly.
We can’t say enough about Michelle, the director of planning, who was amazing from the very first meeting until our wedding day. She was an absolute joy to work with, guiding us through the entire process with expertise and patience. Michelle made sure our every wish was heard, and her dedication to making our day perfect was evident in every interaction. She truly became an integral part of our journey and ensured everything went off without a hitch.
The farm-to-table food was absolutely outstanding! From the abundance of delicious samples during the cocktail hour to the exquisite meals served at dinner, each bite was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our guests are still raving about the quality and variety. The seamless organization of the food stations, both indoors and outdoors, was expertly handled by Tracey, the on-site coordinator. She ensured the flow of the event was smooth and that every guest had access to all the amazing culinary offerings. It was truly a feast to remember.
A special shoutout also goes to our day-of coordinator, Tracey, whose professionalism and warm personality truly made our day even more special. Not only was she on top of every aspect of the event, but she also ensured that we were comfortable and taken care of throughout the day. She was attentive to our needs, and even made sure to bring us drinks and appetizers during cocktail hour so we wouldn’t miss out on enjoying a bite while greeting our guests.
Thanks to the team at The Inn at Millrace Pond, we were able to relax and truly enjoy our day, knowing that everything was taken care of. We are beyond happy with how everything turned out—it was more than we could have ever hoped for. If you’re looking for a wedding venue where you’ll be supported by an amazing staff and surrounded by breathtaking scenery, this is the place for you!
Thank you, Inn at Millrace Pond, for making our wedding day unforgettable!

Our wedding reception on April 13th 2024 at The Inn at Millrace Pond was an absolute dream come true, and we owe it all to everyone at The Inn. The Frungillo Family, Tracey, Trish, Maria...the entire team. From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we knew we were in for something special. The Frungillo Family's dedication to excellence was evident in every aspect of our experience, from the seamless planning process to the flawless execution on the day of the event. Michelle was so awesome when it came to corresponding back and forth throughout the entire planning process.
Tracey, our incredible Maitre D, deserves special recognition for her unwavering support and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to ensure that every moment of our reception was perfect, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy the celebration.
And let's not forget about the food! The delicious cuisine prepared by the talented chefs was an absolute highlight of the evening. Our guests are still raving about the amazing flavors and presentation!! Cocktail hour started the night strong and continued into dinner.
Last but certainly not least, the venue itself was nothing short of breathtaking. The natural beauty of The Inn at Millrace Pond provided the perfect backdrop for our special day, and we couldn't have asked for a more picturesque setting.
We are endlessly thankful to The Frungillo Family, Tracey, Trish, Maria and everyone at The Inn at Millrace Pond for making our wedding reception so beautiful and memorable. They truly exceeded our wildest expectations, and we will cherish the memories of our special day forever.

Where do I even begin? The Inn at Millrace Pond is the perfect wedding venue in New Jersey. If you are looking for an all-inclusive venue and personalized experience from catering, to accommodations- you NEED to check out the inn! You get the entire property to yourself the day and night of your wedding, and there are so many unique spaces! They recently built a brand new reception barn and a cocktail hour space which are absolutely gorgeous. This venue is super charming and historic, but has been refurbished with modern touches and feels like you are stepping into another world for the day of your wedding, away from the stresses of modern life. It is so peaceful in the quaint little town of Hope, NJ. Michelle, the sales manager was beyond helpful throughout the whole planning process, and the day-of staff blew our expectations out of the water with their attentiveness to detail and help throughout the day. The innkeeper, Tricia charmed all of our guests with her kind and uplifting spirit and, along with Keri and my bridal attendant and Tracey, helped me and my girls with our requests all day long- they even took candid photos throughout the day and sent them to me which was incredible! Our maître d' Linda was absolutely incredible and made sure the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party all flowed seamlessly. Even when we had to move our ceremony inside at the last minute due to rain, the team went above and beyond to ensure that it was beautiful (and the reception barn fireplace/mantle gives such a beautiful indoor ceremony space backdrop, I would do it all over again!) The food was incredible- our guests are still raving! I cannot recommend this venue enough!

We are so so beyond grateful we chose this venue for our wedding. The privacy of the property, the convenience of the rooms, the bridal suite ♥️♥️ everything was absolutely perfect. The staff cared for us with such genuineness and warmth - Tracey and Aloura specifically shaped the day into the beauty it was. Thank you all for everything. Our guests adored the venue, its intimacy, and its energy. Highly recommend for couples looking for privacy and a balance of a rustic and modern but very very down to earth space.

The accommodations were clean, need and tidy thanks so much to Tricia, and the wedding was out of a storybook! Ed, the Maitre'ed, and Tracey, his assistant, were on top of everything! They were both there always a step ahead to help with everything we needed! The food was delicious, probably the best food we've had at a wedding in years and the day was just so wonderful! Eddie, Tricia, Haley and Tracey were absolutely amazing. They made our day the most perfect. The Venue it’s self is beautiful and when the lights on, it makes it even more so. I can not at all say any bad word about our process with The Inn, so helpful and so hands on. They make it so easy and they make your day so amazing. Trish was absolutely amazing with all the guests, Eddie was amazing with the planning of the wedding, Tracey was incredibly helpful with the in-day stuff and getting all the things together and Haley was so helpful with all the bridal party requests. The Inn is a perfect venue to have your wedding, it will be absolutely beautiful and the people involved are so hands on. We cousln’t have asked for a better day. They made it 100% perfect. Oh and the chef, you’re getting 5 star food. If this was Yelp I’d give 5 stars and would renew my vows with my wife every year at The Inn.

We had our wedding on November 10th 2023. Everything was absolutely PERFECT! From the food, to the grounds, and everything in between, everyone raved about the venue. It could not have come together as it did without Ed, Tracy, Hailey, and Tricia all running around the day of and making sure we had what we needed and that everything was perfect, as well as Michelle and Maria through the planning process. We can’t thank everyone at Frungillo for all of their help throughout the wedding planning process. It was everything we dreamed of and more. To say the day was a dream, is let even to describe it. Working for a wedding venue myself - the inn pulled out all the stops and made my dream wedding come true. From the moment I toured with Maria, to planning with Ed and the day of with Ed, Tracy and the whole team. I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect and magical day. I had a weather decision by noon, as it was very overcast and spitting rain but I WANTED it outside. My MOH and bridesmaids husbands brought tarps which the inn put down and we had it outside and it was exactly what I wanted. From cocktail hour to the reception, the food was unmatched. The cake was amazing. We even had a slight issue with my dad where he had to be rushed the the ER and the whole team was more than attentive and has been in contact since. I couldn’t recommend this place more! Truly the best day of my life.

Venue ⛪️: I happened upon The Inn at Millrace Pond because someone posted pictures of the venue on facebook. We had already started looking at venues and my fiance didn’t even want me to book a tour here because he felt we had too many tours planned already. I am so glad that I didn’t listen to him, because we both fell in love with the Inn as soon as we stepped foot on the grounds. The Inn perfectly combined our styles. I love the old-world, rustic charm that the Inn has to offer and Dan loves the new, modern touches that the recently renovated barn has to offer. I love that the grounds make you feel as if you’ve stepped into a private village. Maria, who gave us our guided tour was awesome and answered all of our questions. Ed, our event manager/maitre’d was amazing at guiding us through the planning process and making sure that things ran smoothly. He did become a little hard to get in touch with as our wedding date got closer (probably due to it being busy season), but leading up to our finals meeting, he was very good at getting back to me. Tracey, his assistant, was outstanding the day of our wedding and SO sweet! The staff made sure that our day was flawless, despite the many challenges that we faced due to the weather. The food was FANTASTIC! The venue looked stunning! Every staff member was professional, helpful, and genuinely so happy for us! It felt like we were surrounded by extra friends that day. My only complaint would be that Dan and I didn’t get to eat enough of the delicious food during cocktail hour because we were too busy saying hello to everyone (luckily Tracey was so wonderful and brought us a plate of food from cocktail hour so that we could enjoy some nibbles during the reception). The kitchen staff literally made a separate meal just for me because during our tasting I loved one dish, but we didn’t choose it as a menu choice for our guests. We truly had a magical day despite the tropical storm that was rolling through!
Hotel 🏨- The Inn at Millrace Pond: Tricia, the innkeeper was super helpful in booking the rooms on-site. She made sure that the priority rooms were cleaned in a timely fashion so that our guests could get ready. We had a delicious morning after breakfast with our guests that stayed on site. There were many food and drink options - there was definitely something for everyone! Everyone was happy with their stay on site. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were comfortable. They even accommodated our dog in one of their pet friendly rooms so that we could have him with us on our wedding day. One of the other things that we loved about the Inn is that we can go back to stay at the Inn after our wedding! We will definitely be back for anniversary trips!

Our daughter was married here in June 2023. I cannot say enough good things about the inn. We initial spoke to Maria I believe she is in sales . She was so helpful and accommodating and after showing us the grounds which are beautiful and the new modern farmhouse that was completed in May 2023 we were blown away and new this was the place . Maria even came the day of my daughters wedding just to see our vision come alive and also to say good luck. I thought how sweet was that that she took the time to do so.
The Inn at Millrace is modern farmhouse reception meets old farmhouse for the cocktail hour since they were attached it made it so unique, and what was even nicer was that we had the availability of the old farmhouse During our reception to use as well.
We could have chosen the gristmill for the cocktail hour I believe which is spectacular too as it’s 200 years old but our wedding guest size was too large but it surely made a great after party for us to all to party in
The Inn I believe has 16 rooms and the most amazing bridal suite that is a converted barn . The Character and charm it had was beautiful and the newlyweds can stay in this amazing space along with their guest at the Inn and not have to leave the grounds which made things so convenient.
It also serves as an amazing bridal suite for the bride to get ready in with her bridal party. Tracy was our bridal attendant and although they may not serve food as it’s something you have the option to bring in which honestly I believe would be an amazing touch if they offered that option for you even if they had to charge for it as it was a little bit much getting everything together to bring to this suite the morning of. The Inn did provide water and coffee set up and a few things but not food.
Tracy are bridal attendant who also cared for our head tables and bride and groom throughout the day was an absolute “GEM”. Caring, helpful, kind and totally attentive throughout the entire day and evening Always making sure even during photos that we all had enough to eat and drink and went out of her way for everything.
Since my daughter’s wedding was a true DIY we needed to get into the venue prior to her Thursday wedding. They were incredibly accommodating allowing us to stay there for hours the Tuesday before in setting up our vision.
Eddie was the maître d and he is busy sometimes not being able to get back to us in time with some questions we had prior to event however with we cannot say enough great things about Eddie either . He was so accommodating attentive and kind as well and is excellent at what he does.
Tracy and Eddie would make an incredible team. I feel like Tracy should be Eddie’s assistant they would make a killer duo together.
Our guest could not have said enough greater things about the food and the whole venue itself. Incredible caterers, absolute delicious food and everything was seamless.
The price point for all we got was totally worth every penny .
We did an outdoor ceremony and having someone who can delegate that a bit smoother would of been a bit more helpful .
Our extended family stayed at the inn and loved their stay . Even the innkeeper Trish was helpful that day.
If you are looking for a great country unique setting in beautiful Hope nj and want the added touches of old meets new modern farm house with a beautiful old inn for your guest to stay plus the best food ever The Inn at Millrace was top notch. We couldn’t of been happier in the most magical day our family shared in together. Thank you Inn at Millrace our daughters wedding was a dream come true!

I cannot put into words what the Frungillo family did for us for our wedding day. We booked the Inn at Millrace Pond when the barn house was still a concrete slab - just to show the trust we have in them. From the walkthrough and planning process with Michelle and Robert, to the day off with Gerry and Linda, everything was spectacular. Upon entering, our guests were greeting with espresso martini or champagne shooters which were delicious. Not only that, our guests could not stop raving about the food. The fresh mozz station was a hit, and our pasta and Tuscan stations were top notch. To top it all off, everyone’s filet (their top dish) was cooked to perfection. Some people even ate their table’s leftovers it was that good! We even had an afterparty at the gristmill… and you already know by this point how that went. All of our guests stayed at the venue in the multiple rooms they have to offer and we were able to have a brunch the next day to recap all the memories from the night before. I wouldn’t have booked my wedding with anyone else but the Frungillo’s. They’re not just your friends, they’re family. Thank you thank you!!

I wish I could give a 10 star rating. Frungillo caterers was absolutely amazing ! The ceremony went flawlessly. The food was amazing from the cocktail hour to the dinner to the cake and pastries — and the open bar was all top quality liquor . Our maitre d went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day! The staff at Frungillos were professional and courteous. Our bridal and groomsmen suite attendant made sure we had everything we needed ! I couldn’t give a better review about Frungillos. Everything that was promised was given and then some. Robert the owner went above and beyond by running to the store to buy my son Red Bull that they didn’t normally have when I asked if they had it. Everything takes place at various locations on the property - your hotel rooms, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception - so the day becomes super convenient.
The staff is extremely professional and accommodating, and the venue is absolutely beautiful with flowers and lighting.
We got married weeks ago and our guests are still talking about how awesome the venue was. Have your wedding here - you won't regret it!

My wedding was here just a month ago and I am happy to say it was a perfect day, all thanks to the Inn. Jessica and Taylor work so hard to make your day special and I can't praise them enough! My family has been coming to the Inn for years, since I was little! They always have great food and a lovely atmosphere. I can't thank the Inn enough for all they did and made our day amazing. Thank you all again so much, I'm sure you'll see us around for dinner! 😉❤💍💐

We got married here 7.7.18. The venu is absolutely beautiful and Taylor who you will work with most of the time here was so nice and helpful. All of my guest loved the venue and it’s nice because you have an option to have an after party in the mill after your wedding to give you a little extra time Which everybody loved. Would totally recommend the the Inn at Millrace Pond to anybody looking for a wedding venue!

We just got married at the Inn on June 30th and I could not be more pleased. We had a small wedding of 60 people so we were able to do everything through the inn, and use their dining room. The food was incredible, the staff kept things rolling, and everyone was always asking if there was anything they could do. Sue-Ann kept the ceremony running on schedule and helped everything go flawlessly.

Frungillo Caterers manages the weddings at The Inn at Millrace Pond. Unfortunately, when I had to cancel my wedding they made the process unbearable. My contact at the Inn promptly refunded the deposit I had put down for the guest rooms. I, then, reached out to my contact at Frungillo. He informed me my cancellation must be sent via email to the owner Gerald Frungillo. It took him a week shy of two months to respond to my emails. When he finally did, it was to simply confirm he received my cancellation and not address my other questions. Most people do not go into wedding planning thinking they will have to cancel, but life happens. I would not recommend Frungillo Caterers to anyone because of this terrible experience. It is terrible that they are bringing down the reputation of the wonderful people at the actual venue.

My husband and I got married at the Inn at Millrace Pond, late October 2017. And it was absolutely beautiful. I think that the entire venue speaks for itself. It is very clean, and well kept, and maintained properly.. The Inn, the meeting house, the mill. It is all historic and absolutely gorgeous. It was a combination of what my husband and I had been looking for. And our guests are still talking about how charming and different the venue was.. We had 100 people attend our wedding and everyone fit comfortably with the set up for the ceremony and the reception. It was perfect. The staff of the Inn was also wonderful and VERY accommodating. There seemed to be, however, A LOT of miscommunication between the Inn and the caterers on who was supposed to handle what. But everyone was always in communication with my husband and I, and in the end it all worked out. And everyone was very helpful and nice.. We also booked most of the rooms on the property for our guests to stay the night, after the wedding, and the tavern for the after party.. Everything went smoothly. There were a few people who were not guests at the wedding who wandered into the tavern during the after party, (you pay to rent the tavern out just for your guests), but the bartenders took care of it quickly. Also, there was a wedding the night before and the entire place was cleaned up before we even got there (at 9 AM), the morning of the wedding. And since we were married on a Sunday, they were also very helpful and accommodating about when we could do the rehearsal. I would recommend this venue to anyone. The staff is very friendly and helpful and this venue is just breathtaking!

Our wedding day was perfect. Looking back, there was not one thing we would have changed. We were married a couple weeks ago on November 10 - we had a small wedding (40 people), so I cannot vouch for the caterer, tent etc. but I can say that this is the perfect venue for anyone who is looking for something unique and intimate. The grounds are unbelievably gorgeous (at any time of year!) and every staff member we've come in contact with has been nothing but pleasant.
We planned to get married outside on the lawn in front of the meeting house, but it ended up being FREEZING that day (high of 32 - go figure), so we made the call early on to have the ceremony inside the meeting house, in a room with a fireplace upstairs. I was a little bummed about that until I walked through the morning of and saw how the fireplace mantle was decorated - Peggy Patton (the florist who works onsite), did a phenomenal job on absolutely everything. If you get married here and don't use Peggy as your florist, you are insane - she does amazing work and was so helpful throughout the planning process. She did the mantle (which would have been the arbor if we had the ceremony outside), our bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces and all of it was absolutely beautiful.
After seeing Peggy's work, my nerves settled down a little - and everything else fell into place. I worked with Sue-Ann, the General Manager of the Inn, throughout the planning process as well - she is exactly what I needed in a "wedding planner" - reassuring and extremely accommodating. She even let our two dogs be a part of our day and "babysat" one of them (who tends to be a little more rambunctious) in the back of the room during the ceremony. Afterwards, our group was sent down to the tavern for the reception/after party; every aspect of this was perfect, from the food (the restaurant was able to cook since our group was so small), to the room setup, and so on. I have to thank Sue-Ann and the Inn staff for this as they had every detail covered, and the bartenders even helped us gather all of our DIY decor to grab the following day (which helped immensely, considering most of us had heavy heads!)
Again, I cannot put into words how awesome our wedding day was... just reliving it through this review has made me so happy. We can’t wait to celebrate our anniversaries here for years to come!

We got married on Sept. 16th 2017 here. All of our guests were so impressed with the venue. IT was beautifully kept. While there was a wedding there the day before, the place was cleaned up and ready for us pretty early on.
Taylor was great (she runs the inn) at details for guests and the bar. They were all receptive to the fact that we could wait to the last minute for a rain plan (and thankfully didn't need it). The tent was so comfortable even on a humid warm day with fans. The dance floor was a little small (125 people) though no one cared and danced outside of it.
The bar afterward was perfect for the after-party; after that the new fire-pit was a huge hit. There are extra charges for this but do not regret spending some money for those options.
We also used the Flower Mill and Peggy (florist) was one of the all-stars of the day, paying attention to every detail and made all of the grounds look fantastic. Our photographers were so excited to take pictures at this venue.
Would make the same choice again.

The property is beautiful 5 stars, the caterers for the property Frungillo's is 5 stars, Peggy the flower mill on the property was our florist and she was beyond 5 stars, the restaurant is also very good 4 stars but the organization and availability of the inn staff is limited. If you and your fiancé work full time it isn't easy. All in all things worked out but making sure everything was in place wasn't easy. Valet service is through the Inn but no one was there when guests started to arrive from the ceremony to cocktail hour. The lot is small, so it filled up quickly and myself and my new husband had to direct people until finally the restaurant manager came to our rescue! Really someone from the Inn should've been there making sure that things went off without a hitch and then left once the reception started. Overall we had a perfect day but of all the pieces the Inn's organization felt the most disappointing and they didn't seem concerned about their mistake. We wouldn't have changed our venue because we loved it, but wanted to let other people looking to know just stay on top of the details here!!

My wedding was absolutely the best day of my life. That was in large part because the Inn at Millrace Pond turned out a spectacular event. I had several friends tell me it was one of the best weddings they have attended--I always wanted a rustic wedding NOT in a reception hall, and this scenic spot fit the bill. It felt like a destination wedding without having to go very far, especially since it is also a bed and breakfast. It was SO beautiful, the staff was fantastic, Taylor was the best. Frungillo Caterers did an exceptional job setting up, and the food was fantastic!
The best compliment from one of my guests: "I have never seen the bride enjoy herself so much at her own wedding". I was relaxed, happy, and had no worries because I knew everything was taken care of so flawlessly. I'm so glad I found this place and can't wait to go back to celebrate many happy occasions throughout our marriage.

We used the beautiful property and tent at the Inn at Millrace Pond for our ceremony and reception site (catered by Frungillo Caterers). We were looking for a unique, outdoor setting with an easy rain plan and got just what we asked for. It rained ALL DAY! Fortunately, the rain slowed down and we were able to get gorgeous outdoor pictures. The tent converted beautifully to a ceremony site. We moved next door to the historic Meeting House for cocktail hour and back to the tent for the reception...flawlessly!
We used many of the Inn's offered services including a room block of all 17 rooms, bridal party lunch, after party in the tavern and morning after breakfast. We wanted one-stop shopping and the Inn was perfect for that. We worked with Daniel and Taylor for more than a year and they were absolutely phenomenal! They were so friendly with all of our requests and helped us arrange so many details. They even helped my husband deliver champagne with rose ice cubes to my bridal suite while I was getting ready with the girls.
The bridal party lunch and breakfast food was great. The tavern was such a cool location for an after party. Our guests had many compliments.
Thank you Inn at Millrace Pond for making an unforgettable experience! We loved our wedding weekend!

It disheartens me to have to leave a poor review for the Inn. We fell in love with the Inn and were beyond excited to have our wedding there, this location is BEAUTIFUL! What you should know when booking a wedding here is that Frungillo runs the ceremony and reception and the Inn is responsible for any rooms you book, rehearsal dinner, after party, etc. if you should choose to book with them. Unfortunately, the communication between the Inn and Frungillo is extremely poor. When we booked our wedding (well over a year in advanced) we booked every room in the Inn for both Friday and Saturday nights, booked our rehearsal dinner Friday night and after party Saturday night at the Inn. Frungillo booked a Friday night wedding and we started receiving calls from both the caterer and the Inn asking us to release rooms for Friday night. Unfortunately, we were unable to because we had family coming in from out of town and our rooms were full. They continued to ask us to check in late on Friday up until a few days before the wedding. We were also under the impression that our rehearsal dinner would be in the downstairs tavern however due to serious miscommunication issues we were informed 2 days before the wedding that this would not be the case, I was beyond disappointed. Furthermore, we paid an additional fee to have a private room after party in the tavern and arranged to pay for the entire bar tab. When we arrived to the tavern for the after party we were surprised to find other people at the bar and the bartender began charging our guests. When we paid an extra fee to have our room be private we did not expect anyone other than our guests to be in the room and it was mortifying to invite our guests to our after party only to have them charged. The Inn did agree to refund those who's card was charged but the damage was done. The bartender also seemed annoyed when we asked him to ask the other guests to leave seeing as how we paid to have the room private. There were also issues with our rooms, for instance there was a leak in the ceiling of one of the rooms that was never fixed. Our bridal suite was never cleaned, we got to the room after the wedding hoping to take a bubble bath only to find that the tub was never cleaned, and when we arrived they couldn't find the key to our room causing us to have to rush to get to our rehearsal dinner on time. Also, one of our guests was charged twice for her room. Lexie, Taylor, and Dan are all amazing and a true pleasure to work with. However, unfortunately the manager Sue-Ann is disorganized, uncommunicative, and difficult to work with. Finally, when we checked out on Sunday the woman at the front desk was BEYOND rude and treated us so poorly it was embarrassing. Overall, the Inn was just such a poor experience and I was extremely disappointed.

We worked with Taylor throughout our planning process for our wedding at the Inn at Millrace Pond. She was absolutely amazing and always responded to our emails quickly no matter how small or large the question was. She and Sue really keep the best interest of their couples at heart and worked with us to make our vision of our perfect day come true. The Inn truly feels like your home where you invite all of your family and friends to celebrate one of the most important days of your life with you. One of my favorite parts about getting married at the Inn, was being able to visit the Inn on multiple occasions throughout the year. The food at the restaurant is honestly so delicious that I started to make up excuses to visit the Inn during the year. We also had a small “after-party” at the tavern in the Inn after the wedding and let me tell you I’ve been hearing about how delicious the food was from all of my guests! We also filled the entire Inn with our guests and were able to continue the celebrations into the next morning by sharing (delicious!) breakfast with many of the guests. The rooms are just adorable and have so much character and it was so nice to have all of the festivities all in one place. The Inn is absolutely an amazing place to get married and even just to visit. I can’t wait to go back for years to come to celebrate our anniversaries!

We are so glad we chose The Inn at Millrace Pond for our October wedding. We lucked out with a beautiful, sunny day that only added to the picturesque setting at the Inn, especially with the leaves changing colors. The staff at the Inn is professional, helpful & friendly. The rooms are old but well maintained & clean. They were flexible with me in reserving all of the rooms at the Inn & kept me in the loop when rooms opened up for the night before my wedding. They cleaned my bridal suite for me very early Saturday so I could get in there & start getting ready. As another bride pointed out, they do not give you a free room if you book all of the rooms but we did receive a 10% discount on each room for booking more than 10 rooms. Having breakfast included in everyone's room rate allowed us to enjoy breakfast with our family and friends who stayed at the Inn on Sunday morning without spending even more money. We could have opened the breakfast up to other people but the hours (8-10am only), size limitations & because the Inn was in the opposite direction of our other hotel and where most guests needed to drive to get home, we decided against it. Given the quality of the breakfast, we would've been disappointed if I paid $12/person to include other guests. One thing to note, the Inn (& not Frungillo Caterers who handles the cocktail hour/wedding reception food) is in charge of the "after party" in the tavern, if you choose to have one. We fell in love with the tavern, especially the fireplace, & decided to have an after party. I understand the after parties used to be overseen by Frungillo but the Inn is now taking this element over but we were misinformed on several different occasions about closing time, alcohol available & bartenders, which was a little frustrating. I would recommend working with Daniel, the Innkeeper, directly on after party items. Aside from those very minor things, it was our dream wedding and we're very grateful to the Inn staff!

My new husband and I fell in love with the Inn at Millrace Pond at our first visit. We knew within 15 minutes it was the perfect place for the simple, rustic & fun wedding we wanted to have. The Inn is absolutely breathtaking in the fall, and it is truly a unique wedding location.
Our experience working with the staff at the Inn was very positive - everyone we encountered was hard working & friendly. The cleaning crew worked VERY hard to have rooms ready for me and my bridesmaids to get into early on our wedding day, when they had a wedding the night before.
The Inn has so many great features that add to the overall wedding experience- a restaurant with delicious food for lunch or a rehearsal dinner, the Tavern (which is an amazing late-night hangout), the fire pit (we made S'mores!), and the rooms for your bridal party/family/guests.
The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the Inn did not comp my husband and I our room for the wedding night. We had every room in the Inn reserved for the night, and my fiance & I even booked two rooms ourselves to have "getting ready" space. It would have been a nice courtesy to have one of our rooms comped for our wedding night.
That concern aside- our wedding was perfect & worth every penny!

Long, long story short: We contracted for a 5 hour reception with the manager, and we were told that he would be on premises for our wedding. The day of the wedding we were introduced to our maitre’d and the manager was not at our wedding. The contract information was never given to the maitre’d. Instead of the contracted 5 hour reception which was to end at midnight, the maitre’d told the band to wrap it up at 10:30, at which time the wait staff began clearing tables. When we finally got a hold of the maitre’d, advised him of his mistake, and he called the manager in charge, the wedding was over. The band left, our guests left by 11:00. In an attempt to compensate for the 1 ½ hours of reception time lost, band time lost, and our embarrassment, we were given our room at the inn for free. This does not compensate for the band time lost, not to mention losing the reception time. When we complained to the manager, he told us he thought the free room was fair compensation. When we wrote to Frungillo, he just flipped our letter to the manager, who again did nothing more. Our contract said midnight, our wedding invitations said midnight, but our wedding ended at 10:30 (not even 11:00!). We are now seeking remedy in small claim court. We could have overlooked this and just taken the loss, however there were so many smaller issues that we had to contend with throughout the day that made us feel that there was a blatant lack if care or consideration that was given to us. If you do decide to have your wedding at this location (it IS beautiful, the rooms are lovely, and the food is exceptional), be prepared to be VIGILENT and be prepared to have to MICRO MANAGE your wedding, as you will need to.

The inn is a beautiful place for a wedding. We wanted a romantic backyard feel and found it. We wanted a place that could house some of our friends and family on site for a great wedding weekend party and we found it. They had tennis courts which the boys used for wiffleball and a bonfire pit that we used after the wedding (although we had to bring our own chairs up to the site in the dark because no one helped us and there was not a lit path up the hill). With the onsite restaurant we were able to have the rehearsal dinner on site as well which made planning much easier. We were told we would be eating the food cooked at the Inn but ate food cooked by the caterer so that was a bit of a disappointment (especially for the price we paid) as the food at the Inn is top notch. The innkeeper, Christine, was very kind and flexible to my requests. She took care of the the small leak problem in two rooms (it had just stormed so she comped the rooms). The rooms are a little outdated and the towels are a bit rough and old looking. There is a florist on site, Peggy and she is absolutely WONDERFUL. She was extremely helpful during the process, even taking on jobs that did not involve flowers. Having a florist on site was extremely helpful because I chose very delicate flowers. They were able to stay in water until last minute and she pinned all the bouts on the men. If you want any decorating done you have to do it yourself. The caterer (Frungillo) promised to help and have things done and then just didn not do them. Overall, we felt our wedding was perfect (minus the catering glitches) and we had a great time at the Inn despite the few stressors (all from the caterers (Frungillo)) and their broken promises. The caterer is the ONLY downfall to this venue. The Inn is beautiful, peaceful and feels like home.

There were some problems with getting it all together pre-wedding day; but the folks at the Inn were very nice and made every effort to accommodate us, and make the wedding day successful. The staff were really great, very considerate and caring, most of all very friendly. There were little glitches, which were taken care of immediately -- the refrigerator was left open on THE DAY, and the bottom tier of the cake melted! Two of my husband’s friends who are chefs were able to weave their magic and fix it. Although there were problems, all and all, it turned out to be a great day, at a beautiful place – we couldn't ask for anything better!
