InterContinental Cleveland Hotel

Overall would probably recommend other couples to get married there. Leading up to the day of wedding was pretty much what I expected. Having to email Melissa with lists of questions which she answered in a timely manner. However, price breakdown of things was tricky which then led us to speaking with the general manager of the hotel. In the end, that was resolved. Just beware that at the time of our wedding, Dec 2022, their price breakdowns did not include everything until actual bill. Then the day of the wedding after everything was confirmed of where decor, tables and set ups in general were supposed to be, changed day of wedding. As a bride with 200+ people waiting for dinner, I felt defeated with the vision I had changed and nothing I could do about it. In the end, the venue was goregous, food was delicious, and guest experience was excellent from what we were told. Just a headache on the other side of things. Again in the end, everything was finally resolved but just wish we wouldve known beforehand.

My husband and I got married a little over 6 months ago at the Intercontinental Hotel in Cleveland. We absolutely loved our experience! Not only is it a gorgeous venue, with beautiful chandeliers in the main ballroom, it has many other smaller rooms that can be used in whatever way needed (storage, changing stations, gathering spaces) that are all conveniently near the main ballroom. All the other parts of the hotel are beautiful as well, I felt impressed from the moment I stepped in, from the lobby to the staircase and beyond. We worked with Melissa for the event planning and she was so helpful from the get go. I had hundreds of questions for her, and she was always available via phone/text/email and helped me find answers asap. She genuinely helped improve the flow and organization of our wedding. She was also so knowledgeable and experienced with Indian weddings which was great! Thomas who was part of the hotel side of things was incredibly helpful in making the block/reserving rooms for family and was patient through the many changes that occurred leading up to the wedding. Finally, the wedding weekend itself went as smoothly as possible because of everyone's help and the hotel and staff's preparation! Seeing the ballroom once the decoration was set up was even more grand than I could have imagined. I would definitely recommend this as a wedding venue to anyone and can say that it was perfect for our big fat Indian wedding!

We used the IC Cleveland as our wedding reception venue and it was absolutely perfect. Our guests are still talking about how amazing of a night it was (8 months later). The food was delicious, staff was incredibly kind and professional, and the whole event was super organized thanks to their amazing event coordinator, Melissa. We will be recommending this venue for years to come.

Having our wedding at the InterContinental was hands down the best decision we've ever made! Melissa and her team made everything an absolute breeze, from our first meeting & menu tasting all the way to the big day. Our food and drinks were absolutely phenomenal, and the chef was able to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions and allergies. We are still receiving compliments and raving reviews from guests to this day! Throughout the weekend, Melissa helped communicate with our vendors and ensure everyone was in the right place at the right time, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. We were truly able to just sit back, relax, and enjoy our wedding day. If you're looking for a team that will bring your dream to fruition, look no further.

Flawless and First-Class! Our son's rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception were absolutely wonderful. Upon meeting Melissa, Senior Catering Sales Manager, we were confident that she would bring a wealth of experience and talent but she exceeded our expectations. She coordinated with various vendors and stayed on site throughout the day. Rooms were provided for on-site makeup and hair with a delicious breakfast that was periodically refreshed. Melissa kept everyone on schedule. The ballroom was breathtaking and the food was fabulous. No detail was overlooked and the culinary staff accommodated every dietary restriction of each guest. The Ballroom was enhanced by special lighting and had a nice flow for seating, dancing, and a photo booth. A separate buffet room was a thoughtful touch for vendors. Our son, Daniel, was the last of our 3 adult children to be married and the adage "save the best for last" would be an appropriate description for the InterContinental Cleveland.

As an event planner myself, I needed someone I could trust to handle everything so I could take off the event planner hat and just enjoy my wedding. Melissa was the exact right person for us!!! We knew within minutes of arriving for our tour that the Intercon was our venue. I’ll be the first to admit I did not want my wedding in a hotel ballroom but their ballroom is so beautiful! We hosted our ceremony and reception there and everything was perfect. You can’t get better service! The food was delicious, bar was fully stocked, and we were completely stress free. We’re so grateful to Melissa and the entire team at Intercontinental Cleveland. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Having our daughter's wedding at the IC was beyond amazing. Melissa was wonderful to work with and paid close attention to details and the event went like clock work. She also collaborated well with our wedding planner. The venue was gorgeous, the food was delicious and the white glove service was perfect. It was a magical time and we highly recommend the IC for any event. It was a dream come true!!!

The pictures on the website don't do the venue justice. I encourage anyone considering using the InterContinental to visit because the venue is much nice in person and the staff is amazing. We worked with Melissa and she was extremely thoughtful and helpful in all facets of the planning process. Overall an extremely professional group that really goes the extra mile to provide a top class experience.

Exceeded our expectations. ( they deserve more than a 5star rating ). Truly the entire intercontinental team made sure every detail was perfect. Melissa answers all phone and emails within minutes. They had a full team dedicated to make sure our event is perfect. They all met to make sure our vision was executed flawlessly

My wedding at the InterContinental was better than a fairytale. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Melissa was wonderful to work with. She ensured that every detail was perfect and went out of her way to make my wedding everything that I dreamed of and more. The food was amazing, and the ballroom was breathtaking. I can not say enough good things about the venue. My day was absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better venue. I would use the InterContinental again in a heartbeat. You will not regret having your wedding here.

Having our entire wedding weekend at the Intercontinental was an absolute dream. We worked with Terri and Tony for over two years due to the pandemic and she and her team were an immense support and flawless executors. Terri, Tony and their team didn't let one detail go missed, down to how we wanted the dinner napkins folded. They made sure they covered everything and taught us about items we should be thinking about based on their past experiences. Not only did they help us manage a long external vendor list but they provided their professional guidance when something didn't seem right or they thought we could do better. Terri kept extremely detailed notes and ensured action items were followed up on and completed. She allowed us to come to the venue and work on different parts of the wedding as many times as we wanted and better yet helped us work through different decor, event flow, lighting, seating arrangements and much much more! When comparing other vendors and friends experiences in wedding planning, there was a clear difference between the other venues in Cleveland and the Intercontinental. The years of experience the team has shows. They are very well experienced in Indian weddings and all the rituals, timings, and nuances that come with them. For items or vendors they haven't dealt with before, Terri met with them individually to ensure they would be able to deliver to everyone's standards. The entire Intercontinental brand helped immensely between room blocks and updates, catering, and event planning. While planning a wedding for 300 people at 3 separate events, 80+ hotel rooms was not easy in the process, when it came wedding weekend time, I showed up and the Intercontinental handled it from there. Terri and Tony absolutely overdelivered on bringing the wedding to the finish line. I cannot recommend this duo enough.

My wife and I researched multiple reception venues and ending up choosing the Intercontinental. Melissa and her team were super helpful from day one. They were able to give us suggestions on other external vendors as well. The venue was beautiful and we would recommend this location to anyone.

My husband and I toured many venues prior to touring The Intercontinental and you'd think we would have a hard time deciding on where we want to have our special day, but from the moment we walked into The Intercontinental, we were SOLD! We were greeted with smiles and glasses of champagne by Melissa and other employees at the hotel. We were absolutely wow'd by the ballroom, accommodations for guests, friendliness and hospitality of the staff, the food... the list goes on and on. I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful The Intercontinental Cleveland is. We were married on April 24, 2021, and it goes without saying, that planning a COVID wedding could have been beyond stressful, but Melissa made it the exact opposite experience. Melissa kept an open line of communication with my husband and I, talked us through possibilities, gave us solutions to barriers that were put in place and overall kept a very positive attitude which in return, kept us positive. The day of the wedding was magical, memorable and royal feeling. Melissa and the team made me feel like I was a princess! Everything went so smoothly, our guests had a great dinner, and we all danced the night away. I want to reiterate: the DINNER!!! The food is to die for. I don't know many placed that can mass produce 3 different entrees for 200 people and have every single dish be perfect, delicious and served hot! Almost 6 months later, our guests rave over the salmon and short rib. I could go on forever about the Intercontinental, Melissa Fleming, and the team that makes a hotel feel like home. I would recommend this venue to everyone and anyone.

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Melissa, Thomas and the entire staff at the intercontinental hotel! They were all truly amazing to work with and were by far the easiest of all our vendors. Melissa was always on top of things and was quick to respond to all of our questions. Both her and Thomas were always willing to help us figure out issues or resolutions to unique situations and really went above and beyond throughout our entire experience. The intercontinental truly does an amazing job making you feel special and you can tell they want you and you guests to have an amazing experience!! Our original date was in 2020 but due to the pandemic we had to postpone and they helped us love everything over including our room block without issue and were so accommodating about the move. We also had a few guests with severe allergies which we discussed with Melissa and the chef during our tasting and they were so great about accommodating the allergies and making suggestions on switches to the dishes so there would be no issues for those with allergies but that would still taste amazing and I can say without a doubt they succeeded. Many of our guests complimented on how amazing the food was and how great the service and flow of the night was and I attribute the majority of that to all the help Melissa was with planning the order of reception events with us and all the hotel staff for working so hard! If you are looking for a venue for your reception you will not be disappointed with the intercontinental! It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

The InterContinental provide us with first class service from beginning to end. We held a wedding and reception for 140+ guests in their main ballroom. The planning stage was terrific and we particularly thank Kathy Bonsignore for a stress-free experience and wonderful event. The venue looked great, the food was excellent (which is difficult to do with a large sit-down dinner) and the room accommodations were top notch. Communications between us and the staff were excellent, and responses to our questions/requests were always prompt and professional. I highly recommend the venue and the staff!

My wedding reception was held at the Intercontinental Hotel and ballroom on 8/22/2020. Our wedding was absolutely amazing!! A Dream and Day I wish I could relive over and over again. The ballroom, accommodations, food, lighting, and over all staff; everything was so top notch! In fact everyone is still raving about how beautiful the wedding was and how delicious the food was too! Huge thank you to Melissa Fleming (our Wedding Specialist) and Teri Kufel (the Director of Sales and Catering), These ladies made sure every I was dotted and T was crossed! They were such a huge help with planning and so easy to work with, especially during the middle of a pandemic! In addition to the hotel taking all precautions to protect our guests. I can’t thank them and the staff there enough. Rachel ( Meetings Express Sales Manager) took care of all our guests bookings and needs and she too did a fabulous job! Our rooms were so clean and the littles things Melissa and Rachel did for my now husband and I were just so sweet. They went above and beyond to make our weekend a fairytale. I can’t say enough great things about the intercontinental as a whole. If anyone is looking for a fabulous place that takes care of everything for you from start to finish and makes you feel like a King and Queen, book with the Intercontinental Cleveland now!

We had the pleasure of hosting our son's wedding at the Intercontinental this past weekend. The venue, food and staff were spectacular!!! We received countless compliments on everything from the food to the guest rooms to the event rooms and more. You have undoubtedly earned the high reputation that the Intercontinental enjoys. The main purpose of our note today is to commend the service provided by Melissa Fleming throughout the entire planning process. We considered several venues in the Cleveland area including Playhouse Square, Country, The Westin and Landerhaven. All of them are fine facilities that would have provided a suitable event location. Our initial meeting with Melissa was an absolute pleasure. Her demeanor, professionalism and knowledge set a standard that none of the other venues could match. Her presentation became the bar against which all other venues were measured. None came close to the level set by Melissa. Indeed, she was the one of the primary reasons we ultimately selected the Intercontinental. We were thrilled to find that her outstanding service didn't end after signing the contract. She was a joy to work with from the first meeting through all of the planning and the events themselves. Her attention to detail was phenomenal and provided a tremendous level of comfort to us as we navigated through the many decisions to be made. With Melissa's direction, the entire event met our every expectation and we look forward to visiting the Intercontinental again in the future.

The team, the service, the food, the hotel, everything was top notch. From the moment we sited the hotel with Melissa Fleming ( our Wedding Specialist) and Teri Kufel (the Director of Sales and Catering) my husband and I fell in love. Before we could leave the valet drive he told me to book it. They presented the hotel well and made us feel special. We knew they would go above and beyond for us and provide us with 4 diamond service. The planning process with the hotel was effortless and Chef Omar exceeded our expectations with the food at our wedding. We had our ceremony, reception and after party at the hotel and everything went seamlessly." Best wedding food we have ever had" and "Class act wedding" were just a couple of compliments we received from our guests. Everyone is still talking about our wedding. We had the BEST wedding ever and it was all made possible by the team at the InterContinental Hotel.

Talk about a FAIRY TALE WEDDING! Everything a bride could ask for, elegance, classic, gorgeous, the InterContinental Hotel provided. Our wedding coordinator, Melissa Fleming was outstanding. She helped my wedding vision become reality and was always approachable and answered all of our crazy questions during the months leading up to the big day! The ballroom is covered with beautiful chandeliers and that make for gorgeous pictures. The white gloved butlers and staff make it seem like a princess's fairytale come true. The food... oh my the food! Tastings and walk-throughs were FUN, easy and painless. Everyone of our guests are still saying it was the best wedding they've been to! We couldn't agree more. Melissa was so special and make the wedding planning for the bride so easy, we could not have had everything we did without her and the InterContinental staff. We LOVED our perfect day! You will NOT be disappointed here.

Our daughter and son in law were recently married here and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the moment we entered the doors to see the venue the courteous, professional staff could not have been more welcoming or impressive. Melissa Fleming was especially knowledgeable, competent and efficient when it came to all things wedding! The ballroom is spacious and beautiful. All of the staff conducted themselves with such professionalism and decorum and made the bride and groom and all of us feel like royalty. Our guests raved about the food, the wine and even the hotel rooms. It was also incredibly convenient to have the After Party and the brunch the following morning on site where again, the staff outdid themselves! I can honestly say that there was not one thing more we could have asked for! The entire process, from planning to execution was a thoroughly positive experience. Both my husband and I wish we had a second daughter so we could do it here again!

If you even think about having your wedding here...DO IT! Ours was magical! We looked into many hotels in the area, and none seemed to measure up to this one...and it was worth every penny! Mary Vanucci, by herself, makes this location the superior one! She was always available for my million questions and made planning the wedding effortless and very low stress! Jillian was very helpful with the room block as well, expanding it when we needed! The overall customer service was fantastic and the food was amazing!! People are still talking about how wonderful everything was! All of the staff was friendly and very attentive! I can’t recommend Intercontinental enough!

I used InterContinental Suites Hotel in Cleveland for my wedding block for my June 2017 wedding. We got our block price for $125/night which I thought was a fair price for downtown Cleveland. They were great to work with until the actual weekend of my wedding. I had specifically made plans with Danielle for room placements that were not honored the weekend of my wedding. Since the whole bridal party was getting ready at the hotel (hair, makeup, etc) and my groom and I were not doing a first look, I had requested that my mom and my sister's rooms be on the same floor and that my groom's room be on a different floor from my mom and sister. My sister ended up on the 4th floor, my mom ended up on the 6th floor, and my groom ended up on the 4th floor. When I brought this up to the desk staff, they knew nothing about the request and only offered to move my groom to a room with two double beds for the weekend, including our wedding night. One of our friends on the 4th floor was willing to switch rooms with my groom so he ended up on the 5th floor and she was kind enough to offer her room as the makeup room the day of the wedding. It was just a big inconvenience that should have never happened. They also did not offer us any perks for completely filling our wedding block which is standard in the hotel industry per many of our friends that work in the industry. Otherwise, the rooms were great for getting ready as they are suite-style so there was a separate room from the bedroom. The beds were comfy and the rooms were all updated and modern. We did get a complimentary hotel shuttle as part of our block to bring our wedding guests to and from the reception at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens. Since it is located on Cleveland Clinic's campus and parking is scarce, I would recommend using the valet which costs $18/day with 24-hr in and out privileges. Besides the rooming debacle and the lack of appreciation for filling 25 rooms of an already small hotel for the weekend, everyone enjoyed their stay at the hotel.

My husband and I had our wedding at the InterContinental Cleveland on June 17th, 2017 and it was honestly the best day of our lives. Working with Mary Vanucci the year leading up to the wedding was wonderful. Mary provided top notch customer service and made us feel so special and at ease throughout the whole process. We already miss her! The same goes for the day of the wedding. The whole staff at the InterContinental, the facilities, the rooms, etc. were perfect. We did not have to worry about a thing. Everything was perfectly organized, the food was delicious and service was fantastic. If you are looking for an organized, classy, beautiful, stress-free wedding/event planning process, book the InterContinental Cleveland. You will have the best day of your life!

We had our ceremony and reception all at the InterContinental Cleveland. To say their wedding planning team is amazing would be an understatement. Mary Vanucci and Terri Kufel were beyond amazing during our wedding planning process. They were very knowledgeable, informative, and organized the entire time. It made planning a wedding from out of town much less stressful knowing we were in good hands. Everything from the decor to the food was top notch. Our wedding could not have been more perfect and we have Mary, Terri, and the amazing team at the Intercontinental to thank for that!

Having our reception at Intercontinental Cleveland Hotel was the absolute best decision we could have made. The planning process ran smoothly because the people who work there truly care about how your wedding day goes. The venue was perfectly set-up and the food was excellent. They catered to our every need and we couldn't have been happier with how our reception turned out!

Simply Exquisite. The InterContinental Hotel Cleveland exceeded my expectations. Melissa Fleming and Terri Kufel went above and beyond to make my wedding a dream come true. When it comes to Weddings, The InterContinental Cleveland is the ONLY place to be. The level of service that this Hotel provides is unlike any other. David Black, Alice, Tony, Angela, Deseray and Linda as well as the entire banquets staff was phenomenal. Not to mention, the food was out of this world. Chef Omar and Chef Michael Swan not only created delicious food but the food was picture perfect. My wedding was a fairytale that came to life and I would highly recommend anyone looking who is planning an event, let InterContinental take care of you.

May I have more stars? I need more stars to rate the Cleveland InterContinental Hotel and Staff! We came to the InterContinental Cleveland because of our Wedding Planners, Elegantz Eventz. The moment Mike and I came to look at the venue, we were greeted by a full staff, led by Mary Vanucci. Everyone was so gracious, there was NEVER a problem with any request - the only thing we heard was "we can do that", "how about if we do this for you", "that is surely not a problem" - it was amazing! The day of our wedding was nothing short of magical. The staff was SO professional, courteous and elegant, the room itself was stunning, the hotel rooms were raved about (don't even get me started on ours, talk about feeling like royalty!) - you supplied a dream that actually came true! What can I even say about our Banquet Captains, Tony and Angela?! What a fantastic job - everyone! Our guests are still talking about the elegance, the grace, the fantastic service (how did you feed 400 people in such a short time?!) OH! Forgot about the short time, Elegantz Eventz and the staff at the InterContinental Hotel planned and executed this wedding for 400 people in JUST FIVE WEEKS!!!! You are truly the best of the best Mary Vanucci and colleagues, and Michael and I thank you for making the most memorable day of our lives, the most wonderful one!! Thank you all!

As the mother of the groom, the experience we had with Intercontinental for the wedding reception was exceptional. Starting with the staff - they were so helpful and kind. The ballroom was gorgeous. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and how excellent the service was. It was a very good experience and our family and friends enjoyed having my son's wedding at the Intercontinental.

We were the first same sex marriage at the InterContinental Cleveland. Our wedding specialist, Mary Vanucci was superb, truly the consummate professional. Every detail was right on. The staff was attentive and outstanding. The meals were exactly as we experienced at the tasting, delicious and were served precisely at the same time to all members of each table. The venue was beautiful. We have been a couple together for 30 years and we knew exactly what we wanted: when, where and what. The InterContinental Cleveland exceeded every one of our expectations. We recommend them without hesitation.

Intercontinental Hotel blew us away and was the perfect venue for our reception. Our wedding coordinator Mary Vanucci made everything so seamless and smooth, at times it didn't even feel like we were planning a wedding for over 200 guests. She is very organized and extremely helpful in every part of the planning and execution! The ballroom looked absolutely amazing when we got to see it before all our guests. The really made our vision come to life. The food at dinner was the #1 thing we heard guest rave about how delicious it was and we can second that! The beef short-ribs were melt in your mouth!! The guest rooms are spacious, new, and very clean. We had over 45 rooms blocked for the wedding and Intercontinental Hotel did a great job of managing all our reservations as well as handing out our goody bags to guests at check in. Myself and all my bridesmaids got ready the day of in the Great Lakes Suite and it was the perfect size for 6 of us plus a couple family members and 3 stylists. We would definitely choose this venue again if we had to do it all over again. It was everything we wanted...elegant, classy, modern, and just down right beautiful!

What a night to remember! We held our wedding reception at Intercontinental Hotel on June 7, 2014, and were blown away by the overall experience. The venue is absolutely beautiful and it was exactly what we were looking for in terms of the food, ballroom, atmosphere, and location. The service was exceptional and really sets the venue aside from other wedding venues. To say our expectations were met would be an understatement. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our event was executed perfectly. The entire staff made our day so special, but our wedding day wouldn’t have been as perfect without these key individuals: Our wedding specialist, Mary Vanucci, who was such a pleasure to work with. The effort that Mary made in communicating with our outside vendors, coordinating timelines and her attention to detail made the entire planning process go smoothly. She was always easily accessible, even in the evening hours. We appreciated her helpful advice along the way. Mary is the best at what she does. The hotels Meetings Express Sales Manager, Leola Daniels, was wonderful to work with. We booked over 70 hotel rooms for our guests that stayed on the eve of the wedding and on Saturday night. Leola ensured us that all of our reservations were accounted for and worked with me to book and make revisions to the many changes that I had along the way. She sent me weekly reports to provide me with any updates to our rooming list. The Executive Chef, Klaus Happel, planned an amazing menu. We had over 300 guests at our wedding and the food was impeccable. The presentation of the food both during dinner and the cocktail hour was beautiful. We received endless compliments on how delicious the food was - we were extremely pleased. Mary Pisanelli, is the best Pastry Chef. Our cake was not only beautiful, but absolutely delicious! She took the time to meet with me to discuss ideas for the cake. Our wedding cake came out exactly how we wanted. Their Banquet Manager, Hollis Lessears, ensured a perfect execution of our event. The ballroom was set up perfectly, and our food was served in a timely fashion. He is a lot of fun and sure knows how to get a party started - our guests loved him! The Manager, David Black, oversaw the event and was present throughout the entire evening to make sure that our wedding went off without a hitch. The hotel kept Table 45, an inside restaurant/bar, open for our guests to keep the party going after the reception was ended. I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience, but if you are looking for a beautiful and elegant venue with exceptional service then you should definitely consider this hotel.

My sister and I both had our wedding reception at the Intercontinental. Not only is the venue beautiful by itself but the staff is incredibly amazing. I didn't have to worry about a single thing the whole time I was planning, from the hotel rooms to the food to the countless vendors that I needed to coordinate with, it was all perfect. Not to mention the food is amazing! I would highly recommend the Intercontinental, especially Mary Vanucci and her staff. I want to do it all over again! :)

The InterContinental was a fantastic place for us to have our wedding reception. The food was incredible, the ballroom looked really beautiful, and the rooms people stayed in were really nice. The staff at the reception and the bar were very friendly and helpful. Mary coordinated all of our vendors and had the room set up perfectly, so we didn't have to do very much the day of the wedding itself at all.

I recently had my wedding at the Intercontinental Cleveland and I can not rave enough about my experience. Everything was taken care of from room reservations, taking care of famiy, help with planning, etc. Melissa Fleming is wonderful to work with and is very responsive when you have questions. Leola Daniels is wonderful with room reservations and making sure the room block was set. I would highly recommend hosting your wedding at the Intercontinental - we are so happy with how everything turned out!

The whole experience at the Intercontinental was absolutely wonderful. the service was impeccable especially Hollis and Deseree. the food was wonderful and the venue was absolutely beautiful. My wedding coordinator Mary was such a pleasure to work with and listened to all of my requests. I would recommend the IC to everyone!

I got married at the hotel in March and had a bunch of guests coming from NYC. Needless to say everyone had very high standards. We had quite a few ideas that were not typical for a wedding in Cleveland. The Intercontinental accommodated everything perfectly. I'd specifically like to point out the food - It was hot, tasted great and all of the courses came out on time. From start to finish the InterContental Hotel was an absolute pleasure to work with. Melissa Fleming our wedding coordinate made our entire experience better than we could have ever imagined. There wasn't a single thing we asked for that they not only accommodated but went above and beyond. We had over 50 rooms booked of out of town guest and the hotel not only gave us an amazing roommate but satisfied all of our guests requests and needs. The day of the wedding the hotel staff waited on us hand and foot to ensure the day was as seamless as possible. The food was absolutely amazing-our friends are still raving about how delicious everything was. The hotel allowed us to add a special addition from Table 45 making our menu so special. The pastry chef baked and designed the most beautifully delicious cake!The banquet staff met our every need and ensured all of our guests had a blast at our New Years Eve Wedding. The hotel is a beautiful backdrop and lent itself to so many unique and priceless pictures! We met with a lot of venues but the InterContinental proved to be the absolute best choice, there isn't a single thing we would change about it! I would highly recommend having your wedding there!

Service was amazing. One bar tender really made me angry because one question we asked when selecting a venue was, "will bartenders have tip jars?" They promised me they were not allowed and then I saw a tip jar, full of bills- folded all different ways, so I knew it had been there a long time. I was pissed.

It's been 7 + months since our wedding at the Intercontinental and we are STILL hearing amazing comments about what a truly memorable and lovely night it was. The food was all delicious - the service was amazing (and entertaining) and the room was just beautiful. The night was flawless. Plus, all of the guest got a great rate and were able to spend the night and have a delicious brunch in the morning! Leading up to the wedding, we had a minor hiccup with our tasting and the Intercontinental staff did everything to make it right...and they did! Melissa was a gem to work with and was always a phone call away when I needed questions answered. I would recommend this venue to anyone for its gorgeous space, high class dining, and service.
