When I married my husband last year I was given an heirloom wedding set from my grandparents. I had to have it sized up, as my grandma is quite a bit smaller than me. About a month after I got it back, the bands snapped. They fixed it for free and supposedly strengthened it. Less than 6 months later, sometime last night or this morning, it is bent almost flat where the work was done. I am a stay at home mom, I am not rough on my jewelry, there was no reason for this to happen, much less twice.

The staff Is such a great help - close and convenient and not the big chain stores who jack up their prices. Gorgeous selection!!!

I had an old ring that belonged to my mother made into a pendant for my wedding. I didn't give them much time, but they pulled it off and the pendant turned out beautifully. The price for their services is reasonable. Had we known about them before, we would have used them for our wedding bands as well.
