Ivy House

We booked our venue almost 2 years in advance, and it was well worth the wait. Having private, easy access to the bridal suite early in the AM was a huge help. Abby was our coordinator and she was phenomenal! She made every request feel like it was not a problem! We asked to bring in a cold sparks machine and expected to be told no, but we were met with a “heck yeah why not!” The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, and took very little decorating. All of our friends and family said the staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make the night great. I could not have asked for a better venue! DJ: Milwaukee Airwaves is the DJ company that you have to use through the Ivy House and our DJ was Tully and he was AMAZING! I had some requests about what I didn’t want played and shared a few of the artists we liked and he knocked it out of the park! Everyone was on the dance floor all night!

Don't walk, run, to book this venue! From the feedback that we received from our wedding guests, they all commented on how amazing this venue was in terms of beauty, accessibility, efficiency, and for their amazing staff! Meeting with Tyler as one of the owners was some of the best vendor meetings my husband and I attended. He was very funny, thoughtful, and made us feel like we had been friends forever. Mandy as our day of coordinator was simply amazing and just made the day super efficient and smooth sailing so my husband and I could actually enjoy our day! They also provide DJ services in house which was super easy. Our other vendors also voiced how much they love working at this venue and with their team. This venue and team also have amazing rain options! The venue was clean, naturally beautiful requiring minimal decorations, accommodating in terms of decorating/decorations, had a beautiful bridal and groom suite, and easily accessible for both guests in and out of town. You and your guests will not be disappointed in the least with this venue!

The most beautiful venue inside and outside, everyone left our wedding absolutely raving about how pretty it was there on the patio as well as inside. Was probably our number 1 compliment after the wedding. Highly recommend having your wedding here!!!

A truly amazing venue with amazing staff! Everything with the Ivy House went incredibly smoothly, from our initial meeting, to email communication and booking, and of course our wedding day! The entire staff is very thorough and know just what to do at every turn. I want to shout out Matt, whom first gave us the tour and helped us book the venue, Mandi as our day of venue coordinator, as well as Olivia for meeting with us last minute at our month-before meeting. We had an amazing day, and gosh everything about this place is so hard to beat. Our guests wouldn't stop gushing! Thank you so much Ivy House staff!

The Ivy house was AMAZING! We worked with Olivia and she was so fun and great! :) She made everything run so smoothly! She always answered emails quickly! All of the Ivy house staff was fantastic! The bartenders were quick and friendly, the clean up staff was SO nice! From start to finish everybody at the Ivy house was very attentive and it is super obvious that they really want the couple to have the best possible day! :) So thankful for all of them!

We cannot thank the Ivy House staff enough for everything they did to help our wedding day vision come to life! From touring the venue, finalizing the personal details, and then seeing it all come together the day of, we are forever grateful that we decided to book at the Ivy House for our special day. We had the honor of working with Olivia Gaba (venue manager) and Jordan Saypanya (lead DJ) throughout this process. Not only were Olivia and Jordan super friendly and just overall fun to work with, they both were extremely knowledgeable in their craft which played a huge role in our wedding day success. We were able to have full trust in Olivia come the day of our wedding. Not only did she ensure that there were smooth transitions throughout the course of the wedding, but also guaranteed that any of the details we had put time and effort into got carried out as well. Jordan was extremely knowledgeable in providing the perfect music vibe for all aspects of our wedding. Our dance floor was hoppin' the entire evening thanks to Jordan, and guests reported having an absolute blast! The Ivy House bar staff were also incredible. They were extremely personable and went above and beyond to ensure guests got their drinks in a timely manner. The Ivy House staff and facilities were super accommodating in the sense that we were able to drop items for our wedding off in advance, and then pick them up the following week which allowed us to be fully present during the wedding. We love that Ivy House also hosts year round events. We most definitely plan on returning so that we can reminisce over our special day at this beautiful venue!

Working with the Ivy House was a dream come true. This venue is unlike any other place. From the moment we toured we knew that we needed to get married here. On our wedding day, it didn't matter what was happening outside, we were in our own bubble filled with plants. Every single person on staff at The Ivy House was amazing. Our event coordinator was Bella, she made sure everything was just how we wanted it and was on top of everything all day! If we could do it all again we would choose The Ivy House over and over again.

The Ivy House was the most beautiful place to have our wedding!! Our guests raved about the venue, the bartenders, the staff, and our event coordinator, Mandi! One of my bridesmaids told me she has never seen such a terrific coordinator! Mandi really did everything we wanted and when our champagne wall didn’t fit the glasses, they took it in back and fixed the wall to fit the glasses!! If you are looking for a low stress day, this is your venue! Our caterers also raved about how much they loved working with this venue. The venue is naturally gorgeous and required very little extra decor! The bridal suite was perfect and fun to get ready in! The suite is the size of an apt, has a kitchen, getting ready tables, etc. They even have a speaker already there. Our DJ, Charlie, did such an amazing job. Our guests loved the dancing music but also really loved the cocktail hour and dinner music. He really made it an experience for us and our guests.

The Ivy House was excellent. We absolutely loved getting married there. The staff who worked with us were exceptionally professional and fun to work with. The venue is absolutely incredible. It’s cozy, classy, and beautiful all while being handsomely modern. We toured several venues in Milwaukee and we are so glad we had our wedding at the Ivy House. We will be enthusiastically recommending Ivy House to anyone who will listen going forward.

From the second I walked into the Ivy house I knew this was the place I wanted to get married! I had so many guests come up and rave about the venue and the patio! Sooo much better than a banquet hall! The natural Ivy makes it really easy to decorate because they have already basically done the work for you! The staff, the dj, the bartenders, everything that comes with the Ivy house was great!

Mandi Benjamin was #1 throughout the entire process. Every person we ran into who worked there was more than pleasant and helpful. Thanks to the whole team our day went very smoothly. My only recommendation is if you’re OCD about setting up the night before, it’s very rare you’d be able to do so here since this place is in such high demand! They do give you a small space in the back garage to pile things in the week of the wedding! Highly recommend! (Especially Mandi Benjamin 💝)!

The perfect wedding venue!! Not only is it incredibly gorgeous but everyone we worked with was so friendly and helpful. Mandi was our event manager and she was absolutely amazing! So communicative and helped us acquire special alcohol to give our wedding some personal touches. The patio was perfect for our cocktail hour and guests have not stopped complimenting the beautiful interior.

What an absolutely perfect venue. The Ivy that covers the inside is a dream, you can do very minimal decorations and still have it look great which is part of what drew us to the venue. The patio is lovely, it worked out great later in the night to have the older folks chatting out by the fire while the younger crowd was on the dance floor. The bartenders were great, one had some experience with mock tails which was great for our pregnant guests. Matt, our main contact, was great. He had a laid back vibe which worked for us. The whole day really did go smoother than I would have expected. It’s not the cheapest venue in the area, but we’re so happy we splurged a little for it and would 100% choose it again for both our ceremony and reception. I have nothing but the highest praise for the site and everyone we worked with.

If you are considering the Ivy House as your potential wedding venue, don’t even bother looking anywhere else because it truly does not get any better than them. They have weddings down to a science. Matt, our day-of coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. During the planning process, he responded quickly to every email/text, made himself available for in-person meetings, and took the time to make sure that all of our needs were met. And on the day-of, he made everything an absolute breeze. We had to make last minute changes on our wedding day due to the weather, but Matt and the entire Ivy House crew made it seamless. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the Ivy House is - the beautiful chandelier that hangs above the dance floor, the live ivy that grows around the reception space, the Fernweh patio, and the immaculate bar. As the bride, I greatly appreciated having the bridal suite access that the Ivy House provides for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in. It made the morning so much more stress-free to have all of my girls in one space to relax, de-stress, and enjoy each other’s company before the ceremony. The Ivy House has thought of everything in terms of making your wedding day perfect, and I could not recommend them enough. They went above and beyond in all aspects to help us have the wedding of our dreams.

The Ivy House is an epic space for any event, but it was simply magical for our wedding! How can you not get mesmerized by a backdrop of living ivy? Aside from that, though, the entire process of planning our wedding ceremony at the Ivy House was incredible. Matt is the man! He was professional, accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile to make our day incredible. He took the stress completely off of us and allowed us to simply enjoy all the little moments. Not to mention, the upstairs penthouse was not only an awesome space, but a super convenient option for our wedding party to get ready! Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better day or planner or wedding space to spoil our guests and ourselves. I told Matt, don't go anywhere, because the next event I plan will most certainly be with him in this incredible space!! A++++

The ivy house is beyond amazing. Each of the bartenders, our DJ JORDAN, and our coordinator Sarah were the very best. Sarah was super helpful, positive, professional, and overall everything you'd want/need to make sure your wedding goes well. We got so many compliments on how smoothly everything ran and we could not have done it without her and her guidance. The bartenders were also great, we were worried about a big line and that was never an issue at all. All the drinks were delicious (especially the signature cocktails) and the staff were super accommodating to weird requests from guests. The DJ Jordan kept the dance floor slammed all night long. He absolutely killed it and we were so happy with the music selection and loved his personality and vibe. He was perfect for our group and he seemed to be having fun which makes it all so much better. I might be biased but it's the best wedding I have ever been to :) we got so many compliments on how beautiful other venue is in general as well. 100/10 - thank you ivy house staff!

We had our wedding at the Ivy House on Nov 19th, and it was incredible! I couldn't have asked for it to go better. Special shout-out to Matt, our day-of coordinator who made the process so easy. One of my favorite memories was gesturing wildly while talking to a table of my guests, when a glass of champagne appeared in my hand...thanks Matt ;) A special shout-out also to our DJ, Jack who did a fantastic job! Our dance floor was never empty. We had a handful of guests tell us it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended!

My wife Sara and I can not say enough great things about The Ivy House. We got engaged at the beginning of the pandemic and decided to wait a couple of years to have the wedding. During that time, the team at the Ivy House was incredible to work with. They guided us through the planning process (which can be a lot) and always put our minds at ease. Abby was a dream to work with, but I can only imagine everyone on the team is a rockstar. When our day finally came, it could not have been more perfect. The team at Ivy House took total care of us and our guests - it made our day feel effortless. We were overjoyed with how well everything turned out. Our DJ Zach felt like a longtime friend and provided the perfect soundtrack to our day. Honestly wish we could get married again, just so we could work with the Ivy House Team again. They're the best.

My husband and I had our wedding at The Ivy House on 9.24.22. I can’t even put into words how incredible this venue is, I’m getting goosebumps writing this just thinking about it! We loved the vibe and appeal of The Ivy House when we were starting to look at wedding venues and it was the first place we looked at. Right away we knew it was the one, it is incredibly beautiful and the Ivy House team has everything down to a tee, you need something they got it for you even before you asked! Abby was our day of coordinator and I don’t think our wedding would have been as perfect as it was without her. She was EXTREMELY helpful and professional! She answered all my millions of emails (even some texts) leading up to the day with such patience and kindness and whenever I forgot something she had it figured out already for me. I really am speechless on how amazing and caring Abby is, she took care of everything the day of and it all went so smoothly because of her hard work. She even met my husband and I at the end of the ceremony with cocktails in hand! Every little helpful detail you can think of Abby and the The Ivy House did it! Aaron was our DJ for the night and he also did an outstanding job! Our guests LOVED the music and danced all night! He kept the party going and was super helpful when it came to asking for certain requests. Leading up to the day of he answered all my questions and was great to work with! I’ll say it again, The Ivy House was incredible, even all our family and friends were in love with the venue, the vibe and the staff. If you’re a newly engaged couple seeking a wedding venue, I definitely recommend, 1000%, The Ivy House. Your day will be perfect and you’ll work with some of the most caring, professional, talented people you’ll ever meet! Simply beautiful and stress-free experience for our wedding day! From meeting one of the owners, Tyler, while viewing the venue and working with Sarah, day-of-coordinator, and Charlie, lead DJ, we could not have asked for a better experience. I was blown away by the ease, constant communication and execution of the event. Highly recommend this venue and team to anyone. The bartenders were all fabulous. Our guests were blown away by the beauty and ease of everything! Constant positive feedback!

This venue is a necessity. It is beautiful and has all the amenities but the staff is the best part. Matt B. was our coordinator and said yes to every request and made it so easy. He went above and beyond, answering every call and text, made sure our parents were happy, and just made the whole day easy. When I say the staff, I mean the whole staff is excellent, everything in the building was clean and beautiful, the bartenders were fantastic and very friendly(excellent drinks) and made sure everyone had a great time without things getting out of hand. Hands down a must have venue.

I still have butterflies when I am thinking back to my wedding day, and a HUGE part of that is Ivy House and the amazing staff. Tanner is so so awesome and went totally out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and amazing. He worked so hard to make sure me and my husband had everything we needed and our dream came to life. Tanner was so responsive and professional and made sure everything ran smoothly from the flowers to the DJ to the bar! I will forever reccomend this venue to anyone wedding planning. Yes, it was a little pricy but honestly so worth it. The venue is stunning and you get to see the space transform from day to night with all the natural light and ivy inside. The bridal suite on site was so nice and clean and had a full kitchen we used, and the green room was definitely used by people to get out of the noise. Everybody is still raving about how great of a wedding it was and I just want to thank Tanner and all of the Ivy House staff a million times over!!!

If I could give the Ivy House over 5 stars I would! We could not have asked for a better staff to work with. Abby and the rest of the staff were professional, SO helpful, organized, and overall great to work with. Our wedding day was perfect and ran so smoothly because of them. Plus this venue is AMAZING! We had guests tell us this was the best venue they've been to for a wedding. Highly suggest an outdoor ceremony and dance floor (weather permitting), it was a hit! Plus this venue has so many great picture locations, we didn't even leave to go off site for any photos. For the brides, the bridal suite his huge and has everything you would want to get ready with your girls! 10/10 would recommend this venue to anyone. We had the best day!

The Ivy House was the best decision we could have made for our wedding back in July! We truly believe that Matt B. and the staff at the Ivy House made our day so effortless and perfect, and we will always cherish the memories they helped us create. Matt's willingness to accommodate and his infectious energy brought such peace and ease to our minds. Anyone that gets to have their special day at the Ivy House is sure to have a beautiful day, but anyone that gets to work with Matt is impeccably lucky! Not to toot our own horn, but we had so many of our guests say that it was the most fun wedding they've ever been to and that the venue was absolutely gorgeous - one of the best they've ever been to! My husband (Nick) and I were married on July 1. We held our reception at The Ivy House, and I don't know where to begin. We love Ivy House so much and are so thankful we chose them for our wedding reception. We knew we had to have our wedding at Ivy House from the moment we stepped into the venue on our initial tour. The staff was extremely helpful and transparent from the start. The venue is also gorgeous and well maintained. As months of planning turned into weeks, Sarah, our wedding coordinator at Ivy House, was with us every step of the way. She was always available for questions and went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. Knowing how helpful and nice Sarah is, I felt so calm during the days leading up to our wedding. On the day of our wedding, she helped set up and coordinate our vendors. In terms of the DJ service, Nick was AMAZING as well. We had a zoom call with him prior to our wedding to go over the timeline and our music selection. We did not have many requests and trusted him with the music, and he delivered! The dance floor was everything we wanted, and he kept the crowd engaged. Many of our family and friends told us how much they loved our DJ after our wedding. The bar staff was also amazing, and there was not one time there was a line or guests waiting for drinks. Overall, our experience with Ivy House was incredible and not one part of our night could have gone better! We are grateful to Sarah, Nick and all of the staff who helped create a beautiful wedding day for us. Thank you, Ivy House!

At the risk of sounding a bit crazy, I'll share that I knew I wanted to get married at the Ivy House before my husband and I were engaged. This place is THAT amazing, and after we toured the venue we learned that the people who work there are incredibly passionate about their jobs and producing your ideal wedding. The venue is beautiful, unique and has so many perks. There are pros and cons to having multiple aspects grouped under one vendor (bar, DJ, etc) - but we found great value in having Milwaukee Airwaves as our DJ and our guests LOVED the bar/drink variety and quality. It's also nice to have fewer vendors to seek out, and having vendors that work so well together. We feel so lucky to have worked with this incredible team, we wish we could relive our day all over again!

I may be biased, but this is THE BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER!! We worked with Abby through planning and on the big day and she was seriously amazing and fun to work with. The entire staff is super down to earth, very accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. The venue is everything we wanted: urban feel, lots of natural greenery so we didn't need to bring in a lot of decor, and a huge patio so we could be outside. The 360 bar on the patio was the best part so our guests could enjoy the night outside without having to wait in a huge bar line. Having the dance floor outside was also super fun and the DJ crushed it. Couldn't recommend enough.

We got married at The Ivy House on April 16, 2022. We cannot give Ivy House enough praise! Ivy House exceeded our expectations. We plan on attending all of their summer events because we are so bummed our wedding is over. I came across this venue early in my planning stages. I fell in love with it before I even saw it in person. We’re also fans of Walker’s Point neighborhood so that was another plus. We intended on a summer wedding originally, but this is a popular venue that books far out in advance. They only had a date in April & October. The April date happened to be our six year anniversary, so we took this as a sign! Abby showed us the venue originally, but did not end up being our event manager. We really liked Abby so this bummed us out, but we were more than happy with who ended up being our event manager. Sarah is AMAZING!!!! (Honestly, I don’t think there is a single person working there that isn’t.) Sarah was helpful from the minute we met her, and continued to be for every aspect of our wedding. She responded to everything in a timely manner, and with such reassurance and positivity, that it calmed me down in my most stressful moments. I need to move on with this review, otherwise I won’t stop gushing about her. Everybody who worked our event was truly terrific. The bartenders whipped up lots of our signature cocktails and were extremely diligent to anyone with a special role in the wedding (bride, groom, wedding party, parents, etc.). Special shout out to our favorite bartender, Nick! Everything about this venue is gorgeous - from the live ivy plants to the huge bridal suite we all thoroughly enjoyed. My bridesmaids and I were able to use the suite throughout the day and arrive very early to start the getting ready process. The outside patio was a great additional space for people to enjoy later at night. Our ceremony space was everything I envisioned it to be. Everyone involved in set-up and tear-down did an exceptional job. There are a lot of moving parts in a big wedding, and the Ivy House staff is exactly who you want by your side to make it all happen. We are still sad our wedding is over because it was truly the most magical day of our lives. Anyone thinking about it, get married here. THANK YOU IVY HOUSE - WE ARE OBSESSED!

From the moment we toured The Ivy House, we knew we had to have our wedding there. It is a beautiful venue, but what sold it for us was the amazing team that was there to support us throughout the planning process. Abby gave us our initial tour, and she made us feel so comfortable. At other venue tours, we didn’t feel like we fit in; when we left our tour with Abby, we felt informed, comfortable, and like we belonged at The Ivy House. Throughout the planning process, Abby was communicative (even sending us a video of what the patio looked like exactly a year before our day!) and always had an answer to our 1 million questions. Abby helped us roll with the punches and ensured that our stress was non-existent, and our excitement was at an all-time high. After walking down the aisle, Abby was the first person to greet us (with our drinks of choice, of course!). Throughout the evening, she worked with our planner incredibly well and made sure we and our guests had everything that we needed. The venue was an incredible place to hold an event for our friends and family to get together after not seeing each other for years, and we are so grateful we chose to host at The Ivy House. We could not recommend The Ivy House, Abby, Olivia, and the entire team enough!

My daughter and now son-in-law had their wedding at the Ivy House. This venue is so beautiful inside and out. The bridal suite was very nice, there was enough room for all bridesmaids to get makeup and hair done. the Ceremony was outside and was absolutely beautiful. Abby who was working with them the whole time was truly amazing she was on top of everything, if we had questions she was right there to help. She was always a step ahead us getting things ready. The staff also did an amazing job and very helpful. If you are looking for a great venue this is the place to go.

500000000/5 stars Everything about this venue was above expectation. We were lucky to have beautiful weather for an outdoor ceremony. The outdoor ceremony location, yard games and outdoor bar were all beautiful and great. The reception space inside is beautiful with greenery and statement lighting. All of the staff was helpful and kind. Abby in particular was a godsend and made the day smooth from start to finish. The staff (particularly Abby) went above and beyond. The bridal suite was large enough for 15 of us to spend the morning in including a makeup artist and two hair stylists. Great lighting, a kitchen, bathroom and photogenic hang space. I really cannot rave enough about our incredible experience. All guests agree! We will most definitely return this summer for other events as we can't get enough

My now-husband is in the military and because of that we had limited time to look at venues. We scheduled 5 venue tours for one day, and The Ivy House was the last venue my fiancé, my mom, and I had scheduled for the day. From the moment we walked through the doors, we all knew that this was the venue. That decision was only cemented by the time we spent with Tyler; he was warm, genuine, and knowledgeable. He was friendly and personable, but incredibly professional and it was clear he knew the ins and outs of the venue. He made us feel like our wedding was the most important event in the world to him. Tyler then introduced us to Matt, who became not only our event coordinator but honestly became part of our family. Matt made himself accessible to us every time we needed him; he handled every curve ball we threw at him and came up with wonderful ideas when we were unsure how to handle certain things. He was prompt, energetic, coordinated, and honest. We experienced significant changes in our guest count throughout the planning process and Matt was always there to help rework things for us and make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be, despite this hurdle. Our planning meetings were fun, productive, and covered everything. From the moment he became our event coordinator to the day of, Matt continued to make us feel that this was the most important wedding he was planning. Then we came to the big day, and Matt made sure the day was absolutely perfect. Even when our coordinator was a no-show, Matt didn’t skip a beat. He made sure the tables were perfect, the bridal party and the groomsmen had everything they needed, coordinated the ceremony, speeches, music, the wedding party introductions, helped set up desserts, and ensured everyone in the room was attended to. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, we were always so grateful and felt so fortunate to be having our wedding at The Ivy House. I was also informed by my Mom that many of the guests commented that it was “one of the best weddings they had ever been to” and just they all fell in love with Matt, the bartenders, and the DJ’s that the Ivy House recommended to us. You can see from every picture that The Ivy House is a gorgeous venue, but it is truly the people in The Ivy House that are so special and throughout the entire process make you feel so incredibly lucky to be in their hands. We truly miss them to this day and will always be grateful to them for making it a day we will always remember. If you are even remotely considering the Ivy House for your wedding, schedule a tour and meeting with them. You will honestly not regret it.

It is so hard to find the right words to describe what perfection this venue and team are. We had the best day of our lives and we owe it all to Sarah and her amazing team at Ivy House. Sarah thought of every detail and the night ran so smooth. From a large guest count room flip, switching ceremony location from outside to inside, to last minute seating changes the Ivy House team made everything simple and stress free. The bridal suite is such a nice added bonus and the venue has incredible photo op opportunities. We were married in October and the ivy was PERFECT. If you are having your wedding at any of this team’s venues you are in the BEST hands. We wish we could do it all over again!

We had the opportunity of experiencing two great wedding venues for our multi-day wedding in Milwaukee. The Ivy House stands alone with respect to people. The space speaks for itself in its detail and reflectiveness of all that is right with Milwaukee. The people though make the place. From each encounter we had, virtually and in-person, staff were patient, receptive and respectful without expectation. Our heartiest gratitude to Sarah who made sure our day was more than we could have ever imagined.

We worked with Tyler over a 3 year span to plan the most epic and magical wedding day for my daughter, Ashley & her now husband, Brook. They held prices for us from the time we booked. They were honest about their advantages & disadvantages. They answered every one of my million questions promptly and kindly-no matter how dumb the question was. They worked extremely well with our wedding planner, made great suggestions, and customized packages so we had exactly what we wanted. The weekend of the wedding was also phenomenal. Every employee, every bartender, Nick the DJ (Milwaukee Airwaves) and Tyler were amazingly helpful, flexible and polite. The service was impeccable, especially from Tyler. The Ivy House is a gorgeous mix of industrial modern chic. And the Fernweh patio was just enchanting as we danced the night away. I love everything about this place. And we know we will someday be back there for another big bash. It was worth every penny!

This place! These people! I just got married at The Ivy House this August and from beginning to the end it was PHENOMENAL. The space is to die for, so much greenery, the chandelier, the woodwork, it is all so beautiful! Ramsey was the first person we met with and he gave a wonderful tour of the space and this was back in 2019 before they even had a parking lot or their beautiful flower wall! Nick was our DJ! He is very laid back and super helpful when it comes to the flow of the wedding and what kind of mood or vibe you are looking for. The ceremony music was spot on and he loved the idea of our star wars thing song for the recessional as well as thunderstruck by AC/DC for our grand march :) We had three amazing bartenders that night Zach, Tanner, and Mark who kept the drinks coming all night long which we very much appreciated!! These guys were troopers outside in the heat for cocktail hour as well, but they had the biggest smiles on their faces and immediately came up with drinks for my husband and I after the ceremony, can't get better than that! You guys were awesome! Last but certainly not least our coordinator Matt. I love this guy, needless to say he is THE BEST!! His spunky attitude and fast talking self made planning and coordinating everything so incredibly easy. Just ask him, we were such a handful Basically he is exactly the man you want orchestrating your big day. His energy and humor is endless allowing for a stress free wedding day that you just get to enjoy! I could not have hand picked a more spectacular crew to work with and have there with us on our wedding day. We hope you guys had a blast too!

Absolutely best choice to go with Ivy House for our wedding! Everything went super smoothly from the moment we toured the venue to our wedding day. The staff are incredibly helpful, nice and know what they are doing! We had so many compliments on the beautiful venue, the DJ, and how perfect everything went! There is a day of coordinator who helps everything fall into place so you don't have to worry about anything on your special day. Their patio is so gorgeous, and the inside is beautiful. They are very flexible with the weather and have back up plans if there is rain. Unfortunately it ended up raining on our wedding day, but Sarah (our day of event coordinator) was checking the weather apps and checking in with me up until the ceremony started. Seriously had the BEST experience with the Ivy House. All of our vendors said great things about them as well. The DJ was amazing and had people dancing until the night was over. Couldn't be any happier with our experience. The natural ivy and plants are GORGEOUS and look great in photos as well

Let me start of this review by simply saying that if you are a couple who's been recently engaged and are in need of a venue to host your wedding day, there is only spot you need to look at: The Ivy House. Period. There’s a reason their team has won “Best Of” on numerous occasions and I consider my now wife and I incredibly blessed and remarkably fortunate to witness that firsthand last weekend for our wedding day. Truthfully, every couple has their own goals, own expectations, own vision, when it comes to what they want their day to look like and to say that The Ivy House team brought that to life for us (…and more) is a profound understatement on so many levels. After originally setting our date in October 2018, we – like countless others couples – made the decision to postpone a full 365 days to Sunday, July 4th, 2021 when we realized that COVID was going to make it impossible to get all the people we cared about in a room together… to say the wait was *well* worth it doesn’t even begin to do it justice. In our opinion, what makes The Ivy House special isn’t just the aesthetic of the ball room or the spaciousness of the Fernweh patio or the incredible bridal suite upstairs, it’s the people. Having planned much of our wedding from out-of-state, there is NO one else we trusted more than Ramsey, Zach, & Co. and they *MORE* than delivered. There are not enough words to do justice to how special their team is, how thoughtful and detail-oriented they are in every aspect of planning, and candidly, how immensely hard working they are at perfecting their craft and delivering a once-in-a-lifetime experience for couples like us. We were blessed to have guests from 22 states join us last weekend and the continuous feedback we received was, “wow”. Was our original engagement (pre-COVID) a little longer than most (~ 20 months)? Yes. Was postponing a bit of a shock to the system when the world shut down? Without question. However, through it all, it was Ramsey and his team that guided us every step of the way to “I do” and the celebration that followed. While we all could go without a once-in-a-lifetime health crisis that I’m sure everyone reading this has likely made sacrifices during, if we could do it again, there’s not a single thing we would change because we were in the best hands with the best people the 985 days from start to finish. The music. The coordination with vendors. The intentionality with set-up. The little things that we probably don’t even know about that they took care of. You name it, it exceeded our expectations. Growing up there, Milwaukee is a beautiful city – especially in the summertime – and there are a lot of different venues that have a ton to offer depending on what suits your needs. However, there is not one venue that comes anywhere close to what The Ivy House provides: a remarkable backdrop for your day and an even better team to do it around. The best man in our wedding made reference to the quote, “people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” There are no words to describe how incredible our day was and that’s a true testament to not only the guests we shared it with but the people behind-the-scenes – Ramsey, Zach, bartenders, etc. – who brought it to life and made it one we will cherish for all of our days. If you’re a couple who’s been recently engaged and need a venue, stop looking because you found it right here at The Ivy House.

Ivy House is probably the best venue in Wisconsin. Not only is the outside patio so pretty with all of the greenery, plants, and ivy, but the 360 bar, fireplace, and other decor give it a cozy vibe as well. The inside is STUNNING. The natural ivy is growing so much (even in the year planning process it was growing a bunch!) and the overall design is just beautiful. We toured Ivy House back in Feb of 2020, which even then things were booked up because they are so popular. COVID hit, so we halted our planning for a bit. Sarah and the team have been nothing short of LITERALLY AMAZING for me and Ty this entire year and a half process. She was great at keeping communication and answering our questions through that point as well. She helped keep us updated as dates opened up (from COVID backup dates). She made our special day run SO smoothly, and handled the changes that happened last minute so well. We had to completely nix plan A and go to our rain plan last minute (thanks weather), and the team already had the inside set up just in case we needed it. It was a seamless transition and she helped me stay calm and make a pretty tough last minute decision, easy. All of our guests, family and bridal party had only the best and amazing things to say about her and the entire Ivy house staff. Thank you doesn’t even do it justice for what y’all did for us. I know the day was perfect and we all had the best time, thanks to you. You all have been the absolute best venue team to work with. From the moment we toured, to the end of our night, Sarah killed it. Her personality and communication was one of the reasons we were so attracted to Ivy house, let alone it’s sheer beauty of a venue. Our guests could not believe how stunning it was. I also was told how attentive the team was during the reception, not only to me and Ty, but to all of our guests and that means the world to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

The Ivy House is a spectacular wedding venue. Tyler and his staff went above and beyond to make this day perfect fun our daughter. It’s so pretty inside and the outside is perfect to get away from the music. Thank you again Tyler for everything

We had the absolute best experience working with Sarah and the whole Ivy House team. While planning during the pandemic had its ups and downs, throughout it all the Ivy House team was reassuring, thoughtful, and responsive. Sarah had fabulous recommendations and helped with so many of the details- really going above and beyond. The venue itself is beautiful and was the perfect space for a happy, airy wedding vibe. We would recommend Ivy House over and over again, and already can’t wait to attend future weddings in the space.

I cannot even begin to put into words how beautiful and wonderful our wedding was at the Ivy House. We had to postpone last year because of COVID and the team was so respectful of our decision and so accommodating for our change of plans. From getting ready in the bridal suite first thing in the morning to our ceremony and capping the night off with the best reception ever, every detail was perfect and stunning. Matt, Nick and the Ivy House team were beyond incredible. Our bridal party and guests even commented on the phenomenal service, which I think speaks volumes. I am a worrier and Type A personality by nature, but they made sure my entire day was relaxed and worry-free. It was literally the best day ever, and I know we will be getting compliments from our guests for years to come. I can only hope that my friends get married at the Ivy House in the future so I can enjoy another wedding there. I am beyond thankful that we chose to work with their team and I will remember the day forever.

Had my wedding April 2021 here and it was everything I imagined and more. First off, this venue is worth EVERY.LAST.PENNY, it’s gorgeous inside and out. It unfortunatelt rained the entire day of my wedding, but everything was still perfection. The Ivy House even had amazing green umbrellas (the color sounds weird, but they were honestly PERFECT) for us to use for pictures. Sarah Raver was a god sent and helped me out a TON leading up to the day and took care of every last thing the day of the wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect, if you’re thinking of booking here, think no more and ABSOLUTELY do it. You will not be disappointed!

Sarah, Alex and their team did an AMAZING job. The pandemic has hit this group hard but they have come out swinging with their creative minds about how we can have our dream wedding. We lucked out with a 50 degree day in February in Wisconsin so the team started the fire on the patio and kept it going all night. Guests and the wedding party were out there half the time! The bridal suite and groom's room are great touches to this space. The bridal suite is fairly big with a fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom. This space is great for any pictures with the bridal party and/or just the bride and groom. The best part is that it is a great little space to go when you just need that minute to take it all in with your significant other. Sarah and team went above and beyond and were very communicative all night (with a consumption bar tab, checking in on us, etc.). We will for sure be heading back to the Ivy house to enjoy their patio this summer but this venue is beyond accommodating even though they may be a little on the expensive side for venue pricing compared to others OUTSIDE of Milwaukee. BUT I ASSURE YOU it is all worth it to get this team on your side for your big day.

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Ivy House. They are THE BEST when it comes to having the perfect wedding. From day one, they were very responsive and helpful when choosing on our venue. Even in the midst of having to postpone our date due to COVID, they were easy to work with and communicated effectively. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and I truly believe it is because the entire staff at Ivy House is so passionate about what they do and only want the best for their clients. Our event manager was Abby and she is the absolute best. I could not be more grateful and recommend The Ivy House more!

Hands down the BEST venue you could pick in MKE for your wedding! The venue itself, the staff, the location, amenities...I could go on forever. The venue itself is very modern and is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a romantic, elegant venue. The upstairs bridal suite was a huge bonus and made our getting ready experience even more special. Now to say how amazing the staff was in an understatement. Unfortunately it rained on our wedding day and we had to make a last minute call on moving the ceremony indoors. Matt, our day of coordinator, and Gene, our DJ, made it happen in record time. They did everything they could to make sure my husband and I were taken care of all night and never skipped a beat. Plus, they helped us throw a pretty awesome party! You would have never guessed it was a COVID wedding and everyone raved at how much fun they had. Thank you Ivy House team for everything!!
