Please, please reconsider your photographer if you are looking here for an engagement or wedding photographer. I would not want what happened to me at my wedding happen to anyone else. Photographer was consistently late ( engagment session, planning session ect) told us four different dates as to when we would get our photos back after the wedding took place( with no communication from her as to why they were late until I reached out and asked why I hadn't gotten the pictures yet) left my wedding 2.5 hours early claiming a guest told her to leave and did not offer the appropriate refund (which was close to $600) and then took over exposed photos and asked why I didn't tell her how I wanted them edited, even though I am not a photographer. While I do have something else to say about the state of the DVD in which she sent to me, she threated to take legal action if I reported what happened on a review. This is not someone you want to have as a photographer. There is a reason why I am the first to comment since 2013. I had known this photographer from previous weddings she photographed, some of who even left a review on this site and the pictures are no where near the same. Please keep looking and save yourself the headache and get beautiful pictures that you will LOVE from another photographer.

Jennifer not only takes the most amazing pictures, but she is such an easy person to talk to and work with. She made the entire experience fun, and although we haven't gotten all of our photos back yet (it's been about 4 weeks since our wedding), the ones she has been sneak previewing for us are absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend her for fun, elegant, and creative photos.

We met Jennifer at the Springfield Bridal Expo at the Eastern States Exposition Center along with many other photographers. We also were provided a list of photographers from Publick House Historic Inn as well as followed many references located on TheKnot, pinterest, WeddingWire, friends, etc. We met with a dozen and screened out many others based on comfort level, availability, composition and style, package details and ability to customize features as well consider potential locations of the engagement session. Since this was a big day for us, pricing was considered, but only in terms of composition. Traditional photographers are less expensive versus compositional. We chose Jennifer for the compositional work and attention to details in her work. These were important, but not as much as the need to feel comfortable with her. Everyone must consider a comfort level when choosing a single or two photographer system. Who is shooting what photographs and when. She made us feel comfortable worked with us to ensure there were no concerns. Note: If you don't feel comfortable with your photographer then you will not shine in your photographs. Jennifer found a way to make us shine. She was very open to our ideas and incorporated her artistic ability to create a unique portfolio capturing two people experiencing life, happiness and love, not only during the candid shots, but also the staged pictures. in terms of packages, her's are comparable to most others. It is important to know what you want as all photographers were willing to modify the packages a bit to tailor something to our liking. We chose not to buy the hardbound picture book and added an engagement session in Northampton instead. She is very familiar with this area and there is no short supply of places to capture great pictures in a very short time frame. She shoots digital so the number of pictures she could take was not an issue. In terms of quality, she took multiple shots, from multiple locations and then was able to provide us multiple artistic versions of the same pictures in color, black and white sepia, and saturated. She knew what to highlight, edit and alter to make the shot look great. She really did a great job and the engagement pictures were ready in only a few weeks. On the day of the wedding she was prompt, ready and didn't need a list of what to capture, but we provided one to her just to be safe. She captured the people that meant most to us and then proceeded to capture the pictures that were a once in a lifetime shot. She was in the right places at the right time. She manuevered through the events well and couldn't have been more professional. I highly recommend her as a photographer if she is available.

Jennifer was an incredible photographer for my wedding. With the wedding set to be outdoors that unfortunately had to be moved indoors she was full of bright ideas on how to create beautiful shots. Thankfully, we were able to move outside for some outdoor shots where she was creative and always incredibly kind. I recommend her a thousand times over.
