Communication from their office is completely lacking. Took over two weeks to respond to me from my initial inquiry. Would never reveal pricing. Made me fill out a long form about my wedding, so they could "match me with a photographer." It's been over a month and I still haven't heard anything. Completely unprofessional.

Memories of the best day ever are so important and there is no one better than Lauren Fisher and her team to create those memories. The quality of their work is incredible- natural beauty, pure and rich. I would recommend them to any couple getting married. We absolutely love our pictures and can't stop looking at them!

Lauren was our photographer, but at the wedding she was so much more than that! She was super helpful with all kinds of things! When I got makeup on my dress, she was on the phone in a split second calling a friend to help get it out. My husband and I really enjoyed working with her throughout the whole process. Courtney was also a pleasure to work with on the wedding day. They both are very down to earth and made us feel super special. My family even commented on how great our photographers were. We have only received a sneak peak of our photos, but we already know they are going to be absolutely amazing!! We would highly recommend Lauren and Courtney to any newly engaged couple.. certainly a must have!!

I used photographers from Jeremy Hess for both my engagement and wedding photos. Amber and Heather were both amazing to work with! They captured everything from our day that I had hoped for. They weren't pushy, open for suggestions, and helped us stick exactly to our timeline. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Lauren was our photographer for our wedding just two weeks ago. We can not say enough about how wonderful she is and how easy she made the day go. Everything about Jeremy Hess was great from the communications, the setting up of meetings, the engagement session, everything was perfect. We have all the confidence in the world that our wedding pictures are going to be amazing and that means so much. I can't wait to see them. Lauren our photographer was easy going but tried her best to keep us on track. We were able to capture most of what we wanted including extended family photographs.

We knew that our pictures would look great as Lauren Fisher from Jeremy Hess had done our engagement session; but we were still blown away by how amazing our pictures were!! The photos from our wedding day are absolutely stunning! In almost 1000 photos, there are NO bad shots. When we first saw the entire album, I had to stop saying to my husband, "I like that one" because I was saying it for every photo. Lauren and Billy were simply amazing. They are professional, friendly and fun. They managed to get every important shot of the day, and yet it felt like they were not even there! We did not have to take hours to get photos taken which was important to me. I wanted to spend as much time enjoying our wedding day as possible. We could not be more happy with Lauren Fisher and Billy Scanlan. I absolutely will choose Jeremy Hess photography again for all future life events!

We are so happy we chose Jeremy Hess Photographers for our engagement session and wedding. We had both Jeremy and Donovan photograph our wedding and Jeremy also did our engagement session. They captured everything throughout the night and we hardly knew they were there. They were extremely non-intrusive. We received tons of compliments from our family and friends not only about how beautiful our pictures are but also how nice and friendly Jeremy and Donovan were. You can't go wrong with Jeremy Hess Photographers!

We used Amber and Mark from the Jeremy Hess team. From the beginning they made us feel comfortable and we laughed a lot. My fiance was so uncomfortable with the idea of posed pictures so they gave us a good mix of posed (without feeling stuffy) and natural. So far we love our pictures and have gotten tons of compliments on them!

The photographer was awesome. Very easy to work with and she captured all the details!

We could write a book about our amazing and absolutely wonderful experience with Jeremy Hess Photographers. We were lucky to have Jeremy, himself, photograph our engagement and wedding, and we will never forget his professionalism, patience, artsy style, courteous nature, and his natural ability to make us feel comfortable in front of a camera. It's almost as if Jeremy doesn't even need to try when it comes to his work - his talent is definitely God-given, and he is absolutely the best. We met with Jeremy about 8 months before our wedding, and from the moment we started talking with him, we knew he would be awesome - and he did not let us down. Jeremy traveled, on his day off, to Georgetown, DC to take our engagement photos, and without having been there before, he created some of the best images we (and our friends and family) have ever seen. He and Amber (our other fabulous photographer on our wedding day), fit in so well with all our guests and really captured the best moments of our day! They would literally walk two steps and find another photo opportunity based on the background, or where the sun/clouds were positioned. It was unbelievable the visions they had, that they then turned into photographs. We received over 1500 digital pictures from our wedding, and we are struggling to narrow our favorites to below 1000. Our bridal party was speechless at how calm, cool, and collected Jeremy and Amber were throughout our wedding day. Jeremy was running around at the reception, making sure both of us (the bride and groom) weren't missing the best moments of the evening as he caught them on film. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeremy and his photographers and staff. Anne, the office manager was also a blessing to work with - she answered emails any time - day or night - never letting more than a few hours go by without responding back to any questions or concerns. Our photography package was so reasonably priced, and the products, as we've mentioned, are absolutely priceless. We would recommend Jeremy and his team in a heart beat and can guarantee you will not find a more well-rounded, generous, and talented group of people anywhere else.

Lauren Fisher and Jeremy Hess Photographers were amazing to work with! They were so helpful and instantly made you feel comfortable when taking pictures. They were also so much fun! My pictures came back within a couple weeks of the wedding and are beyond amazing! My husband and I can't wait to put our album together but it will be hard because all the pictures were fantastic.

From engagement pictures to the wedding day pictures, Jeremy and his crew did an amazing day. They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and the pictures were breath taking. They also helped create the wedding day timeline which was very helpful. Another thing I enjoyed about them was that they were able to capture the moments without being right IN the moment. I would highly recommend them!

Jeremy was the most professional, friendly and charismatic vendor we worked with. He met with us prior to engagement photos and was so involved on the wedding day I felt like I had an extra bridesmaid. No details go unnoticed. I will be using Jeremy as our family photographer for many years!

I don't have enough positive things to say about Lauren Fisher, from Jeremy Hess Photographers. We loved having her share in our day with us. She kept the flow of picture taking moving when we had fallen behind at the ceremony, cried with the groom when he saw me, and laughed with us throughout the night. My photographer was Lauren Fisher, the newest Photographer with Jeremy Hess Photography. I was able to relax knowing that all the special moments from our wedding were going to be well documented. As someone who is interested in photography and took several classes in photography, I was particular about finding a skilled photographer. Not only was Lauren very skilled, she was friendly and professional. I appreciated her organization which helped the day run smoothly. The photos that I received are excellent!

My husband and I worked with Nicola and Amanda. They were a great team to work with. From the first time I met, Nicole, I knew we were in for a treat. From meeting with her the first time, to sending us our photos, the process was smooth. If you purchase the package with the negatives, they will mail you your pictures on a CD. We received our photos online within 3-4 weeks. I never thought it would be such a quick process. When they arrived at my parents house, we got right to business. They don't take your traditional photos which I loved. They take more modern, out of the ordinary photos. After the ceremony, we only took 1 photo of all the groomsmen and bridesmaids lined up in a row. The others had the groomsmen and bridesmaids staggered behind my husband and I. I would definitely recommend this company to whoever is looking for a photographer.

We had our wedding in Lancaster, PA. We used Jeremy Hess Photography as our vendor. We could have not been happier with their job. Everyone at the company is supser nice, they work with you, communication was always there and the pictures are AMAZING. Exceptional Devotion to the Art of Photography. Our wedding was more complicated in that we had 2 ceremonies and a number of locations to photograph throughout the day. Jeremy displayed an uncommon passion to capture the story through his photographs, spending significant amounts of time to prepare and doing whatever necessary to capture beautiful photographs.

They were incredible!!! We discussed before the wedding what style of pictures we were looking for and the day of the wedding was flawless. Our photographer didn't 'interrupt' one moment of the day and everything flowed perfectly. It is very clear that Jeremy Hess possesses a talent for photography! Worth every cent!

I knew from the moment I became engaged that I wanted Jeremy Hess to photograph my wedding. In fact he was the very first vendor I booked even before I had a date finalized. He and his team made me my husband our families guests & bridal party so comfortable throughout the entire day that we felt like they were part of the family! We had people commenting all night on how great he was moving across the room like lightening to get all the shots. They were so attentive to me always making sure I was doing ok during the different photo sessions - he even took my shoes off & put them back on for me when my feet were hurting!;I don't have a single thing to warn anyone about. Jeremy is worth every single penny that you would spend on him.

Jeremy and Nicola (our two photographers for the day) spent so much time with us before the wedding figuring out neat shots and locations. They were fun and laid back but efficient (managing families for large portraits can be challenging!) Plus they do ALL proofing and color correcting BEFORE you see the pictures so that you have a good idea of how your album will actually look.;They are a little pricey but totally worth it!!!
