My mother gave me my grandmother's ring to use as my engagement ring. My grandmother was a tiny woman, while I am an Amazon. I needed to get the ring sized and my best friend recommended the Jewelry Source. My mom and I needed to find a store we could trust and not some two bit operation. My mother was very nervous about giving me this ring. She was very close to her mother and is a sentimental person. We went to the Jewelry Source together and were helped by Cindy. Cindy is 110% professional and knows exactly how to put people at ease. She sensed my mother's nervousness and spoke directly to my mom's fears while making me feel cared for. We found out that my ring is from the late 1800's and was handcrafted! We had no idea! Cindy gave us many opportunities to walk away and think about it. The lack of a sales push was exactly what my mom and I needed to put our trust in this place. The ring was size and cleaned beautifully. Cindy and her colleagues did a fantastic job with the ring. I hardly recognize it because it is so shiny and lovely. I cannot stress how much I love the folks at the Jewelry Source. I would trust them with everything I own.
