Jess made us an amazing wedding cake and was super easy to work with! The theme of our wedding was a whimsical garden and I wanted anything but a plain boring white cake. Jess made us a beautiful colorful pressed flower cake that fit the cheerful and bright vibe of our wedding. It was easy to search through her creations and work with her, she was also super responsive. On top of that everything tasted amazing and we were even eating leftover cake on our mini moon. Jess also delivered to our venue day of which made it stress free and gave us one less thing to worry about. Now that I’ve discovered Jess, I’ve had the chance to go to some of her pop pups and try some of her other treats. Everything she makes tastes as good as it looks! I’ll definitely be back and call her the next time we need a cake!

Jessica was such a pleasure to work with, she was super kind and informative through the process. We found her via Wedding Wire and used her for our April Bridal Shower and July Wedding. Our friends and family were so impressed by her cakes and cookies and cake pops, they have turned to her as well. My family and I have been cannoli cake snobs growing up and by far now she has established making our favorite cannoli cake ever. She does not disappoint. Jess was so flexible and easy to work with. We picked up our tasting in the fall and chose our cake with cupcakes, which came out beautiful and delicious.

We came across Jess after a referral from a nearby bakery, and after searching for a cake vendor for months to no avail. From the second we met Jess, we knew she was everything we were looking for! Talented, responsive, professional and collaborative - and she makes a beautiful and DELICIOUS cake!! Her flavors and filling go beyond the norm, and we were obsessed with the White Chocolate Raspberry we chose with a buttercream frosting. I also loved a few other flavors like the birthday cake, but the White Choc Raspberry was a clear winner and also a hit with the guests. We'd 100% work with Jess again and are so glad we found her!

I used Jess for my sons Baptism and she was so easy and great to work with. She responded to her emails so quickly and made sure we were on the exact same page for the cake design. The cake and cookies were absolutely beautiful and SO DELICIOUS. The cookies were soft and delicious and the cake was so good. Everyone was talking about it. I highly recommend Just Desserts By Jess for any of your special occasions. You won’t regret it!

Just Desserts came recommended by the event manager at my baby shower venue (Townhouse Greenwich). Jess was easy to book, coordinate with, and had fair pricing. She delivered a beautiful two-tier travel theme cake based on an inspiration photo I provided her from pinterest. She also provided red velvet cupcakes, and gorgeous white and gold macaroons. Though everything was delicious, my guests particularly raved about the cake (flavor white chocolate raspberry) and how light and flavorful it was! Just Desserts by Jess will definitely be our preferred bakery for future events that call for cake or yummy desserts. My only complaint is that I don’t live close enough to the bakery to take advantage of her pop up sales!

Jess’s 50th birthday cupcake tower and cake topper was beautiful AND delicious! She was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and made the process easy and stress free. Thank you for helping make my milestone birthday party a success!

I had the most pleasant experience working with Jess and would highly recommend her! She was extremely professional, responsive, and accommodating. I shared a few pictures of our vision for the cake and overall theme and she shared her ideas and kept working with me until we got everything to the perfect place. When I saw the cake I actually teared up - I couldn't believe how perfectly she brought our vision to life! On top of the design and execution, everyone raved about the taste of everything. My review is not only on behalf of myself, but to all of my baby shower guests who could not stop raving about my dessert table. Jess made a beautiful polar bear cake (I chose vanilla with nutella buttercream filling) with matching cake pops and cookies. All of the desserts tasted even better than how they looked. Everyone at my party kept asking me "How can a cake that looks so amazing taste so perfect too??" It is true, the cake was fresh, moist and so tasty. Jess even had her team come to my party venue and set up the dessert table which was worth the very little extra cost to not have to worry about smushing/ruining anything en route to your venue. I can't wait to use Just Desserts by Jess for future parties.

Just Dessert by Jess provided our cake for our wedding on 10/7/22 and it was not only beautiful but also SO delicious. We got so many compliments on it. She was lovely to deal with and made everything easy. The tasting was easy to set up as well- so many flavors and designs to choose fun. We’re so happy we went with this bakery!

Jess was a pleasure to work with & she made the most beautiful divine tiered wedding cake for my son's wedding. The cascading sunflowers were truly gorgeous! The cake (classic party cake & lemon raspberry) was moist & delicious & our guests all raved about it!! The cake honestly blew me away!

I used Jess for my sister’s lemon themed bridal shower and was beyond impressed. From start to finish, Jess made the whole process so easy (especially during a time when you’re planning for a ton of different things). She responded to all of my questions so quickly. Jess made cake pops, cookies etc for my daughter's bridal shower. Not only were they beautiful but everyone raved about how good everything tasted! I then asked Jess to make her wedding cake and it was absolute art. My daughter chose the rustic style with raspberry filling and Jess decorated it with fresh white roses! It was stunning and delicious...so many guests commented on how it looked and tasted. Jess also provided delivery service which made my life a little bit easier during the always busy wedding week. Working with Jess was an absolutely wonderful experience. Not only was our wedding cake STUNNING, it was DELICIOUS!! Every flavor was so yummy when we were taste testing that we decided we had to have two different flavor cakes because we couldn’t choose which was better. We got my daughter’s Sweet 16 (actually 17) cake from Jessica. Due to COVID, we had to change our date twice. Jessica was very accommodating to the date changes. The cake looked amazing. It was everything we had discussed and tasted delicious also !!

Jess is the absolute BEST! I have worked with Jess on several occasions, but most recently for my Tiffany themed bridal shower dessert table. I found several pictures of the design I was interested in for several desserts including cupcakes, cakepops, macaroons, chocolate covered pretzels and wedding dress sugar cookies. Jess created exactly what I imagine and better! I am very picky and detail oriented and Jess is the best person to work with. She answered all my emails very quickly and kept track of all my special detail requests that I thought of up until the day of the event. She even delivered everything and was so prompt. Not only were her desserts beautiful, but absolutely delicious. I can't wait to work with her in the future for all my future events!

Jess would deserve more stars if that were possible. I never leave reviews but there is not a better pastry chef that I have ever tasted, so this had to be written. It doesn't end there though because when it comes to desserts, I think they should look beautiful too and you only need to check out her website to see the gorgeous creations she has made and such variety: Jess can do it all. Jess is professional, courteous and so very talented. There are two downsides though; Jess is so popular that she books fast, so don't diddle-daddle or your date will be booked by someone else! Also, once you've had one of Jess' desserts, it's very hard to enjoy anyone else's. They are THAT good!

If you want perfection - and who doesn't - then look no further. Just Desserts by Jess is the answer to your dreams. Jess is a true artist. Not only are her cakes absolutely delicious, her decorating is top notch. She is a true master - there is nothing she can't do. All of the decorations are perfect - her skill in crafting flowers, intricate lace, air brushing, etc. is absolutely incredible. She is a joy to work with. She will always be my "go to person" should I ever need another special occasion cake. Buy your cake from Jess and you won't be disappointed.

Jess made our cake for our rehearsal dinner and it came out delicious and perfect! We received so many compliments on the creativeness behind the cake and the fondant and inside fillings were so yummy! Will be using Jess again for our party needs!

Jess worked closely with me for over a year in order to create the perfect looking cake for my son’s Bar Mitzvah theme. Jess was brilliant in capturing the theme of his event in the cake she perfectly designed. She perfectly executed ideas I had and listened closely in order to design the perfect looking and tasting cake!!

Amazing!!! We used Jess for my sisters wedding and all I could remember was just how good the cake tasted. We went back to her for my own wedding and Jess went above and beyond. We got married at the Bronx Zoo and Jess put together a safari/animal print cake and found amazing cake toppers (that were featured in the NY Times!). The cake was DEEELLICIOUS. Jess was timely, helpful and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend for excellent, beautifully decorated wedding cake.

Another absolutely fabulous cake created by Jess...this time for my twin daughters 1st bday party. Jess is not only professional and easy to work with but her cakes are works of art! I wish I could go back and get married again so she could make my wedding cake! Not only are the cakes stunning but they taste amazing too. Her website has a whole gallery of pictures...I always look there to get ideas and then work with her to personalize the cake to exactly what I am looking for. Jess did a phenomenal job creating my wedding cake this past fall. She has amazing photos on her Instagram page and website for inspiration, which helped my husband and I narrow down what style we wanted. When I went in for the tasting, she helped me to think through more of the details on the size and look of the cake. The final product was stunning - beautiful and absolutely delicious! Jess made an absolutely GORGEOUS 2-tiered Unicorn cake for our daughter's 1st birthday. Not only was the cake delicious (highly recommend the chocolate cake/chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries), but the cake was equally beautiful. it was the talk of the party! Jess was easy to reach and very collaborative throughout the process. I sent her a few pics for inspiration and she made a few suggestions, which were spot on with what we were looking for. She even created an adorable smash cupcake for my daughter (which she devoured in minutes). Overall, she really brought our vision to life! When it came to delivery and payment, the process was seamless. She brought the cake right to our venue on time, which made our lives a lot easier. We worked with Jess for our Baby Shower and wow, did she knock it out of the park! From the moment we started corresponding, I knew she would do a fantastic job and her work did not disappoint.
