We highly recommend Justin Ruiz Media as a Photographer and/or Videographer for an event! We hired their team for an engagement shoot as well as to photo/video our wedding. They had high quality equipment, which included a small mic-pack to clearly capture important audio. They showed up promptly each time. For our wedding, we had 2 photographers and 2 videographers. We received multiple hours worth of raw film as well as thousands of pictures that was used to curate the custom content we purchased. We were over the moon with the results. We love their style and artistic takes. The images and clips they captured will be cherished for years to come. Justin and his team were very responsive to all our inquiries and they provided the planning documents that made the wedding day flow seamlessly. Their professionalism was sincerely appreciated and we couldn't have asked for a better group to capture/highlight our special day.

It's been a while since our wedding back in September 12th, but no matter how much time elapses we have a wonderful video to look at and take us back to that day (thanks to Justin Ruiz). From the moment we reached out to Justin he was quick to respond, respectful, professional, creative, and never stopped working. He produced a highlight film that warmed our hearts and allowed family and friends, who could not attend our wedding ceremony and reception, to feel as if they were there with us. We thought he was laid back but definitely knows what he's doing. We found comfort in that he asked what moments had to absolutely be captured so we didn't have to worry about looking for the camera when such moments took place. He was very open to feedback during the editing process, making the end product more than amazing! In addition to joining us for the entirety of our wedding day, Justin was at our rehearsal dinner to capture great moments and provide lasting memories. He produced a unique love story, with detailed and incorporated memories from our proposal site. He listened to our ideas and requests and also put together a video card with tributes from our guests. Professionalism was ALWAYS present along with a positive, non-intrusive, energetic spirit and smile. We were more than satisfied with his work and have since hired him to do additional work.

First of all, I wanted to say to anyone who is debating on which videographer to use, please take the time to contact Justin to discuss your needs. Your mind will truly be made up after your conversation with him, that you have found exactly what you are looking for. When I was looking for vendors for everything that I needed – dress, venue, cake, flowers, DJ, caterer, photographer/videographer…it was quite overwhelming for all the offerings provided. I was also dependent on reviews to help me decipher based on what others had experienced during their dealings and interactions with the vendors. And, these helped me to set vendors apart for who were the cream of the crop versus vendors in which I may be concerned about using on a special day. After speaking with Justin I knew that I didn’t want to go with any other videographer and had my heart set. Justin is a one of a kind person who is sincere, genuine, helpful, patient, respectful and professional all at the same time. With the most important day of my life being covered, I searched high and low for the right video team. I came across Justin and his team and he was very happy to answer any questions I had pertaining to my wedding day including things not related to video. His team was very easy to work with and they knew exactly what to get on the wedding day. I teared up watching my wedding video over and over again. I’m so glad I chose Justin Ruiz Media and you will be if you do too.

I didn’t know what to expect when I had to search through endless amounts of vendors. I can say that I was pleasantly surprised from the first time I spoke with Justin. He was willing to get on the phone and discuss the pricing and packages. He offered ideas on how to approach the creativity of our video. The wedding day came upon us fast and Justin and his team were punctual and nice. They seem to capture everything and sure enough, it reflected in the video we received. I could not believe how much I would’ve missed if not for having them there that day. The day just goes by so fast and it’s great to watch the memories back again and again.

Justin is awesome and VERY affordable! He's professional and very attentive. He's also laid back and not pushy. When I first met Justin, I was against a videographer. Justin politely asked why and listened as I gave him an earful about the expensive price of videographers and how I would receive very little for the expensive price. He asked me to take a look at his packages and I had to double take at his affordable pricing. His packages were filled with so much value. He didn't even ask me to book him that day. Needless to say, I booked him the next day. It was one of the best decisions that I made. At the wedding, he was polite, attentive, FUNNY, and just amazing at capturing the best moments. He kept me updated during the turn around time with his progress. I was in tears as I watched the video. I cannot thank Justin enough for convincing me to have a videographer. He captured so many memories that I don't want to forget. Thank you Justin and your team! :)

Funny, genuine, and accommodating. Justin was referred to me by a friend- I asked which videographers she liked to work with and she named JustinRuizMedia. My husband and I were not disappointed. Justin took the time to get to know us and was very accommodating, even with some unfortunate circumstances. He actually agreed to create an additional sneak peek for us to help keep the peace between family members :) we are looking forward to seeing it! On our wedding day, he made us laugh and feel natural in front of the camera. He directed certain parts of filming and also captured some priceless candid moments. We are so very excited to get the full wedding video back based on what we've seen so far and will definitely be referring JustinRuizMedia for additional projects to our friends and family!! Justin and his team were absolutely incredible throughout our entire experience!!! We added a "love story" add-on to the package we purchased and loved it! We got to show our love story video at our rehearsal dinner and it was one of the most talked about things the whole weekend. We haven't even seen our wedding video yet, but after seeing the love story video they put together I know we are going to be blown away. He worked his tail off during our wedding, and we could not be more happy with our whole experience with them. I would recommend Justin and his team to anyone who is looking for a high quality product that comes from even higher quality people.

We hired Justin Ruiz for our wedding last year of 2020. There’s a lot here but if you planning on using them please be sure to read. Let me start by saying they cancelled on me on rehearsal dinner night before my wedding in an email, didn’t even make a phone call in person to let me know. Since I was obviously busy I didn’t see the email until I was getting hair and makeup done for my wedding that he wasn’t coming. He claims he wasn’t feeling good and couldn’t make it, even though I spoke to him two days before discussing details and such and he said he was ready to fly out. They hired a guy in Denver to come out and do our video that I had never spoken to and provided no contact information. When we booked them, they were based in Denver, we paid a travel fee since they had to drive to Breckenridge, due to covid we had to change locations last minute to a Golden. Because we changed to a closer venue I asked if we would be refunded our travel fee and he said that they were now based out of Texas and since they had to fly out, the travel fee would really help them. Trying to be nice, I said that’s fine, keep it (even though them moving states wasn’t my problem or in the contract). He then never flew out and never refunded me the travel fee claiming he had to pay the guy that did show up, again not my problem. I had discussed specifically that I wanted getting ready footage and first look footage which I got neither. Didn’t get footage of my dad seeing me or my mom. We booked the highlighted package where the video is supposed to be 3-8 mins. When we got our video back it was 3:50, so the bare minimum. None of my husbands family was in it at all or his parents. We booked the winter special which included free raw footage and free best wishes from guests and never got the best wishes since the guy that showed up wasn’t told. When I asked Storm about it he said, “well I’m sorry you didn’t receive your free best wishes”. I had to pay and additional $500 to have another company create a wedding video for us since the first one by Justin Ruiz company was so bad. When I would email it would takes weeks and sometimes me emailing twice to even get a response. Long story short, they were the biggest regret of my wedding and now I’m left with memories missed, lots of frustration and a company that didn’t seem to understand the stress on canceling on someone’s wedding day. Completely unprofessional.

My husband and I got married July 2020. We did a lot of searching for the perfect videographer, and we are SO glad we chose Justin! He was amazing! He did everything we wanted and more. We couldn’t be more thrilled about the way our video turned out! 10/10 recommend Justin Ruiz Media. You won’t regret it!

We were married June of 2019. My husband and I both enjoyed working with Justin and his team. They did a great job at answering any questions we had regarding the process. We absolutely love our videos and the way Justin captured our special day in such a beautiful way. They were very friendly the day of. They arrived on time and were very professional. We 100% recommend that you hire Justin and his team to capture your special day.

After watching countless people's wedding videos, I knew that I had to have a professional video of my wedding. When originally looking into videographers, I quickly noted how expensive they can be and I was very sad to realize that it just wouldn't fit into our budget. Luckily, it didn't take long for our wedding planner to find Justin Ruiz Media. As soon as she sent his information to me, I went straight to his website. I watched a few of the highlight videos and instantly fell in love with his work. We booked the biggest package he offers and it was still within our budget. My only complaint is that from the time of booking until now, there have many times that I felt like there was a lack of communication on their end by not replying to emails in a timely manner. There was a lot of stress leading up to the wedding because I hadn't heard from Justin in a few months prior to the wedding and my wedding planner had a hard time getting into contact with them as well. I found that the best way to get in contact with him is through Instagram, to which he almost always replies immediately. He arrived on time to our wedding and stayed for the agreed upon amount of time. Him and his team were very professional and captured all of the most important shots that we wanted them to, along with a few shots that I didn't even know they were getting. We ran into the dilemma that our wedding would end later than we had paid them to stay which would mean they wouldn't capture our sparkler send off. Justin had the great idea of doing a "fake" sendoff by doing the sparkler send off a few hours before the wedding actually ended. This proved very very helpful because some of our guests weren't able to stay all the way till the end, so having the sparkler sendoff not only allowed us to get footage of it, but it also gave our guests a good time to leave early if they needed to (we had a Sunday wedding). Justin and his team did an amazing job of staying out of view in almost every single shot. They captured our first dance PERFECTLY. I must have replayed our highlight video hundreds of times by now because it is everything I wanted it to be. It took a little longer than expected to receive our full length video, but once we did, we loved it. There were a few edits that I asked him to make, and he was happy to do so. He sent us the video back after the edits and we love it! I should also mention that I like that we get to choose the songs that they use for both the highlight and the full length video. They asked us to send over a list of songs that they could pick from based on what matched the videos the best. I also requested a few other videos of raw footage and he was happy to send those my way. Aside from the lack of communication in the beginning (after the wedding, communication has been much better), I would say that his team was very professional, affordable, and accommodating. If you like the videos that you see on his website, then you should book him! The style of our highlight and full-length video is exactly what we expected it to be and we will recommend Justin Ruiz Media to any of our friends and family who may need a videographer. A huge thank you to Justin and his team for providing us with great memories of one of the best days of our lives!

My husband and I just celebrated our 1 year anniversary and we decided to watch our wedding video and highlight and.... we are still pretty disappointed. Before we booked, I asked if it was possible for them to mimic another video I had seen and I was assured, it wouldn’t be a problem. Then we didn’t really communicate for the next 8 months before the wedding until my wedding planner called me saying she has reached out to him multiple times with no response to give him the details and timeline... I had to email him and he finally responded to me with an apology but still never responded to my wedding planner to confirm so at our final walk through she still wasn’t confident he would show up. Thankfully he did, and everything seemed ok until the end of the night when my wedding planner came up to me to confirm that she could distribute the gratuity checks to all my vendors and then advised me not to give it to my videographer cause of things he had done through the night. I just went with her advice (but I still ended up tipping him through Venmo cause I felt bad) We finally get our video several months later and it’s nothing like the video I asked him to mimic. I sent him a nice email telling him that, he apologized and said he’d re-do it. 7 weeks later he sent me virtually the same video... just in slightly different order and music. I didn’t want to wait another 7 weeks or have him redo it again to get the same results. So yeah... we have a video of our wedding day, which is great. But I never posted the highlight cause it’s just not great and the lack of communication and the report my wedding planner gave to me just was disappointing over all.

We chose Justin Ruiz Media after viewing a number of their videos and seeing that their vision matched ours. Our video was filled with sentimental and funny moments and captured our big day wonderfully! There have been moments of a lack of communication, overall I had a great experience.

Overall a good experience. There was a lack of communication prior to the actual wedding day which made me a little nervous but honestly Justin and his team totally pulled it off and gave us an amazing highlight film of our perfect day. Quality work at a reasonable price.

Justin and his team were the absolute best! We had a Galveston, tropical themed wedding, and every shot he got featured just that. He got every single detail, from our programs, to the groom's party matching socks! He also allowed us to ask for a couple of alterations to the video even after he had completed it! The wedding video is EVERYTHING I could I have dreamed of. I always watched these beautiful wedding videos online and hoped mine would look like that and it did!!! Also, they are very affordable which is why I went with them. They are an honest company that wants to make your wedding video beautiful and memorable. Don't go with other videographers that want to charge you thousands of dollars for a wedding video, go with Justin Ruiz Media if you want top-notch results at an affordable price. (We worked with Storm in Denver who was wonderful and professional!)

The hardest part and what brought me the most anxiety was choosing my vendors. Especially photography and videography because these are the memories you will have forever. I also wanted to stay within budget. When I came across Justin Ruiz Media I absolutely fell in love with the video aesthetic, it was just what I was looking for in a highlight video. Reaching out for pricing and package information was pretty immediate. The price surprised me after getting a few quotes in the upper thousands from other vendors in my area. All the reviews were mostly positive so I felt comfortable moving forward. A few red flags came up during the process. The first was the form of payment which was through Venmo by a person named Storm not Justin. This stressed me out a bit because it's a very informal way of paying especially paying so much. I wanted to make sure this was legit so I called and spoke to Justin. He assured me he had a team in Denver and this was how they were to be paid. After the conversation we decided to move forward and sign our contract. I didn't hear back from Justin Ruiz Media until a day or two before the wedding. The wedding was about 2 weeks away and by this time all of my vendors had reached out. I started to panic a bit. Justin/Storm asked that we email him two of the songs we choose back when we signed the contract. I emailed him a month before the wedding with the songs and heard nothing back. No confirmation, nothing. I sent maybe 3 emails hoping to hear back and still nothing. I was stressed. The first thought was they took our money and bailed. I was so stressed. I called Justin and he didn't seem too concerned and there were no apologies for the lack of communication. He said Storm would be into contact the week before the wedding. The week of the wedding came and still no email to confirm any details. It wasn't until my fiance had to call Justin that I received a call from Storm confirming the details of our wedding. I was so nervous they weren't going to show. To my surprise Storm showed up on time and with a shooting partner. I was relived. The team was super professional and did a great job on the day. He sent a venmo request for the remaining of the payment the day after and asked for the two songs for the video (which were already provided in an email a month ago). The lack of communication continued while waiting for the video. I knew the video was going to take some time. In the contract it stated up to 8 weeks. I sent an email half way through the time frame asking for an update. An email was sent back to me a week later stating we would receive the video the following Monday. Monday came no video and no email. Again, I was annoyed by the lack of communication from Justin Ruiz Media. I wrote another email a week later asking if I may have missed the video. I didn't receive anything. It wasn't until about a week after the email I wrote that we finally received the video link. We loved the video! They did a great job. Especially for the price we paid. I understand having teams across 2 different states can be challenging but we would have really appreciated better communication. It caused a bit of unnecessary stress. If they communicated better everything would have been perfect. Wedding planning is stressful and there is so much communication that needs to be done. You're juggling between 12 different vendors. It would have been a much better experience if Justin Ruiz Media understood that.

Storm did a great job on our highlight video! We weren't going to have a videographer originally because it didn't fit into our budget, but we're so glad we decided to do it after all. The highlight video is perfect and captures all the great moments and even the small details that we want to remember forever. They captured the magic of the first look/ceremony and the fun of the reception. They were a little late arriving, so they missed some of the "getting ready" shots, but we were able to re-create them and they offered to stay a little later to make up for it. After the wedding, I did have to repeatedly follow up to see when we could expect it/ask a question, often with no response. You can't help but worry a little about what could have happened with technology, things not getting captured/erased etc. When we did get a hold of Justin, he was very nice and it was sent over right away (even a week early!). And they even sent us a copy of our first dances as a separate video because we worked so hard going to dance lessons before the wedding and none of the guests got it on video! The video is great and we've replayed it so many times already. Overall, we would recommend them to anyone needing a videographer.

We weren't sure if we were going to get a videographer due to our budget, but Justin was nice enough to work with us in what we wanted for our day. He tailored a package just for us to help stay within our budget. We just got our videos back and I simply cannot express how happy I am! It does take a little bit of time to get the videos back, but we were in no rush- so it was a pleasant surprise when I opened my email with the video! Justin is easy going and a pleasure to work with.

They accidentally missed one of the pre-ceremony happenings, and so Justin was nice enough to offer to stay until the end of the reception to make up for it. My only reason for doing 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took longer than the 6 weeks stated in the contract to receive the media, and I had to repeatedly follow up and ask for it, often to no response. It never feels great to feel like you're bugging someone, but you gotta do what you gotta do! Overall, would highly recommend to anyone needing a videographer.

Justin and his team were amazing! They captured our day beautifully. And, since I edit video on my own as well, he provided me with all of the raw footage so I could create a personal version at home. So easy to work with, and very talented!

Justin did a great job with our wedding video in Austin. The drone footage was super cool to open it and get shots of the property in hill country. We never felt like he was in the way during the reception and he managed to get great shots of everyone. He was also super accommodating making minor updates to make sure certain family members or parts of speeches were included in our highlight video. I would definitely recommend him!

We were unsure if we wanted to spend the $$ on a videographer for our wedding, but I am SO glad we decided to - Justin Ruiz Media did an amazing job!! If you go to his website and like the videos he has on there, yours will be very similar! We had two videographers (not Justin as he had another event that day) but they both did GREAT and were totally relaxed and open to last minute suggestions we had day-of. They captured some awesome moments without us even noticing they were there. I would highly suggest splurging the extra $ for the drone, it just adds so much to the final video product! Also the full length video will include speeches which I think will be cool to look back on years from now (worth it!!!) 5 months later and I still watch my video all the time and tear up :)

I'll be honest, I didn't originally want to do a wedding video. I originally thought I didn't want to spend money on it and assumed that photos would be sufficient. And then came the bridal remorse... the dread of not capturing our choreographed ballroom style first dance and not being able to share the wedding with my grandmother, who at the last minute would not be able to attend. One week before our wedding, I panicked and started researching. I wanted something simple to cover the ceremony and nothing too flashy. I'm not one for cameras and didn't know how it would feel having video cameras follow us around all night. Thankfully, I found Justin quickly through The Knot, looked through reviews and video samples and left him a message. He was very quick to follow up via email and we had a great phone conversation soon after. He was very friendly, professional, and put all my nerves at ease. Justin was very responsive, coordinated with our event planner, and was able to get all set up with his team, even though our first time to meet was in my wedding dress on the big day. He and his filming partner were a wonderful team! My husband and I were able to have our first look, vows, dance, etc. without feeling like we were in a reality tv show. Going back to look at the footage after the wedding was a pure joy. The day of the wedding was a blur and I felt like I was going to miss so much of it. Justin and his team did what they do best and captured it all. He did a wonderful job with the editing, sending me a preview of the full length movie that we were able to review and download before receiving DVD copies and USB drive in the mail. He even went back and created a 3-minute highlight film after the fact. A little shorter to share with friends and family! I cannot wait to share the DVD with my grandmother as a surprise! I was recommended to this company from a close friend of mine and I can say that I do not regret hiring them for my wedding! They are nice and professional, they made us feel so relaxed in front of the camera. Highly recommend for any couple who's looking for a great videographer/photographer.

My husband and I just celebrated our first anniversary, and watching our wedding videos and looking at our photographs has reminded me of what an incredible mistake I made in hiring Justin Ruiz Media to be responsible for capturing the memories of our wedding. My most important photos - those of me with my husband and with our families - are BLURRY, out of focus, and poorly formatted. The quality of the videos- both full and the highlight- are mediocre. The full video is worse - wobbly, out of focus, poorly formatted shots as well. I asked specifically to have my entire ceremony filmed, and despite being reassured multiple times that it was filmed in its entirety, the footage begins after the service starts. It looks to be of the same quality as if I’d given a camcorder to someone with no filming experience, and it took three edits to get it to its final state. When we addressed all these issues with Justin and Storm - after we finally received our pictures and videos (both were delivered weeks after their promised date, and only after I asked about them), they responded rudely and unprofessionally. They begrudgingly gave us a partial refund for one of the services. I hired them because it seemed (based on these reviews and the samples they provide) as if they would provide good product for the price, but knowing what I know now, I would have paid twice the amount to have decent photographs and videos of our wedding. Hiring them was undoubtedly the biggest mistake I made in vendor choice. I urge you to not make the same mistake I made.

Storm (in Colorado) was the videographer for my wedding and he did a really great job! I didn't get much of a chance to talk with him one-on-one, because he arrived in the middle of a bunch of chaos, but was glad that he took the initiative to get right to it and be independent the whole night. They got some great shots and the two videos (I got the highlight and the full video) were very well put together. We went with Justin Ruiz media because they were priced lower than many other videographers, I was a little worried about quality because of that, but I needn't have worried! I'm very happy with the final product.

Oh my goodness I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about Justin and his team. My husband and I went back and forth for MONTHS about whether or not we would want a videographer. They are just so expensive and we are SO awkward in videos. We were terrified that they would be all we could notice during the wedding, we would cringe at the video, and then we would be out $$$. But we finally caved and went ahead anyways. Justin was SO affordable compared to other videographers. I could not believe the deal we were getting. I was a little worried that because he was so much more affordable than others maybe the quality wouldn't have been as good... NOT THE CASE AT ALL. The day of the wedding Justin and his assistant showed up on time, immediately began working, and were just SO sweet. I know I saw him once he got there but I feel like I never saw him again. He simply blended in so perfectly that I completely forgot we were being videotaped. My husband said the same thing. About 5 weeks after the wedding we got the video. SO FAST. I've already lost count at how many times we have watched the video. I cried multiple times because I just could not believe that he captured every special moment so perfectly. The quality of the video was amazing and I am just floored that we were able to find this amazing person. We of course loved our wedding photos (from another vendor) but the video is priceless to us. If you are even a little on the fence about it, let me tell you, I would have gladly paid Justin 3 times what we did to get the product he provided to us. We cannot say thank you to Justin enough. BOOK HIM ASAP!!!

We were recommended to use Justin by our family member who used him as well. We are so glad we did!! Justin was great to work with well before the wedding by answering every and all of my questions. He was so nice, very professional, and was right where we needed him throughout our wedding day. We received our highlight video recently and LOVED it. Me and my wife were desperately wanting a professional videographer for our wedding that wouldn't break the bank(so many other things did!!!). It took a lot of searching until we found out about Justin Ruiz Media. I read that they were venturing out of Houston and available in Colorado. That was when I was put in touch with Storm. Let me tell you, him and his girlfriend(who helped film along with him) were incredible and so professional! Heck, they were the first vendors to arrive at our venue at Arrowhead Golf Club in Littleton, CO. The price was so cheap in comparison to the other videographers out there, and I feel that their work was as good if not better than the other "dynamic packages" that some videographers want to charge you 4 mortgage payments for. Suffice to say, I am recommending EVERYONE in the state of Colorado to immediately get in touch with Storm for any of their videographer needs. Storm, again, thank you so much. The videos came out perfect and really captured me and Kristine's special day.

They worked with us to build a package that suited our needs and pricing. Finally, they delivered our highlight video and other footage promptly after our wedding and did a fantastic job putting together the compilation. Justin did an incredible job with our wedding video! We got married in Buda, TX this past September and I couldn't be more happy with his work. He was really easy to communicate with and gives great quality work at a more affordable price. The drone was also worth the little bit extra. We had an outdoor wedding/reception and it was so cool to see the venue pictured as a whole! I would definitely recommend Justin Ruiz Media!!!

We are very happy we chose Justin to film our wedding weekend! We added the rehearsal dinner which I'm so happy we have - I would have liked a few of the quotes voiced over in the highlight or even full video, which I've seen in many videos and really the reason I had him come to the RD. Regardless, he did a good job of capturing so many special memories and moments and details. (He's the only person that got any images of our gobo/light at the entry which made me so happy to see!) His price is right and really made it easy to choose him. We are so happy to be able to rewatch our big day and see so many of the special people, details, and moments over and over again, without paying a crazy amount of money. Thank you!!

After nearly 4 months passed, I followed up with Justin to see if our highlight video was finished. Come to find out, Justin’s team ERASED all our wedding footage from the memory card, and then RECORDED ANOTHER WEDDING OVER IT, without checking if our footage had been properly downloaded. As if that’s not bad enough, Justin failed to tell me any of this until I reached out. The amount of carelessness and unprofessionalism showed by Justin is unfathomable and inexcusable. I’m heartbroken and it makes me absolutely sick every time I think about what a huge mistake I made hiring Justin and trusting him with such an important part of the wedding. A full refund doesn’t even begin to make up for such a special memory lost that we can never get back. I could go on and on, but it’s just too frustrating to even talk about. I hope this never happens to someone again, but do yourself a favor if you have your heart set on having a wedding video – hire ANYONE ELSE. No one this careless should be in this profession.

Justin is hands down the best choice we made during wedding planning. He did an  AMAZING job capturing our day. We have watched our video probably 100 times since we've gotten it. He was on time and worked very well with our photographer. We were nervous about having a video camera on us all night but he did so good we forgot all about it. We love the creative angles and editing he used to tell our story. We both agree that our videos from our wedding are our most priceless possession and will continue to be forever. If you're considering hiring Justin for a videographer, just do it! You will not regret it!! There's nothing more special than being able to relive the best day of your life over and over again. We really cannot thank Justin enough for the precious gift he provided us with. 

We weren't planning on hiring a videographer because we thought photos would be good enough and wanted to save money, however we reconsidered and are so happy that we did. Justin Ruiz responded quickly to our request for a quote and offered very reasonable prices for the product that he offers. He arrived early to our venue in order to take drone footage, was friendly and professional, and captured many wonderful moments of our wedding. He provided polished products (highlights and full wedding videos) with a very quick turnaround after the wedding. He was a fantastic videographer who we'd definitely recommend to others. We were also impressed by Justin's dedication. He became sick during our wedding (nausea/vomiting). However, we had no idea until well into the reception because he pushed through as though nothing was wrong and captured all of the important moments. Prior to departing, he called in another colleague to take his place and informed us of the situation. Overall, he conducting himself in a very dedicated manner and managed to avoid any impact to the service that we received due to his illness. We strongly recommend Justin Ruiz as a wedding videographer thanks to his attentiveness, professional conduct, polished product, and reasonable pricing. We can't imagine that you'll be disappointed!

Justin and his team did an incredible job on both our highlight and full-length wedding videos! We could not be happier with how they turned out. Initially during the planning process, my husband and I were pretty unsure on if we wanted videography or not. Ultimately, after speaking with other couples, we decided to go forward with it. I came across Justin here on The Knot and saw his amazing reviews and great price point! Our planner got in touch and luckily he was available for our June 3 wedding (and was willing to travel to College Station for it)! Looking back, it's funny that we ever questioned having a videographer, because we are now both so thrilled with how the videos turned out! We have gotten to relive that day and all of its joy over and over again. I will note that we did have a bit of a delay in receiving our videos, but Justin stayed in contact with us throughout that time and threw in some extra DVDs free of charge! Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Justin and his team. We are forever grateful to have these videos to look back on for years to come!

Justin was definitely one of the best vendors we had for our wedding in June of 2017! We used him for his videographer services. We didn't originally plan on having a videographer, but about 5 months out we started to change our minds. Between all of the positive reviews, his pricing (which I found to be a very fair deal), and the highlight videos he has as samples on his site, we were sold! Our wedding fell on Justin's birthday, but he did not even hesitate when I reached out to him about booking him. I also changed my timeline and the amount of time I wanted to book him for 2-3 times before the wedding happened, and he was very flexible and patient with me. He always responded quickly and personally, which was highly appreciated by me. There are so many vendors you can reach out to now that provide you a canned, auto-response before someone actually calls you a week later. This is not how Justin operates at all. We received our video very quickly too, just over a month after the wedding. Overall, I would definitely say he earns and deserves his 5 star rating! You will not regret booking him, or having his video of your wedding to look at forever :)

Justin made such a beautiful video from our wedding day! He captured all of the special moments from the day, and we could not be happier! I also have gotten a lot of compliments on the video from friends and family. Would definitely recommend :)

Justin and his team did an amazing video with both our highlight video and our full video. Everyone loves our highlight video, it's just perfect! He caught every special moment and made it seem seamless and stress free for us two! The price is great and his service is great as well. Justin is quick responding to emails and so easy to work with! I am so happy we choose Justin Ruiz Media for our special day. If you have any doubts about having a videographer just go for it! I am so happy that I found such a talented videographer and editor in Justin and his team. He was beyond professional and was incredibly quick to respond to all of my questions beginning from my first contact to wrapping up the editing. He was so patient with my song revisions and he really nailed the style of video I wanted. It was like he could read my mind! I was crying at my Highlights video by the one minute mark! They caught every moment, and it's amazing because I barely even noticed they were there! I would absolutely recommend him to film and photograph any event.

Justin did a great job with our video, we just love it! And the price was so right. We couldn’t be HAPPIER with our wedding videos!! Justin did a FANTASTIC job capturing everything we wanted, from the speeches at the rehearsal dinner to the wedding ceremony, to the dancing afterwards. He did an awesome job of keeping under the radar but still capturing absolutely everything we could have wanted. We were on the fence about getting the highlights video in addition to the longer video, but we are SO HAPPY we did it. It is our entire wedding – from the rehearsal dinner to the wedding exit, capturing the atmosphere, our most beloved family and friends, and the progression of the wedding weekend – in a very sentimental and amazing video. We originally didn't plan on having a videographer but I changed my mind a few months before the wedding. Justin's pricing is super reasonable and he met with us right away. He completely exceeded my expectations. Our wedding video was put together so beautifully and he captured the energy and love of the entire day. He got so many shots that I do not even remember him being there. He was never in the way of anything or anyone and still managed to get some amazing shots. Everyone who has seen the video loves it! I cannot even express how impressed my husband and I are with our video. It was more than we could have imagined. We at first decided a video just was not in the budget. But after finding Justin's website and unbelievably reasonable prices we just knew we had to have his team. Exactly one month after the wedding we received our video as promised. The transitions were flawless, the perfect moments were captured. It was BEAUTIFUL. Now we will have something to always remember that day by. Thanks Justin and team! We are forever grateful.
