K&B Bridal was the obvious choice for where I would get the dress of my dreams! The stylist who helped me find my dress was so kindhearted and made sure my family and I were happy and comfortable throughout the entire appointment! It was especially meaningful because my sister, who lives in Italy, was able to be here in person to watch me find the dress of my dreams, and I’m just in awe of how amazing everything went. When I picked up my dress, they provided a list of seamstresses, and I chose Mai for my big day. She was PHENOMENAL! She perfected all my alterations, did the bustle beautifully, steamed my dress, and is even cleaning and preserving it—all things I wasn’t looking forward to arranging on my own, so she relieved so much stress! Definitely stop by this store because the options are limitless, and they have a dress for every bride!

Thanks to Meg and all of the wonderful staff members, I truly could not have had a better experience at K&B Bridals! My family and I enjoyed our own comfortable, private seating area with a delightful offering of treats and beverages. Meg was thorough, knowledgeable, inquisitive, and ultimately helped me find a wedding dress that is more stunning than I ever imagined. She was so kind, never made me feel rushed, and I appreciated the overall size-inclusivity and beautiful selection of dresses. I would recommend this shop one million times over.

I went dress shopping with my mom and mother in law. This was the very first shop we visited. Everyone including my consultant was extremely warm and welcoming. They really listened to what I wanted from the very first conversation and nailed it. I ended up getting the very first dress I tried on here after visiting one more store (who did not listen to what I wanted and just picked random dresses) following. The difference in attention to detail and personal warmth was glaring. K & B Bridals far exceeded my expectations. I loved my wedding dress which felt like it was made for me. Thank you K & B!

Our consultant was AMAZING! I came in not knowing what I wanted at all, very indecisive of what I wanted my style to be. By the end, I was so much more confident in the style that I wanted and found a beautiful dress that is my top choice as of right now!

Dear K and B, I am the mother of a bride who purchased a wedding dress from you. We had some issues when we came to look at and try on dresses and ultimately when I purchased the dress for my daughter. We had a fitting in (Bel Air) and since my daughter had contacted you earlier regarding some of the issues that she had, we were told that a manager would meet with us at the fitting. No one every introduced themselves as a manager or spoke with us so I wanted to relay my issues to you. When she did her "interview" with someone from your establishment, she told them what our budget was. During the process, she was not really finding the right fit for her so I said to her that "I didn't want her to be boxed in by the prices so that she could look at other dresses as long as it wasn't too much over the original budget". She ended up finding a dress that she liked but neither of us was informed of the cost. In front of all of the family that she had with her, I had to look at a contract for the cost of the dress. I was not going to announce in front of everyone that this was almost double our budget or tell her that she couldn't have the dress that she loved. So, I just ended up paying for the dress. My issue with all of this is that something should have been said BEFORE the dress was tried on and that there never should have been any discussions of cost in front of all of the guests with her. This is not a good way to conduct business in my opinion. I was aware of all of the other issues with the appointment but wanted to also voice my concerns as I am ultimately the person who paid for the dress. I certainly was not happy with the process of purchasing my daughters' dress as this should have been a much better experience for us.

When I went to K&B I had the pleasure of working with Kayla, she was so personable and kind to work with. Truly made my bridal experience so perfect. She never made me feel rushed when trying on dresses and even got emotional with us when i said yes to the dress. I can’t recommend K&B bridals bel air location enough! So professional and kind.

Where do I even begin! When I stepped foot into K and B Bridals I had no intention of purchasing my dress, but the entire experience definitely surpassed my expectations. The stylist, Maria, made me feel so comfortable and she knew exactly what to do to help me find the dress of my dreams. She took into consideration all of my likes and dislikes and chose dresses that I would never even thought of while still keeping my style in mind. Sure enough, after about 10 dresses I had found “the one.” I am so appreciative to the staff at K and B for making my experience one I will never forget!

A lot of dresses but not a wide variety. Staff and consultants were all very nice, but not as knowledgeable about what things can be customized to help make the dress your own and help you feel confident in it (e.g. if something could be lined, or if a neckline could be raised). Private rooms for trying dresses on was very nice. It was a great place to start looking and see how each style fits and narrow down what I do and don't like in a dress.

I had a really wonderful experience at K&B Bridals. I worked with Destiny, and she was just the sweetest and kindest person. She took the time to get to know me, listened to what I was looking for, made suggestions where she could, and was just a joy to work with. She made me feel so comfortable and supported. It was like having a very close friend with me when I tried on my dresses. Highly recommend and ask for Destiny!!

We had the absolute best experience at K&B in Belair. Caitlin was our stylist and she went above and beyond in every way. She showed us exactly how the dresses would look altered and went as far as to show us how they would look in different colors and with sleeves! We cannot say enough great things about her and K&B.

K&B was the first place I went to look at dresses (Jay was our consultant) and, after visiting about 8 other places, K&B was by far our favorite. From the experience, the service, to the dress selection, they were wonderful to work with. I ultimately went back to K&B and purchased one of the first dresses I tried on and I am still blown away by how perfect they brought my dream dress to life.

Jay Shell was the most amazing stylist. She made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to understand my preferences and style. She added such a personal touch to my shopping experience. Couldn’t recommend her enough!!

Kayla (consultant), Emma (sales), and Christina (manager) were all outstanding during my entire experience! Kayla honed my style right away, and adjusted so well with my (sometimes) eccentric family. We even had my mom try on a couple dresses impromptu, and they were so accommodating! We had an issue where one dress I wanted to try on wasn't available in my size (NOT K&B's fault, the designer/manufacturer never made loaners for that size). They were patient and accommodating to me going through the process of indecision and trying to find it elsewhere. Emma was incredible with working through my order, and working with the designers when I switched dresses. The whole process was a lot for me, and K&B was AMAZING from day of, to my overthinking, and the logistics. Though I got my dress elsewhere (long story and manufacturer's fault), I would recommend K&B to anyone!! Amazing experience.

I can’t recommend K&B Bridals Bel Air enough. Especially, my bridal consultant, Destiny! Destiny knew exactly what I was looking for in a dress within 15 minutes of connecting with me. I felt that Destiny really understood me and saw me for who I was and what I’m about and she hyped me up when I needed it. She took all the time in the world to help me find the one! I feel really blessed to have had her as part of my wedding journey. I cannot wait to put my dress on again! EEEEEK! K&B Bridals has an amazing selection of dresses, especially if you’re into the boho vibe like I am and Destiny is a gem.

When looking to purchase a dress, I was referred to K&B Bridal by a friend because she had a great experience. I couldn't agree more! Kristina helped me find a perfect dress. I really loved how she asked me very specific questions when we were trying on dresses to understand what I liked and what I didn't like about each dress I tried on. Of course I changed my mind on the fit but the dress I said yes to was either the 1st or 2nd dress in the style I changed my mind because Kristina took all my likes/dislikes from earlier into consideration. We did some customizations which came out perfectly and the dress came much sooner than anticipated - not sure if I just got lucky! I would highly recommend!

The team at K&B helped me find the dress of my dreams without ever pressuring me to make a decision on the spot. I’m an indecisive gal who needs to sit and think on every big choice and they gave me the time and space to do so, allowing me to come back three times over a year (with many other bridal boutique visits in between) before I finally pulled the trigger and bought mine! I will always love that dress and they made preservation a breeze afterwards as well, so I can relive that day in years to come and pass my dress on to someone who may love it as much as I do.

I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience today at K&B Bridal in BelAir! The boutique was beautiful, large selection of gorgeous dresses, and wonderful staff. I MUST highlight one of their consultants, Jay Shell ! Jay was ABSOLUTELY wonderful and a dream to work with. I truly wish I would have gone here first and avoided the other boutiques. She made my experience effortless. I really can’t highlight her enough ! She listened to what I wanted in a dress, stayed in my price point, and overall her energy and personality were amazing 10/10 !!

This was the first and only bridal shop I went to! I went for their summer clearance sale and I tried on a bunch of dresses. I loved the vibe of the store all the women there are so nice and pump you up so you feel your absolute best. We were offered wine, and my consultant (Kaitlyn) really listened and heard what I was saying and what I was looking for in a dress and stayed on budget. Highly recommend it’s a super cute store with great options for every kind of bride!

I am beyond thrilled with my experience! It almost makes me sad that I found my dream dress on my first visit because now I can’t do it again LOL! Bajah was literal perfection! sweet, attentive, understanding, the list goes on! Everything I experienced was a 10/10. My experience at K&B was incredible from the moment I walked in the door. This was the first time I've ever tried on dresses in person and with our Fall wedding approaching quickly, I was really hoping to find "The One" that day. Maria was my consultant and she was amazing throughout the entire process! She listened intently to my feedback on each gown and encouraged me to try on a bunch of different styles so she could get a good understanding of my likes/dislikes. I never felt rushed or pressured throughout the entire process, which was something that was really important to me. I ended up loving the last dress I tried on, but had already booked another appointment at a different salon later in the day, so even though I thought I found the dress, I wanted to confirm! After finishing up at the other salon where I didn't find any potentials and received average service, I called K&B back later in the afternoon to see if I could drop in to try the dress on one more time. It was the end of the day and they were able to fit me in, which I was so grateful for! When I got back, I was once again met with the nicest ladies, and they worked with me as I decided between a couple of different color options on the dress. Candice helped me out in the afternoon. She was incredible as I was going back and forth, and she had great ideas to help me come to the decision! I, once again, never felt rushed or pressured even though it was at the end of the day on a Saturday. I am so grateful for the K&B ladies for making this an exceptional experience I will never forget! If you're looking for your dress, book an appointment with the K&B team, you won't regret it!

Loved our experience. I've gone dress shopping before and felt very much like the stylist did not understand my vision, and wasn't very nice to my mother. However Caitlin at K&B was amazing and spot on with every gown she picked. Literally every dress became "the dress to beat" until I found the one I loved. My wedding is in 5 months so she was very specific about only grabbing gowns she could get in time. She was NOT PUSHY AT ALL which was the BEST. Regarding logistics, she always let me know "this is for you to know, I'm not pressuring you, I just want you to have all the information for you to make the best decision." It wasn't just Caitlin that was supportive, everyone felt like a hype man once I found a great dress. It was an authentically supportive experience. Highly recommend Caitlin and K&B.

I could not say enough great things about K&B Bridal’s! We went last weekend to try on dresses and were treated with respect and care. I didn’t feel pressured at all. I found a dress I liked but didn’t love and never once felt like I had to purchase it that day. I ended up buying a dress I had tried on but didn’t love immediately yesterday from them! Im absolutely in love with the dress I choose and got to work with the same stylist. I’m so happy to say I found the dress and that I’m a K&B bride. They are wonderful and they care so much about each individual person who walks in.

An absolute dream! I went into this appointment not knowing what I wanted and Maria made this process go seamlessly! When we arrived at my appointment time, my people were able to come back with me and felt so welcomed. While we waited we were served cupcakes and water, the rooms were also so clean and well styled. This place was hands down the best experience I ever had. The staff were all so nice and they truly cared that you find a dress that you love and not just like. I felt very comfortable here even though at first I was super nervous. I also was not expecting to find a dress here that I would love and I ended up falling hard for multiple dresses. The best experience. They contact you before the appointment to see what your interested in and discuss what the visit will be like. When I got there, I showed pictures I had taken from the website and they were able to pull all those dresses in no time. She then saw the dresses I was interested in and was able to pull more in that same style. She always made sure that my voice was heard before anyone else. I highly recommend

I had the best experience here! Maria was my consultant, and from beginning to end she listened to my thoughts and concerns. She only pulled dresses that were in my price range so I was comfortable to try them all. From the moment I booked my glamour appointment at K&B in Bel Air, I knew I made a great decision. They do a pre-appointment which helps the actual appointment go smoothly and introduces you to your bridal consultant! K&B staff was extremely accommodating and caring before I even got to my appointment. I saw a dress on their Instagram story and fell in love with it. I called the store and they had it brought from their Hagerstown location to Bel Air for my appointment (this ended up being my dress). Jay Shell was my bridal consultant and she was PERFECT. I would recommend her to anybody and everybody! She made me and my crew feel so special. She listened to what I wanted and genuinely cared about how I felt in these dresses. You can tell she is passionate about her work. She will not let a bride leave feeling unhappy! I am so in love with my dress. Jay made that happen and I am forever grateful for my experience at K&B! It was the perfect day.

The whole experience with K&B was amazing!Before I even went to my appointment, they took the time to work around my schedule to have a quick call to prepare for when I arrived. My consultant Kayla was amazing the day of! She was so patient and tried to get me everything I wanted in my dream dress. I visited K&B last week looking for a bridal gown. While I did not find my dress, the consultants that helped me couldn’t have been more patient and helpful! They listened to me and worked to help me find what I wanted. They never pushed me to purchase something or make me feel like I was being too indecisive. After my best friend found her dress here 2 years ago, I knew I would come here when it was my time to try on dresses. I left today after finding my dress and felt so inclined to write a review about my experience. Kristina was absolutely amazing. She took control of the fitting, which is something I had no desire to do. I never grew up as a girl who dreamed of the day I would marry and pictured my entire wedding. To be honest, I dreaded wedding dress shopping. When I walked into K&B my feelings completely changed. Kristina really helped me make my own decision. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on that she had picked. I tried on about 6 others and we went back to the round of favorites. Once the veil was on, it was a done deal. Tears! I never in a million years thought I would cry. I would 10000% recommend K&B to anyone and everyone.

I found a dress before I got a chance to shop here, but I still feel I need to leave a review because of how kind this shop was along the way. I purchased a dress at another salon the day before my appointment, and was so nervous to cancel here because a few other salons had threaten to charge me a fee for canceling so late. Not K&B! The person who picked up the phone was genuinely overjoyed to hear I had found my dream dress. The day after, I woke up to a kind text congratulating me again and telling me to let them know if I needed Mother of the Bride or Bridesmaids dresses. I definitely will be looking into them for one of these services!

My experience at K&B Bridals was nothing short of exceptional! From trying dresses and veils to pickup, the process was seamless. Kim--my stylist--made the process of trying on dresses such a blast! I really appreciate the approach of trying different silhouettes and narrowing from there since I wasn't quite sure what I wanted when I arrived. I ended up with a dress that I did a fair amount of work on (removing an overlay and crinoline, adding buttons and a belt, etc.). Kim was so helpful in helping me imagine the finished product at my initial appointment so that I could feel confident in my decision. The end product was STUNNING and it was really my own. Everyone there is so kind and so body positive! The selection of gowns is also really extensive and having Faye Daniel Designs in the same spot is such an asset. K&B connected me with Susan who helped with alterations. She is the absolute best! I highly recommend stopping in to K&B on your dress hunt. I felt so confident and beautiful on my wedding day--all thanks to K&B!

K & B bridal is a beautiful shop that truly caters to their clients. All the staff I met were lovely, so helpful and in no way pushy or pressuring. At my bridal appointment, we were given our own room to try on dresses, served drinks and wine when I found the perfect dress. K & B is a one stop shop where a bride can get a wedding dress, bridal party dresses, jewelry, and even a travel agent! They also have recommendations for vendors for services like hair and makeup. My experience at K & B bridal is one I am so grateful for and will never forget. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kristina. Kristina is so great at what she does and is a fantastic bridal consultant. She took a very overwhelming and daunting task and made it into a fun, comfortable, and memorable experience. Kristina is thoughtful, kind, and patient. She asked the most perfect questions to help me explore what I wanted, envisioned, and loved in order to find my perfect dress. It is clear that she loves and is passionate about what she does and puts careful thought and attention to each individual client. From the moment my consultant, Kate, and I connected via zoom for my pre-appointment meeting, I immediately knew I made a great choice choosing K&B Bridals for my very first time wedding dress shopping. Kate and I instantly connected when we began discussing details about my fiancé and our engagement - her and I both had our engagement photos taken at Shenandoah National Park! Such a small world. Kate attentively asked me details about my wedding day such as venue, bridesmaids dress colors, floral colors, and the overall vibe I was trying to achieve on my wedding day. She explained that she would then pull dresses based on what she felt I would like most so I wouldn’t have to search the racks on my own. I explained to Kate that I’m not a huge shopper and was feeling pretty uneasy about dress shopping. She assured me that I was in good hands with her and that she would do her best to alleviate any stress to make my experience nothing short of amazing. Fast forward two days to appointment day! I brought my mom, sister, and 2 best friends with me. We were kindly greeted and brought back to our private room where we received wine and bottled water. Kate had pulled about 7 dresses based on our zoom conversation. I was immediately drawn to one particular dress that ended up being the first I tried on and ultimately it was THE dress I chose! I wanted to add a little fabric belt to the dress, and Kate made it happen. I tried on about 8 dresses and with Kate’s expertise, she was able to pull more dresses based on features I did or didn’t like about the previous dresses. Kate was so friendly and patient with me, as well as kind, positive, honest, attentive, and professional. I couldn’t have imagined working with a more helpful consultant. Not to mention.. many other consultants popped in to greet me and shower me with compliments. I truly felt so warmly welcomed and comfortable at K&B. Overall, this was probably one of the top 5 best days of my life. I felt nothing but pure euphoria from the moment I stepped into K&B, to the moment Kate jazzed up my dress with a beautiful cathedral veil (which I purchased on the spot as well). I wish I could give Kate and the whole staff at K&B 10000 stars because I would! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Jay to find my dream dress at K&B. She is so kind and AMAZING at her job. She paid close attention to what I said I wanted when picking dresses for me to try on. I felt so comfortable the entire time, never felt any pressure from her at all and she made me feel beautiful when trying on dresses! She knew what I was thinking before I even did by my facial expressions! The best dress shopping experience by far. We had so much fun at our glamour appointment that my bridesmaids decided to get their dresses at K&B too! The glamour appointment was worth the money to have Jay’s undivided attention. 11/10 would recommend K&B to all brides looking for a special experience when shopping for their dress.

Candice was amazing to work with!!! It was my first bridal experience and I loved it! Got my dress on the first visit. They have the most beautiful private bridal suites and great selection of gowns.

I went To k&b due to being referred by multiple people. As soon as I saw the questionnaire and the fact they did a zoom call prior to my appointment, I knew I’d love working with them. The girls are so sweet, really listen to what you want/don’t want. Stay within the budget and are honest. I walked Into k&b my first time trying on a dress and after the 6th dress there I found the one. The funny thing is the 4/5 th dress were all so good too! There isn’t a bad looking dress there. It was going to be a hard choice at first but ended up being easy as soon as I put my dress on!

Jay was an absolute dream to work with!! As soon as my mom and I entered the salon, we were greeted by Jay and another co-worker. They were so friendly and made my first dress experience so much fun! I ended up purchasing a dress that day. Jay really listened to what I was looking for in a dress and hit the nail on the head!!

K&B Bridals even texted me before my appointment to better prepare for the styles of dresses that would work best with my style. Every single person in this boutique is so nice and willing to help - it was one of the 3 shops I went to do find my gown and it was on the top of my list for experience! I had the lovely Jay helping me, and she made the experience so fun and seamless, helping me along the way to try and figure out what was going on inside my head! I didn't wind up getting my gown there, but if this shop would have had the specific one I fell in love with I would have gotten it from them in a heartbeat. The shop was also kind enough to let me bring in one extra person for my appointment since they didn't have many other appointments at that time - such a blessing for a bride during 2020! Highly recommend K&B Bridals!!

K & B was great to work with from start to finish. Jay helped us pick out all of the tuxes for our guys. I can be super indecisive, especially when it comes to fashion, but she made it so easy! I had emailed her some inspiration photos prior to our appointment and she made it a breeze from there. Even with the pandemic slowing down mail, everything arrived on time. I absolutely adored my experience at K&B. Vallarae was such an amazing consultant. She was sweet and patient, even though my entire look changed halfway through our appointment. She seemed to truly care about my vision and how I was feeling the entire time. She even cried with my family when I said yes to the dress! This store was gorgeous and catered to each individual that walked through their doors. Loved it!

I absolutely loved K&B! Our consultant, Christina, listened to my every comment on dresses and picked me the most fitting dress, which turned out to be something I never thought I would get. Additionally, they had the perfect facility set up for a Covid cursed world prior to the pandemic even happening! The private showrooms were a great way to keep all of the brides and families separated for safety. Additionally it made it even nicer for those of us that included family on Zoom! I believe they even have bridesmaids suites that are slightly larger with more dressing rooms. How easy is that?! I am forever grateful for my experience there. And I’m excited they’ve decided to expand their store brand to Hagerstown.

I had the best experience at K&B. Everyone was up at the front to greet us when we walked in - we felt like royalty! Amy and Kate were phenomenal throughout the entire time, making me feel comfortable and truly listening to my likes/dislikes. It was great to get to know them on a personal level. So many other people kept popping their heads in checking on us, it was amazing. And when I did my walk to the mirror trying to decide if I found the one, so many people were watching but I felt so comfortable! I truly felt they were just as excited as me. Even though the appointments are only 90 minutes long with COVID, I didn't feel like they rushed me at all. I would 1000% recommend this place!

Erin did such an amazing job helping me find the perfect dress. Being a bustier woman, having a sensory disorder, and being apart of the LGBT+ community, Erin did an amazing job helping me find the perfect fit and feel of a dress and accepting me and my future wife to no end.
