Kapturly did not disappoint. This company is organized and helped me find the best workers to complete photography and videography services. They were pleasant, professional, and communicated throughout. I’m satisfied.

I paid for 5 hours of photography and 5 hours of videography. The photographer was amazing but the videographer did not show up. The videographer that did not show up was Riane Human despite being assigned to the job.

After waiting over two months for our edits, despite the website saying within 30 days, we received dark grainy photos that had been run through AI photoshop that made us and our guests look like cartoon figures with disfigured faces. Extremely disappointed in the response from Kapturly. The editors feedback and the photos speak for themselves.

It looks like you are getting 5-8 hours of video, you are NOT, you are giving a photographer and video person a dinner and attendance at your amazing party. Thousands of pictures of the backs of people dancing in the dark. Nothing of the decor, guests, tables, they missed the cocktail hour, pianist, famous Leopold's Ice Cream cart. No memories for us of any of this. They did photo people using the photobooth (why?), and they made use of it too! They enjoyed a very expensive party on us and we have no memories. YOU DO NOT GET A VIDEO! YOU JUST PAY FOR SOMEONE TO BE THERE FOR 5-8 HOURS AT THE PARTY! You get a 6-minute social media video. That's it. At my daughter's wedding, they came early, and photo'd the venue lobby before anything was setup, then left, and arrived late to the wedding. They only photo and video garbage, no decor, no pictures of your guests who traveled some 700 miles to attend, my husband and I didn't even get one picture with our daughter and son-in-law. Well, there is one photo, my sons-in-law boutonniere is in my face, that's it, not frameable, garbage. They did get an amazing dinner, used the photo booth, enjoyed ice cream (didn't think it was worth taking even one picture of the famous Leopold's ice cream cart out in front of the venue after the cake - thought that was there for them to enjoy - photo/video, no time, they were partying! Absolutely no memories of this 50k party. My kids did get some pics of them with trees in back, nothing of the beautiful venue. We could have gone to JP Penny with a forest seen behind, and they would have been better. STAY AWAY! Customer service is none, no way to contact them. Just their AI (artificial intelligence robot) Rose! Rose will hound you until the day you die to sign up! Other than that you will get no response. Our photographer and video person in the photo's, had a great time, and I have no memories of this 50k party. STAY AWAY FROM KAPTURLY! You will get nothing like what you see on their website on the most expensive, important day of your life!

We signed with them in June 2023. we were told that someone would reach out and get the process going we waited till august nothing reached out in september multiple times they said they were working on it but got nothing no videographer no photographers to choose from reached out again in October said they had NO videographers (even though we paid a deposit) can they supply just photographers after thinking it over because were loosing time we said yes in December. they'll said they'd give us a free engagement shoot with two photographers to choose from for the wedding set up the date for January they completely ghost us no contact nothing! After reaching out again multiple times Mid February we requested a full refund which they approved since they didn't do a thing. was told that we will receive the refund 1st week of march still ave not received anything they do not return texts, emails, or calls so now we will be going the legal route. We truly tried with them I even waited to write this review but how we were treat is ridiculous. This is not cheap and everyone works hard and don't deserve to be scammed. I loved my photos. They were so perfect and they captured every wonderful moment. ☺️ they also made us a video that was perfect as well. I loved how they organized everything into sections for my photos and also helped me in my wedding to capture the important moments because of my timeline 😁I felt completely comfortable as they photographed, and I usually feel awkward when someone I don’t know is taking pictures of me but they didn’t make it awkward at all and they helped us on what to do best 😊Thank you for my forever memories ❤️

Loved my photographer hate the kapturly. its been a year and i still dont have my wedding photos an everytime i call them no one picks up an forget leaving a message they never call you back. im very unpleased about this and if they dont want to here from my Lawry then they need to call me.

Kapturly offers an amazing service really. Loved how easy the process was and communication was spot on. The staff on ground were unobtrusive, friendly, and fun. The photographer made sure we understood how lighting worked and their outcome was beyond what I expected. I 'm know to be camera-shy but wasn't the case on my wedding. I'd give them a 10/10.

Had the most amazing experience! The service was reasonably priced and made planning so much easier for my wife and I since photography and videography was covered in the package. The Kapturly team was highly communicative and supported us throughout the entire process even through vendor changes. Our wedding was captured beautifully from all angles all evening. I was very impressed with the punctuality, professionalism and ability for just two individuals to work so well together and be so respectful of everyone's names and pronouns. Queer wedding friendly which is very important! I highly recommend Kapturly. I am still in shock that this service was a random instagram ad that I nearly ignored but provided my wife with the most precious memories we will cherish forever. We had an amazing experience with Kapturely. The photographer and videographer were exceptional, there were some mishaps at our wedding with the DJ service and things weren’t going as planned, our photographer took things into her own hands and got things back on schedule with the DJ, she also brought my husband and I wine a couple times when things were getting stressful which was so kind of her!! We LOVE our photos and video. They captured the day perfectly and I don’t regret at all purchasing these services from Kapturely. I also think their prices are great. I’ve seen much more expensive packages elsewhere and I don’t think I could have gotten better photos and video. You can also pick little details like how many hours of photo and video separately which helps with cost and it can be specific for your needs. I 100% recommend Kapturely for your wedding day or other important events!!

We hired Kapturly as our wedding photographer after reviewing their website and portfolio. We were drawn to their lovely shots and how they beautifully captured the pure, raw emotions on the couples' faces. They were offering a special that was very affordable, and they still delivered high quality service. We did both our Videography and photography through Kapturly. We were extremely nervous to do it this way and having it contracted due to nerves and the unknown. We had a fantastic experience though from start to even after the finish. We had wonderful and timely communication from Kapturly on updates and reminders. They reminded and sent great instructions on how to set up the live streaming which we added on. That was totally worth it while I forgot to stream the whole thing due to having so much going on those who could join said it was user friendly and a really clear stream. Our videographer was so much fun and so amazing at keeping our energy levels high throughout. Our photographer who originally picked our wedding up never responded to me or the company. Kapturly was on it for me though when I sent the concern they reached out no response I tried again no response and they got a new one and communicated the process throughout out to me. It all worked out the way it was suppose to our photographer ended up being amazing and slayed the game. Ur videographer got us a wedding gift of the Pixar Up theme from an art fair he attended prior. Talk about a gift to remember your videographer forever on top of the video. Our photographer was kind and professional and able to handle the chaos of everything smoothly. The videographer and photographer communicated great throughout the night as well. We got our images and video back within 3 weeks as well and I was expecting it to take 6-8 weeks. Overall we had an amazing experience with the company as a whole but more of the experience was made through the wonderful videographer and photographer from top to bottom. We had Najada Davis as our Videographer & Mariusz Mitkowski as our Photographer:)

Kapturly was amazing from beginning to end making sure our day went smooth. Our photographer and videographer arrived early to make sure everything was set up and overall we loved our media!

Danielle with the Kapturly team is AMAZING!! She got so many shots I didn’t even know she was taking and they all turned out so beautiful! The Kapturly team was so easy to work with and very affordable! To all the brides out there you definitely need to check them out!!!!

Leading up to the event, I had little to no contact with my photographers. I had to reach out to them every time I wanted to talk or had any questions. They never asked what I was looking for or gave any advice/suggestions. As a photographer myself, I was very disappointed. I also went looking for portfolios so I could tell what kind of work they do. I was only able to find one for my second shooter. Neither my main photographer nor videographer had any work posted. During the “getting ready” portion, my second shooter Victoria was great. She was helping in every way possible to get set up and ready to go, but I feel that our running late and her helping reduced the amount of time she was taking pictures. Our main photographer stayed in the shadows, and hardly spoke unless it was to direct a photo, though he reused the same poses multiple times. Our photos came to us rather quickly (still waiting on video). These photos were not worth it. For an 8 hour wedding, we only received 500 photos, half of which have blinks, blurry, or bad exposure. We were missing some important photos like our grand exit and entrance. We only got half of the family photos we took, and the groom is blinking in most of the ones we got. The couple’s portraits of the Bride and Groom: either one of them is blinking, they’re looking away from the camera and you can’t see faces, or the exposure is wrong. EDIT: after leaving a poor review, I was contacted by the service team and they called me to figure out how to help fix the issue. It turns out that the photographers gave them more images than were shared with us. A lot of them were better than what we were originally given. Turns out there was no issue with the photographers, just the Editors. The photos they had chosen to send us were not carefully vetted. We were given the option to go through ALL of the photos and pick which ones we wanted for them to edit and send to us. Still waiting on the video.

During the planning process it was incredibly easy to contact the Kapturly team. I rarely spoke to the same person but everyone I spoke with was up to date in my profile. I was in contact with the video/photographer pretty reliably up until a week before. I was easily able to contact the videographer and he showed up on time but the week before the wedding my photographer was MIA and completely ghosted me the day of. We blew up his phone and neither us nor the company could get a hold of him. They hired another photographer last minute who was able to come but of course he didn’t have any of the inspo photos I had sent to the first guy and was kinda thinking on his feet. He got there as soon as he could which unfortunately was 45min late and we had no professional photos of the reception. After that the night went smoothly, the team was great to work with, though didn’t give a lot of direction and it was kinda up to me to get the shots and angles (again bc this poor guy was hired last second) they were great, friendly and fun! I contacted the company after the honeymoon and they were very kind and apologetic and refunded me for the ceremony and the hour missed when my videographer left early before the grand exit. Photos are beautiful!! Though I didn’t get back as many as I was expecting. The first video they sent I wasn’t very satisfied with and they redid it and it looks very nice and well done (although still not as much footage as I would expect from a 5 hour contract) All in all, I’m fairly satisfied with the experience. Could’ve been better, but for the price they offered and their flexibility I’m still content with my choice.
