I love my engagement ring and wedding band from Ken & Dana. My husband and I had a wonderful experience going to the store in NYC, browsing rings, and picking out the perfect rings! Everyone on the staff is so attentive and helpful, especially via email. I get so many compliments on my unique wedding set.

Where. To. Start!? So I approached Ken & Dana Designs earlier in the year to prep for my proposal. The first person I spoke with was Ariel who was super helpful and on top of the game, absolutely great service. Somewhere along the line, I actually got transferred to someone else, a young lady by the name of Nati. I didn't mind the switch because everyone was so response and Ariel was CC'd on everything so cool - and Nati continued the spectacular service! Even to the point of letting me know when the stone came in, that it wasn't truly the color they are comfortable working with and went ahead and found another one that was of better clarity and honored the price because of the inconvenience! Talk about integrity! They kept me updated throughout the entire process, they sent me videos and pictures and specs and never got annoyed with me, even though I had a million+1 questions about the process and the ring and the stone and the turnaround time - man, I can't say enough about Ken & Dana Designs. Their ring options are wonderful and creative and different. They stand out in a league of their own and are definitely for those of us that want that extra dash of special. My Fiancé said, and I quote, "I Couldn't Have Down Better If I Picked It Out Myself. This Is So Perfect..." and I couldn't agree more! I find myself looking at the ring more than she does hahaha that joint is fabolous! If you're wondering if Ken & Dana Designs are worth it - trust me, they are. They truly are invested in you and have your best interest at heart. They know their product will sell, it's not about that, it's the service. The service is really what sealed everything for me and I'm getting my Fiance's band and my own band from Ken & Dana as well. My wife and I both got our engagement and wedding rings from Ken and Dana and we cannot recommend them enough. We both have very different styles and they were able to help us both find things that were perfect for us, even if that meant doing some customization for us. The staff is so warm and welcoming and the space is glorious. It was important to us to find someone who does conflict free and earth friendly products and we feel so lucky that we found Ken and Dana.

My husband picked out my engagement ring at Ken & Dana Design, upon recommendation (& with help) from my sister. They did an incredible job helping him pick out the perfect ring for me, without even knowing what I wanted! I couldn’t have been happier, and loved that the diamond was lab-grown, which I was something I was already interested in. We decided, of course, to go back to Ken & Dana for our wedding bands, and picked out rings that we will always cherish. We went back for the inscriptions, and for a final cleaning of my engagement ring before the big day. It was wonderful to work with the whole team there, and such an easy and happy process. We would recommend going to Ken & Dana for anyone looking for wedding jewelry and beautiful pieces in general.

We are so pleased with our rings. They did a great job on my custom engagement ring. We went to the studio about a year before we bought our rings and they were so professional and organized. I am so pleased we went with them.

It’s high quality and the diamond is truly something else. My fiancé had a good experience when working with the staff. This engagement ring is very beautiful and unique! The company representative my fiance worked with was very helpful, and they let him ship a family diamond to be set into one of their designs.

Unfortunately, my experience with Ken & Dana Design was not a positive one. Not only was the customer service lacking and unprofessional, my ring is of careless & inferior quality. It was not the ring I paid for. We purchased the Emery with a 2 carat aquamarine and the Winter wedding band. - It took almost 2 weeks for the representatives to get the web site set up for our purchase. I had to ask about it 4 or 5 times. - When we made the purchase we received an automated response, but then nothing for over a week. We finally called to see what was going on. - There are supposed to be branches on the sides that cross over each other. In the picture they are thicker and have a 3 dimensional aspect. On mine they are small and flat with some poor quality engraving. - There are 4 marquis diamonds that, in the picture, are of a good size making them very visible from the front. On my ring they are tiny and can’t be seen unless you look from the side. - The leaf tip prongs in the picture are clearly visible and identifiable as leaves. On mine you cannot even tell what they are. We paid full price for discount/seconds quality.

My now husband and I found Ken and Dana when were dabbling in the thought of buying a ring. Reid kept searching and found the most darling ring and wedding band for me from this jeweler. Ken and Dana have beautiful and unique rings and incredible service. Reid and I were separated by thousands of miles overseas during our engagement, but Ken and Dana worked with Reid through the time zones so that he could get the ring of our dreams! We are so thrilled with the ring, and I am excited to wear it for the rest of my life!

We wanted our rings to be eco-friendly, hand-crafted, conflict-free made from recycled materials made locally in New York. Ken and Dana meets all these. My husband made appointments for both engagement and wedding rings, their shop is conveniently located in midtown and the office space is very well-laid out. They are helpful with the styles and the 3 Cs etc. For the engagement, Natalie helped us choose and for the Wedding Rings, Ariel helped us decide. They have an actual store to browse through, but ordering the rings will be on-line. They can deliver it to your preferred address or you can pick it up from the store. The ring boxes that came with it are sturdy and pretty.

My husband and I had the absolute best experience at Ken & Dana. My husband went there to get my engagement ring designed after he had difficulty finding exactly what he was looking for at many jewelry stores around NYC. He met with Patty at Ken & Dana and she immediately made him feel comfortable and confident that they could execute his vision. They did a wonderful job with my engagement ring, it was exactly what he was looking for and I just love it. After that great experience, we knew we had to get our wedding bands from Ken & Dana as well. I brought Patty a picture of a wedding band I saw on Pinterest that I could not find ANYWHERE after countless hours of online and in-store searching. Once again, she said no problem, and executed our vision. I now have a beautiful and unique wedding ring set that I will treasure forever. We could not be happier with their service. Their work is beautiful and they are incredibly responsive, wonderfully kind people to work with.

We found Ken and Dana Design on the internet and loved the natural, hammered designs of their wedding bands. We had two appointments and both times had a wonderful experience. They were friendly, warm, welcoming (we are a gay couple), patient, enthusiastic, and very helpful. Even better, they have a gorgeous product. We were happy to purchase these works of art and really love wearing them.

I actually pinned a ring that I liked before I was even dating my husband. When he started to do research he found my board and found this ring. They have so many unique designs that it was a tough choice! They are so beautiful and different. I get endless compliments on it and couldn't be happier with the ring. From what I hear from my husband, they were great to work with. The only complaint is that it took a while to be shipped to us but the wait was worth it!

I found Ken & Dana on Pinterest and started pinning some of their rings for reference. I never expected my then boyfriend to actually buy one of those rings, especially since they're in New York and we are in KC. Even with the distance they were amazing to work with. He got the ring a bit too big so we sent it back for sizing and had it back fairly quick after that. Due to the major resizing I had an issue with a few of the stones, but they were always quick to repair the ring and offered to make a whole new one based on mine since it was purchased by them and not actually manufactured by them. If you're in NY, use them! Even if you aren't in NY, use them! Their customer service is great and I hope that some day if we ever make it to NYC, we can stop in!

My husband and I stumbled upon their website while we were searching for the perfect wedding bands. He loved the look of their Juno band, which adds a textured/hammered metal look to the traditional gold band, while I chose one of their private collection bands. Customer service was top-notch, and the rings are just beautiful. We couldn't be happier with them.
