I purchased earrings online for my 8 bridesmaids and mother in law. These were on sale and deemed final sale. When I received them at my home, they were a completely different color in person than they looked online. Everyone at the store was so generous and understanding and excited for me and my wedding. They allowed me to exchange them for different earrings and it all worked out. Also, the earrings I wanted for me and my wedding day were supposedly unavailable and they were able to find a location that did in fact have them, so I was able to get the perfect earrings I dreamed of for my wedding day! Definitely recommend getting Kendra Scott for your bridal party! The customer service was absolutely superb and I will continue to buy Kendra Scott Jewelry!

I bought my bridal earrings at the South Congress location and had excellent service. They didn't have the color of stone that I wanted but made them for me at their color bar right on the spot. I loved them and received a lot of compliments. I like that I will be able to wear them again for other occasions.
