Couldn’t have chosen better! We hired Keneke’s for our destination wedding so it was so fun to have local Hawaiian food. The staff was incredible and the food was amazing. We even had malasadas freshly made! Definitely recommend!

Kenekes catered our wedding and we were so happy with how everything came out! We did a tasting prior and the food was just as good on the wedding day. Our guests loved it too. The service day of was also excellent, and for dessert we did cheesecakes rather than a traditional wedding cake, they did all the cutting, placement and brought disposable plates and forks so we didn't need to worry about any of it. Definitely recommend these guys!

Keneke's Grill has been a long time family favourite, and they absolutely did not disappoint. The food was delicious, hot and extremely flavourful. The prime rib was some of the best prime rib I have ever had, so moist and cooked perfectly. Everyone was raving saying it was the best wedding food they have ever had. I absolutely love the buffet style as everyone got to pick exactly what they wanted and much faster than traditional sit down. The service was also amazing. Water was filled very quickly, plates cleared efficiently, and very friendly. Keith was also wonderful to deal with! Could not recommend Keneke's enough. You will not be disappointed!

We had a wedding of 50 and used Keneke's and we are so glad we did! The food was delicious. Our favorite (and the crowd's, too!) was the kalua pork and purple sweet potatoes. We also got the prime rib carving station, the guava chicken, prawns, teriyaki chicken skewers, poke....all were incredible. The price point for what you get is fantastic. You get so many options! We used them for our bartending services as well. As far as I know it went fine (to be honest as the bride, most of my drinks were brought to me!)...the only exception is we had a lot of beer leftover bc apparently they were telling guests that there was no beer left! Not sure what happened there but I won't let it taint my experience bc we LOVED the food so much! Wish we had leftovers, my only complaint :)

We hired Keneke’s to cater our small wedding of about 30 guests. We chose the Wedding Special #1 and everything on the menu, both for the appetizers and the buffet, was absolutely delicious. We had multiple guests compliment the food, and one mentioned it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. The staff were beyond polite and friendly. We had a gluten-free guest, and the menu we had already chosen was completely gluten-free, allowing us to not have to make special arrangements which was convenient. Like other reviewers, we did have a few instances where they were hard to get a hold of in the months leading up to the wedding. For example, a request for a food tasting prior to selecting the menu went unanswered. However, we had an amazing experience with them the day of.

If you're looking for tasty food, helpful staff, and a one stop shop for your catering needs then you have found it! We booked Kenekes shortly after booking our venue and after visiting their restaurant for lunch. The food is incredible! All of our guests loved the mango chicken and sweet mashed potatoes. I loved how chill they were to work with, that the portions were great, and that they had the plates, silverware, and glasses. Setting our menu couldn't have been easier because we knew everything was going to taste amazing, and it did.

Fantastic food. They have the perfect and fairly affordable packages for a wedding. There is unique Hawaiian fare plus service! The servers walked around and served the Pupus (appetizers). We had buffet setup and they served that, as well. They kept the water topped off during our meal and served us, the bride and groom. I didn't go to or look for anyone else in my research for a caterer since my venue was 10mins away from their business. Hands down, the best caterer you could choose for Oahu. Side note - some of the reviews mentioned a lack of communication, but I found their responses to be prompt enough, within a week if my inquiry. Some couples want instant responses, but once i chose my menu, i didn't feel a need to have an instant response. I planned a year ahead, so there was ample time to get everything in order. I also received all of the food i chose. I am thinking they took the reviews to heart and improved their communication. I love that in a business.

On the advice of multiple sources, we chose Keneke’s to cater our wedding in April 2022. They had so many options, it was difficult to decide on the menu. Even months later, though, people still tell us how incredible the food was. While the food was absolutely delicious, it was only one part of what made our experience with Keneke’s so great. The price and value we received was better than anywhere else we looked. Before the wedding, Keneke’s was patient with all our questions and all the uncertainties created by COVID. In the end, they made sure we had all the food we needed without paying for too much, and they provided everything and everyone we needed to get it to our guests. If you enjoy great value, helpful staff, and delicious food, go with Keneke’s.

Hiring Keneke’s for our wedding was the best decision ever! From the help with set up, bar service, providing the flatware, the waitstaff, the delicious food, and helping to do clean up service at the end of the night, they are seriously the total package! We had a hog carving station and Ken made this a special moment for us as a photo op as we kissed the pig and cut into it. I highly recommend having them cater your wedding or next event. Absolutely delicious food!! We chose Keneke's due to price and reviews, and they were absolutely perfect for our wedding! Our guests all loved the food, Keneke's staff were all so friendly and helpful, and they even packed up all our leftovers for us at the end of the evening. Keneke's was also very helpful and understanding in helping us substitute specific dishes due to family wishes/allergies. So glad we hired them for our wedding!

omg! every thing at our wedding was delicious! I honestly wish I can go back to eat more even though I got to take the leftovers. it was so so soooooooo good! even better than I expected! EVERY SINGLE thing! I'm drooling just thinking about it. thank youu!

Speechless about the taste. I had the pick your own buffet style meal, Prime Rib, Garlic Prawns, Guava Chicken and of course shredded Pork. The shredded pork is to die for!! Absolutely amazing. The guava chicken was so tasty as well! With the catering package I had, I also had the pleasure to offer pupus (appetizers) for my cocktail hour that I also got to hand pick. Great service and great food. I definitely recommend booking this vendor for your Hawai'i wedding, you will not be disappointed!!

Keneke's was amazing despite the small errors. We ordered the Roasted Pig, Guava Chicken, Mac Salad, Rice, Sweet Rolls, Garlic Mahi-Mahi and Broccoli. We recieved Everything except we the fish and broccoli which we got instead Teriyaki Beef and Noodles. With that said the FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!! We kissed the pig which was interesting but fun! Keith was suuuuper cool. Would have them cater for us in the future!

Keneke's was wonderful! We ordered the hawaiian luau package for our wedding and it was delicious! We added on the bartending service, too. Great idea! The service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. We highly recommend Keneke's catering for anyone looking for great service!

We got recommendation for Keneke’s from our wedding coordinator at Aloha Bridal Connections for our destination wedding at Kualoa Ranch in Sept 2019. We got so many comments about how good the food was-especially the loco moco! Even our limo company asked us the next day which catering company we used since they heard everyone raved about it. We had two carving stations-prime rib and the loco moco. You can go to their site and pick out a buffet menu and also Pupus to be handed out during cocktail hour. For our guest count of 73, it was more than enough! I am so happy we were able to find an affordable yet great quality catering company for our wedding. We liked that Keneke’s also offered a cleaning service for an additional fee, and also provide complimentary clear glass plate, cutlery and glasses. We did initially have a hard time to contact them since I believe two of their employees stopped working due to personal reasons-not related to the business. However, Miga and Keith always managed to answer our questions within 10 days and even adjusted our final count and menu until the week before our wedding, which I was so grateful for. I would also make sure to check the invoice as we did notice a few items were charged incorrectly. They corrected it the same day and apologized. I think this happens with catering companies and florists, especially in the industry, since a lot of things get updated and changed as you go. So just be aware of that. Otherwise, fantastic food, fantastic service! Highly recommend, especially if you are thinking of having a wedding at Kualoa Ranch!

Our wedding planner recommended Keneke's to us saying they would give us an authentic taste of Hawaiian food and grew their veggies locally on their farm. I will say they are very difficult to get ahold of, expect to call them many times and email them without response. It was just 10 days before our wedding before we were able to confirm with them our menu and head count! BUT they did not disappoint. Work with Miga their person in charge of catering. We found her responsive. They were running a bit late on our wedding day and our officiant informed us they wanted to start dinner 30 min later than we had planned. For us we were able to shift our timeline back and it probably started 20 min later than expected. The staff was professional, they were dressed in all black and we did h'ordeurves which were handed out at the cocktail hour and then a buffet style dinner. We switched out one of the meats for a salad and they served us as the bride and groom but everyone else got up and did self serve at the buffet. I was slightly nervous there would not be enough food and wondered if I should order extra, but there were plenty of leftovers and they kindly bagged them up for us! The pupus (appetizers) were amazing! They had poke and octopus along with teriyaki beef and grilled pineapple skewers! They even saved us a plate of them as we didn't have time to eat any during the cocktail hour!! Some of the best things about Keneke's was that they provided all of the plates, silverware and water goblets needed. We rented high ball glasses for booze which was only about a $1/glass. Also included in their price was cake cutting and serving and napkin folding! They also did half price for vendors included in our headcount. Overall I was very happy with their service and price and their thoughtful touches! I recommend them if you want something local and authentic!

Seriously i couldn’t be more happy with kenekes and my wedding! I was nervous at first as being in the states and not being able to try but my guest couldn’t stop talking about the food! Literally for days!! No joke people said the best wedding food they have had !! - we had two carving stations - the whole pig and prime rim - we had steak , chicken , purple mash , crab legs , and the salad with papaya seed dressing ! It was perfect and I highly recommend!! On top of that It was the cheapest quote! Thanks again kenskes !!

We are so happy that we booked Keneke’s Catering for our wedding. We were hesitant at first because we saw various reviews regarding their food vs. actually working with them after you book. But, we are so glad our wedding planner recommended them to us. On their website, they have different packages you can choose from depending on what you want. We had 2 carving stations, 4 choices of pupus, 2 meat choices, and 1 seafood choice. They provide the utensils, water goblets, and plates also. They were the most affordable choice. I would definitely say that their responsiveness was lacking throughout our planning process. But when it was crunch time, everything came together. We were able to schedule a complimentary tasting at the restaurant with the owner, Keith, who is one of the nicest people ever. During our tasting, they brought out some food that we didn’t originally request—it was better than what we requested, and we ended up changing our entire menu! The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed it. Even with the final head count + vendors, we still had a ton of leftovers (mostly the carbs). But everyone loved our food! Thank you, Keneke’s!

I worked with Miga to create a menu our guests would love.. and they did! We had so many compliments on the wonderful food. We opted for the buffet style and we were very impressed with the presentation of the food and the professionalism of the staff. My husband and I were even able to enjoy the food, their staff made us plates of food while we were taking photos so we never went hungry. There was a lot of food left over but our guests were able to enjoy it later that night. I would highly recommend them if you are getting married in Oahu.

Keneke's grill was so easy to work with and is definitely the best deal! Their wedding packages are incomparable and have the best options. My guests could not stop talking about how good the food was and how professional the servers were. Thank you for being a part of our special day!

We loved having kenekes cater our wedding! First and foremost the food was DELICIOUS! All of our guests loved the food. They also have excellent communication and were awesome on our wedding day. Their service was great, and their value is one of the best on the island.

I was a little worried initially with the response time with some emails, but Keneke's did an AMAZING job catering my wedding!!! The staff was great and professional and the food and presentation was perfect. My only regret was not being able to eat more on my big day!

We hired Keneke's as our caterer for our wedding and the food came out delicious! We had a mix of vegan/vegetarian/gluten free people and everyone was able to eat. Keneke's were able to customize their menu for you. We added the vegetarian Thai curry - so ono. They supplied the glass plates, water goblets and cutlery. They hand passed around puppy during happy hour. They served the food buffet style (you can pay more to have a seated dinner service) and passed out the cake. They were easy to work with, professional, affordable and their food was a huge hit. Definitely contact them to do a tasting for your wedding or other events. Or just stop by their restaurant for their famous plate lunch.

Keneke's showed up on time, looked professional, and most importantly, EVERYONE loved their food. The only thing they could do better is communicate throughout the process and also at the event. I wasn't sure who to talk to if I did have any questions. Luckily, I didn't have any. Otherwise, they delivered everything they said they would do. Make sure you inquire about clean up, they made it much less stressful at the end of the night.

Very disappointing...I was excited based on their menu but when I called less than happy. Felt is was more of an Inconvinence be a potential client. I would have used them hands down. Need to learn how to treat people a little better. First impressions are everything.

Keneke's was amazing! Their food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying their poke! They arrived on time, set up all the place settings, and were ready to go long before the guests arrived. Their servers were quick and courteous. Great service!

We originally reached out to them a while back to do a tasting and Keith met us up 20 minutes after our scheduled time. He apologized for being late since he lost track of time because him and his son was trying to chase a pig down in the farm! Anyways, he let us try a variety of food and even cooked us some lumpia after he found out I was Filipina. After doing our research and other tastings, we decided to have them cater our wedding based on how good their food was, their reasonable price, and our personal interaction. Although many reviews mentioned their e-mail communication can be slow, I actually didn't have any problem. I communicated with Keith but mostly with Kristina. She would even reply to my e-mail the same day! Then the day of the wedding came along and everything turned out great! They arrived on time, got set up, and kept up with the timeline. The only thing I would say is I wished they cleaned or picked up the glasses a bit more but it could be because we didn't go through them for the bar. Also, we didn't have our own cake knife and they provided cake cutting service so we had to hunt one down from them. I wished it was readily available instead of having our guests wait. Lastly, they charged our credit card but e-mailed us stating that it didn't go through and they tried for different amounts twice. After I looked at our balance and confirmed with the credit card company, it actually did go through in the very beginning so I'm not sure what or how that happened on their end. Other than these minor things, we were very satisfied and would recommend them!

I always said I wanted drinks, good food, cake and fun at my wedding.. everyone said the food was AMAZING! The entire staff was so great to work with, very sweet and attentive, service was amazing, they cooked onsite, it was fresh, smelled amazing, I truly had the best vendors!!! Don’t consider any other food catering if getting married on Oahu... the pricing was great, food was amazing, staff was the best!

We planned our destination May 2018 wedding at Loulu Palm from abroad (UK and New Zealand). Planning a wedding from abroad, we made plans and vendor decisions based on reviews. Kenekes was listed as a recommended vendor by many venues and coordinators, however had mixed reviews online. As all couples, we had a budget to work within and felt that Kenekes were worth a chance. As many of the reviews stated, communication via email was not efficient. Emails often went unanswered for a week or two and required multiple follow ups. Communication improved when working with Kristina, however consistently required follow up emails. We were lucky to visit Oahu in November 2017 where we had a tasting at the restaurant with Keith. The restaurant itself would benefit from some modernizing. The overall feel of the restaurant was overlooked when we tasted the food and met with Keith. The food tasted wonderful and Keith was very friendly and agreeable to our requests to accommodate our guests with specialist dietary needs. We spent 11 months working with Kenekes communicating and planning our wedding menu for 60 guests; pupus, buffet style with two carving stations, 3 vegan meals, bartending services and wedding cake serving. Unfortunately on our wedding day, despite the months of communication, we were not provided the menu as agreed. Most importantly no vegan meals were provided leaving some of our guests without anything to eat despite the fact we have paid for their meals. Pupus were limited, served only in the beginning of cocktail hour. Therefore the family and bridal party did not receive any pupus, as they were in photos immediately following ceremony. The pupus should have been placed on trays and left on cocktail tables if staff were required elsewhere. Our wedding cake was cut and served to guests. The cake was substantial, three large tiered, designed to feed a minimum of 75 people. With 60 guests at the wedding, there would have been remaining cake. At the end of the evening however the remaining cake box was misplaced at the venue therefore we did not get to enjoy any remaining cake. The food was adequate on flavor, however we are very disappointed with the overall service provided.

We had our wedding in September 2018 at Kualoa Ranch and hired Keneke's as our caterer. Even though they may be on island time responding to emails, we absolutely LOVED their food and service! As we were planning a wedding internationally, we didn't have time to try any of the food beforehand, but literally everything was so much better then expected - pupus and mains! Everyone raved about the food, and they even packaged up the leftovers for my family to take home (and the leftovers were even fantastic reheated). We cannot say enough how happy we were that we hired them, and 100% recommend. They were on time, professional, and super accommodating. The staff brought me and my husband plates of food with everything on it so that we could eat and went around pouring champagne during toasts. Still craving that food though

Worked with Kristina at Keneke's to coordinate all my catering needs for my wedding at Moli'i Gardens at Kualoa Ranch. Excellent communication in the planning stages and the service continued to the actual wedding day too! Food was delicious and all the staff were so great! Thank you Keneke's and team for your excellent food and service to making our wedding day so perfect! :)

The Keneke's staff, especially Keith, were thoughtful, helpful, and responsive to our specific needs, creating a custom menu of our favorites from their offerings and working with us and our budget. Keith went above and beyond on the day of the wedding, helping our coordinator make sure the venue was set up smoothly and helping them break everything down at the end of the night. The food was incredible! We went with a selection of a few of his meats as well as a vegetarian option for several of our guests. We heard from many of our guests that they thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the service, especially chatting with Keith. Keneke's definitely helped make our event special.

Keneke's catered our wedding at the Kualoa Ranch. We were given many menu options to choose from, all of which were fresh and local. While Keneke's could be a little difficult to get a hold of at times, we were assured by their many online reviews that this was common and they would not let us down come the big day. This proved to be the case with the quality of the food, the presentation and the table service all exceptional. Could not recommend them more highly!

We decided to go with Keneke's for our wedding because the prices were extremely affordable and the food was good! Keith and Kristina were so easy to work with. My guests did not leave my wedding hungry and my husband and I were able to afford our dream wedding.

Kenekes was tasty and cheap compared to other vendors. We went in for a taste test, they worked with us to find the ideal combinations, then on the day of the wedding the servers were professional and the food was great.

My husband and I chose Keneke's Grill for our reception food without any tastings or experience working with them. We received so many compliments about the appetizers being the best wedding appetizers and the food being absolutely amazing! I am so thankful for the hard work their team put in for our wedding. The food was filling and delicious and the service was outstanding! I would recommend them to anyone as they have a variety of food options including local Hawaiian food!

Hands down, best wedding food ever! We did a tasting with Keith at his restaurant in Punaluu and were blown away by the food. It was the only tasting we did because we knew nothing else could top it. Bonus, the catering is incredibly reasonable! Keith was extremely friendly and offered some great suggestions. I love that they use herbs and greens from their farm! For pupus, I highly suggest the poke and the coconut shrimp. For mains, the mashed Okinawan sweet potatoes and the kalua pork are bomb! Ask Keith to make you his special BBQ sauce to go with the pork! So ono. You really can't go wrong with any of their food...it's all that good. Our guests were stoked and said it was the best wedding food they ever had. We went home with a bunch of leftovers so it was great to enjoy the meal a second time! The staff were professional and helpful. They made sure we (the bride and groom) were given food during the cocktail hour and dinner. They hand passed the pupus and cleaned up at the end of the night. They even sliced our Ted's pies for us for dessert! We used their clear square plates, basic silverware and water goblets. Loved the way the clear plates looked with our teak dining table! We didn't use their napkins but they can also provide those and set them around the plates for you. One thing to note, they are slow to respond and it can be tough to get in touch with them. Just have some patience and know they will deliver on the wedding day!

My husband and I hired Keneke’s for our wedding at the suggestion of our wedding coordinator. We wanted a buffet-style dinner so that our guests could try a variety of foods that captured the “flavors” of the island. Simply stated, the choice was totally on-point. The food was awesome (everyone said how much the loved it and not a single complaint), the staff was amazing, they provided the plates/cutlery/glasses/napkins, and it was very reasonably priced. There were enough left-overs for over 10 of us to have multiple meals and it still tasted great. Favorites of the guests included the Kalua Pig, poke, and mashed purple sweet potato. Being a Vegan they made a special “tofu” tower especially for me complete with tofu and fresh veggies. It was yummy and literally fresh out of the oven (they made it back and the restaurant and had someone personally drive it over to the estate where we had our wedding ). Overall, above and beyond service with great food. You won’t be disappointed if you choose them.

Literally last minute, a month before my wedding date, Keneke's took on the catering for my wedding. They were easy to work with and had many options for menus and allowed me to customize and change an existing preset menu. They also provide the silverware and dishes and cleanup after...and as a bonus you get any left overs from your event! Thank you Keith!

We hired the team at Keneke's for our wedding at Pyramid Rock beach in Kaneohe. The food was delicious and the team was very professional. We went with the sit down dinner rather than the buffet and we were so happy with the attentive service throughout the meal!

Keith prepared for our vow renewal a pretty classic luau whole pig and everything! The food was fabulous, and the pricing is great too. Food was our most important for us and Keith did not disappoint. We very highly recommend Keneke's to cater any event!

I really want to give Kenekes 5 stars - truth be told they are the most budget friendly caterer out there. I love supporting local companies and their mission is fabulous. If you are on the fence, I highly recommend stopping in for a tasting, you not only get to try their food but get a tour of their location - it was amazing seeing their garden/land and how they grow and pick what they serve (added bonus)! We were sold after that. Their servers gave us pupus when we walked in to the reception (that we never would have gotten to try without this gesture), made our plates for us from the buffet, and also packed the leftovers at the end of the night. The food was hot when it came time to eat (even though our speeches ran over on time) and our guests all had great things to say - especially the purple mashed potatoes (all natural ingredients)! The downside - I am a highly organized person, and I need communication. We had emails that we never got responses to, or not fully responded, and Keith is a very busy/difficult person to get in touch with by phone. But when it came to wedding day, the food was done on time, the staff was friendly, and it was still warm when it was served. We did order coffee service but our guests weren't aware it was available as it was in the kitchen that wasn't visible, so they would have needed to request it. If you plan on offering this, make sure your coordinators are aware to offer it to your guests, or it is on your menu. I would pick them if I had to do it over again and highly recommend!

I recently got married on 8/7/16 at Kualoa Ranch, it was a destination wedding. Keneke's Grill was referred to me by my Wedding coordinator. I did my research and based on reviews and pricing, I was pleased and decided to hire Keneke's. I communicated with Keith Ward. We spoke once over the phone and exchanged many emails. Keith is a very sweet man and easy to speak with. I like his flexibility on the menu. However, his lack of responsiveness via email is something he needs to improve on. It took him awhile to reply, and when he did they were short replies. Hence, why I docked off one star. As time flew by, I solely relied on our short email communications, and my wedding coordinator assured me not to worry because she had worked with Keith and his staff numerous times. For Pupus I ordered: Teriyaki Beef skewers, Grilled Pineapple skewers, Shoyu poke, Coconut shrimp, and Island fruit. For dinner buffet: Roasted Hog carving station, Garlic prawns, Lemongrass chicken, Lilikoi beef ribeye steak, Punalu'u green salad with papaya seed dressing, Garlic red potatoes, Grilled asparagus, Butternut squash, and Hapa rice. Come the day of my wedding, the food tasted great! The pig, garlic red potato, punalu'u salad, and shoyu poke were my favorites. His staff provided great customer service. They were young and energetic and always checked up on my guests. They were constantly moving around and making sure we had enough food and drinks. They even brought us our appetizers during cocktail hour while we were taking our bride/groom pictures. At the end of the night, I met Keith and he was as sweet as I remembered him over the phone. They boxed up the leftovers and asked if we wanted to take them home. And, they also helped clean up the venue and put everything back in storage. Keneke's Grill provided great customer service, delicious food, menu flexibility, and awesome friendly staff at a very affordable price. Their affordable pricing also comes with china, flatware, water goblets, cake cutting service, wait and cook staff. I highly recommend Keneke's Grill eventhough they need to improve on their email response time. However, on the day of the wedding...they will not disappoint! Mahalo Keith!

Keith from Keneke's was awesome! He is very quick to respond to all inquiries, was flexible with our choices, and provided outstanding food and service. The food was amazing! Nearly everyone--both from Hawaii and from out of town--commented that this was one of the best wedding meals they'd had. Couldn't have asked for more! It was an excellent price to quality ratio! Service was smooth. His crew came and set everything up, including the dining ware and buffet. Very professional.

Keneke's is a local restaurant with amazing food. Our guests raved about the terry beef, chicken long rice, and prime rib. They provide waitstaff, utensils and plates, and warmers all in one cost. Most caterers had hidden fees for just about everything. We did the roast beef buffet and were thrilled with everything. The staff went above and beyond and even helped to serve food (cake) that they didn't prepare. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them for any event.

The catering team at Keneke's did an unbelievable job at our wedding! They were recommended by our wedding planner and we were not disappointed! From the Tasting Menu to the preparation and execution of the buffet (they even cleaned up the venue grounds after everyone had left!), they provided top-notch service from top to bottom. Our guests continuously told us throughout the night how good the food was and how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Some of our favorites were the Teriyaki Chicken Skewers and Coconut Shrimp passed appetizers, and the sweet potato mash was to die for! We were actually blessed with a few bags of leftovers, which we enjoyed over the next couple days. The staff was friendly and attentive, and remained professional the entire night. We would recommend Keneke’s to any of our family or friends for any event, big or small! Thank you again for everything! You helped to make our wedding absolutely perfect!

We had our destination wedding in the North Shore of Oahu, Loulu Palm Estate. We wanted to find catering with good local Hawaiian food at a reasonable price. After doing some research online, we found Keneke's. When we emailed our inquiries, Keith answered all our questions quickly and was very helpful . We choose Wedding Special #1, $39/person. He was flexible and let us change a few things from the wedding special menu. This package includes delivery, staff for onsite cooking, to hand pass appetizers, and help serve at the buffet. This package helped us save a lot of money w/ our party rentals since our package also included china, flatware, water goblets, stainless steel warmers (otherwise we would have to pay per item). My coordinator mentioned they only charged 50% for kids & for vendors we fed. On the wedding day, Keith and the entire staff were very helpful and provided great service. I loved how the servers made sure I had appetizers before and after running off to take pictures. They even set some aside & put on our table. More importantly, the food was delicious. For appetizers we had shoyu ahi poke, maki sushi, teriyaki beef, mochiko chicken, and grilled pineapple skewers. For dinner we had nalo green salad, mixed veggie medley, garlic prawns, garlic mash potatoes, hapa rice, hibachi chicken, kalua pig, and the prime rib carving station. Nothing but compliments from our guests, everybody loved the food. We didn't get enough time to sit and eat for long. They were kind enough to wrap our food to go and labled it "Mr. & Mrs". They also packed all of our leftovers for us. If you're looking for catering with attentive service and delicious island-style food for a reasonable price, we definitely recommend Keneke's. Keith the owner of Keneke's was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very accommodating to our needs and requests. Gave a a wonderful tasting ad showed us around his farm where many of the fresh vegetables were grow. The pricing was very fair and came in a package deal with silverware and dishware as well as servers! Total package. They also cook all the food onsite which was cool for our guests and everyone ranted and raved about the quality and taste. We did the traditional Luau Buffet with pupu's hand served in the beginning (egg rolls, beef teriyaki strips) It was all so delicious!

I was a little worried throughout the process as they were a little non responsive, but the made it happen on the day. The food was so good and all our guests raved about it. Keith is the best person to work with, he makes it happen so please don't worry about his mellow personality. He is on it!

My wedding planner recommended Keneke's and I couldn't be happier. We got the chicken teriyaki, white fish, and kalua pork, and all of it was absolutely delicious! We got compliment after compliment on how great the food was, and couldn't have been happier. My husband is such a picky eater, and even HE was full at the end of the night! They even helped us figure out how to do the cake-cutting, so we wouldn't topple over our tiered cake stand. I'm sad to say that we didn't have a microwave at our (honeymoon) hotel, because I would've been eating leftovers until the end of our trip. So glad we used Keneke's and I can't wait to visit Oahu again, to go to their restaurant!

I had kenekes for my wedding, the food was awesome it matches perfectly with my beach wedding.... I love it that they have a package it's so easy and they bring silverware and tableware included on the price.....everybody keeps telling me that was the best pulled pork..... I actually was so busy I just had the fish and teriyaki chicken they were both delicious......I would definitely use him again.....

Keith of Keneke's worked with us on a local style food for our wedding. Everyone raved about the food and the amount of selections we had. Keith gave us extra dishes at no extra cost. I highly recommend Keneke's to do your catering.

Keith at Keneke's did not only my reception, but the rehearsal dinner and breakfast the morning after the wedding for our out of town guests! We were super happy with the quality of food and the affordability. Keith helped us stay in budget but still have plenty of food to go around and still have leftovers!
