We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to get married! The property is absolutely stunning, and you can see the care and intention that went into every detail. Everywhere y...
ou look, there’s an abundance of flowers, veggies, and tomatoes, all nestled beneath beautiful Mt. Hood. Katie and Evan are truly incredible, down-to-earth, easy to work with, and full of such great energy. They went above and beyond leading up to and on our wedding day to make everything run smoothly. The venue offers endless possibilities for your ceremony and reception layout, including a massive tent in case of rain. You can bring in any vendors you choose which allows for so much flexibility and personalization. Having on-site accommodations for getting ready and staying the night was so wonderful. We are so grateful we chose this venue. It was the perfect setting for our dream wedding!

We are so happy we got married at Killer Tomato! This was a dream venue and our guests agreed. Killer Tomato is an actual working farm bursting with flowers and juicy tomatoes, a s...
tunning view of Mt. Hood, and even a few goats for the kids to pet. Evan and Katie were clear, helpful, and smart throughout our communications. They are incredible hosts and lovely people. They’re hilarious, too! Their sense of humor and their love of the farm make Killer Tomato a truly special place.
The bridal suite was great for getting ready – plenty of space for people to steam their dresses and cope with pre-ceremony jitters. There are tons of beautiful photo locations around the farm. Stressed? Go dunk in the glacial-melt river five minutes down the road! The tent is huge and allowed us to have a full-blown intergenerational rager with what was called, by many people, “the best DJ set at a wedding, ever.”
For people less inclined to dance, there are plenty of spaces at Killer Tomato for people to mingle, mountain-gaze, or wander. There’s a hoop house full of tomatoes, a cherry orchard, rows and rows of heirloom vegetables, native plants, and flowers. People describe our wedding venue as “magical,” and several guests reported wanting to move to the farm and stay forever. Overhead, the Milky Way stretched across the sky.
Katie made sure our (sometimes chaotic) plans came together seamlessly on our wedding day. Nestled in the Hood River Valley and the Columbia River Gorge, there was no shortage of amazing local vendors to collaborate with on flowers, food, drinks, tables/chairs, mobile restrooms, etc. Our vendors raved about the location. Setup and breakdown was clear and simple.
This farm and these farmers are perfect. We strongly endorse celebrating your love with a big, beautiful party at Killer Tomato!

As a local Hood River wedding coordinator, I really enjoyed working with Katie and Evan at Killer Tomato! They were very communicative from the inital stages of planning with my co...
uple and had a great vision for how their venue could showcase the natural beauty of the area and stunning mountain views of the Gorge. Set-up and clean-up were smooth, and it was nice to have a permanent tent and catering kitchen for vendors to utilize on the property, as well as an on-site BnB space for the bride to get ready in. All in all one of the best new venues in the Columbia Gorge!
