Kimberly’s Ever After Planning

My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help!  We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was by far one of the best decisions we made with the wedding. We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts.  When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her types of services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful!  I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with still so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well - several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and then for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (~150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room.  Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, contacted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!!  If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire her!!!

For example Kimberly and Travis arranged all of our personal decor for our ceremony and reception, and it came out perfect! Kimberly and her husband went above and beyond in their service, and I would wholeheartedly recommend their full planning package to any couple in need of a reliable, thoughtful, and superb wedding coordinator!

berly’s work ethic is impressive and her care and commitment came across in every interaction we had with her whether by text, phone, or in person. I liked her immediately after our screening call with her–and to boot, she took this call with us while she was on vacation. As she is also a former Disney bride, she was able to provide invaluable advice both from the perspective of a former bride as well as a planner who’s worked several Disney weddings. She knew both our ceremony and reception sites inside and out. Her planning team consists of her and her husband Travis and he is also very easy to work with. She had so many ideas which helped make our amazing wedding day even better, and was not offended even when we didn’t go with some ideas–but we did go with many of her suggestions. In particular, I appreciated her help narrowing down my choices for my hair and makeup vendor, as there were so many from which to choose. If my husband and I ever have a vow renewal some day, I would not hesitate to hire Kimberly again!

I knew that my DIY & Personal items would be handled carefully and nobody from the wedding party or any guests would have to take time out of their day to set it up. I had lots of communication from Kimberly from the moment I booked with her until the wedding day. Kimberly and her husband Travis had the same venues as we did for their own wedding, plus she has worked many Disneyland weddings as a planner, so I knew she was someone I could trust to know all the details & peculiarities when having a Disneyland Wedding. On the day of the wedding I just showed Kimberly and Travis all the items I had, I had binned them up and labeled them, and they handled everything from then on. I didn’t need to worry about anything while I was getting my hair & makeup done because they were handling it all and updating me occasionally. Kimberly even ran to get a tide pen for me from my hotel room when I spilled cupcake on my white shirt! At the end of the reception, Kimberly & Travis packed up all my items and they were so smooth at it, I didn’t even notice them while I was dancing with my friends! I also hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for content creation, and once everything was set up, Kimberly and Travis got so much footage of behind the scenes, the ceremony, and reception footage. I didn’t know if I wanted to spend the money on a videographer & hiring them for content creation was a happy medium. I definitely recommend hiring Kimberly’s Ever After Planning, especially if you’re having a Disneyland Wedding. They know what they’re doing, and they’re going to take care of you, and care about making your day special just as much as you do.

an get overwhelming, but Kimberly is your girl!! It rained on my wedding day last minute, so she made the decision of putting everything inside. She even contacted my maid of honor and made sure she helped her with anything she needed prior to the wedding. Kimberly is amazing and such a joy to work with! I would definitely recommend her!

in Flagstaff and that was about it! Kim was ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL in our planning and made the entire process so easy and fun!!! I absolutely loved working with her. She was so easy to trust and I had the easiest time just allowing her to do what needed to be done-and that is really saying something for me as I tend to have a hard time relinquishing control! She was integral in finding vendor options for us and helping us find things within our budget. She listened to what we wanted and asked the right questions to help us figure out what that even was! Kim and Travis clearly enjoy what they do, and are so genuine in their care and excitement for your big day. They took care of things that I’m sure I don’t even know about. Our wedding day went seamlessly and was so fun and I know it was because we had them leading it! If you are hesitating about hiring them, DON’T. You will not regret it. I could continue to ramble on and on about how much I loved them, but the moral of the story is that they are phenomenal at what they do and you should have hired them yesterday.

e phenomenal and I knew I could trust them immediately. Not once was I ever disappointed in my planning process or on my wedding day. I always felt heard and seen if I had any issues with my venue and/or vendors, for I would express them to Kim and she fixed them immediately. As a bride, I felt so comfortable, I often found myself asking for advice from Kim and she always gave the most positive advice anytime I felt stressed. She's such a joy to have around and to contact 24-7. Kim & Travis paid so much attention to detail in our conversations, they even kept a white claw and a shot of whiskey ready for my husband & I when we were done with taking our wedding photos! We didn't even ask them to do that but they remembered what exactly we enjoyed drinking and decided to have that ready for us which we thought was so thoughtful and considerate! It was so nice to have that since it was our first toast as husband and wife! (We're not fans of champagne😂) On the day of the wedding, I was having issues with my bustle but kim was always on duty and ready, fixing it whenever it needed to be fixed. They both checked on us to see how we were doing throughout the wedding and I'm so grateful that they cared. I genuinely cannot recommend Kim & Travis enough. They went above and beyond and I am so thankful to have had them with us during the planning process and on our wedding day. You will not regret booking them!
