If you want my full review, head to Google and trust me, it is worth the read if you want an honest perspective. The owner brags that she "has a 5 star rating and reviews for a reason," but you couldn't convince me those weren't written by neighbors or friends that know them on a personal (definitely not professional) level and ma'am -- you can't brag about having 5 stars when you have 2 reviews on The Knot and 14 on Google. The most recent before mine on Google sounds like they had a poor experience, as well. I want to seriously and sincerely warn other couples that if you fall in love with their venue, take that at face value. The way you see it when you walk in, is the way you'll see it day of. We were consistently lied to about minor but important things like how they sweep and mop before the wedding. No they didn't and we've got plenty of photos to prove it. Overflowing ash trays in the "garden" seating area. Dead bugs in corners. They did not even set our places at our sweetheart table. No cutlery, no napkins but the rest of the tables were set at least. They'd both say something would go one way and then it didn't. We were misled about many things. The situations I listed on Google were just some of the ones that stuck out the most. I will confidently say that the wood flowers Brandi creates are gorgeous. The venue is beautiful and it was everything we wanted for our atmosphere and photos turned out beautifully. But, be warned that if you want the venue, hire an outside coordinator and other vendors yourself. The services provided were mediocre. The catering was subpar. Communication was nearly non-existent between the two of them and us as the paying customers. Don't waste your energy, time or money being wooed into working with them just to be disappointed by their lack of professionalism or efforts by the time your wedding day arrives.
