I love Knox - family owned and local (for me!) I chose Knox because they can get CanadaMark stones - the only true conflict free diamond. I also love how they use recycled metals. What I didn’t know is how great their customer service is and how wonderful a process it would be to make our custom ring! I love my ring and stare at it on a daily basis - even after we’ve had it for over a year!

We got the engagement ring and wedding band at Knox and from start to finish, working with Rebecca Spain was amazing. She was so informative and friendly. Never pushy or pitchy. We felt at home and relaxed immediately. The pictures of your rings along the whole process are so awesome to see and we kept those for a book! Hands down worth every penny you spend.

Knox created the perfect custom ring for us. They are so easy to work with and were one of very few places that allowed us to design a unique ring and not just pick from their pre-designed collection. We highly recommend them!

Go here for your wedding bands. You cannot beat there service! My fiance had my engagement ring custom designed and then had my wedding band made to match. He also got his ring here, he obviously wanted something very simple but they had many rings to choose from, and again, customizing! The staff are friendly and make the whole process very comfortable. I would reccomend knox jewelers to anyone for any piece of jewelery for that matter.

Working with Knox, you feel like you are family. From the moment you walk into their store till the day you walk down the aisle. Ryan Knox helped us determine the right ring style and gave good advice. He encouraged us to visit other stores and shop around. In the end I chose to combine two styles to make my own completely unique ring. Since all Knox rings are made onsite and per customer, there was no charge for this custom design. We went back to Knox for our bands and had another great experience. I highly recommend this company- they will provide the best customer service and they stand behind their work.

Knox Jewelers helped my husband create a beautiful custom-made engagement ring and wedding band that were exactly what I wanted! He was able to work with Rebecca Spain at their Woodbury location to create an engagement ring that was more than I have ever dreamed off. When it was time to get wedding bands we knew we had to go back to Knox's. Their service there made me feel like I was special. They always made me feel like I was the number one priority. A special thing that Knox does is take photos at every step of your rings production. That made for something very special my husband and I could share with each other and our family. It is amazing saying that I can watch my ring being created. Know Jewelers is the only place to go in my opinion if you want a high quality custom ring.

We worked with Brent to custom-design all three rings (engagement and wedding band for me, and wedding band for my husband), and he couldn't have been more helpful and easy to work with -- quickly sharing quotes and design mock-ups, and helping us with our selections. Beyond the outstanding customer service, the craftsmanship is unbelievable. It's been nearly a year-and-a-half and I still can't stop staring at my engagement ring! We recommend Knox at every opportunity and plan on returning for special heirloom jewelry in the future.

Working with Knox was a great experience. My (now) husband got my custom made, hand carved, and one-of-a-kind ring from them and I can't tell you how many compliments I receive on how unique and beautiful my ring is! I smile every time I look at it, as it reminds me of the time my husband took to pick out a ring that was truly meant for me, no one else is the world has another one like it! I also got my husband's wedding band from them and they made the most beautiful engraving on my husband's wedding band that also makes his ring one-of-a-kind. I hope that every time he looks at it, he remembers our wedding vows..."truly, with all my heart". I highly recommend them!

When discussing the possibility of engagement, we quickly realized we were on different pages for ring shopping. I talked about wanting an antique ring and was totally turned off by traditional jewelers with cheesy commercials. My very responsible, smart now husband, however, was not comfortable making an investment from some antique dealer. He wanted a jeweler with a reputation that we could go back to if something would ever happen with the ring. After visiting Knox, we knew we had found the perfect jeweler for both of us. Their rings are gorgeous and unlike any other rings I've seen. I loved that the store is family owned and the employees are there to provide information and not to push a sale. Visiting other jewelers, we felt very pressured. At Knox, we had fun, chatted with the employee and felt respected. My husband also appreciated the quality and commitment Knox provides its costumers. When my husband was selecting the diamond, Brent went searching for a diamond that matched his criteria (including budget) and even found us a Canadian diamond. Knox's customization was phenomenal when it was time for us to create the wedding band. I was able to specify exactly what I wanted and was amazed to see the precision in the band's matching hand engraving. I now look forward to going back to Knox every six months to get my rings cleaned! I strongly recommend Knox!!!!

Knox Jewelers was by no means the first place my wife and I looked when we first started looking at engagement rings too see what each of us liked. They initially caught her attention online when she found photos of their filigree work, which is beautiful. When we went in to look the employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. There are no gimmicks in this shop, its what a jeweler should be. Ultimately I decided to have them do a custom ring, with the help of their designer, based off a design they already had to make it just perfect. I also I got my wedding band and my wife's (which they also customized) from Knox. The entire process was very easy and mostly done via E-mail as I lived out of state at the time. They did an excellent job of educating me to be able to pick exactly the stones I wanted (I'm a little bit of a control freak that way, and was sick of being told that what I was looking at was great by other jewelers without explanation) as well. The only gripes I have are with their suppliers for not providing all the relevant information up front (it turned out I couldn't get my ring in the 3/4 size I wanted, because the supplier won't make it), but that has in no way effected my experience with Knox as they handled the situation above reproach.

They sent renderings and ideas, including wedding band suggestions (once we started looking for those). Their work is beautiful, and they are happy to accommodate customer's ideas, adding in their own recommendations and suggestions as appropriate. Knox specializes in unique bands and stones. Mine is a blue sapphire with small diamonds in the band. They worked really hard to make sure that my husband could make it the perfect ring.

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband who bought my engagement ring at Knox. First of all, it is a beautiful ring. The jewelry at Knox is all made on site and is very unique. They are artists with precious metals and jewels. We chose a sapphire for my ring and got to pick the individual stone out and I believe that you can do the same for diamonds. My husband was very impressed with the quality of service at Knox. It is a family run business and he worked with Brian Knox. He custom designed the band for my ring and he said they were great to work with and very open to his suggestions and critique. He requested some changes to the original mold and they were open to the suggestions. The ring is gorgeous and it's quality, uniqueness and artistry are unmatched by any other engagement ring I've seen.

If you want one of a kind, this is your place!!!

I already had my engagement ring and wedding band picked out at another jeweler when I saw a picture of an engagement ring I liked even better online. I didn't like the ring on my finger as much as I did online so we modified the ring to my likings and had it custom designed. I was involved in every step of the process and it went fast and smooth! I was so happy with the final product, there was no doubt in my mind I that I wanted Knox to custom design my wedding band to match. I planned on having the two rings soldered together because there would be a gap between them if I didn't due to ribbon detailing on the e-ring. I was a little a disappointed they didn't do so to begin with, but I was told they wanted to make sure that was how I wanted it because once it was done, there was no going back. They told me to wear the rings together for a while before I made my final decision and I couldn't be happier because as it turns out, I love having them as separate pieces of jewelry and the gap doesn't bother me like I thought it would have. Knox has the best customer service, they remember my name each time I stop in and happened to know what I wanted before I even knew! The quality of their jewelry is also unmatched. My husband got his wedding band elsewhere and although it is very nice, it doesn't quite shine like mine and I'm pretty sure they won't remember us when we go back for his 6 month cleaning like Knox always does!

We shopped at Knox together and the sales people were so nice, they didn't try to pressure us into anything and let us take our time. It felt really great knowing that they cared and didn't mind not closing the sale that day. I would recommend Knox to anyone, I get compliments on my ring all the time!
