Wonderful place to find your dress! They staff are so friendly and I had the whole shop to myself. They have so many styles and options and a great selection of sale samples which are a fraction of the price. Their alterationist is also amazing, does very quality work and is very affordable

loved how personal the staff was, and willing to help my find the perfect dress. this was the only store that let my go through all of the dresses and let me choose myself what i wanted. the other stores only picked 3-4 dresses, and if i didn't like them, i had to make a new appointment to try more. loved the variety of styles offered and the pricing was even better than what i budgeted!

Lady in Lace is the best place to find all of your bridal party attire. If you buy a bridal gown there, you get a discount for the rest of your bridal party. The consultants are super helpful and make dress shopping a fun process!!

Recommend! This store was my first stop in bridal dress shopping and they were so helpful and fun! I did not get my dress at the shop, but I got it altered here. I regret not getting my dress here, because the place I got my dress ended up being a disaster in the Alterations department. I needed someone to alter my dress ASAP because the place I purchased the dress could not take me and threw me to the side. Lady in Lace took me in and made room to alter my dress. I will forever be thankful for the help they provided! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I can't say enough good things about this bridal boutique. The small feel of this shop plus their large selection is the perfect combo. They were so accommodating in every way possible. Timely with the purchase of my dress and all of the alterations. I had 3 appointments with my seamstress (who was such a sweet lady) to make my dress absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this shop to all new brides!

I picked my bridesmaid dresses from Lady in Lace. The dresses are absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for, but we received less than excellent service throughout the whole process. Every time we were in the store I felt as though we were an annoyance to the staff. The dresses we went with cost $220, so I was very put off at the way we were treated for having my bridesmaids spend that kind of money. From the beginning we were told that it was going to be difficult to get the dresses in on time and staff seemed very irritated with this (they came in months before the wedding, so I don't really know why a big deal was made over this). One of my bridesmaids was measured in the store before ordering, and when her dress came in it was too small. The staff tried to say it was her fault and that she had gained weight since her measurements were taken (she did not gain weight, at least not enough to change a dress size!) Overall just very disappointed in the service we received. Bridal shops usually treat their customers amazing, but this was not the case here. I wish I would've purchased elsewhere, but unfortunately they are one of the only options in Tuscaloosa. Maybe if you are a bride service is different, but for bridesmaids dresses this was definitely sub-par.

Every time I visited Lady in Lace, I had an amazing time! The staff was exceptional, professional, prompt, very experienced, and clearly there to take care of their customers. They made sure that every detail was taken care of, and that every thing from my bustle to my veil was just perfect! Every individual I worked with was very personable, and truly accommodating. This place has such a great selection, and the staff's talent is out of this world! I am so thankful that there is such a wonderful store in Alabama!! I would definitely recommend Lady in Lace to any (and all) wedding-planning people!!!!!!

We got my bridemaids dresses from Lady in Lace. I loved the dresses, but the service was not great. The workers seemed to act like they were above us every time we went in there. We picked a $230 dress, and they went back and forth each time I was there as to whether we would get a 10% discount or not. Each person I talked to said something different. When the dresses came in, they were beautiful. There were some problems with alterations, though. The workers told some of my bridesmaids to order extra length due to their height, and then they had to pay their alterations woman to cut all of that length off because it was way too long. Most of my bridesmaids had to spend $100 on alterations, which would not have been necessary if the workers would not have told them they needed extra length or needed a certain size in the dress. I would not use this vendor again due to this. We really felt blindsided when alterations came and they were charged $100 each.

This is the BEST place in search for your wedding and bridesmaids dresses in the Tuscaloosa area. I went primarily for my bridemaids dresses and found the dress of my dreams for myself. The entire staff are angels and celebrate with you every step of the way.

The ladies that own the shop all went in together as friends (I heard recently that they did retire however-- so sad!) are fantastic! They are honest, and spunky and loved my ideas (I added color to my gown and a few other funky accents-- our wedding was offbeat). They even found some colored wedding gowns that they were willing to order so I could try them on! They went above and beyond to work with me, my bridesmaids, and my mom/ family for our dresses. (we had to custom order a bridesmaids dress for a 13 year old, and it was perfect!)
