Wow. I cannot write enough wonderful things about Lauren O and her team. I honestly never thought I would need/want a wedding planner but looking back on my wedding day, I cannot imagine going through the process without Lauren. When we started wedding planning, my now husband and I said that our one goal in planning would be to have fun. We wanted our only focus on our wedding day to be about the marriage ceremony and celebrating that special moment with our family and friends. I can tell you with 100% confidence, we only got to have that experience because of Lauren O and her team. They are the most professional, kind, passionate people we have ever met. Lauren made every moment of the planning process feel special and exciting. Her and her team were so organized and helpful. She guided us through the process providing suggestions and her expertise while constantly ensuring our personal wants and needs were the main focus. Not only did Lauren and her team help us manage all the vendors, details, dates, times, payment, etc., they did all of that with genuine excitement. It honestly felt like I was planning all of these details with my closest group of friends. They could not have been more supportive or excited about our wedding. My husband and I got to enjoy and savor every moment of our engagement and wedding plan because of Lauren O and her team.
Any one that has been apart of a wedding or planned a wedding knows that the wedding day can actually be incredibly stressful. Nothing ever goes exactly as planned; coordinating everyone's schedules, needs, and all your vendors while still trying to enjoy your special day is nearly impossible. Or so I've witnessed at other weddings. I can't tell you what that is actually like as a bride because Lauren and her team made sure I never dealt with any of that. She took care of everything from the second we woke up until the second we went to bed. It was absolutely amazing. We got to savor every moment of my wedding day stress free which is something we would have never been able to do without Lauren O and her team.
Every couple deserves to have their perfect wedding. If you are going to spend money and time making sure every detail in your wedding is perfect so that you and your soon to be spouse can have an amazing day, then without a shadow of a doubt, you need Lauren O and her team. It is crazy to spend all your money on the details if, come your wedding day, you aren't going to be able to enjoy all of those details in the way you want to. My husband and I have said a million times since our wedding, hiring Lauren O and her team for our wedding was the best decision we ever made. We are endlessly grateful to her and whole heartedly recommend her and her team.
Michelle was an absolute godsend. Not only did she fix, or offer excellent advice and recommendations for every hiccup that came up, She was also kind, pleasant, understanding and all around great to work with. She was organized and really communicated well with me. She responded so quickly to my texts and emails, always with answers and options, and with such a warm and positive attitude that I felt like I had a best friend planning my wedding. Michelle and Lauren O and Co really went above and beyond to make my wedding not only what I always dreamt it would be, but made sure everything went smoothly and like clockwork. We had absolutely no delays or issues throughout the entire day and the week leading up to the event, and I owe it all to Michelle. This was the best investment I made on my wedding and I highly highly recommend them.
I cannot say enough about Lauren and her team. They were absolutely AMAZING to work with. They were extremely responsiveness and made our vision for our wedding come to life!!! So many people say wedding planning is so stressful but I can honestly say we felt none of that. The team literally took ALL of the stress off of our shoulders. Our wedding came out GORGEOUS!!!! Everyone that we have spoken to has raved about how beautiful everything turned out and how it was one of if not the best wedding they have been to. Every last one of her recommendations was SUPERB! From to caterer to the Emcee and the makeup and hair. Absolutely WONDERFUL! I am mad I can only give 5 stars cause I want to give 10+
If you are looking for a wedding planner who is going to go beyond what is expected of them, STOP RIGHT HERE! Lauren and her team are one of kind. I worked with Lauren and her team for 2 years. In those two years, Lauren and her staff were nothing short of amazing. They made sure ally my visions and dreams came true. I had some personal issues come up during this wedding process and Lauren was there to take over and help everything come together smoothly. On a scale 1-10, I give Lauren and her team: A thousand!
We hired Lauren a month before our wedding. Our venue was not ready in time and we had to start completely over. I have to say, I wish I worked with Lauren from the very beginning! everything about our wedding was absolutely perfect and I definitely couldn't have pulled that off on my own. My vision was 100% executed exactly how I imagined, Thank you so much for working your magic Lauren !!
Lauren and her team were definitely the best and most professional group of ladies I have ever dealt with. It was the best money I spent on anything in my entire life. She allowed my months and weeks ahead to be stress free and I can't thank her enough. Please take my word for it and hire them !!
We called Lauren just one week away from our wedding date and lucky for us, she was available and ready to roll! She was so professional and was two steps ahead of everything from the start. Her team made everything before, during, and after flow seamlessly. Afterwards, my husband and I couldn't believe how everything was ready to go for us! Would HIGHLY recommend Lauren and her team.
Lauren is amazing and in top of her game! My husband and I were able to enjoy our engagement while she and her team handled all of the intricate details. We LOVED our reception space!!!!
We hired Lauren from LaurenOEvents a mere three months before our daughter’s wedding on May 13, 2017. The wedding took place in a Catholic church and the reception was held in a tent at our home. We cannot say enough good things about Lauren O and her wonderful team. They were on top of every detail, dealing with every vendor, solving every problem and were just a dream to work with, even responding to special requests a week before the wedding! Thanks to the efficiency of Lauren and her team, we were free to enjoy ourselves thoroughly. The day of the wedding was when her team was there in full force from early in the morning to make sure everything worked perfectly and were there long after the last guest left. We would recommend her and her team to anyone!
I cannot say enough positive things about Lauren and her staff! We booked her "day of" services. I loved her the moment we met and was so excited to work with her. I knew right away that we'd made the right decision and she was super helpful throughout the planning process (we booked her probably just over a year before our wedding so we worked together for a long time and she did waaaaaay more than "day of" planning). Five weeks before our wedding day, we found out the town was having a very large and loud festival right next to our outdoor wedding site, effectively losing our wedding venue at the 11th hour. Lauren jumped into action and found us another (even better) venue within one week! This was after she listened to me cry on the phone, called the initial venue to complain on our behalf, called the town etc...Everything about her and her staff was absolute perfection! I can't recommend her strongly enough, you will not be sorry!
I hired Lauren O Events for full planning and would do it again in a second. TLDR; Lauren + team are fabulous: detail oriented, organized, execute flawlessly on a wide range of responsibilities and have excellent taste / creative vision.
This is why she is awesome:
1) Organization: Lauren is one of the most organized people I have ever met. She kept 100% on top of everything from vendor contracts to tasting/hair trial etc. schedules to the color tulle we wanted for the church pews. Her memory /note taking is insane: something would come up like seating cards, and she would say "A few months ago you pinned some examples with succulents, do you still like that?" It was incredible.
2) Execution: Flawless. Her team did A LOT. They stuffed our invitation envelopes, decorated our tables etc. etc. I never anticipated working with a team that was so dedicated to our wedding in every way. I kept wondering "who is going to do this? or that?" and every time Lauren's team took care of it.
3) Day of: I did not worry at all on my wedding day. Neither did my mom, my maid of honor, or anyone else who should be enjoying the day. Lauren and team had everything covered. She had someone making sure the guys arrived on time, someone making sure everything was good with hair and makeup, someone at the venue, someone at the church, someone at the cocktail reception. Between Lauren and her two colleagues (also awesome people!) we had not a care in the world. Crisis management was also EXCELLENT. For example, we had a problem with the electricity at our venue (old town-owned park) even though we had tested and Lauren's team came through in a big way. They had to completely re-wire and it ended up working out great. Lauren came over to me immediately and said "Don't worry, we are re-wiring, it will be fine." Phew!
4) Vendors: Lauren found most of our vendors through her network and they were all awesome. I highly recommend each and every vendor we worked with. They were also all expertly managed by Lauren to make sure what they did was 100% lined up with our vision.
5) Budget: Lauren was great at helping us with the budget and trying to keep us on track. She helped by suggesting areas we might be able to cut without sacrificing anything notable.
6) Style: Lauren has excellent taste. She knows what will work and what won't work. She totally bought into my ideas / vision but wasn't afraid to let me know when she thought something might look strange / off.
7) Awesome personality: I miss Lauren! She is so great to work with, super friendly, always nice to me even when I was being crazy, very calming, and just generally a good human.
I cannot recommend Lauren O Events enough. I am very detail oriented and was a bit obsessive as a bride and Lauren was right at my level. Also, hire a wedding planner generally. Just do it. You won't regret it.
I used Lauren O Events as my wedding planner for my wedding in September and couldn't be happier! I chose to have a 30 day to day of coordination which was just enough time for the final details to be worked out and I could relax knowing all the work I had done would be carried out by Lauren and her team. She was always able to answer my questions and was able to quickly find a justice of the peace when I had to last minute! Lauren and her team were on time for all of our meetings and very patient when my bridal party showed up a little late to my rehearsal. The day of I had complete faith in the team to decorate and coordinate everything on location while I was getting ready and sipping mimosas! The venue looked better than I had imagined with their help and they also packed it up later! I would 100% recommend them to anyone!
Lauren was dedicated from start to finish, knowledgeable about different ideas to make a perfect day. Then on the actual day is when you really get to see her team come alive! Very professional! Tons of options for vendors and she handled all the middle man work! I definitely recommend!!!
