The driver took us to the wrong location, and did not offer any champagne, did not roll out the carpet (despite these things supposedly being included). The vehicle itself was pretty nice.

We hired Lavdas for our shuttle to and from the hotel and wedding venue. The process of booking Lavdas was so easy. Donna was super responsive and helped create our shuttle schedule with us. She was so friendly and easy to work with! On top of this, Lavdas has extremely affordable prices, which is always a relief to find when planning a wedding. I can’t recommend Lavdas enough for any form of transportation!

Wiley our shuttle driver was excellent! Super accommodating. We booked a shuttle to take us from our church to our wedding reception venue and then start shuttling guests from hotel to the reception venue, as well as from reception back to hotel at the end of the night and it worked out perfectly! Super reasonable pricing too, compared to other limo companies

If you're looking to hire a shuttle for our guests, please consider Lavdas! They were amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable about the logistics of getting people to and from one place. They also worked with our hotel (Marriott - Auburn Hills / Pontiac) which made planning with them so much easier. It's an expense that may not be necessary to some but we were really able to enjoy our night knowing everyone would had the option to get to our hotel safely.

The transportation was on time and kept it nice and cool since it was during the summer. Also played music for us. All of the several ladies that helped me book were very helpful!

Lavdas is the BEST!!! Our Driver Felicia was the BEST! She was super prompt. She was responsive and was able to maintain flexibility with changes in locations downtown. She maintained professionalism and was extremely nice throughout our wedding day. Because of Lavdas, we were able to transport our entire wedding party throughout metro Detroit all day long and Felicia did so in a timely fashion. We were ahead of schedule for EVERYTHING! Great for our wedding day. We used them to shuttle the bridal party to pictures, the church, and then the reception. Regina, the driver, was wonderful to work with and ensured that we got where we needed to in a timely manner. Office staff were also very responsive in requesting time changes for the wedding day.

Terrible company. The bus that showed up was broken. No Air conditioning, and when we asked for A/C the driver put the heat on full blast. At the end of the night the bus was supposed to do a final pick up at 12:00. Since the bus driver was running behind schedule she decided to cancel the last trip, and never informed anyone. Luckily the grooms parents were on the bus and had to pay cash for the bus to go back and maker the final pick up. Otherwise they planned on leaving the bride and groom at the venue. I have contacted Lavadas multiple times to try to get a refund, or at least get my Dad's cash back. Every time I get to talk to someone I Mr. Lavadas will call and talk to you about that. Mr. Lavadas has never called.

Lavdas Limousines saved our wedding day! When our original limo company backed out of our contract 3 days before the wedding, I called many other companies asking if by some miracle they had anything left. I spoke with Sharna, and she was incredibly sympathetic to my situation. She was able to find a shuttle bus and a driver for us so last minute; I was in complete shock. The shuttle bus was spacious and clean - Sharna even sent pictures of it to me so I knew exactly what I was booking. We brought a speaker, champagne, and snacks on the bus and my wedding party and I had an absolute blast! We were also impressed by how courteous our chauffeur was. Ken went above and beyond by scoping out locations for pictures, driving us to places that weren't on his original itinerary, and overall just being super friendly and professional. I cannot thank the team at Lavdas enough for working with my husband and I on such short notice!

For my daughters wedding we hired this company to transport us back and forth from the Foundation Hotel to Grosse Pointe War Memorial. The Pick up for the bridal party was on time however the driver went a different route and missed our exit causing us to be later than anticipated. The next shuttle arrived 30 minutes late and caused a delay in pictures for family. The biggest problem is at the end of the night the window was busted out in the middle right side of the vehicle. Glass everywhere. No warning of this from driver. No back up plan for another bus. We had to stand around broken glass and a hole in the window. The driver then told the father of the bride at midnight that that was the last bus for the night when we hired them until 1 for a final pickup at 12:30. Never again. Beware. Find another company.

Timely, and did what we asked them to do. Wish they could have been a little more obvious when picking up guests - some guests were unable to find the shuttle to the wedding! Overall great service though, nonetheless, and for a great price.

What a disappointment on such a joyous occasion. I worked with Sandy over a period of several months scheduling party buses, limos and shuttles for our sons wedding. Sandy was great. The shuttle driver for the rehearsal dinner was awesome. He also drove the wedding party on the day of the wedding. I scheduled 3 shuttles at staggered times to drive guests from the hotel to the venue about 15 minutes away for the reception. The first 2 showed up as scheduled but the last one only came 1 hour late and that was because I had called the emergency number to see what was wrong. Parents of the groom mind you. I was told it was due to traffic and called BS on that. Finally someone drove the groom's parents and grandmother to the venue in his private vehicle to get us there as we were missing a cocktail party, pictures and memories. And we had no idea if the shuttle was even going to come. When that shuttle did arrive I was on the shuttle quizzing him as to why he was 1 hour late and he danced around the issue never answering my questions.Thankfully the shuttle did run smoothly from the reception back to the hotel after the reception and dance. When I phoned Lavdas a few days after the event Sandy had no idea there had been a problem. I let her know I did not appreciate being lied to and told that the issue was due to high volume of traffic as 2 other drivers of ours that night had told me that was not an issue at all. I was told they would have to investigate it which is what I would have expected and that if any money was refunded it would come out of the scheduled driver's paycheck. I really didn't care whose paycheck it came out of. I had paid for a service and I did not receive that service in a timely manner. All I asked for was an apology from the owner and the driver. The driver needed to learn that when you are scheduled you need to fulfill your obligation as he made this event more stressful than it should have been. A few days later I received a voicemail message with a haphazard apology from the person (some manager I think I was told she was by Sandy) saying essentially "we are sorry and are refunding your money for the shuttle that arrived late." Nothing else. I never heard from the owner or the driver. At this rate they won't be in business for much longer. There have to be other limo services that can deliver what you pay for

Terrible!! I've been to two wedding who used Lavdas and I am shocked of their rating on the knot. The first wedding, the bus completely broke down in the middle of July and all of the guests had to walk a mile all dressed up in 90 degree heat to get to the ceremony. At the second wedding, the bus was falling apart with the emergency exit window broken. Then to top the night off the bride and groom plus several guests were left at the wedding to fend for ourselves to get back to the hotel

Lavdas was so helpful with our wedding and making the whole process so smooth!! The driver was so polite and he made our ride enjoyable. I would recomend Lavdas to anyone who is looking for transportiin for any event!!

I have booked with Lavdas in the past and will never consider them for another event in the future. I booked for a 20 person bus for my wedding day only to have nothing but problems from the beginning. First, the driver was over half of an hour late picking us up so not off to a great start but was willing to look past it. When the bus finally arrived, it was not the size that I paid for, but already running late we had to go with it. When our ceremony was over I was only able to fit 16 people on the bus and we were essentially sitting in each others laps with absolutely no room to spare. The speakers went out about 20 minutes into our drive and never came back on again so we were also without music our entire day. After the speakers went out, the power/engine turned completely off at least 5 or 6 times during our trip, while we were driving on busy streets!! To top it off, the driver drove away to go get gas with half of my bridal party while we were in the middle of taking pictures and I had to wait to finish taking pictures until they told him he needed to turn around. All in all, we were extremely uncomfortable and felt unsafe in a bus that barely drove. Made this part of our wedding day extremely stressful for the amount of money we paid!!!

Lavdas was one of the more affordable vendor options for our shuttle to and from our wedding venue and hotel, but that did not mean they skimped on quality or service. The limo service was on-time, and the shuttle was clean, spacious and comfortably laid out so that all guests could face each other, talk and play music. There were some hiccups with the shuttle departure times but we believe that was the hotel's mistake.

You get what you pay for with Lavdas. We booked an Escalade limo six months before our wedding. The week of our wedding, Lavdas called and said that the air conditioning wasn't working in one of their Escalades and wanted to "upgrade" us to a bus. We told them no, and that they needed to figure out a way to give us what we booked. They ended up sending an Escalade... and a driver who had NO IDEA where he was going (we were going from the Detroit Athletic Club to the Detroit Institute of Arts). He did not offer to use his own navigation (smart phone...), so one of our groomsmen from MINNESOTA had to direct him. He did not open the door for us when we arrived at different locations, the limo was dirty, and it was an overall disappointment. I would not recommend this company to anyone - this was the worst part of our wedding day. Lucky for us, the limo is a fairly insignificant detail compared to other potential disappointments.

This company right off made us feel like they truly wanted our business. They worked with us on the type of vehicle and budget. Also, when my salon appointments overran and I was late for my pick up time, the driver was patient and got me where I needed to be in a safe but hurried fashion. After the ceremony, he already had a "Just Married" sign hanging from the trunk for our first ride together as a married couple. Also, during some of our downtime, he was more than happy to just drive some of our guests around. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

They were a decent company. My husband really enjoyed the driver as the driver came in and hung out with the guys until they were ready. I would recommend this company!

Best thing about this transportation was our day of driver! He had a calm voice, and talked to me with a soft tone. He was very friendly and helped me to stay calm. Hw kept us on time. The inside of the vehicle was terrible. The lights were falling off the ceiling, the carpet was very worn, the tires were balding, there were dents covering the body of the car.

We had Lavda's limo pick up the girls at the hotel and take them to the ceremony and then take the bridal party to the reception. We also had a private car to take the bride and groom back to the hotel at the end of the night. Trish, was our driver for all of these trips. She was friendly and professional. We enjoyed complimentary champagne to between the ceremony and reception and I would hire them again for limo services.

I loved this place. They matched the cost of a limo service that was farther from my house. The staff is professional, friendly, and responds to emails almost right away. I would definitely use them again!

The limo showed up on time and the driver was very kind and helpful. The only complaint I have is the radio in the limo is crazy confusing! It took most of the ride to the church and to the reception to figure it out. All in All great service for a great value! The place is in Warren, but they still provide service to people who live 45-50 minutes away so awesome deal!!!

We chose the Lavda's Limousines as part of a package because we were getting married at the White House Wedding Chapel. The staff were friendly to work with when booking with them. The driver the day of the event helped load up the charger with all of our belongings. He helped the wedding party get in and out of the limo. The driver drove us from my parent's house to the chapel. He also drove the entire wedding party to another location for additional photos and to the reception hall. Darrel was very friendly and professional. The only complaint was the lack of a/c in the limo. Having eight people stuffed into a limo on an 80 degree day with minimal a/c was frustrating.

We used Lavda’s for ALL of our wedding transportation (bachelor/bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinner and 5 different limos on the wedding day) and we absolutely loved them. Their office staff (especially Deana) is very professional, friendly and helpful. The drivers are also extremely professional, friendly, punctual and courteous. All of the vehicles we used were very clean, cool (the air conditioning definitely worked!!) & stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely recommend Lavda’s to our friends and family for their wedding transportation needs and we will absolutely use them again ourselves.

I was recommened to use Lavdas Limousines along with another company. Lavadas was the better deal. I did have to pay extra due to the fact that my first pick up was out of their area. The driver was very polite and made a few stops for us to take pictures along the way. The driver was on time (if not early, the bus was clean and cool. There was plenty of room for the ladies with dresses to get around.

This limo place was the best priced around, when we went in to see the limos and talk with the people they were so friendly and helpful. We knew we were in good hands, they gave us an upgrade and it was so reasonable in price. Our limo driver was so GREAT she helped everyone in and out of the limo, she made sure she was tentative and my favorite part was she would help the girls in the limo by holding there bags, shoes, dresses up, and just was perfect I could not have asked for a better driver.

The limo was beautiful we had a coach bus that fit all 15 of us comfortably. Our driver actually knew where he was going (I was in a wedding once where the driver had no idea where anything was). The bus had champagne and ice and a nice wood floor and leather seats. Absolutely perfect.

Driver was prompt and VERY VERY courteous. Even took us the long way to the reception so we could enjoy our time more on the party bus. I had used Lavdas for a friend's bachelorette party and knew they would take care of us again.

I was drawn to this company because they were very flexible on the price and were open to negotiation. My limo was beautiful, and the driver was kind and always on time. The one thing I will say is that one bridesmaid was CERTAIN that she left an envelope of cash in the limo. It was no where else and we searched high and low. When we called, they claimed they did not have it, which we did not believe. Overall, I woudl recommend, but I would also suggest that you keep a close eye on your belongings.

We utilized Lavdas Limos to provide transportation for our wedding party, and for our guests. They did an amazing job, and were a pleasure to work with.

Nice party bus with all the just married decor. They were on time and although used briefly got everything needed. I will say although the bus was nice they arent to newest buses I have seen but that didnt matter since all they did was drive us to a few places even though they were paid for 7 hours.

Lavda's gave us a great package price and the driver was very nice and helpful! Everything went perfect! The only thing I would change is I wish the limo were more updated. We booked kind of late and there was only one party bus left to pick form on our wedding date.

We rented a party bus to drive our bridal party around downtown Detroit for wedding pictures. Our driver was there right when we needed him and knew exactly where he was going all day. Best of all we got a great rate! Definitely recommend, the bus was clean, cool, and stocked with water and champagne. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We booked the shuttle for our hotel and used the photobooth at the reception. The shuttle was great! It took longer than the allotted time we paid to get everyone back form the reception. The bus driver was very understanding and did not charge us for the extra time. The photobooth attendant was very nice. It's nothing extra ordinary, but served its purpose just fine. Both services were affordable and the company was easy to work with.

I never actually met in person with Rosy from Lavdas, and sent her a million changes right up till the day of the wedding and Lavdas definitely came through. The shuttle service worked perfectly and our drivers were very nice. They did change the vehicle on me last minute due to some service problems but it all worked well anyway.

The limo driver didn't know how to get to our ceremony site, even though we had provided the addresses weeks before. He was not very willing to take us to the sites we specified for pictures and started reminding us over 45 minutes before our "contract" was up that we were running out of time. Very unprofessional, old limo, very worn, no red carpet as promised in wedding package. Very disappointing.

We only needed a limo for a few hours before the ceremony and Lavdas worked with us for a great rate. Our driver was so sweet and funny! It was a very HOT day and he made sure to keep the limo very cool for me. We got to the venue 45 minutes before I could go in and he made sure I had anything I needed.

Used one of their buses for bachelorette party and they were on time, professional and friendly. I forgot my wallet halfway to our destination and he turned around no problem so i could get it. I highly recommend this company.

We used Lavdas Enterprises on our wedding day. We rented a party bus and it held all of our bridal party pretty comfortably. We were over all happy withour experience minus the air conditioning didn't work on one side of the bus, so we were all hot. And after the ceremony between the reception we told the limo driver to drive around in the area before he dropped us off at the reception. We still had 45 mins with the party bus and he just wanted to drop us off. I explained to him that we paid for a certain amount of time and we were going to use it.

Although the person I worked with to arrange my event was very nice, the service we received the day of our event was less than stellar. We arranged a shuttle to pick up our hotel guests and transport them via 2 shuttle trips. Some of my guests did not make it to the wedding on time due to the late shuttle. On the way home, wait times were excessive. They even asked my new husband and I how to get to our hotel ( we were staying somewhere separate from our guests). When I called to address the issues, I was told that the driver did not concur with my story, and that there was therefore nothing they could do to address my complaints. This was a cheap deal, and we got what we paid for. Wouldn't recommend.

Our driver was early, patient, sweet, and a good driver. The limo was clean, thy had coolers full of water and a little toast for us after the ceremony.

I've used Lavdas before for birthday limos, but for our wedding, I used a limo for myself and the husband and shuttle buses for the guests from hotels to the venue and back again. Customer service is great, and you can't beat the prices of Lavdas. They are one of the few companies that allow you to split your time so you only have to pay for 5 hours instead of 8+, and there is no up-charge for weddings. Great company!

Not much to say on transportation, but they were early!!! Feels so good & assuring not to wonder about the transportation! Limo was clean- overall I was pleased.

This company was really great and the limo worked out well. The only thing is I think some of their limos need a little updating on the inside, and lastly I think some of their drivers need to be a little more familiar with the Metro Detroit area. Other than that it is a great company and I would use them again.

We worked with Ron to get pricing and set up the details of our wedding transporation. They were very repsonsive and reasonable price wise. Our driver, Steve, arrived early for our pickup, waited patiently and helped us load everything from the hotel. After the ceremony, we stopped in numerous locations for pictures and in a few busy areas. He circled around and told us to take our time. He was very friendly and made the ride enjoyable. Would highly recommend Lavadas!!

These guys were great to work with. The bus was clean and the service guy was so nice! We had a large group, almost 30, and the limo bus was more than spacious :) We also used them for my bachelorette party... i would highly recommend their service!

Out of all the limo companies I contacted, Ron from Lavdas was the only one to respond with a personal message and a complete price quote. Other companies sent a generic message was a partial listing of prices, but failed to include additional fees. Lavdas has a base per-hour pricing, and gratuity is included in the total cost. It was straight forward and personal. I was surprised on the wedding day, as they upgraded us to a party bus at no cost! The driver was punctual, and got us to all of our stops on time or early! I recommend Lavdas to any brides on a budget!

the driver had trouble driving the limo. Not fun to drink and hit curbs. A/c broke on our 85 degree day.

We used 3 different party buses for our wedding. For both our bachelorette and bachelor party and for the day of our wedding. The drivers were great and very attentive. We had a red carpet rolled out everytime we entered or left the bus. Champagne for all three occassions. I would use them for any occassion.

The limo bus was a perfect for our wedding party!
