Leigh & Co. came to life after Brianne, the owner, needed a wedding coordinator on her day. She loved planning on her own, but needed someone to take her plans and execute. Well… it seemed like an impossible task. Most planners wanted her to hire them as a full service planner, which is not what she needed. And, those that offered day-of coordination were so bare bones that she didn’t feel any support. Then launched Leigh & Co – a truly unique approach when it comes to day of coordination. Our processes we’ve created make every couple comfortable when it comes to execution on the day. Our extensive questionnaires, community calls, podcast episodes, brochures and more ensure you get what you need from us when it comes to planning.. and on the day – we execute!
From the moment you book with us, we're by your side. Each of our packages include: an onboarding call with a specialist local to your area to suggest vendors and make any recommendations for you, a wedding planning guide to ensure you are comfortable with all the planning, exclusive access to our preferred vendor list specific to your location, access to our facebook group to connect with other newly engaged Leigh & Co couples, live calls and access to our team that provides step by step planning tips, detailed questionnaires that help make sure you have all the pieces ready for the day, timeline construction, a final details meeting with your lead planner and onsite coordination. With our personalized approach to every single couple and a more full-service approach, we work together to tell your story with personal touches that make for an unforgettable celebration. What sets us apart is our detailed questionnaires and timelines. Our understanding of your personalities, tastes and styles allows us to craft a thoughtfully designed wedding, catered to you that is full of classic, romantic details. She put in extra work with no assistant to transport flowers and programs to the church by herself, and made sure that all of the decor that belonged to us made it back to us the next morning. She also helped us a lot during the reception by making sure we had everything needed and clarifying something with the DJ so that we could celebrate with our guests.

We had booked them almost 12 weeks out of our wedding. They changed our coordinator 4~5 weeks out and we had a planning call. After this, they changed our coordinator again 1 week out of the wedding. At this point, they did refund us. But we had to do 2 hour planning calls twice to brief this new coordinator 5 days before our wedding. Since this was last minute, there were a lot of discrepancies on the day of. Overall very unprofessional, stressful and unorganized.

we do want to clarify that several claims made in this review are inaccurate and do not reflect the services provided. We maintain detailed documentation and correspondence and are happy to share this information with any prospective clients who may have questions or concerns.
We’d also like to provide important context: the planner assigned to your event was changed shortly before the wedding due to an unforeseen emergency. Despite this last-minute adjustment, full on-site coordination was still provided, and our team fulfilled — and exceeded — the terms of our contract.
Additionally, although services were rendered in full, we issued a 100% refund as a gesture of goodwill after dissatisfaction was expressed. From our end, this matter was fully resolved with care, professionalism, and transparency.
We are confident in the quality of our work and will let our many other reviews speak for themselves, as the overwhelming majority of our clients have been extremely satisfied with our services.

She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

Having never planned a wedding, it brought me so much peace to know that I had her in my corner helping me make some final decisions and ensure that my vendors had everything they needed from me. On the day of the wedding, she had everything handled -- our day was absolutely PERFECT, I was able to completely turn my brain off and just enjoy my day, while I knew I could trust that she had things handled.
