I wish we would have checked the reviews first. The pictures show what we ordered and what arrived. Arrangement looked nothing like the online order. As others have said, they do the bait and switch by substituting cheaper flowers for the main more expensive ones. Less roses than shown, dusty miller substituted with cheaper green filler, different colors than shown, and different vase because "they were out of stock". Only smaller ones were available to choose from, which were cheap looking. I called to complain and of course, as others also said, was met with rude, argumentative, and down right unprofessional attitude from the owner who first tried to blame the advertising website company. I have never been yelled at, hung up on, and treated like crap ever from a business all for trying to explain my dissatisfaction about a purchase. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. They also tried to blame the vase size being smaller than the original out of stock one, saying that they couldn't fit the same arrangement inside and had to change things, but never told me this when picking the new vase, hmmmm. I was hung up on multiple times everytime I was in the middle of explaining my issues with the order. They refused to resolve at all. We were going to start using them more times in the future, since family recently moved in that area, but after this horrible experience, we will be looking anywhere else but B Lennon. Garbage business. Stay far away unless you liked being ripped off and treated like crap for complaining about it.

We are so happy that we hired Lennons Florist for our wedding! Brenda was incredibly helpful from the start! When we initially met with her, she had examples of all of the flowers that she recommended and basically made a sample bouquet in front of us. She listened to our ideas for the centerpieces and they turned out even better than we imagined! She was very responsive via phone and email as we prepared for our wedding. The entire wedding party's bouquet and boutonnieres looked incredible! We highly recommend Lennons Florist!

Flower delivery for Mother’s Day: flowers broken and water in vase smelly…. Obviously arrangement was old. Flowers died in less than 48 hrs Would hate to see what they deliver for a wedding

I am so happy with my experience with Lennon's. Brenda and her mother Elaine was very sweet and helped every step of the way. Flower mishaps were remedied quickly (none of which were their fault!). The finished product was gorgeous and the pricing was extremely reasonable!
