We were very happy with Hannah and Lily and Lime. Their system did a great job at letting us outline our day prior to the wedding and let Hannah know how things were going to play out as well as showing her where we wanted emphasis. She came in and worked above and beyond to really get some great shots of our day. She wasn't shy about taking too many pictures and this was great as some of our favorites are those fun candid poses she got. Overall I would recommend the Lily and Lime system for ease of use and Hannah as a great wedding photographer.

My poor review continues to be removed? Interesting! Beyond unethical Please save yourself the trouble and do not use Lily and Lime. I was a July 2023 bride, and 3 months later, I am still having to deal with Lily and Lime...... (1) They were 1.5 hrs late to my wedding morning so getting ready photos of my husband are horrible and minimal, and (2) the quality of the photos look like they were taken from an old iPhone. Not to mention the angles and "perspective" looks like that of a four year old. (3) A majority of our photos have an orange hue to them, so it looks like we were married on Mars rather than in beautiful Colorado. The exact opposite for what you want your WEDDING PHOTOS to look like. To make matters even worse, (4) we took an hour + photo shoot with the moon during our reception, and we were showed the beautiful photos on the camera. However, when we received the disappointing portfolio, not a single one of those photos were included. When I asked them what happened to these moon photos, the reply is "they just didn't turn out".....even though we saw them turn out...... (5) They also didn't even capture a photo of the bridesmaids, my husband and I, and the groomsmen at the altar together.....and they call themselves professionals? Two months after bringing up these issues, I am still having to deal with this "company" as everyone is incompetent. I was told multiple times that I'd hear from someone within 48 hours , and I never did......The list could go on.....The amount of heartache and time wasted is just not worth it. I wish someone warned me. Don't make the same mistake I did, or you will have the same regrets! Additionally, Lily and Lime "offered" us an NDA (they called it a" Letter of Agreement") and $1,200 to remove all of our poor reviews, and to not allow my husband or I, or any person we know, to talk about this horrible situation ever in the future. Obviously, we did not sign this joke of an agreement. It was such an insulting offer after they ruined my wedding photos and wasted my time for the past 4 months. Read the reviews on the BBB (1.17/5) or Yelp (2.5/5) for the real reviews. These reviews also bring to light their "additional agreements" that force people to remove poor reviews if they "agree" to sign it for money back! Beyond unethical

We decided to go with Lily and Lime due to the price and flexibility. Our photographer Sarah was amazing and Nora the wedding coordinator was so helpful. They both were so communicative and responsive. It was a great experience and I recommend it.

PLEASE read the horrible reviews before deciding to use Lily and Lime! It is hard to believe that the good reviews are legitimate....Not only are the photos received back from them beyond amateur, at best, but there customer service is beyond embarrassing. 3 months later having to deal with this "company" and they are still failing to do the correct thing. Photographers show up late, produce horrible work, and then to add insult to injury, you have to deal with these horrendous, less than intelligent customer services people. Please use any other company!! Your guests will take better photos than the ones you paid money for. Trust me!

This organization is horrible. They have continually had our chosen photographer cancel our event, and cannot guarantee that the yet 4th choice will be available... yet they've taken our deposits and refused to allow us to cancel or refund our deposit money when they are unable to deliver the 1st, then 2nd, then 3rd selected photographer. It's incredibly stressful not knowing who, if anyone, will end up showing up on the day of our event. Now we are scrambling to try to come up with a plan B in the event we can't get any of their photographers to actually commit and show up. Buyer beware...

Lily and Lime allowed us to afford two photographers and a videographer for our big day. Getting a videographer was something we weren't willing to live without and we're so glad we didn't budge on it. Our videographer was absolutely amazing! He was friendly and was willing to try new things to get some really great shots. Our photographers were extremely hard working. One even stepped up last minute to fill a cancellation we had with a different photographer. Going through Lily and Lime gave us the protection of getting backup professionals where in other cases we might have had to live without. We can not be more please with the quality of our photos and video. Definitely recommend Lily and Lime to anyone looking for a budget friendly option.

My wife and I hired Lily and Lime for our January wedding. For the price, it was such a deal. We received many beautiful photos and our photographer Aly was so nice and attentive. She worked so hard all night and helped us with poses to get the perfect shot. Customer service with this company was also great to work with! If you are not wanting to spend an arm and leg on an event photographer but want good service, definitely check out Lily and Lime!

You are getting what you pay for. This is definitely one of the more affordable photography options, but I felt it came with some sacrifice. DISCLAIMER: Our photographer on the day was lovely and my opinion of Lily & Lime has nothing to do with her performance. This is the only vendor for my wedding that I had to contact multiple times to confirm details. And after confirming details twice, I still had to re-confirm and felt like things were somehow lost on their end. We postponed our date twice due to covid, but confirming our photographer was wildly difficult. I had chosen our replacement photographer after postponing, and they had me do a new selection out of the blue, twice, with no apology and little information as to why my previous selections suddenly didn't exist. The customer service feels very automated, and the website is not the most efficient. We just got our photos back from the wedding, and though I was told to expect a follow up email for downloading after two hours - it never came. So now I am once again emailing customer support to figure it out. This company is not seamless, and could use some updating. Hiring a vendor for anything wedding-related is meant to streamline your wedding experience and hand something off to professionals that you don't feel equipped to organize or perform. They added to my overall bridal stress in the planning process.

Laura was excellent and she absolutely deserves the five-star review; however, I am giving a rating of four stars because there was some confusion about our contract and we had two different people handling our photography session at the same time. While it was sorted out, it was a bit frustrating having to repeat myself a few times thinking that they weren't getting the information. However, the day of our wedding went very well. We are still waiting for pictures, but the ones that Laura showed us the day of were everything we could have hoped for.

I REALLY wanted to give this company a 5-star rating, but after everything we have been through I think it's good to share our experience. We just received our gallery, and there are a few shots (out of hundreds) that are good - so there's that. We had to cancel our original wedding due to COVID in 2020. We pushed it to December this year in 2021 (photographer and videographer). One week before our wedding I received a phone call from a TN phone number and it was our videographer saying that he thinks something went wrong - as our wedding was happening in CO and there must be a mixup. After Jordan (I hope I got his name correct) at Lily and Lime did EVERYTHING he could (he was AMAZING), he was able to locate a photographer and videographer in CO to cover our day. The Tuesday before our big event, we were confirmed (what a relief, right?). We had a brief conversation with our photographer and videographer before our wedding and felt excited about our team! The day came, and to no fault of our photographer or videographer (we got a huge snowstorm and traffic was horrible), they both arrived about 1 hour late in the morning, but I was understanding due to circumstances beyond their control. We loved our photographer but had quite a few complaints from our wedding guests that he was rather rude to them about taking photos with their phones and offering suggestions for my husband to fix his suit jacket in pictures because it was tucked behind him. We are okay with our photographer taking the lead, but we had 5 different complaints from our guests saying he was a 'bulldog'. Our gallery is disappointing, to say the least, and I honestly feel like it's Lily and Lime's team that didn't take the time to go through the images with care- as some of the photos we saw straight from the camera of our photographer were beautiful. Our 'Editor's Choice' cover photo was an image where my husband and I's eyes are both closed. Lots of images are candid and AWFUL, and I know those aren't the only images that our photographer took. In lots of the images my dress is cut off at the bottom and you can't even see the whole thing. There are lots of images where my husband nor myself are looking at the camera, aren't ready for a photo smile, look like we are all standing in a dark room... They're just AWKWARD images and really awful. I truly think we could have paid a friend to take better images with their iPhone - and I truly think it's not the fault of our photographer. The way L&L is set up is the photographer takes all of his images and hands them over to L&L to edit, pick, and send to us. All in all, we did not have a great experience from the start and are super disappointed with our pictures. If I were you (I'm a bride), it is worth every penny to pay the extra money for a more expensive photographer. You'll get better customer service, and likely have much better images at the end of the day. Saving the money is not worth it - please take my review from a wholehearted place (we loved our photographer and videographer, just didn't like the end result) , and find a higher quality photographer company to partner with.

We had a great time working with Lily and Lime! Our photographer Marci was cool and our photos turned out great.

The photographer was amazing. She really hit every point and every emotion at the wedding. The pictures were beautifully taken. Very nice and helpful during the entire time she spent with us. She even helped the Mrs with her dress as we walked through the park so it wouldn't get muddy! She was a delight. Lily and Lime was great in setting up and contacting to make sure every bullet point was checked and marked. Quick responses to questions and answers. Very cool. Our only thing that knocked it down (I would say it is a 4.75 star rating but I'm not about to give them 4 stars) is the time it took to receive our pictures back. It took over a month. We had a special picture taken with a thank you sign that we were going to use for thank you cards however with the wait time it wasn't possible to use that photo. Tried contacting customer service to see if maybe that picture could be rushed to us; but no avail. Other than that; it was an excellent experience and would use them again if we decide to get remarried in the future. Thank you Lily and Lime!

Our photographer Marci was absolutely amazing! Our wedding photos turned out great and she was up for anything! We had a lot of requests and she fulfilled them all! We are so happy with how our photos turned out.

Our original photographer ended up cancelling and I was worried I would not find a good, professional photographer to fill in on short notice, but Lily &Lime were able to provide. Their planning process is very organized and there was always assistance available for my questions. Our photographer, Cassandra, was amazing. She is so talented and organized. She did a great job wrangling our crew and has such an eye for pictures that I know we will have memories to last a lifetime.

I wish I could give my photographer more than 5 stars! I worked with Nicole R after falling in love with her portfolio on the Lily & Lime website. It was a little nerve-racking not being able to have any contact with her until a week before my wedding, but the website is pretty straight forward and the customer service team has a quick response time and is very helpful with anything you could need. I can't recommend Nicole R enough!! She was absolutely amazing!! She was sweet, funny, and helpful with posing which was great for me, because I always feel so awkward in front of the camera. Our photos turned out BEAUTIFULLY! The only problem I have is trying to decide which ones to print out and hang on the walls! The price I paid for the quality of photos I received was an INSANE bargain. If you want to work with Lily & Lime, definitely do your homework on which photographer you hire, but if you find a portfolio that speaks to you, don't hesitate to book them!!

Don't do it! Spend the money on a reliable local photographer that is established in your area or with your venue. I went with Lily and Lime out of convenience - to get a good rate on engagement shoot, wedding photos and video combo. The only good thing that came from this experience was our video. Our videographer was incredible - loved him (Chris) but the photos from our engagement shoot were very disappointing and then we had a replacement photographer last minute (due to COVId, understandable) for the wedding - both were very kind, but awful! I had multiple calls with the support team at Lily & Lime - they said they saw nothing wrong with my photos... not that the lighting was blown our on dozens of shots, that people weren't in focus (when they were the only thing in the shot), heads were cut off, angles were diagonal, the lighting was the worst... I could only find about a dozen of 1000+ photos that my family and I felt could be framed. They didn't even take a single photo of my husband and I at our ceremony site. I told them about insecurities like helping me to ensure I don't make a double-chin face or don't do a straight side-angle on me bc I don't love that angle on my arms.... they didn't listen! When I asked for some touch-ups to help make more of them usable, they said it would COST EXTRA because they do journalistic photographer (no adjustments).... so explain why you needed 6 weeks with the photos if you don't do any touch-ups?!?! I ended up working with friends and editing a bunch myself. We also begged for our wedding video before Christmas to give a copy to our elderly family members who couldn't make it to our wedding. Christmas was one week before the 4 month mark they work from and their answer was no. But like I said, our video was amazing, I wish we could take stills from the video to replace the photos. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES AND TEARS, JUST DON'T DO IT!

Would highly recommend Lily and Lime! Sean (Photographer) and Chris (Videographer) were amazing! They were everywhere during my wedding and seemed to get everything! They kept us in the loop and kept the day on track/pace. They were very flexible, accommodating and patient. Even my guests were impressed. I haven't seen the pics/video yet but I know they did a good job!

We used Lily & Lime for our November wedding 2020 in Boulder, and they were fantastic. I was a little nervous not having contact with our main photographer until the week of, but I'm glad we decided to use them for photography and videography. Reading thier bios helped and I found out that they both have done weddings at our venue before. This put my wife and I at ease, and we cannot wait for our wedding photos/ footage to arrive! I have been following Lily and Lime on Facebook for a while, so I knew I wanted to use them before I was even engaged! One of the first things that drew me to L&L is the quality for the value. I don't think you can find as high a quality of photographers for the price!! They seem to have a package size for almost any budget. Also, their website it super easy to use-- just enter your wedding date, what kind of photo/video package you want and select a photographer from a list of those available on your big. We went with Nicole R out of Denver. She was INCREDIBLE!! So easy to work with and her photos came out great! We haven't received all of our photos back from the wedding day yet, but we have got a few preview shots... and we are over the moon! We cannot wait to get the rest!! :)

We worked with Sean T and he was outstanding! We ended up way behind and changing many details, but he never missed a beat and caught such amazing shots. Pricing was great as well as turn around. I am very pleased!!

Very happy with the photographer, we worked with Inta. She was very professional, fast acting, didn't waste a single minute, and troubleshooted the issues that we had along the way. This is the best photography company! Great pricing, fantastic customer service and amazing photographers. We got married a few weeks ago in Denver, and our photographer Aly M was great!! Really listened to what we asked, super nice and helpful and got a ton of pictures done outside in the cold right before it was getting dark out. She exceeded our expectations. We hired Lily and Lime because I was planning an out of state wedding and wanted the flexibility to do our engagement photos in Washington DC and our wedding photos in Colorado. Lily and Lime was super easy to work with throughout the process. I do have to call out Nicole our wedding photographer in Colorado. She was amazing. I had to deal with some last mine unplanned wedding disaster and she went with the flow as we had to be flexible and readjust our wedding schedule a couple hours before the wedding. She was so supportive and helpful. She was just so sweet and nice. We loved her. More importantly the wedding photos were awesome. We had so many (all most to many) to choose from it made putting together a photo book super challenging. This was a great problem to have. Nicole took some spectacular photos. Thank you.

We were so so happy with our photographs and videos that we got done with Lily and Lime! Our photographer was very professional and captured all the perfect moments. Our videographer created a 2 hr cinema movie and highlight video that we will cherish for the rest of our lives! Lily and Limes team is also extremely helpful and very quick to respond. We were thrilled with our Lily & Lime photographer, Sean! We chose our package through the easy to use website and he delivered exactly what we asked for and more. He captured the essence of our day and used the natural surroundings perfectly. Our photos were available much sooner than expected too! Overall, this company has top notch communication and a transparent business style that I was very comfortable with. Worth every penny!!

Lily & Lime took some pretty great pictures of us and delivered the digital negatives to us reasonably soon after the wedding. They didn't go particularly "above and beyond the call of duty"; our photographer left as soon as the time we had booked him for was over, despite our wedding not being quite over yet. This was fine; it was all we expected. He also wasted more time than he probably should have trying to get us to squint into the sun, only to have all those pictures show us visibly squinting, but again it wasn't that big a deal because other pictures he took that day were good. Ordering prints from Lily and Lime would have been quite expensive, but since we had the digital negatives, we just ordered our prints elsewhere. Overall, we were happy with Lily & Lime, and they were cheaper than most wedding photographers - although not as much cheaper as we hoped at first, because we had to pay the photographer's travel fees to our venue.

Our photographer Brad was seriously the best! He captured so many great shots and memories. The night of our wedding during the reception it began to snow. Brad suggested doing a snow shot. We were all for it! We now have pictures of that night that are absolutely magical! I loved looking through all of the profiles of the photographers as well to find the one whose style we liked best. This company also offers really great deals around the holidays too!

I got married in Brooklyn in August 2018 and hired a photographer, Raymond , through Lily and Lime. I went with Lily and Lime because of their affordable packages and because of convenience. Navigating the website was really easy, and it was also easy to reserve a photographer. Raymond was very professional and so positive throughout the day. I looked at his portfolio to choose him beforehand. I was able to have a conversation with him before the wedding. He was really great to work with! I would recommend Lily and Lime especially if you are looking for an affordable photographer and don’t need that much contact with the him or her before booking. It worked out well for us!

Their customer support staff responds quickly to inquiries, their online platform is user friendly, and their photographers are professional. Our photographer, Violeta, went above and beyond to capture the important moments of our wedding. She interacted well with the guests and was able to direct people into poses quickly and politely. Lily and Lime was FANTASTIC! Overall: They were incredibly easy to work with. You can pick your photographer based on who is available that day. Before your wedding, you have to fill out what you expect your timeline to look like for the photographer to prepare. Our photographer called us the week before to get a more detailed timeline and the day of the wedding she was on top of it! She took pictures of anything and everything and we are so very grateful to have found her using this service. Budget: The amount you pay is based on the time you want, not the name of the photographer. There was no guesswork in pricing. It was easy picking the photographer right for our wedding without being worried if they were within budget. Turnaround time: I have heard from several people that have waited over a year to get their wedding photographs back. I feel with Lily and Lime there was a nice middle person to make sure we got what we needed in a timely manner. If you don't have a specific photographer you want to work with, this is the best route you can go.

If you know don't know where to start with wedding photography, Lily & Lime should be your FIRST stop. They have a wonderful online platform that allowed me to let them know what kind of photography experience my wife and I wanted to have on our special day. The photographer was professional and friendly and did an amazing job taking pictures. However, I wish the photographer was more creative and captured more than what we asked for.

My husband and I were a little hesitant to work with Lily & Lime given the “hands-offness” of the photography crew up until the wedding week but we loved the price L&L offers compared to going direct to the photographer/videographer. The Lily & Lime process and platform was straight forward and if we were ever confused or had questions L&L support team was on it. The automated emails along the way if/when there are specific actions that need completed in a timely manner were helpful. CHOSING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER IS PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS PROCESS. Do some online stalking of your photographer to make sure you like them beyond the information L&L gives you ( first name, picture, small portfolio). Cross reference the internet for that photographer’s name in the area you’re searching and review their individual reviews on the other wedding sites since most of L&L reviews are on L&L process and not the photographer you may or may not chose. The thing about L&L is that you don’t interact with your photographer until a week before the wedding. The week before the wedding is probably one the craziest weeks of your life, so my one area of improvement is to allow the couple to engage with the photographer a little sooner. Although I understand why it’s structured this way, it makes it a little more crazy if you don’t opt for engagement photos to interact with your photographer sooner. The week of your wedding you'll receive your photographer's contact info and if they’re good (like ours was) they’ll reached out to you to introduce themselves and discuss the important parts of your wedding and certain shots you’d like to capture. We received our photos and video very promptly as promised and they’re wonderful. Overall we are pleased with the service, product, and our photographer, especially for the value and price.

Lily & Lime was a cost effective way for us to get our wedding photography and we were very pleased! I really liked the photographer we picked through them as well and the customer service reps were super as there were a few minor snags that needed to be fixed along the way.

We were given a discount code in an email from Lily & Lime which we used to buy a photography package for our wedding. We paid a deposit to get locked in and the website displayed two future payments we would have to make. When we logged in to pay our second payment the amount due was higher by the tune of a few hundred dollars. I decided to reach out to them to find out what happened. Four emails and two phone calls and they still haven't figured it out. After the first phone call they immediately admitted this was their mistake and assured me it would be solved in 1-2 business days. It has now been a week and a half since I reached out to Lily & Lime to have this corrected. When the time frame they give me goes by I have to be the one to reach back out to them to let them know they haven't fixed the issue; they do not follow up at all even when they assured me they would. I've spoken to a few different representatives now and they're all very friendly, but seem to tell you they'll fix it just to get you off the phone so they can bump the problem down the line. I have very little confidence they will be reliable on the day of our wedding and will be asking for a refund for the deposit we made. I feel like I've been very patient and understanding but Lily & Lime just does not seem capable of delivery a quality product.

We hired Gianna - she was really great to work with! Very professional and efficient. The pricing was fair and the photos look amazing. We got a discount by purchasing our photography package way in advance of the wedding (10 months ahead).

We had Ashley as our Main Photographer, and Chris as our Videographer. We loved our time with Lily and Lime, they were just our style and were willing to do anything to get some amazing shots on our special day. They were laid back, not too pushy, and gave us some really special photos of our day that we would not have gotten otherwise. Our one issue was that the second photographer that was supposed to take the groom and groomsmen to a different area for their photos before the ceremony so that my bridesmaids and I could get photos before the ceremony as well, had to be told multiple times to actually do so. I ended up making one of the groomsmen get my husband and the other groomsmen together to get the photos started. They didn't start taking the groomsmen photos until 45 minutes before the ceremony, which made everything before the ceremony late, and I was still outside when guests began to arrive. Besides that we had some beautiful photos and memories all caught by our lovely photographer and videographer.

My Husband and I used Lily and Lime for our wedding photos. The process was very easy from booking until the day of. All of our requests and need to know information went into an online portfolio for the photographer. We used Chuck and he was great! From the moment he got there until he left, he really catered to our wants and made she to capture all of the important shots! They were very timely in getting our photos back to us!

Wendy with Lily and Lime was our photographer and made our day such a breeze, and we truly enjoyed working with her. My husband and I are both laid back, and wanted to extend that feel to our wedding with forgoing a lot of the "traditions" and just spending time celebrating with our friends and family. Wendy totally understood our views, and really went with that flow. As we had never worked with a professional photographer before, she guided us through everything, and really captured the feel of us, and our venue in her photographs. Overall, Lily and Lime was such a pleasure to work with. Doing pretty much everything online made it so easy, and took a lot of stress out of booking a photographer. The online forms they provide for you to fill out also adds to the ease and gives the photographer much needed information that they utilize. The customer service rep, Maddy was also awesome. She is very professional and courteous, and kept us up-to-date on every step of the process, while also sending us emails to remind us to complete certain stages (which trust me, you will appreciate). We received sneak peeks of some of the photos within a week of our wedding, all the photos within two weeks and were able to download/purchase within 6 weeks. They processed them very quickly, which was great. We LOVED working with Lily & Lime. Customer service was top notch throughout the process - very easy to contact and prompt to respond. Of course we were nervous choosing a photographer based only off of a portfolio and not actually getting to speak to her until the week of our wedding. We chose Monica because we loved her candid shots and boy did she not disappoint! I spoke to Monica a few days before our wedding to go over which shots were on our "must have" list, which weren't many. She knew our venue and the surrounding area so she gave some tips and we were set. The day of the wedding she showed up to the venue early to get some pictures of the venue itself, then pictures of me getting ready and with my parents and siblings, then my husband getting ready and with his parents and siblings. We did not do a first look and she did not push for it. During the ceremony I didn't even know she was there. After the ceremony we headed out to take some pictures with me, the groom and the bridal party and she worked fast because we were losing light - we had a 6 pm ceremony in mid-October. Those pictures came out beautiful, and she really made our jewel tone colors pop. We didn't even notice her during the reception, but she was all over the place, and easy to find when we did want a specific photo. Our guests actually commented on how much they liked her which was great to hear! I've never heard people rave about a photographer like they were raving about Monica. There are so many sweet photos from our reception, and silly photos, and photos full of pure joy. We could not have asked for a better collection of photos from our wedding day. Afterwards, we got a sneak peek in about a week and a half - very exciting! We got our full portfolio maybe a week or two after that and are now just waiting a couple more weeks to be able to download them. Lily & Lime won't be for everyone, namely those who want to meet and have a sit down with their photographer ahead of time, but they were perfect for us. The whole process was really easy and we would absolutely recommend them for future brides.

Lily & Lime seemed like it was too good to be true at first. I combed through all of the reviews to be sure they were a real company, and finally took the big leap by purchasing one of their base packages with a discount. From start to finish they worked with me to ensure that I had exactly what I needed, that I knew about add-on options (without pushing them on me), that I was comfortable and happy with my photographer (who I was able to choose - a great feature offered by Lily & Lime which makes the process feel more personal), and that I loved my photos. They got the photos to me in record time as well; I thought I'd be waiting up to 8 weeks, but the preview came through within two weeks, the photos with watermarks a few days after that, and the downloads in less than a month! Even though I used a discount, I never felt that they were treating me differently. I can't imagine how they could have made my experience any better - it was darn near perfection! There is no question in my mind that they are organized to a 'T' and that the service I was provided was tailored to me. I'm so thankful I took a shot on Lily & Lime - thank you for helping to make my wedding day a dream!

This was the perfect fit for my husband and I. The pricing was really competitive; the planning process was clear & easy to manage; the day-of experience was excellent; the resulting photographs blew away our expectations. I decided to go with Lily and Lime for my wedding photography because of the price in all honesty, however I could not have been happier with my choice to go with them. They were very responsive during the entire wedding planning process and I never had to wait long for a response on a question. I decided to go with Casey T for my photographer and I could not have been more pleased with her warmth and professionalism. She was so easy to work with and made sure that I got all of the shots that I wanted for my wedding day (including outdoor shots on a rainy day!). Working with Lily and Lime was great. First, contacting the customer service department was easy and smooth. They answered all our questions in a timely fashion. Then before the big day, we contacted our photographer, Rebecca, who was very professional. We had everything arranged a week before (including our favorite shots). Rebecca was great in the wedding day, she did exactly whatever we asked for. Then we got a preview of our wedding pics a week after the wedding. I would definitely recommend Lily and lime.

I was hesitant at first to use a larger company without talking to my photographer first, rather than using someone local, but I'm SO glad we took the plunge and went with L&L. The online communication and emails were always easy and I always got fast responses. I could have called if I wanted but I prefer email. The staff is super professional and Chelsea with customer support is so nice and awesome. Payments online were always easy as well. I got to choose my photographer out of many local photographers and I was able to review all of their work before making a decision. A little over a week before our wedding, I was able to chat on the phone with my photographer (Jennifer). She was so awesome, not only before the wedding, but also throughout our wedding day! She stuck to my timeline and made sure I got all of the photos I wanted taken. She helped me remember all the shots I wanted (phew! sigh of relief!), got candids and even more shots that I never would have thought to get. She kept my whole day on time and coordinated with the other vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. I usually hate getting my picture taken (I am plus sized) but I hardly noticed she was there unless we were doing formal pictures. The pics all turned out great and she did an amazing job at making me look flattering all day long. I would certainly hire her again for any future photography needs! Editing is turned back over to L&L after the wedding, and all of our pics turned out amazing! We received almost 1200 pictures (over 500 edited) and I am so happy with the volume of pictures Jennifer got for us. She didn't miss a moment and the edited pictures look lovely! Downloading the pictures after the wedding is a breeze and I now have them for my own use forever! You can also buy an album or prints directly from them on their website. Everything about Jennifer and Lily & Lime was amazing from start to finish! You should definitely hire this company, don't hesitate!

We were looking for a budget-friendly photography option so we're so lucky to have come across Lily & Lime! Being able to combine photography and videography helped us save thousands. We loved being able to choose our photographer --Camarie was excellent. She was so sweet and did a great job at helping us camera-shy people feel at ease in front of the camera. The booking process was easy and our coordinator Lauren was the best! She always answered my million questions right away and put my worries at ease. I wish we would have been able to choose a videographer and see a couple full wedding videos to know what to expect or what we would want to include. I also wish we could have met or had contact with our photographer and videographer beforehand. In order to meet our photographer, we had to pay for an engagement session which my husband did not want at all. Instead of an engagement shoot, we just met with her the week before the wedding at the venue so we could walk around together and plan where we would take the pictures. It was a lifesaver but an expensive meeting! The turnaround time was unbelieveable! We got our pictures back just a few weeks after our wedding and the video about a month after that. We were given a few edits which I really appreciated to get everything just right. We purchased the raw video footage which allowed us to add some priceless clips that weren't included in the original video. We were even able to customize the preview video! Overall, we were super pleased with our experience, especially for the price. We have priceless memories to cherish forever.

I knew booking our photographer through Lily and Lime could be a risk, but it could not have worked out better. Our lead photographer, Kristen, and her associate photographer, Ryan, we absolutely fantastic! They were prompt, professional, and most of all, patient. They managed us and our wedding party extremely efficiently and with grace. They followed our requested timeline perfectly. We couldn't be happier. We love all of our pictures. The process of signing up, selecting a photographer, setting a timeline, through the actual day, and afterwards – was simply perfection. When Seth showed up the day of the wedding, he was polite, professional, and made me feel at ease. All my guests commented that he was super friendly and enhanced our day. The Lily & Lime process was easy and straight forward. You login to your account to manage payments, setup your wedding day timeline and complete a questionnaire to help your photographer navigate your wedding. The customer service team is courteous and responsive. You'll receive automated emails along the way if/when there are specific actions that need completed in a timely manner. The week of your wedding you'll receive your photographer's contact info. I'm not sure if it is part of the process or something that our photographer chose to do, but he reached out to us that day to introduce himself. We talked about the important parts of our wedding and certain shots we would like to capture. Within a week we received a sneak peek of our photos and told the full album would be ready within 6-8 weeks. Approximate 2 weeks later we received the full album. There are a decent number of shots that we plan to include in our album. Unfortunately our photographer had a background in photo journalism rather than portrait photography so not all of our personal or family portraits came out as hoped. Overall we are pleased with the service and product, especially for the price.

My wife and I decided to get married in MN, so we had to find a local photographer to help us out. After searching several online sites, we decided to work with Lily & Lime. We liked the fact that the packages were straightforward, and we had several portfolios to choose from. All questions I had were resolved quickly either via email or telephone, and everybody we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. We worked with Lisa as our photographer, and she was also great! Se worked with us every step of the way and snapped some wonderful photos. Our digital negatives arrived rather quickly, so that was awesome. We would definitely recommend using L&L!

My experience with Lily & Lime was outstanding (and I'm not exaggerating.) Their online portal is super user friendly. It's easy to fill out and has boxes to add details if necessary. I prefer doing everything online or over email but they also remind you that they are available over the phone if that's your preferred route. Our photographer, Mike, was also super personable and actually helped me pose when necessary. (I'm not great at posing for pictures). I could tell that he was still very passionate about the photos he was taking even after all his years of experience, which I loved. The overall experience was great and it definitely made planning my own wedding a lot less stressful. Last but not least, we and our families and friends are very happy with how our photos turned out. I would definitely recommend Lily and Lime, especially for the price.

We were looking for an affordable option for our wedding pictures. Not only was Lily and Lime affordable but the quality was high too. Our photographer knew what she was doing and kept the day moving and on time. We have so many wonderful pictures that I have no idea how we are going to choose which ones to print.

Let me tell you, I was nervous about hiring Lily & Lime to begin with. Call me old fashioned, but I am used to meeting vendors face-to-face and not the day-of. However, L&L came fully prepared for all of my questions and in-depth emails. They were professional and had great customer service. The one star off from a full 5 is because I had issues with my last payment that should have been handled in the first call (my email proving my payment was lost which proceeded to create two to three more calls and emails). However, the issue was resolved after the last call and I had no more issues with whether I paid or not. My photographer was amazing! Stephanie was professional and eased my worries. With her experience and her sweet temperament, she came prepared for the day of my wedding and all of its inevitable and surprising moving parts. She took quality photos that take my breath away, and she captured and edited our precious moments like an artist. I would recommend Lily & Lime in a heartbeat. I'd say just to keep a record of your payments and try to pay using the same card to ensure no confusion on any one's part. Other than that minor thing, they're great and professional. Go for it if you are on the fence. Money WELL spend.

We went through Lily and Lime for our wedding photographer and videographer. It was nice to have one company provide both services. The price was inline with most of the other companies. I have not yet received our wedding video but we did get our photos and they are out of this world! Shannon did an unbelievable job and was a joy to work with! The customer support was very prompt and friendly. The down side was that we were only able to get the contact information for our experts a few days before the wedding and that was something that I was a bit frustrated with as it was so last minute.

We selected Felicia, for Flea for short as out photographer for our wedding. Flea did not disappoint and was amazing, took the most amazing photos in the redwood grove of Mill Valley and was awesome with our dog, Loki and really got him out of his shell. Simply wonderful, stress free, and an overall awesome person. Lily and Lime was by far the cheapest and best option for our wedding. I liked how easy it was to download our pictures post wedding and how we stayed in contact the whole way. We were receiving quotes for $2500 plus and Lily and Lime came in by under half without compromising on quality.
