Limo Livery was for professional in the planning phase. We used them to transport our guests from the hotel to the venue and back. We used two busses. One ended up being very late which made us push our outside ceremony back when sunlight was limited therefore having to cut down the officiant's speech. The feedback I received from my guests was that one driver didn't know the route. This should be reviewed before the event.

Our wedding planner recommended Limousine Livery for our transportation needs. We needed to transport the wedding party and family in a large van, as well as the bride and groom in an SUV. The drivers were very professional and provided a luxury level of service that made all the transportation for the wedding run very smoothly. Highly recommended!

Limousine Livery was very organized and easy to work with. They were probably the vendor to respond the quickest to any question or concern via email. We had a coach for our rehearsal dinner that picked everyone up at the hotel, brought us to the church, then to the restaurant, and then back to the hotel afterwards. The driver was an expert at navigating the tricky, narrow one-way streets throughout Uptown New Orleans! On the wedding day, we used Limousine Livery for a minibus for the family transportation and for a limousine for me and my husband after the wedding. The drivers are all extremely friendly, and they arrived on time for everything! We would definitely recommend Limousine Livery for all of your wedding weekend transportation needs!

They not only handled our entire wedding weekend (rehearsal dinner shuttles, reception shuttles, etc.) but also provided a "boogie bus" for my bachelorette party, which made for many unforgettable memories. Limo Livery was the best transportation company we could have picked for our wedding. The mini buses we used were brand new, and the interior was so clean. The chauffeurs were incredibly professional and early for every ride we had, which definitely was not an easy task; on the day of our wedding, it rained, and the chauffeur wiped down the floor of the mini bus so my wedding dress wouldn't get wet. If that isn't service, I don't know what is!

Limo Livery personnel -- from sales agents to drivers -- were professional from start to finish for our transportation needs. They were on time and where they needed to be, courteous, and the vehicles were super clean. I can recommend them wholeheartedly!

We used Limousine Livery for our wedding transportation and they went above and beyond for every member in our wedding celebration. It unfortunately stormed on my wedding day, but they were prepared with multiple umbrellas and convenient pickup/drop off locations. Every driver was friendly and willing to do whatever to make sure we were dry and happy. I would recommend Limousine Livery to anybody for any occasion. We were very pleased with our experience.

For the most part, my experience with Limousine Livery was good. Their vehicles are clean, and the drivers arrived on time and were friendly. They also have a wide selection of vehicles you may choose from with different price tiers. The wedding day went off without a hitch—we arrived everywhere in a timely fashion. I would have given them five stars, except that my husband and I were supposed to have a one-way limo transport back to our new home after the reception, but instead an SUV showed up, which was kind of cramped. I emailed them after the honeymoon about that, along with the final receipt they’d sent post-wedding. It clearly stated limo. I explained the mistake politely, prefacing that it wasn’t a huge deal. I simply wanted a refund for the difference between the SUV and limo. However, I never got a response. I found that very unprofessional. Overall, I would still recommend their services, but I wish that they had at least addressed their mistake and given me a bit of my money back.

Limousine Livery was fantastic. Our driver showed up early but never once made me feel rushed to run out the door. The limo bus was spotless and our driver was as courteous and I had hoped. I also feel like Livery is slightly more updated technology wise that the text messages to alert you of status on the day of was fantastic. They also had an updated bus with a great sound system and lighting. They were great...not a single bit of extra stress was added using them!

Their prices are fair and they were friendly and easy to work with. Unfortunately our mini bus overheated after the ceremony and it was blocking our limo. We were left in the heat waiting for someone to bring fluid to the driver and also late to the reception.

The driver was prompt and professional. The communication was fantastic. I received confirmation and communication via text, and they were very quick to respond to my questions each time. The cost for these guys was significantly less than any other highly rated companies, and I was afraid that the reduction in cost would result in a reduction of quality… however that was not the case at all. The quality and service was great!

Wow! Perfect! We used their services for our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. They were perfect! Honestly, I was nervous to book a limo company due to horror stories. They were great! Professional, on time, and helpful. They set several reminder emails as well as reminder texts. They were great communicators and the buses/limos were in great condition. Given that I was at a hotel where there were 5 brides, they did a great job navigating! I would also recommend having a police escort bc they made the experience quick and fun! My guests are still talking about the motorcycle cops who stopped taxis and rode on sideways to get us to the venues on time! :)

This vendor is terrible! I will say they were great with answering emails prior to my wedding. However, the limo never showed up on the day of the event. When I called them, no one knew what was going on. Everyone had an attitude and blamed me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I cannot believe I was treated so poorly on my wedding day!! I ended up crying on the phone because no one was helping in anyway!!! I ended up having to Uber to the venue. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!

Limousine Livery was a great vendor for our wedding transportation needs. They worked with us to find a vehicle that would work for our group within our budget and plan a timeline that matched our day's itinerary. Our driver was flexible and professional the day-of. He ended up getting stuck in parade traffic but working with my dad to get us back our stuff and be on his way. He brought us everywhere we wanted to go. These guys were awesome! Super easy to set up everything, pricing was great and they were very responsive. Day of, our van showed up right on time, plenty of communication. The driver was very friendly and accommodating, we loved him! Would highly recommend livery to make your day smooth.

I had a really terrible experience with this transportation company and I would not reccomend them to anyone. The motor coach that was supposed to take my husband and I and several of our guests home after the wedding that ended at 11pm was not there when the wedding ended. I have no idea what happened because the plan was for the driver to make two trips back to the hotel- one at 9:45 and one at 11 when the wedding ended. The people that got on the bus at 9:45 (mostly kids and elderly people) sat on the bus until 10:30pm which is when the driver made his first and only trip back to the hotel. My husband and I were scrambling around trying to get cabs and ubers for everyone and it was really stressful. The worst part about this whole thing has been the total lack of communication from the company since the wedding. I reached out to them via email and phone several times for an explanation and some kind of reimbursement but I never heard back. I've never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. So please don't hire these people. They don't deserve the business.

I would highly recommend Limo Livery for wedding day transportation! Our driver, Darren, was great. The trolley arrived on time, and he got several groups of people where they needed to be (on time!) despite navigating Mardi Gras parade traffic. Thanks for being such an important part of our special day!

Limousine Livery was great! They were not as expensive as most places we contacted and the limo was in perfect condition. The driver fixed us a drink from the wet bar before we took off. The driver was very professional. I would definitely recommend them!

We chartered a limo after our wedding, so we could go out after the reception. My bridesmaids and I had a BLAST and our driver was so nice and professional. He drove us to all our favorite bars and the wedding party made it home in luxury and style to the Westbank thanks to our limo driver!

I loved the vintage Rolls Royce we rented to leave our ceremony! We also had a fabulous driver who took us on a lovely ride through beautiful New Orleans neighborhoods. This was an extremely easy and professional transaction and I was 100% happy with the experience!

I used Limousine Livery as my limo service for my wedding in April 2013. I had two white stretch limos and everything went off without a hitch. The actual limos were beautiful, clean, and functioning great. The drivers were so polite, on time, and knew the wedding routine. Very easy to work with and affordable. We used two mini buses for guest transport to and from the venue as well as a vintage Rolls Royce for my husband and me as a getaway car. Wedding Party Transportation - Limo Livery - A- http://www.limolivery.com/ We arranged for a passenger van to transport the wedding party to the venue. Limo Livery was very easy to deal with and gave us a great price so no problems there. Only blip came when our driver arrived (10 minutes late, but he did call and there was HUGE construction going on in the FQ). He had apparently received the job 30 minutes prior to our pick up time (sounded like a last minute swap) and let us know that he'd only been in New Orleans for 2 weeks so didn't really know his way around perfectly yet. Oh, and there was no GPS in the van and they hadn't even given him a print out with directions. Luckily, in the day of iphones, etc. at least 5 people in the van had mapquest, etc. and we were able to navigate with him to the venue. I schedule a pick up time that was way in advance (3:30pm and our ceremony was at 5:30pm) in anticipation of something like this possibly happening so I wasn't too stressed, but felt the company should have prepped their driver a bit more. Now as for the driver himself, he was a really lovely man with a great sense of humor and he seemed genuinely embarrassed about the situation so I find it hard to fault him.

I called several local limo companies and Limo Livery was the most responsive, flexible and attentive. The drivers were extremely nice and they were where they needed to be at all times, including picking up the last of our guests just as the skies opened up.

I was very happy with the service we received from Limosine Livery and the staff/drivers were awesome! We chose the package which included the minibus for guest transport from hotel to curch and back, and two white strech limos. The cars were brand new, clean, fully stocked and spacious. The drivers arrived early/on time and got us there and back on time. Even though traffic was back up because of a street festival (White Linen Festival)going on, our driver got out, directed traffic away from our limo and got us through the hold up in under a minute. I was super impressed! Best value around!

We rented 2 limo buses and a Rolls Royce from Limo Livery. In the months leading up to the wedding, we changed our pick up for each limo at least 2 times. Not once were we told "no" or "we can't do that". The staff was extremely helpful. The Rolls Royce driver even fixed my train when I got out of the car!

The place was very convenient to us as we live directly accross from their office. So all we had to do was literally go downstairs(we live on 3rd floor of the building) and we were there. No waiting for a lost driver :) The driver was very accommodating because WE were actually running behind getting ready and HE had to wait. We rented a limo bus which we doubled in usage to transport our guests from the ceremony to the reception. It was walking distance, but it had rained that day and would have been messy to get through the grass so the driver offered to shuttle out guests. He was great!

Limousine Livery was on time even when I was not. The driver was awesome and very safe.

We got married in Baton Rouge. I called around Baton Rouge, gave up, and tried New Orleans. Limo Livery was the cheapest around. They could have a better office but their service is great.
