In 2022, Don Jensen sold the company to Jenna & Justin Culley because Jenna was a longtime client and friend who he believed could carry on this legacy. Jenna has owned an award-winning Event Planning company, Jenna Culley Events, since 2012 and worked with Linen Effects for years as her main décor and rental company. Jenna’s focus on design with her planning clients made her a natural fit and Justin and Jenna’s focus on innovation brought around the concept of forming Linen Effects into a full-scale Event Design House in 2023.

They helped us find special items that made our wedding feel personal and unique. We chose a beautifully detailed tablecloth for our head table to make it stand out, and we used their gorgeous chargers to bring an extra touch of elegance to our guest tables. One of the best parts of meeting with them is being able to see your vision come to life right in front of you. Sometimes you don’t know for sure until you see it set up—and they make that possible.

sive selection of linens and can set a tablescape in the showroom – Don helped us pick out Lillian Pearl tablecloths for guest tables, Threads of Gold tablecloths for the head table and cake table, and a mix of Tiffany Aubergine and Eggplant Damask for our cocktail tables and place card table. Don recommended the Tiffany Vanilla Cream with Embroidery napkins, and when folded nicely, eliminates the need for printed menus. We received many compliments from guests, and we’re really glad we opted for these linens rather than standard white or black. Linen Effects delivered, set up, and picked up the linens.

We were able to adjust the order about a month out, at no extra charge. The linens were pressed and ready for my then fiancé and I to pick up at 8:30am, about 4 days before the wedding. We returned them in the garment bag they provided, no problem. They looked beautiful in our reception hall and they absolutely MADE the décor. I had so many people compliment me on them and I honestly believe our antique French countryside wedding wouldn't have looked nearly as good as it did without them.

She also responded to emails so quickly and was really helpful when we needed to make changes leading up to our wedding. In the end, things came together perfectly! We arranged a special pick-up for a few things, and everyone was super accommodating and easy to work with for that. We would recommend Linen Effects to anyone who needs rentals for a wedding/event!

look like! Something I did not get at Festivities! SOO many more options and higher quality at Linen Effects with better customer service and better pricing! Very knowledgeable, and patient even showing us different ways to tie our chair covers; to make sure our vision was met! We were a little nervous with the time window our venue gave us and Emily assured us that all work would be done in the given window and we would NOT get charged extra because of it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THEM, THEY DID BEAUTIFUL WORK. THEY EVEN DID LAST MINUTE PIPE AND DRAPING FOR US AND THE VENUE!

Our Linen Effects order included gorgeous draping that they set up in our ceremony space (Winter Garden at the Depot Hotel in Minneapolis), which really wowed our guests. We also rented silver chair covers that looked incredibly elegant in our space, as well as napkins and table runners that accented the linens provided by our venue and were well worth the additional $$. Emily helped us to find items that would contribute to our vision without breaking our budget. She always responded to emails immediately, and she seems to genuinely care about her clients and their events. We are so pleased with her service, with the service provided by the team who came to set up, and with the quality of the products. When it comes to rental linens and draping, we consider Linen Effects the obvious choice!

ible service. She checked up with me all the way up to my wedding and made sure any questions I had were answered. We had our rental vases delivered to our venue on Friday, and picked up the following Monday, and they were prompt on their delivery and pickup. The gold vases we rented were sturdy, great quality, and the most beautiful ones we found compared to other rental companies. I highly recommend Linen Effects for all of your rental needs.
