Little Miss Planner of Key West

We hired Guadalupe as our Day of Wedding Coordinator for our wedding on November 2, 2024! She came highly recommended by our venue and was truly incredible in every way. Her list of vendor recommendations, knowledge of Key West, and organizational checklist are just a few of the contributions that she was able to bring forth to make our wedding day perfect. Leading up to the wedding we had Zoom meetings where she showed us the itinerary and other details, she took note of everything we wanted to include, and she stayed in contact with our venue and vendors to ensure a perfectly executed wedding! Guadalupe went above and beyond to make sure we had the most amazing wedding day! I could not recommend Guadalupe more! We would not have had such a stress-free, smooth transitioning, and overall positive wedding day if it were not for her!

Guadalupe was our day of coordinator for our 10.3.24 key west wedding! Starting from a couple months out, she kept up on organizing, giving advice, and communicating back and forth with all my questions! She definitely knows a lot of vendors in key west and can give you recommendations you need. I do feel like at some points she was a little too forward or combative with her communication style but I think it was just her personality or enthusiasm to doing the best work for the event. Overall, I recommend Guadalupe as she was great the day of with keeping everything flowing and organized. She also helped set up some DIY items I brought and made sure all of our belongings were dropped off in our accommodations at the end of the night while we partied on Duval!

We are so grateful for Guadalupe and all of her help when it came to planning our small key west wedding! Guadalupe was so timely and communicative and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day went perfectly! She was so kind to our families and even helped us get extra pictures on the day of the wedding. Her recommendations were amazing and she was truly such a joy to work with!

She is well connected in the keys, so it was great to work with someone who knew almost all of the other vendors that I had chosen. Our wedding at the Cheeca Lodge ran perfectly and the day was better than we could have ever imagined!

I don't have words to describe Guadalupe! She went so far above and beyond...you can't even see it from here! As my new husband says, I'm a planner...with ridiculously high exceptions, but with Guadalupe, I didn't have to plan and I didn't have to worry because she did absolutely everything just the way that I would have done it! So instead of existing in world of worry and anxiety leading up to my wedding, I could just enjoy everything because I knew Guadalupe would take care of it! Any question or thought I had...Guadalupe answered before I asked or thought it first! Guadalupe was very direct in helping us determine what was possible at our venue. she was also great in helping coordinate each of the individual vendors with any changes to the layout and/or timeline. as we were out of town it was so appreciated that she was familiar with the area, the vendors, and key west in general, and able to give us suggestions and insight we would not have had without her !

I found Guadalupe on Instagram while looking around for vendors for my Key West wedding. I reached out to see if she was available for my date and to see if we clicked (bc that is important!) Guadalupe promptly responded and within 24 hours we were on a phone call discussing all the deets. She made me feel so calm, and reassured me of a lot. I knew instantly she was going to be my girl! Guadalupe and I stayed in contact throughout my whole planning journey. She was my shoulder to lean on and my advice giver. As our day quickly approached, she was taking care of every little detail and managing it all with the vendors. The Wedding Eve, she was there to have our walkthrough and make everyone’s mind at ease and how smooth the day would go. The wedding day, she arrived with a big smile on her face, ready to make our day, the most special day ever. She once again, made me feel so confident in her and made me feel so calm. I know this is crazy to say, but I didn’t have one ounce of stress on my wedding day. I knew Guadalupe had everything under full control. Our wedding day went absolutely perfect, not one hiccup. Guadalupe quiet literally handled everything like the true girl boss she is. I am here to say, if you are ever second guessing hiring her….your answer is YES!

We had the best experience working with Guadalupe from Little Miss Planner Key West she was the best month of coordinator you could ask for. She truly is so organized, very detail oriented, delegator, efficient and reliable. She is also super friendly, flexible and easy to work with. Everything you would want in a coordinator. Our wedding day ran so smoothly with the guidance of Guadalupe. She was in contact with all vendors before and on our wedding day and it was so seamless. We planned our wedding from over 3,000 miles away from Key West, a venue we had not seen, food we did not try, a hotel we had never stayed at, and Little Miss Planner, who we hadn’t met! She made everything absolutely PERFECT! She made sure every detail was executed perfectly, the venue was beautiful & everything stayed right on schedule. She helped our officiant feel comfortable and prepared him without us doing a rehearsal. Key West is the perfect destination wedding location! We had 50 guests fly in from all over the West Coast and everyone agreed this was the most magical wedding they have ever been to! If you want to have a perfect day with peace of mind you should hire Little Miss Planner! She is not only great at the event business, but she has a sweet kind of magnetic personality that leaves you feeling like you have met someone special! Little Miss Planner helped us so much once we arrived in Key West, she responded to questions immediately. We needed so many last minute things like dry cleaning, steaming, bouquet preservation, etc. she has so many connections and people we could call! She helped me make last minute changes with vendors at no extra expense! The list of things she did goes on! We can’t thank her enough for the perfect wedding!

You won’t find someone with more knowledge of the Keys’ wedding scene. Guadalupe is incredibly organized, professional, and kind. She was always quick to respond, had personal connections with any vendor I considered using, and was clearly loved & respected by each vendor at our wedding. Little Miss Planner was wonderful to work with. She’s very familiar with all the local vendors so finding exactly what we wanted for my daughter’s wedding was a snap. She had an accident the day before the wedding but that did not stop her from being available and attentive the whole wedding day.

Guadalupe was an amazing planner for my wedding I had at the Hemingway Home in October. I was nervous about planning a wedding from a completely different state, but she handled everything I could’ve possibly needed. She’s a big supporter, encourager, and very decisive which was very helpful for me. On the day of the wedding it was pouring down rain and she handled all of the last minute changes and kept us looped in as they happened. We had the best day ever thanks to Guadalupe and I am thankful for her help all throughout the process!

Guadalupe was such a flexible, helpful and understanding wedding planner! From having to change our venue 4 months prior to our wedding, to last-minute vendor changes, Guadalupe helped me every step of the way and I couldn't be happier with how our wedding day turned out. She made what is usually a very nerve-wracking time super easy and fun and it helped my husband and I really be able to enjoy our day with our friends and family!

We were not planning to have a wedding planner as we thought we had everything handled. Our venue, The Casa Marina, required one and suggested Guadalupe with Little Miss Planner KW. They sent us her contact information and we are so glad they did! We planned our wedding in less than 30 days and had confirmed everything with our other vendors, but Guadalupe reconfirmed everything with them and asked questions we didn’t even know to ask. She helped us with the rehearsal the day before and ensured that we were completely comfortable. It was the day of the ceremony that she really shined. She showed up early and took care of all of the little details asking how else she could assist us. She was there to greet us before we walked to the altar, and she even took my phone to get additional photos and videos of our ceremony and our reception. She stayed until the end and helped us clean up ensuring all of our décor and personal items were returned to our room. We are so grateful that Guadalupe was our wedding planner and there is no one else that we could recommend more to trust with your special day. If you’re getting married in the Florida Keys, she should be the first wedding planner that you contact!

We live in Miami, but Key West is our favorite place so naturally we wanted to get married there. As somewhat of a destination wedding, we definitely needed help planning everything. We spoke to numerous wedding planners but it wasn’t until we came across Little Miss Planner that we felt absolute peace of mind. Our favorite offering from Little Miss Planner is the fact that they take over from the moment you hire them, as opposed to other wedding planners that only offer “month of” or “day of” coordination. We found this to be our greatest relief! We worked exclusively with Guadalupe who is extremely knowledgeable, organized, patient, and thorough. She was always willing to take our calls whenever we needed to touch base or ask questions, and was incredibly responsive both via email and text. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted. First Class!!! I had to step back and gather my thoughts to correctly describe the kindness and professionalism that Guadalupe expressed while actually insuring my son's wedding went smoothly. She was kind and compassionate to calm nervous and stressed couples during the last weeks of their wedding date. I believed that we were prepared for a destination wedding ,but actually there were many decisions to made. She aided Samantha and Austin through them all. On the day of the wedding she became a superhero. Nothing was forgotten, transportation, set up waitstaff DJ etc. My son and daughter law had an amazing flawless affair that could not have happened had Guadeloupe not been "that" good at her profession. Unquestionably a fabulous choice!

Words can't describe Guadalupe! She goes so above and beyond for her clients. I hired her for the final leg of planning 60 days out as a brunt of everything my husband and I and mother in law were able to get done ourselves. She stayed in touch periodically from date of hire until her services came on 100%. She was able to pick up exactly where needed and get the final details situated as we approached the wedding day. Before hiring Guadalupe I had re searched a few other planners in the Key West area but based on the time frame I needed their services and "regulations" did not sit right with me. I didn't know what kind of questions may come up before 60 days and wanted to make sure that whoever I hired would be able to assist no problem with getting answers if needed, without adding on extra fees for "minutes of time used" like some other planners. I had everything planned out for the most part over the course of time prior but Guadalupe told me I could reach out to her if I had questions in interim and she would be happy to help, including that in her service I had chosen. She is super sweet and kind and really makes the whole process easy and seamless. The wedding went off without a hitch everything went great! Guadalupe was on point the whole time and never missed a beat. 100/10 all the way!!

I hired Guadalupe with Little Miss Party Planner for my wedding at Fort Zach in Key West. I hired her as a full service wedding planner and she DID NOT disappoint. I’ve said this multiple times but she was hands down the best money spent for our wedding! We had some issues with our venue and the recent hurricane and she gave me a wedding that surpassed my wildest dreams. She guided me toward amazing vendors that I would’ve never found and gave me advice on new and fun ideas for my wedding and favors for guests. I wish I could relive that day over and over again and first person I would hire would be her, yet again! I feel like she became part our crazy family and as a 2022 bride planning a wedding for 140 people several states away I couldn’t have picked a more perfect person to help me through the process! I highly recommend her to ANYONE for any type of wedding!

Guadalupe was amazing to work with!! Although we ended up choosing to get married in Fort Lauderdale rather than the keys, she was so helpful from day one giving us plenty of important information to have the best day ever. I would recommend her to everyone over and over!

Guadalupe was my day-of coordinator and she was amazing!! She has a great attitude and was very helpful to me and to my family during my big day. She speaks Spanish and that was a great plus since my parents were able to have someone that could communicate with them. Guadalupe was referred to us by name by Laura at the Audubon House, where we held our ceremony. She was very helpful as our month-of coordinator and helped me put together the decor for our wedding from far away. Guadalupe handled everything day-of and was nice enough to arrange string lights with our rental company for us literally the day before our ceremony and arranged our wedding layout for our small wedding in the best way possible! She kept everything together and on schedule for our wedding.

I cannot say enough positive things about Guadalupe! She was responsive from the first day I sent an inquiry and immediately provided me with a list of venues and vendors. Being from the east coast I had no idea how to plan a wedding in Key West but Guadalupe understood my vision and made it a reality. She also did not mind receiving four huge boxes of decor - despite having limited space. I had many vendors including an ice cream truck, a VW bus, a bounce house, trolleys and various other vendors and she perfectly coordinated everyone. However not only was she amazing in planning but went over and above what I could have ever imagined. Two days before my wedding, which was set to be at Fort Zachary on the beach, a tropical storm rolled through Key West causing us to to frantically scramble for an indoor venue. Within 48 hours she had found a new venue and was able to coordinate all of the vendors to be available at the new venue. This was not an easy task because there were so many moving pieces. Honestly this woman is a saint!! She did not sleep for those 48 hours in order to make sure that my wedding was perfect. She was able to use all of my decor, coordinate catering and the bar and adjusted the entire floor plan to make make a seamless transition to the new venue. I do not think that many wedding planners would go to this extreme to make my day perfect! If you are searching for a planner in the Key West area - do not hire anyone else. She is truly amazing and not only was she my planner - but now I also consider her a dear friend.

Guadalupe went the extra mile with our day-of/month of wedding coordination! Our day was beautiful - even though we had a few mishaps beyond our control (groomsmen fainting and terrible DJ) and Guadalupe helped us navigate it gracefully and effectively. She even helped us with last minute decor ideas and made our cake and our sweetheart table look so beautiful! I would also recommend her to anyone coming in for a destination wedding to Key West because she really held it down locally while we were planning from LA. :)

Guadalupe is 10/10 , I could not have completed the planning without her. Hired her for month of services and day of coordination for our Key West wedding at the Casa Marina, we are from NY so it was very comforting to have a local planner who knew everyone. She helped finalize and smooth out errors with our venue, kept all of our vendors informed of scheduling and changes and kept us all in check and on time for the wedding day. She was always very easy to get in touch with which makes such a big difference. Day of our wedding she was always in contact with me making sure we had everything we needed which melted all of my stress away. Guadalupe is wonderful! She helped us through our year long journey of wedding planning. She is knowledgeable and patient and always willing to offer suggestions and alternate options. Loved working with Little Miss Planner! I worked with Guadalupe as our month-of coordinator and she was so helpful, not only the month-of … but the 9+ months out since I had booked her! Always prompt in replies and very detailed — helping with things from table set up, to event flow, bringing back ALOT of boxes (sorry for all the pre-wedding shipments haha) to our bungalow post reception and even suggestions for photos. We planned our wedding from over 2k miles away, never once seeing the venue or meeting or vendors in person til the day of, and it was all so perfect and magical. Interview a handful of vendors, stay true to you, and trust your decisions that you have an amazing team working hard to bring the magic to life. Loved working with them and knew our wedding was in great hands the entire weekend!!
