We had an absolutely incredible experience with our wedding room block, and the welcome party and brunch provided by the hotel made our celebration truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how accommodating and organized the hotel staff was. The room block was managed seamlessly by the sales managers, Lena and Shaniya, and our guests had no trouble checking in with the help of the front desk team led by Chris, Simone, and Veronica. The bell staff was incredibly helpful in getting our things settled into the rooms, making the whole process so much easier for everyone. My daughter and son-in-law also stayed here to get ready for the big day. We used a suite for the bridal party and a hospitality suite for the groomsmen. Both were spacious and the perfect places to get ready. We even used Joseph Anthony Spa for hair and makeup, which made the morning of the wedding a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The rehearsal dinner and welcome party were an absolute highlight! The venue was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that allowed everyone to relax and mingle. The food and drinks were exceptional, and the service was top-notch. Andrew, the captain, was so helpful in setting up and offering great tips throughout the evening. The servers, including Cassandra—who even returned some items we accidentally left behind—were wonderful. Anahed and Jaswinder were amazing too, providing fantastic service and ensuring everything ran smoothly. It was the perfect way to kick off the weekend and set the tone for the wedding celebrations to come. WE also loved the lobby bar. The staff was amazing as well. Loved the Bourbon suggestions that Irene and Lindsey made for us and the guest. The post-wedding brunch the following morning was equally impressive. The spread was not only delicious but also offered a variety of options to satisfy every guest's tastes. It was the perfect opportunity for our friends and family to gather one last time, reminisce about the wedding, and enjoy a leisurely morning together. The brunch staff, led by Andrew and Malik, were incredibly attentive, ensuring everyone felt well taken care of. Manny, Cassandra, Effat, and Tharwat were also so helpful, assisting us whenever we needed them. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail, outstanding service, and beautiful spaces made our wedding weekend truly special. We are so grateful for the unforgettable rehearsal dinner, welcome party, get-ready spaces, and brunch, and we highly recommend this hotel to any couple planning their big day.

We held our wedding reception at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in November 2024 as well as hosted our wedding room block. We'd highly recommend for both! We have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about Andreea Denes with catering. We've worked with Andreea for about a year and a half now and she feels like family! Andreea is both professional and personable and ensured we knew all our options for a reception at the Loews. Andreea helped us take advantage of all the amazing event spaces the Loews has to offer (cocktail hour on the 33rd floor, reception in the Millennium Hall, after party in Bank & Bourbon) as well as created a custom package for our reception and cocktail hour that reflected everything we could have wanted. Maria and Lena with the room reservation teams were so wonderful to work with, taking amazing care of our families and accommodating all our changes and requests. The entire Loews staff (catering, concierge, front desk, etc) was absolutely wonderful during our stay. Our guests are still commenting on the exceptional service. About a third of our wedding guests stayed at the Loews and expressed it was the perfect location to spend the weekend exploring Philadelphia.

We had a fantastic time planning our wedding ceremony at the Loews Hotel. We had a reception planned at another location (Reading Terminal Market) which cannot accommodate a ceremony on-site. In reviewing locations nearby, we were most satisfied with the spaces at Loews and the communication that we had with Andreea Denes who served as the coordinator for our event. We booked Loews for both our ceremony, after party, and farewell brunch on the day following the wedding. Throughout the booking and planning process, we received regular communication from the team at Loews who were very capable in assisting us with organizing the timing for our celebrations as well as the food and beverage selection for our various events. We also hosted a hotel room block for our guests at Loews, and the team including Lena, Shaniya and Suzanne were so kind in assisting us with that process for the assigned rooms, lists of guests, and in-suite dining. During our event, every staff member that we interacted with from the front desk to the events staff and housekeeping, everyone at Loews is extremely professional and gracious. It made me feel that we and our guests were cared for, which was important to us on an important occasion like this, when many folks were visiting from out of town. Our wedding ceremony on the 33rd floor was such a perfect and beautiful setting. Andreea went above and beyond to help us have a ceremony that was truly beautiful and special. She had creative and thoughtful suggestions for how to make our day the best, and we are thankful for her experience and wisdom. I will never forget how hard she worked to make that happen, and I am truly grateful to her and all of her colleagues at Loews for their teamwork that brought our day together.

We used the Loews Hotel for our room block for our August 2024 wedding and had such an amazing experience! My husband and I had a beautiful suite with a great view of the city. I also utilized the bridal suite which was a great area that was very spacious for my bridal party to get ready in. All of the rooms were super clean and the staff was very friendly and kind. Our guests enjoyed staying at such a beautiful hotel that is in a great location in center city. We can't wait to come back and stay at the Loews hotel in the future!

Lena and Maria from the Loews in Philly were amazing! We reserved our wedding block there and they were sooo accommodating and helpful throughout the process — ensuring handicap rooms, giving us an amazing rate for our guests, providing multiple free upgrades, giving us chairs to use to get ready the morning of the wedding, extending the block at the last minute to accommodate new guests, providing helpful staff to load things into and out of cars, giving us champagne at the end of our wedding night, even though we got married elsewhere….the list goes on. We couldn’t have been happier to have chosen the Loews in Center City to welcome our guests and cannot recommend them enough to any engaged couples looking for a smooth hotel block experience and to celebrate their first night as newlyweds! I used Loews for my hotel block and as a place to get ready in the morning for my wedding. The Loews team (specifically Maria, Lena, and Suzanne) were so incredibly accommodating from the first time I reached out. They made the morning of my wedding seamless and allowed me to open up the hospitality suite two hours earlier than usual. When we checked in, the staff was SO helpful and nice, everyone from the bellhops to the concierge staff. 10/10 experience and I can't wait to book another visit to Loews in the future with our voucher they gifted us for the wedding!

We had the wedding of our dreams at the Loews. Andreea Denes (Catering Sales Manager) was truly awesome and We couldn’t have asked for a better person to oversee everything for the wedding. She was very communicative, attentive, and helpful through out the entire process. She was always available when we needed her. She made sure everything ran smoothly during the wedding weekend and gave us a truly perfect wedding weekend. We would choose this venue for any future events all over again in a heart beat!

The Loews Hotel was one of our hotel room blocks and where we had our post-wedding brunch. It's also where me and my bridesmaids got ready the day of my wedding. I worked with Maria to coordinate our events and she was wonderful. She was so helpful, responsive and easy to communicate with. My bridesmaids and I had a great experience getting ready in one of the hospitality suites, it was so spacious and the staff was so helpful. We also had a great breakfast to start our day. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone for their wedding event needs!

We had our large Indian Wedding at the Loews Hotel last month and has an absolutely wonderful experience! We had a wedding procession on Market street RIGHT in front of City Hall which was so much fun. Our Ceremony took place in the majestic Millennium Ballroom which has high ceilings and great light coming in during the day. Many of our guests said it was the most organized ceremony that they had been to. We absolutely LOVED the 33rd floor for cocktail hour and brunch. Our guests loved the views which were unparalleled. For the reception, Andreea worked very closely with us to make sure that we were happy with the food and drink choices. She was very responsive and so great to work with for all aspects of planning/coordinating. ! I was worried about the logistics of a large wedding but Andreea and her team are absolute pros. Our guests could not stop raving about how amazing the hotel was many guests told us this was the best wedding they had been to. We had a wonderful experience at the Loews and could not recommend it more.

I used the Loews hotel for my wedding room block for our guests and a suite for me to get ready in on my wedding day. I decided to go with the Loews because they came highly recommended, but in my experience that was not the case. Based on the other reviews I am reading, it seems if you have an actual wedding at the Loews you may get more attention than if you book a room block. If you decide to go with this hotel, be prepared for headaches, they were one of my most difficult vendors to work with. There is no internal alignment at the Loews, leaving you (the bride) to chase multiple people to try and get a clear answers, which is the last thing you want to be dealing with. We had a room block with an attrition, meaning that if we did not fill our room block quota that we would be liable for paying for the rooms we did not fill. The reservation team at the Loews told my guests that the room block had been filled only to find out they had misinformation, this went on for 2 weeks before it got clarified & my guests could book rooms. The Loews did give me additional rooms which they emphasized was gracious of them, but they caused the issue so they should have been responsible to make it right. As for catering, I agree with the review that said you must stay on top of that team, if you don’t then you won’t have food. I also paid for food for 12 people while getting ready in the suite and was given one medium thermos of coffee and when we asked for more, we were told that it would be an additional charge. The amount of coffee should be the same as the food provided. I was also told that I had to pay for my in-suite food prior to the day of the reservation and provided credit card information to the Loews, only to get a bill three weeks later for the same thing that I already given. Again, no internal alignment at this hotel – everyone is all over the place. The same thing happened to us with the welcome bags, some people got them when they checked in and others didn’t. I will say the outward facing staff at the Loews was wonderful, and our pictures did turn out well but if you go with this hotel for your room block, be prepared for headaches and unclear information.

We had THE perfect wedding thanks to Andreea Denes and the team at the Loews. Not only was the venue stunningly beautiful- 33rd Fl - views were unparalleled…but I cannot say enough about the service, the wraparound support, omg the food was actually ALL delicious… truly everything was seamless! As a couple “to be” you are already a bit stressed that all goes as planned; we went into the day with assurances that all would be fine, especially because the communication was always on point and the team was quickly responsive. I have to say we had the best wedding of our imagination at the Philadelphia Loews- oh and our personal server for the night was sweet, attentive, professional, and totally added to the experience! Venue- check; service from inception to end - check; recommendations- check; genuine excitement and support- check; perfect wedding day to begin our marriage- BIG CHECK ✅

The Loews was a beautiful choice for our wedding. We had our ceremony and reception on the 33rd floor, the view in the Terrace for the ceremony was breathtaking and the 3 spaces perfectly accommodated our 70 guests throughout ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Our primary contact through the Loews was Andreea Denes, she was a pleasure to work with. She seamlessly guided us through each step of the planning and was on site during our wedding to support throughout the day. We cannot say enough good things about Andreea and would recommend the Loews to any couple in need of an all-in-one venue, or even just for cocktail hour and reception. We also recommend getting the upgraded wedding package which nearly doubles the selections and adds a lot of nice touches to the reception. Andreea and all the staff at the Loews provided us with a stress free and unforgettable day!

June 2023 - The 33rd floor - Loews Hotel Philadelphia. - George Grant Wedding .... I cannot say enough GOOD things about The LOEWS Philadelphia Hotel for a WEDDING Reception! From the planning stage to the wedding day... Andreea Denes (catering sales manager) along with all Loews amazing STAFF were a pleasure to work with! Andreea seamlessly coordinated the wishes of our daughter and son-in-law (who resided in South Carolina at the time) along with the Bride and Grooms family in NJ to create a wonderful and memorable wedding reception . Andreea was always professional and was easy to communicate with when questions arose. A huge SHOUT OUT to the wonderful Loews STAFF for the great service and delicious and plentiful FOOD that our guests still can't stop talking about. The event ran smoothly allowing the Bride and Groom to enjoy their day!! The whole 33rd floor was utilized for the wedding - the Cocktail hour took place in two rooms full of windows with a stunning view of the city, dinner in the lovely main room with a large window across the front. then music and dancing and one of the bars in an adjacent room which allowed for the party to continue while leaving some guests to sit and talk without having to yell over loud music. There is also a large foyer where another bar was located that allowed for guests to congregate and take in a gorgeous view of Philadelphia. Parking was conveniently located right at the hotel. Room blocks were arranged for our guests who chose to stay overnight in beautiful and clean rooms. The hotel in a whole was lovely and clean. We did host a breakfast the next morning on the 33rd floor for those who stayed overnight. Again the food did not disappoint. Our guests still rave about the food and what a great time they had as did we !!

The Loews Philadelphia team was a dream to work with! They were happy to answer any and all questions we had during the planning process. The food was fantastic and the views are stunning. On our actual day everyone was SO attentative to our guests and no one had any complaints. It was the best, most smooth day ever!!

We worked with Andreea Denes primarily and she was amazing. 12/10 went above and beyond with helping us execute our wedding day. She was extremely professional and easy to work with. The Loews Philadelphia is a beautiful venue. We got married on the 33rd Floor and the floor to ceiling views of the Philly sky line were breathtaking.

We just got married at the Loews this past weekend, and we had a PHENOMENAL experience. Choosing the Loews as a venue was one of the best choices we made in the wedding planning process. From start to finish, the people we worked with were tremendous. We were primarily in contact with Andreea, who was incredibly responsive and communicative with us. She answered questions quickly and put in so much care to make sure that the Loews did everything they could to provide us with the wedding we wanted. We had a Indian-Jewish fusion wedding ceremony that introduced complications in terms of design and set up, but Andreea and her team at Loews were accommodating at every turn. On the wedding weekend itself, we were impressed with the level of service we received. When something unexpectedly went awry with decor on the day of the wedding, a number of staff members (including Andrew, Tony, and Steve) were fast in helping us find alternative solutions and additional items we could use. All in all, we are so grateful we had our wedding at the Loews Hotel and would strongly recommend it to others!

Loews and the team there are incredible. Dealing with wedding planning during the pandemic was not easy, but the Loews made sure to not add to the stress of it all, and made sure we were taken care of! They were extremely organized, attentive to our wants and needs, and made our day go off without a hitch! Debbie was the best day of coordinator we could’ve hoped for, and we loved working with her and the rest of the Loews team! Every detail was met and our vision of our beautiful wedding day came true! We can’t thank you or recommend your hotel enough, not only for the best cocktail hour/reception, but also for the accommodations for our guests!

We had our hotel room block of about 60 rooms at the Loews. Check-in went very smooth and all of our guests loved it. Leading up to our wedding, Joshua helped us and was very quick to respond to emails and answer any questions.

Working with the Loews for our hotel block was awesome. They were extremely helpful in getting the block together and very fair on pricing. The hotel is gorgeous, and the rooms are so nice. Awesome location too!

We are so so happy that we chose the Loews as our wedding venue! Huajia is an absolute gem to work with and really made the planning process seamless. We had a lot to plan with an event on Friday and a lunch, Hindu ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception on Saturday. Huajia made sure that we had everything we needed and was incredibly flexible to work with. As the plan progressed and we thought of more needs, such as a babysitting room and dressing rooms, she made it happen. Our guests raved about both the 33rd floor venue for cocktail hour and all of the food options. We also had our after party at Bank and Bourbon, complete with drink tickets, which was perfect for us and our guests. Oh and by the way, the bridal suite that the Loews put us in was epic. In the months leading up to the event and throughout the whole wedding weekend, Huajia’s continuous availability and the support from the Loews made all the difference!

We hosted our indian wedding reception at this location about a month ago. Andrea was outstanding to work with as she took the time at every meeting to answer all the questions/concerns we had. Not having a wedding planner, she made the process very smooth for me. The Loews team were excellent with coordinating all the vendors. Josh who handled our rooms, was very prompt and extremely helpful during this process. All the guests were praising how beautiful the hotel and rooms were. Would highly recommend this venue for any grand function!!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in March 2022 and were so overjoyed with their service and wedding expertise. Huajia was our contact and did an incredible job. We were so grateful for her leadership, professionalism, and dedication. The bride's shoe strap broke during the receiption and Huajia fixed it right away! In addition, she bustled the bride's dress! The set-up of the room was phenomenal, the food was divine, and the views from the 33rd floor of the hotel are unforgettable. It was a spectacular event, and all of our guests felt so welcomed and well-treated by all of the Loew's staff they encountered. You will be in great hands if you book your event at the Loew's!

My husband and I had our large Indian wedding at Loews just a month ago. From top to bottom, I could not recommend this venue more. Let’s start with the fact that we booked this venue before the pandemic. They handled the need for rescheduling so gracefully, permitting us to move our date without hassle or obstacle. We initially worked with Andrea, then Craig, and then Huajia- over what approached two years to make our dream wedding come true. They each responded diligently, never leaving a question unanswered and never leaving us uncomfortable. I have so many friends who were getting married around the same time and they all had difficulties with their venue in the face of the pandemic. We did not. Loews Philadelphia stood up to the challenge and helped us move forward, they ensured to us that all would be okay. Our saving grace, ultimately, became Huajia who became involved with our wedding a few months before the date. She became the person I didn’t realize I needed but - was who I needed. Someone who knew the hotel in and out, every square foot- she made every request, dream, hope, and worry her sole priority . She made our dreams come true. She worked with our vendors day in and day out to make sure the visions we had didn’t just remain as visions. She responded to me at all hours, knowing that even a word from her when I was unsure about something would be so much to me. Our families could only rave about Loews, along with the hundreds of extended friends and family we had at the event. If I could have a wedding every year- this is where it would be. The staff, the service, the venue, and the commitment are indescribable. They are luxury with the face of familiarity, approachability, and compassion. Love to this team and this hotel - always always and always!

The entire planning process with the Loews was an absolute dream! They made everything so easy and it all turned out beautifully! Andreea is a superstar!! She helped make sure all details were covered and was very responsive throughout the planning process whenever we had a question. I highly recommend the Loews as a venue for your wedding reception!!! We had the most perfect day and many people have told us that it was the best wedding they ever went too! Every person we interacted with at the Loews was wonderful and Andreea went above and beyond to give us the day of our dreams!

We had the most incredible wedding at the Loews Philadelphia! We did two walkthroughs of the venue with Craig, once on our own & once with our parents and Craig was able to answer every question that we had. We had a guest count of approximately 90 people and we were able to do both cocktail hour and dinner/reception on the 33rd floor. There were so many options for guest at cocktail hour with different hors d'oeuvres and multiple stations to choose from. Dinner was also fantastic! Unfortunately because of Covid restrictions, we were not able to have a full tasting, but we were still accommodated and able to test out some of the salad and entree options for dinner. Even without getting a chance to taste the cocktail hour food, we made our selections and were so happy with how everything tasted! Planning out details with Huajia was a life-saver! She made me feel like everything was under control - and it definitely was! She was ready to answer my questions and get the ball rolling right away on the morning of our wedding and throughout the night. Everything went so smoothly! We had the absolute perfect day and could not recommend the Loews enough!!

My husband and I had booked the Lowes as our reception venue for our originally scheduled 2020 city themed wedding. Unfortunately, due to Covid we had to push the wedding back several times. With the frequently changing Philadelphia restrictions, Craig always kept us up to date on what our options were. The week of the wedding we found out that we would be permitted to have our reception for up to 75 people. It was the 1st wedding in over a year that the Loews had held. Craig and Huajia quickly put plans into place on how to modify our cocktail hour and ballroom's setup to adjust for the changed guest count. They were even able to provide us with last minute vendors for additional add-ons. In addition to Craig and Huajia, Sabrina was in charge of our room block for guests. She was always quick with her responses and accommodated last minute changes while still honoring our room block rate. The night of the reception, Huajia was there upon our arrival to ensure anything we needed was taken care of. One of the things that was important to us was quickly moving through wedding traditions so that we could begin the party and Huajia kept us on schedule so that we were able to do that. We got our own personal server the night of the wedding and she always made sure that we were alright and was quick to refill our drinks if we were low. We were able to have our cocktail hour on the 33rd floor which has the most beautiful views of the city that we have ever seen! The food was delicious! Our guests still talk about how great the food was especially during cocktail hour. Our reception was held in the Regal Ballroom which has a modern feel. Due to all of our difficulties with Covid, the hotel even upgraded our drink package and suite, again with incredible views of the city! The only thing we were disappointed with was that you can no longer take pictures up on the roof with the PSFS sign. Apparently there has been a change with insurance so they are no longer doing it. But we were having so much fun during the party we did not mind that much in the moment. While it was difficult to cut down our guest list to 75 people, we are thrilled that we were able to have our reception in our original venue of choice. The Loews is a breathtaking venue and beyond accommodating for their clients.

Huajia and team absolutely made my wedding amazing. From the food to the views and service to the planning....I have never felt so taken care of. I couldn't imagine having my wedding anywhere else.

2020 has been a really tough year. Easily the biggest highlight for us was our wedding which just preceded the onset of the COVID pandemic. And we will be eternally thankful to the Loews for providing the rooms/suites for the wedding party as well as a gorgeous skyline view room for our farewell brunch. Andreea and the whole Loews team could not have been more professional or responsive and helped us come up with a wonderful custom brunch buffet. They even accommodated our request to have the wedding party on the same floor despite being completely booked up—it meant a lot. And let’s not forget being able to take our getting ready and first-look photos in one of the most historic buildings in Philadelphia (and for that matter, the nation!) The incredible art-deco architecture views were an incredible bonus! At the end of a very long and happy day, we got back to our suite to find a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and custom pillow covers—so thoughtful! Thank you so much to the whole Loews team—we will never forget your help and we’d highly recommend your hotel to any couples looking for an amazing venue to be part of their special day. We got married on 1/11/2020 at The Loews Hotel Philadelphia and with the help of Andreea Denes, everything was absolutely perfect. We utilized the entire 33rd floor, having our ceremony in the stunning Terrace room, moving the Lescaze room for the cocktail hour, and then finally having dinner and dancing in the Howe room. Our guests wouldn't stop raving about how beautiful the views were. During the reception we utilized the Terrace again as a bar/lounge area and also had a photobooth in that room. This was Andreea's idea and it was a perfect plan because it gave people a chance to move around, enjoy the view, but also be close to the main room (Howe) where the all the action was/dancefloor was. The food was spectacular and we were treated to a beautiful tasting event about 8 months prior the wedding where the Chef actually personally came out and introduced himself and promised every meal served would be perfect. He held true to his promise. We received many compliments on the cocktail hour offerings/display stations as well as the dinners. All of the Loews staff was amazing, especially Andreea. From day one I could tell we were in great hands, particularly because she did an excellent job of listening to us and making sure that all of our ideas were heard and concerns were addressed. She help make all of our visions come true. If we could do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing.

I got married at the Loews Hotel on 12.28.19 and had the absolute BEST time! We got married on the 33rd floor with 220 people, and had the reception in the Millenium ballroom on the 2nd floor. We did not have a wedding planner, and so Elizabeth was able to fill all of our needs. From the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception, everything went so smoothly. The staff at the Loews could not have been more kind and helpful to me and my guests. At every moment, someone from the Loews was there to help us. We absolutely loved having our wedding in Philadelphia and especially at such a nice venue. I would absolutely recommend the Loews 11/10 !!

I had an exceptionally great experience with the Philadelphia Loews Hotel last week, as family and friends gathered from all over to celebrate me and my new hubby's love and nuptials. From the valet staff, to the front desk concierge, to the bellmen, to the head maître d, service was incredibly impressive, as everyone was tremendously accommodating and went above and beyond with taking care of my family and friends, to assure that we had the very best and most comfortable stay. I truly appreciate the Loews Catering Manager, Ms. Andreea Denes, who was the utmost professional from the time I began planning my wedding. Andreea's wedding planning and organizing expertise was invaluable and she and her staff most definitely made all of my wedding day dreams come true. She transformed my 'Classic Elegance' Philadelphia affair from a vision into a skyline view reality. I highly recommend the Philadelphia Loews to all future brides and bridal parties. Both my husband and I felt attended to and supported all weekend through. If you want to create a long weekend with an unbeatable scenic skyline views or host your own glamorous Philadelphia wedding, you cannot go wrong with the Loews! I love this hotel and all that they did for my husband and me. We plan on making the Loews our new happy place for every major anniversary from here on out. From the very first meeting at the Loews, I knew I wanted to have my wedding reception there! I immediately fell in love with the amazing view from the 33rd floor for the cocktail hour, the grand windows in the Millennium Ballroom and catering sales manager, Andreea Denes. The view of the Philadelphia skyline from the 33rd floor paints an amazing backdrop for any cocktail hour! From our first meeting with Andreea, I knew we were in good hands as she is so professional, kind and attentive to detail. She carefully listened to our desires and requests and worked diligently to make them happen! Since my husband was born in India, I wanted our wedding to be a reflection of both his culture and my American culture. Andreea guided us in combining the two cultures, allowing the hotel to work with an outside Indian caterer to provide additional food. Throughout the year of wedding planning, Andreea readily made herself available by phone and in person for several meetings. The location of the Loews at 1200 Market was perfect for both our out of town guests and those locals who wanted to make a night of it in the city! The rooms are beautiful and we were able to provide our guests with a fabulous room rate! The night before the wedding, Andreea upgraded us to a gorgeous suite which was perfect for the bridal party getting ready. After the reception, the hotel workers sent food back to our suite as they noticed my husband and I didn't make much time for eating during the reception! The bar in the hotel lobby provided a great setting for the after party! I was so happy with our special day and would highly recommend the Loews for an event!

We got married at the Loews Labor Day weekend (a very busy weekend in Philadelphia) and Amanda and her team made it feel like we were the only ones there. From the beginning of the planning process through brunch on Sunday, everything was executed flawlessly. Amanda went above and beyond our expectations, asking the questions we didn't even know we needed to ask. She was able to guide us and help plan the best night of our lives. Her ability to work seamlessly with our other vendors allowed me to sleep soundly through the night knowing that she was out doing everything for us. From the moment we arrived on Thursday, Amanda and her team were there every step of the way. The ballrooms were absolutely beautiful and the night really exceeded all of my expectations. I am so thankful that I got married here and I couldn't imagine going through it without Amanda and her teams help.

Working with Andreea at the Loews was literally the best wedding decision We made!!! She was so kind, helpful and calm at all times. She made it such a special year+ for us and never let us get nervous or worried. The Loews itself was an awesome, modern, cool venue where we were able to create our dream NYE wedding in different spaces of the hotel. Everyone enjoyed their rooms, the service and especially the cocktail hour and food overall (late night cheesesteaks!!) Don’t think twice about getting married here!!! Andreea is an actual god send and I miss talking to her everyday!!!

We got married at the Loews in March 2019 and the day could not have been more perfect. Everyone at the Loews was so attentive and accommodating to us and our guests. Amanda was extremely helpful and was available any time I had questions. The days leading up to the wedding were not stressful because I knew I was in great hands. We had our cocktail hour on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the city, and our reception in the ballroom, which was more than big enough to accommodate our wedding reception. The food was impeccable; people still talk about it! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and I can’t imagine celebrating getting married anywhere else!

I cannot speak highly enough regarding the level of service provided by every staff member of the Loews Philadelphia Hotel. Andreea was an absolute joy to work with and helped us the entire journey of planning our wedding. She always made herself available by phone or in person for questions, meetings, timeline walkthroughs etc right up until the wedding day. She handled everything with grace and I could not have pictured our wedding day without Andreea, helping everything to run smoothly. We chose to have our reception in the Millennium Ballroom and cocktail hour on the 33rd floor. Our room block was approximately 120 or so. The service was incredible at every level - from check-in and front-desk personnel to banquet captain night of and even checking out just before our honeymoon, everyone made us feel so special throughout the entire weekend. Although our wedding was almost a year ago, I am still in awe of our entire experience and attendees still are raving about our wedding weekend. From the moment we met Andreea, she was kind, thoughtful and personable. She was there to guide us the entire way. We cannot say enough about the Loews and Andreea!

When we booked our venue in Philly, we knew we wanted to stay at the Loews for our wedding weekend. Sabrina and Mary were so amazing to work with for our room block. They were organized, professional and kind. We were so pleased with the room rate they were able to offer our guests. Everyone was shocked they were able to stay at such a gorgeous hotel for a reasonable rate. We also did our first look photos on the 33rd floor overlooking the city and they are amazing. All of our guests had a great experience and after the reception ended, our guests loved hanging out at Bank & Bourbon to continue the celebration. They also made our weekend incredible with a beautiful suite with views of the city and sweet surprises on our wedding night to make us feel so special. We also booked an additional conference room for the bridesmaids to get ready in and it was so perfect and reasonable to book. We loved the Loews and look forward to coming back.

We had a large Indian wedding at the Loews, with several different events happening and many vendors and guests. Across the board, the Loews did an amazing job taking care of us, and really made the weekend special for me and my husband. Every single staff member was incredibly helpful, and our guests found the entire experience spectacular! You also can't beat this amazing location. Andreea Denes went above and beyond for us, and we are so grateful to her for everything. Could not recommend more highly!

We chose Loews hotel for our wedding brunch, after party and for our guests to stay at. Our guests loved Loews hotel and raves about the service and how easy the check in process was. Our party had booked over 80 rooms and the Loews management made this so easy for us! Sabrina was extremely responsive and always helped out with all requests no matter how small or big. We worked with Andreea for all other arrangements and she was AMAZING. Our guests raved about the brunch in the Millennium ballroom! The presentation was appreciated by our guests and the food so good. And last the after party at the bank and bourbon was the best way to end the night. Our guests traveled from afar to celebrate with us and they were touched with us treating them so well at the after party. My recommendation to future brides and grooms is to go with the a place that knows what they are doing. Loews is this place and can help with all the details and make your even memorable.

Loved having Loews as our wedding room block! They gave us a super reasonable price for all of our guests. The rooms were clean and beautiful and they even gave us 20% off of parking for all of our guests! Loews hotel was also so close to our church and venue. We also loved working with Sabrina. She was there to answer all of our questions! The front desk also handed out all of our welcome bags to all of our quests! Loews made everything so easy for us!

The Loews was absolutely amazing and we couldn't have picked a better venue. From the food, to the views, and the service we received it was impeccable. Andreea was so easy to work with and able to answer any questions or concerns we had. We were able to customize our package for the entire day. She kept us updated as we went along. I stayed in the hotel the night before since the church was so close to the reception hall. Upon checking in I gave them my cell number and I was told that I could text them with whatever I needed. I did end up realizing my husband had my toothbrush and toothpaste. They did deliver within an hour. It was great! The day of our wedding Andreea and her team were outstanding. Andreea kept us updated as things were happening. We asked for food and drinks to be set aside for the bridal party to have before the reception. It was so nice to have a moment to sit down and digress before we got bombarded by everyone. It was an experience we and our guests will never forget. Thank you so much Andreea and the Loews staff for making our wedding day so wonderful!

Our wedding day was absolutely amazing! The friendly staff impressed our family and guests from the moment they walked into the hotel to the day of the wedding and the farewell brunch. The food was delicious and the cocktail hour was so rich. ! We didn't get to eat much as we were having fun with our guests but we received a lot of compliments. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about this venue. Everything was done so beautifully and eloquently! Andreea was an absolute dream to work with - request her. Mina was our maitre D for the night who was also very sweet and amazing to work with. Everything was so easy and simple and everything turned out better than we could have thought.

The Loews Hotel was incredibly professional and friendly throughout our entire planning process. Andreea was always readily available and more than happy to go above and beyond for us whenever she could. From Andreea to the rest of the entire staff, they loaded and unloaded our vehicles, transported and stored decorations, and were overall extremely accommodating. Even in the threat of a hurricane, the Loews worked day and night to maintain the 33rd floor to ensure that our wedding and reception went as planned down to every last detail. We could not be happier with our choice to hold our wedding at the Loews Philadelphia and I HIGHLY recommend anyone considering holding their wedding there to book it while they can!

We had an absolutely amazing wedding at Loews! Everyone that we encountered along the way, from first viewing the venue, to booking a hotel block, to day-of attendants, were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The space was exactly the space we were looking for, with beautiful views of the city. The food was unbelievable - people STILL tell us how good the food was, 8 months after the wedding! It was a perfect wedding!

We had our wedding hotel block at the Loews. From start to finish, working with them was a dream. They allowed us to add extra rooms to our block at no charge (we had 40!) and everyone was extremely pleased with their rooms upon check in. Multiple guests came up to us to tell us how impressed they were with the hotel and the service. We had our rehearsal dinner at Bank and Bourbon, which was delicious and went off without a hitch. Following the wedding, my husband and I really appreciated the personalized touches left for us in our suite. Thanks to Sabrina, Elizabeth, Mary, and everyone at the Loews for being so sweet and accommodating and making our day so special! We couldn't be happier.

We were married June 2, 2018 on 33rd floor. We had the ceremony and reception all on the same floor for 100 guests. It was perfect! The food was amazing, they did a great job setting everything up and I didn't have a wedding planner. The bridal suite was perfect for getting the girls ready. Andreea is the catering manager we worked with and she was FANTASTIC! Our wedding wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't for her! Loews 33rd floor had amazing views of the city and even gorgeous in a rain storm!

It was a pleasure working with Andreea Denes ,she is the best and so understanding of our Indian culture. She is so accommodating and respectful of our needs. We used the Loews for our hotel block for the guests at our Philadelphia wedding. Sabrina was our initial contact and she and Mary helped us throughout the process. They helped us decide how many rooms we needed, kept us updated on the status of the bookings, and answered my many questions leading up to the wedding regarding special needs for some of the rooms, welcome bags, hospitality suites where we got ready during the day, catering menus for food if we needed it, and even coordinating the bar to stay open late for us when we got back from the wedding! The price point is also the best you'll find in the city for a wedding block, so I'd definitely recommend them.
