If you are looking for a fabulous venue to host your wedding in Downtown Chicago, look no further than The London House! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were impressed with the level of attentive service from every single employee. We visited the hotel on several occasions to see the venue space, and were treated with the utmost kindness and patience. All of our questions were answered, and their assurance that all would be well on our daughter's wedding day, gave us complete confidence in booking this hotel for our daughter's event. Prior to the wedding date, a "tasting" was held at the hotel, and hosted by the Director Of Weddings, Steve Sleczka. We had a chance to sample all of the dinner and wine options that were available, and make our final selections. Steve was efficient, knowledgeable, and coordinated the entire event with grace, style, humor and patience. He was so organized, and covered the timeline for the entire day, which was exceedingly comforting and informative. Steve is a true professional and his experience and expertise in delivering the utmost in Customer Service is amazing! On our daughter's wedding weekend, the check in was seamless, and our room was AMAZING!! The view of Michigan Avenue was beautiful, and the room was spacious, updated and very comfortable. On the actual wedding day, Steve and his crew did not disappoint. Every single detail was managed, and Steve personally attended to making sure everything was in order from morning until night!! All of the employees at the London House are friendly, helpful, accommodating and dedicated to insuring that your stay and event run as smooth as possible. The food was plated beautifully, and so many of our guests commented on the generous portions, and that it was the most delicious food they had been served at a wedding! The large venue room is stunning, and having the view of the beautiful city in the background is so impressive. Our guests were also very pleased and impressed with the rooms in the London House, and the convenience of the hotel's proximity to various city locations. Simply said, if you are looking for a classy, elegant, beautiful, gorgeous, sophisticated experience in Downtown Chicago, you cannot go wrong in choosing the London House for your wedding. You will be pleasantly surprised and treated like Royalty from beginning to end!!

From the moment my then Fiance (now Wife) walked into the LondonHouse and met Steve, we knew this was the location for our wedding. The attention to detail, the ambiance, the layout, the location, everything just seemed perfect. (and it was!) We even had a few obstacles to maneuver through which unfortunately made us have to change our wedding date, and Steve helped us navigate those obstacles with very little to no friction whatsoever. when guests did not book their rooms on the block in time, no problem, Steve was there to help add them after the cut off date. Fast forward to the day of the event, and it was breathtaking! The food... I've had countless texts claiming this was the best food at a wedding our guests ever had. The presidential suite that my wife and I got to enjoy for two nights made us feel like absolute royalty. (I may never look at a regular hotel room the same ever again lol) All in all, there are MANY choices to host your special day, but if you want the upper echelon of special, please do yourself a favor and book at The London house. The only downside is you only get one because boy would I love to do it all over again there! :)

We had the most perfect wedding weekend at LondonHouse Chicago!! Steve and the team were first class the whole way. From our initial visit, to the tasting, to the the day we arrived, and throughout our event. The food was delicious, which is not always easy when catering to so many people. We received countless compliments on how good the sea bass and steak were! Everything was taken care of between the LH team and our wedding planner, if there was a hiccup at all we had no idea! It was seamless. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about the London house! We had a small wedding in the Étoile room, which had a stunning patio space. The event manager, Steve, made this day so incredible. He helped with everything and had amazing suggestions. He also answered all my questions promptly. The food was incredible and the staff was on point. We were also upgraded to the presidential suite. It was an incredible night and our guests thought our wedding was 3x the cost. We were all able to take photos on the rooftop which usually is a fee. If you are thinking about it just do it. You will be in great hands!

The most iconic wedding venue in Chicago exceeded our expectations. Steve helped us every step of the way to ensure our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. He promptly responded to every email, offered wonderful advice (we loved the lamb chop lollipop- you won’t be disappointed), flexible with our changes/requests and made our wedding day run so smoothly. The entire staff at the LondonHouse was kind, helpful, attentive and professional. Our guests loved the Juliette Grand Ballroom views and river/skyline views from the cocktail hour space, raves about the food and how gorgeous the rooms are. The food was amazing and beautifully plated. We utilized the Cupola for our first look, private vows and group photos. It is the most beautiful view and a private space that feels intimate in a busy city. I cannot recommend this location enough!

Our wedding at the LondonHouse exceeded expectations in every way! Between the service, food, accommodations and more, we were beyond thrilled with how everything came together. Steve and his staff went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly so that we and our families were able to enjoy ourselves fully. Wow!!! We cannot even begin to express how impressed we were with our London House Wedding. It was everything we imagined and more. People kept preparing us for our wedding day and saying “there is always something that doesn’t go as planned, be prepared for imperfections, there are always hiccups”. Well… we really can’t think of anything that went off track on our day at LH. It truly was a perfect day. Everything ran on schedule, all the small details came together seamlessly. All our guests have been raving about the venue, the food. Everyone had an amazing time. We had quite a few guests that stayed over the weekend and they absolutely loved the hotel and service. The positive feedback from guests has been overwhelming (we haven’t had a lot of “if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all”). Behind all of this magic at LH is Steve. He truly deserves every accolade the industry has to offer. From the first venue tour until the end of our wedding day, he was there orchestrating the perfect event. He promptly responded to emails, provided all necessary information, made sure all vendors knew where to go and what to do, made thoughtful suggestions to add personalized touches to our wedding. All our vendors loved working with him. Thank you Steve and London House! We would give more stars if they were available.

My Daughter celebrated her wedding at the London House Chicago on 12/31/2023. The London House is not only the most beautiful Hotel, but the staff was outstanding and the food even better! Our guests could not believe how wonderful dinner was and our Monday morning brunch incredible. The reception you receive upon arrival was warm and welcoming and while a small hotel, it is grand in everything in everything they do. The whole weekend ran like a brand-new clock. Many thanks to Steve Sleczka who runs a very tight ship and who helped give my daughter her dream wedding. Door staff and Bellman to front desk reception it was absolutely wonderful.

If you are looking for the most beautiful wedding venue in Chicago- then look no further. The LondonHouse Chicago is the most beautiful hotel to get married at in Chicago. From the delicious food to the breathtaking views, I had the wedding of my dreams!!!! The staff are absolutely wonderful, and Steve is exactly who you want in your corner for the big day. I felt as if I had someone who truly cared about my vision for my wedding and brought it to life. He is so attentive, so wonderful, and felt like I was planning a wedding with a loved family member. My pictures on the cupola were absolutely breathtaking. I will be forever grateful for the LondonHouse team for making my day so wonderful.

My husband and I are incredibly happy that we chose LondonHouse for our ceremony and reception -- we truly could not have asked for a better weekend. Steve and his team are extremely professional and helpful every step of the way; from our very first tour of the property to our farewell brunch the morning after our wedding, everything was absolutely perfect. We could not recommend LondonHouse more. One of the things we loved most about this venue was the incredible attention to detail and the invaluable years of experience that the LondonHouse team brings to the table. Steve made us feel so at ease that no matter what happened (for example, it stormed on the day of our wedding and we had to quickly shift photography locations on the property), everything would work out perfectly, and it did. He was always planning ten steps ahead. We also LOVED the food at LondonHouse, and our guests continue to rave about it. There are so many great options, from the hors d'oeuvres to the sweets, and the team did such a good job making accommodations for dietary restrictions and allergies. They also partner with a local bakery for the wedding cake, so that's also one less thing to plan yourselves. I cannot emphasize enough how beautiful this place is and how lucky we felt to have a venue that truly cared about making our wedding as beautiful and stress-free as it was. The food selections were tasty and everyone raves about the Iconic Chicago station all night. Joshua and I had our wedding at Londonhouse on 9/9/23. To say it was an absolute dream wedding would be an understatement! Steve was absolutely fantastic to work with. He replies to emails within minutes, is always available to help with any and everything, and is extremely knowledgeable of not only Londonhouse, but the wedding world in general! Steve truly has it down to a science! From the bellhop staff, to the dinner service, the bar service, and everyone in between, Londonhouse did a phenomenal job. The LondonHouse was our DREAM wedding venue. We reviewed and toured tens of venues, from downtown hotels to museums and more. Once we saw LH, we know it was the one! The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Chicago river are to die for... and that's just the beginning. Steve (Director of Weddings) was AMAZING to work with - he's incredibly sharp, detail-oriented and organized. His background is in wedding planning and he always had the best recommendation and tips tailored to the venue. Now for the feedback from our guests - so many of our guests told us that the food served was the BEST wedding food they've ever had! The out of town guests were also very impressed with the hotel room/amenities and location. If you're thinking about having your wedding at LH, don't think twice. I can't imagine a better venue in downtown Chicago. BONUS: I have severe food allergies and was very anxious about safely eating on my wedding day. Steve and the staff were incredibly accommodating and respectful of my allergies (and those of wedding guests) and the night went off without a hitch. I can't put a price on the peace of mind I had knowing LH was taking special care of my food allergies on my big night. Big thank you to Steve and the team for making our dream weekend come true!

The LondonHouse is the perfect place to be married at. We did not spend too long looking for venues as we quickly realized how good this place would be. We had our wedding in the Juliette Grand Ballroom. It was beautiful. The wall of windows overlooking the river was absolutely breathtaking. The food at the venue was excellent as well! We are still receiving compliments on all the food served from the hors d’oeuvres to the main entrée. All of the staff at the LondonHouse were phenomenal to work with and all extremely kind individuals. Steve the venue coordinator was incredible to work with as well. He is very kind and patient and has a great sense of humor. He is very organized and flexible. He will help coordinate everything within the LondonHouse. He has a very thorough timeline for all the events leading up to the wedding and the whole day of the wedding. He also prepared a list of outside venues we may need as well suggestions for those they have worked with in the past. If we had any questions, we emailed them to him and he was very quick to respond and always professional. He was very familiar with everything that goes in to hosting a wedding. He coordinated our whole day with our day of coordinator and we didn’t have to worry about anything. We were actually able to enjoy our day. Steve was priceless and a big reason we chose this venue.

We had our wedding at London House on 05/26/2023 and we had the best day, the best service, the best food and the best location. Steve from day one when we met him made our experience so enjoyable planning the day and ensured that everything went smoothly on the day. We had our first look on the Cupola, cocktail hour in the Etoile room and an amazing dinner and drinks reception. We highlight recommend London House for smaller weddings, we had 50 guests and they have an event room to accommodate with a private terrace and city views. Our guests were really wowed by the service during their stay at the hotel, the amazing event and the incredible food! It really was the best day ever - thank you to Steve, Justin and the LH team!

We had our wedding at LondonHouse in June 2022 and it was by far better than anything I could have imagined. So many of our guests, even months later, have told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. The entire LondonHouse team, and Steve in particular, went above and beyond to make the whole process so smooth and easy. Steve was there the day of the wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly, and he promptly answered every question we had leading up to the wedding. I cannot say enough good things about him; he knows what he’s doing and he does it incredibly well. Every detail of the day and the process leading up to it was so meticulously thought through. The food was amazing and the service was incredible. I cannot recommend LondonHouse enough to anyone looking for a downtown location to have their wedding. The entire process was low-stress and the result was beyond anything I could have imagined. The views of the river are spectacular, the ballroom and cocktail area are beautiful, and it’s located in such a great spot for pictures. We did our first look up in the cupola on the rooftop, and then walked around Michigan Ave, the Wrigley Building, and the river for photos with our wedding party. The entire day was beyond perfect.

We had our wedding at LondonHouse & it could not have been a greater experience for us, our guests & throughout the entire wedding planning process. Steve has been in the industry for years & his experience shows - he was so knowledgeable throughout the entire process & it showed when the time came to execute. Several guests came up to us to mention this was the best banquet style food they’ve ever had at a wedding, everything was executed to perfection & everything came out hot & prepared to everyone’s expectations. There was nothing but rave reviews about the mushroom soup, the Seabass & the Filet. Not only that, but the rooms were amazing & we are so thankful for how we were treated as guests at London House. The penthouse suite was beautiful and we really enjoyed our night & the following day there. Our wedding planner said this was one of the most professional teams they’ve ever worked with & the teamwork that was displayed during the room flip was nothing short of incredible. So again, thank you so much for everything throughout the process. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone considering hosting a wedding in Chicago!

We had our daughters wedding at LondonHouse and it was the best decision! First, Steve and the staff were exceptional to work with and handled everything from booking to "day of" with great attention to detail. Second, the food was amazing - we had many compliments from the hors d'oeuvres all the way to the late night snack. Finally, the venue itself was perfect because everything is on one private floor with fantastic views of the city from every window. As an added bonus, the tower on top of the building made for stunning wedding photos! We also had a brunch in E'toile at LondonHouse the morning after the wedding. Once again, the food was exceptional! Please do not sleep on this venue when choosing yours - it's phenomenal!

We made the best decision having our November 2021 wedding at LondonHouse Chicago. The moment we met with Steve - Director of Weddings - we were sold. He helped us effortlessly navigate a reschedule and made our event so memorable. Not to mention the actual venue itself is so elegant and timeless. Booking our wedding through the LondonHouse was the best decision we made. We got married a few months ago and still receive compliments from guests on how great everything was. The staff was very professional and the reception could not have gone more smooth operationally thanks to Steve's many years of experience. However, one of the biggest compliments we have received from guests is the food. There are many wedding caterers that can provide somewhat bland food based on past weddings I have attended. I would eat the reception food at LondonHouse over a majority of restaurants in Chicago. It is fantastic and every hors d'oeuvres or reception course was a hit with our guests. This was not something we could really test out initially when first reviewing reception vendors but we were even more happy with our decision after our food tasting. Lastly, the LondonHouse location along the riverwalk (and near numerous major attractions) is excellent especially during summer. We had many out of town guests visiting for the first time and we received several compliments on how impressed they were just with Chicago in general. Pretty much every guest staying at LondonHouse visited the rooftop bar at some point to take in the downtown views along the river.

If you are looking for a venue in Chicago look no further than LondonHouse and it's all due to Steve. I was the MOB and when my daughter and I were looking around for venues we just weren't happy until we found Steve and LondonHouse. He was so prompt with any question and concern that she had through the whole process and you wonder - can he really deliver on all he promised? The answer is yes and so much more! Not only was the venue in itself spectacular but having the experience of the whole third floor including the cocktail space and grand ballroom was perfect We never felt cramped or stuck in one place and had lots of room to move around. Having access to the rooftop was perfect for the younger crowd too. The food was 5 star quality. The chefs were amazing along with the waitstaff and bartenders. Steve sets such a high bar and you can tell his signature is on everything and he stands by his promises. We had a special request which he fulfilled beyond our expectations, and even his recommendations for vendors were top notch. Steve's the real deal and he will work with you to make your wedding special. We couldn't be happier with the wedding he designed for our daughter and can't recommend him enough.

Let me first start by saying Steve is awesome. Love, love, love his personality. He kept in contact with us all along the 2 year journey to our daughters special day. He is the best. From our waiters, bartenders, housekeeping, chefs, and the front desk staff, we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience. The bellhops and valet staff outside the venue were awesome. Everyone was just so friendly. We had so many compliments at the wedding about service, food and atmosphere. Once those shears opened, you saw the river and the city. What an awesome view. If you want your special day to be the most memorable event you've ever been to, then book the London House. So if you want a high class top notch wedding experience, the London House is the place to go. And don't forget to ask for the best coordinator around, Steve!!

My husband and I were in awe at the photos of weddings held at LondonHouse and immediately sought more information and upon meeting the wedding coordinator Steve knew this was the right choice for us. Steve was absolutely amazing and irreplaceable! He was so much fun, good at diffusing tension or anxiety, and so well organized. He thought of everything that never even crossed our minds. Our wedding would not have been possible without his help. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and we were lucky enough for the rooftop to be open during our wedding. Since most of our guests were from out of town we were so happy with the location and the bar as out of town guests felt like they got a bona fide Chicago experience while visiting for our wedding. Everyone on site was unbelievably kind and helpful. The food at the wedding was EXTRAORDINARY, the chef was is so incredibly talented and we got so many compliments on the food! Bar staff and servers the night of the reception were so unbelievably wonderful and professional. The view from the Juliette ballroom is exquisite especially at night and the surrounding area is perfect for city shots with the photographers. The cupola was astounding and so unique and gorgeous and the photos there are show stopping. Overall we would not change a thing about the wedding and are so thankful for Steve and everyone at Londonhouse for making the weekend absolutely perfect!

The Londonhouse was mine and my husbands dream venue. It exceeded all expectations. From day one, with a 2 year engagement and 1 year postponement, Steve made us feel at ease, was extremely prompt with emails and questions, and honestly sold us on the whole venue. He was a pleasure to work with, as was the entire staff at the venue. Our friends and family cant stop raving about the hotel, venue space, and staff. An amazing event to say the least and we highly recommend!

We had an absolutely perfect wedding at LondonHouse. It is a stunning location for a wedding but the best part is that you get to work with Steve, the director of weddings. He is truly a mastermind and brought our dream wedding to life. Steve was absolutely amazing to work with and made the whole planning processes a breeze. He has years of wedding experience and it shows. And don’t forget about the food! We received a ton of compliments on how delicious the food was. The presentation and service provided our guests with a 5 star dining experience. The bridal suite was just as jaw dropping as the spectacular views out of the third floor ballroom over looking the river. We honestly can’t say enough about the hotel and the whole staff, they are simply the best!

Words cannot describe how grateful we are for choosing LondonHouse as our wedding venue! It all starts with Steve, the wedding coordinator. Steve is the most knowledgeable, patient and flexible person!! Steve made the entire experience fly so smoothly, from the tasting to the brunch after the wedding. LondonHouse delivered one of the most breathtaking and memorable weddings that my wife and I could ever dream of. When we toured the LondonHouse, the primary reasons my wife and I chose this venue was the location downtown Chicago for our guests, the elegance of the hotel and wedding venue, and the wedding coordinator, Steve Sleczka. Upon meeting Steve, his decades of experience in the wedding industry were apparent, and he was paramount to pulling off an amazing wedding. He was responsive throughout the 12 months between booking Londonhouse and our wedding date, was organized throughout the process, and was proactive in reaching out to both my wife and I to keep us up to date and keep the stress levels low. The organization of the day of our wedding was beyond imaginable. The bridal suite was perfect for my wife and the bridal party, and my groomsman and I were extremely well taken care of. Our guests continued to comment on how beautiful the hotel rooms, rooftop bar, and the hotel was. Our guests were treated spectacularly, as were my wife and I. We continued to comment on how absolutely nothing went wrong on our wedding day, from the photographer, transportation from the hotel to our church and back, the cocktail hour, the dinner and the reception. Steve and his team had our day planned down to the minute, and my wife and I could not ask anything more of Londonhouse. The staff working their wedding services are worth their weight in gold, and you would be hard pressed to find a hotel that is better suited to host a wedding.

After planning, rescheduling and replanning we had a beautiful wedding at the London House last weekend. The wedding event planner, Steve Sleczka, worked with us for almost two years. Everything was terrific. The room is beautiful, the lobby is stunning and a great place for pictures as is the rooftop bar. The guest rooms also were lovely. The food could not have been better and all the staff, from the chef to the servers, bartenders and housekeeping could not have been more accommodating. The attention to detail was apparent everywhere. Steve's patience with getting everything rescheduled due to the pandemic also was amazing.

Our dream wedding became a reality because of the LondonHouse Chicago. This truly gorgeous venue is the absolute perfect place to hold your wedding and reception of any size. I cannot emphasize enough how beautiful and unique the hotel is. Some hotel ballrooms can be sterile or stuffy, but at the LondonHouse, the Juliette Ballroom is romantic and makes you feel like you are in the heart of the city. The view of the Chicago River and the city's skyline is stunningly framed in the ballroom's floor to ceiling windows, giving our wedding the true Chicago glitz and one of a kind view. The staff at the LondonHouse went above and beyond the call of duty on so many occasions throughout the planning process. Steve took so much stress out of planning a wedding during pandemic, and was patient and accommodating with all of our questions and concerns, putting us at ease every step of the way. He was incredible full stop. Emails and phone calls were always answered in under 24 hours, and his attention to detail eliminated any stress that one could experience when planning a wedding. The professionalism of the hotel staff as a whole was impressive as well. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the hotel was as well as how friendly and helpful the staff was. Our guests were also impressed by the quality and delightfulness of the food served at our reception, it was delicious and the chefs deserve the highest of compliments for their delectable creations during the cocktail hour and dinner courses. Our dream wedding was made possible by Steve and his staff at the LondonHouse, and we will always be appreciative and thankful for the once in a lifetime experience they gave us. Like many 2020 couples, we had to cancel our dream wedding we had spent a year planning with Steve Sleczka, the wedding planner at LondonHouse Chicago. To say we were devastated is an understatment. Not only was Steve and the LondonHouse staff fantastic during the planning process but they were supportive and patient during the challenges of our postponement and eventual cancellation. Royalty!!! This is the one word that best sums up our experience as newlyweds under the care of Steve Sleczka, Director of Weddings, at the LondonHouse Chicago. The ceremony, champagne toast, and extravagant exit were all meticulously planned and flawlessly executed by Steve. Steve's clearly a well-seasoned professional, he demonstrated his expertise through a thoughtful layout allowing for safe social distancing yet keeping the group intimate but spread out for the ceremony. The Director of Weddings, Steve Sleczka, made this the easiest choice & we are SO happy we chose LondonHouse-Chicago for our Wedding on 12.28.19. From the initial visit/tour with Steve, we fell absolutely in LOVE with this venue- the city and river views are breath taking to the actual wedding day: PERFECT! We had our wedding ceremony and reception here on 2.29.2020 and it was perfect. Steve and his team went above and beyond our expectations from the moment we met them. The communication was high all throughout the planning process, and the execution was impeccable. As neither of us are from Chicago, the majority of our guests traveled in and stayed at the LondonHouse. Everyone was so complimentary of the rooms, the service, and especially the food. The cocktail hour and dinner were spectacular. I wish I could do it all over again!

Flawless and Elegant. Our daughter was relatively new to Chicago and we live out of town, so were looking for an elegant hotel venue with a wedding coordinator that we could trust to manage all the details for a 200 person event. We visited nearly every major hotel in town, but once we saw the beautiful London House and met with Steve Sleczka, the resident wedding coordinator, we believed we had found the right combination; and we were not disappointed. The venue is stunning: first class accommodations, the Juliette ballroom with picture windows overlooking the skyline, and the rooftop terrace and cupola were all beautiful. There was a spacious suite for the bride and her party to get ready prior to the wedding. The food was excellent, with fun hors d'oeuvres and well prepared entrees. Many people commented on the quality of the meals. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Steve worked with us from the beginning, offering suggestions on choice of vendors who we could count on and were familiar with the layout of the hotel. He also helped us make decisions on proper sequencing of the entire event--reception, dinner, and dancing--and was there personally throughout the weekend to pay attention to every detail. Steve coordinated seamlessly behind the scenes with our wedding planner and the other vendors. He was a pleasure to work with and really made the entire process from planning through the actual event turn out special. We would recommend Steve and the London House without reservation to anyone looking for an elegant hotel setting with a personal touch.

We were married July 2019 and our expectations were blown away by Steve, the planning process, food/bev, and service. We are still hearing from our guests how much they enjoyed their evening, many saying it was the BEST FOOD they’d had at a wedding! From the moment that we met Steve, we knew we would be in the absolute best hands. His experience and knowledge of the wedding industry and competitive Chicago market, his exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, response time, warmth, and leadership made planning seamless and our day all that more unforgettable. The Cupola (on the rooftop) for wedding photos, a gorgeous and spacious bridal suite. We had 11 women, 2 makeup artists, and 2 hairstylists all happily getting ready with plenty of room to relax and eat breakfast/lunch. I would 100% recommend LondonHouse Chicago to anyone looking to get married in the city. The location is amazing and the event space was built with the intent to host weddings in mind. You have an amazing private space with all the amenities needed for a wedding including a kitchen on the same floor, plenty of bathrooms, space for the bride and groom to have a private moment after the ceremony, and of course the cupola for fun photos. Plus, you won't have other hotel guests accidentally running into your space. On top of all of that, Steve Sleczka, the Wedding Director makes this venue above all the rest. With years of experience, attention to detail, and almost immediate response times, he allowed us to enjoy our wedding day and the days leading up to the big event less stressful. He offered opinions when asked, and was flexible to carry out our vision in the ways we wanted. The numerous glowing reviews say it all, but when you meet Steve in person you will understand why he is the best. Also, one of the most important pieces of our wedding was the food and the chef and his team did not disappoint! The number 1 compliment we received from our wedding was how good the food was and the generous portion sizes. We've said such great things to our friends that now they are getting married at LondonHouse next year.

From start to finish, LondonHouse was the perfect venue for our wedding. We had tons of out-of-town guests staying with us at LondonHouse Chicago. Every one of them remarked how great service was, from reservation to their stay--it was like having a boutique hotel team caring for our guests, but with the the amenities of a big hotel. Our wedding was seamless thanks to the thoughtful guidance of Steve. We're SO grateful we had his expertise as we made all our decisions, and all our wedding guests were treated to a beautiful venue and a delicious menu. Our wedding at LondonHouse was absolutely perfect and could not have happened without the help of Steve Sleczka, Director of Weddings. As a bride planning the wedding with no planner, Steve was extremely helpful in every aspect of the weekend. He was a great unbiased sounding board for any questions I had and was always extremely responsive. We hosted friends at the 2nd floor bar on Friday, the ceremony and reception on Saturday in the Juliette ballroom and a brunch on Sunday in the Etoile room on the 21st floor. Everything went flawlessly. The guests could not stop talking about how great the food was and how beautiful the views were. On the day of the wedding, the staff and Steve at LondonHouse were exceptional. Neither myself nor the groom noticed anything that went wrong- we completely believe this is due to how wonderful and professional LondonHouse staff are. Overall the best venue to host your wedding in Chicago.

John and I had our wedding at LondonHouse Chicago in August 2019. We searched for a venue that was elegant and luxurious without being stuffy or rigid. We found exactly this in LondonHouse Chicago. The location is ideal (super easy for out of town guests with lots of fun activities and restaurants nearby, not to mention fantastic views from the rooms and rooftop) and we loved being able to host all the different parts of our event (ceremony, cocktails and reception) on one floor. The food was plentiful and delicious, and our guests never had to wait in line for a drink. The Director of Weddings, Steve, was an absolute delight to work with. He is clearly very passionate about his work and creating stress free, visually stunning events for his clients. I highly recommend this beautiful venue to all!

LondonHouse was the PERFECT wedding venue! Steve helped make sure our day was stress-free, efficient, and flawless. I felt like our wedding day went even better than we planned it! We planned our wedding from Seattle, and Steve was so quick to reply to any and all of my emails, that the distance seemed irrelevant! On the day of the wedding, he must have been running all over the place to make sure everything was exactly where it needed to be (and he even tracked down all of our family members to get them their corsages and boutonnieres!) Every single step of our day from getting ready, our first look, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were perfect! Our guests told us that it was easily the best wedding they'd ever attended and by far the best food they ever had at a wedding!

Our wedding at the London House was truly magnificent. The facilities are elegant, the food and service were outstanding and everyone we worked with was extraordinary. Steve Sleczka, Director of Weddings, was in frequent contact with us throughout the planning process. His attention to detail and responsiveness were exceptional and we always felt we were in good hands. Steve guided us through every decision in a way that made things less overwhelming than they would otherwise have been – everything from food and beverage selections, linen selections, the room layout, the flow of the evening, and locations for the first look and other wedding photos. The hotel rooms are lovely and were reasonably priced for our event. The ballroom is beautiful and in an outstanding location overlooking the Chicago River. The menu was wonderful and we felt we had many great choices. Several wedding guests said that it was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding! We had a rainy day, but the photos taken in the Cupula and around the hotel against the backdrop of the hotel’s beautiful architectural elements turned out great. We arranged a brunch the next day for our overnight guests in Etoile on the 21st floor, and that was a wonderful way to relive the beautiful wedding. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough. The London House, Steve and staff are nothing short of exceptional.

We had, quite simply, a perfect wedding this past weekend at LondonHouse. Everything from the space, to the views, to the food, to the service was impeccable. The views from the Juliette Ballroom were amazing, and it was so special to get married right on the Riverwalk. Our guests could not stop raving about what a beautiful wedding it was. Additionally, the bridal suite was beautiful (and huge!) and we felt like royalty staying there. Finally, Steve Sleczka, LondonHouse’s wedding coordinator, was incredible. He was so accommodating, detail-oriented, and professional (despite any day-of hiccups that may have occurred!) and he never made us feel silly or overreaching no matter our request. We could not have had a more amazing experience for our November 2018 reception at LondonHouse. From the moment I met Steve Sleczka - I knew that the wedding was in the best hands. He even helped coordinate extra meetings with my parents and fiancé. Steve's professionalism and mastery of all things weddings helped planning and decision making a breeze. Each step was in the process was more amazing that the last culminating in the most perfect wedding day. Guests were completely in awe of the venue and accommodations. They are still talking about the fabulous views and food. We had a guest who was in the hotel and food industry in the US and Europe for decades who was very impressed by the food and service. We could not imagine having had our wedding day anywhere else.
