We hired Lora's Le Garmache Catering to cater our engagement party. My fiancé and I decided to have charcuterie boards since our party was drop-in style over the course of five hours. We expected to have 50-60 people come by throughout the day. We met with Lora's team to discuss the details and they went away with a plan and menu ideas. We knew the food would be wonderful as we have had their food before at other events. What really made it special was the attention to detail that reflected who we are. We own a small farm and value farm-to-table food. Lora knew this and used fresh garlic and pumpkin from our farm. She made a delectable garlic pate and pumpkin hummus. There were so many personal and thoughtful choices-strawberry balsamic jam, cauliflower dip with naan (gluten free), smoked salmon, poached apples with goat cheese, and candied bacon to name a few. Lots of fresh and dried seasonal fruit and meats and cheeses to choose from. Guest after guest praised the food and also the layout and presentation. It was art. From beginning to end, working with Lora Le Garmache Catering was enjoyable and easy.

I just want to start out saying that Todd and Lora did an absolutely incredible Job. I will highlight some things that really stood out. First, their communication was excellent. Coming from working the world of weddings, communication between vendors is always difficult and truly causes a lot of stress. There was never a moment or more than a day of our questions not being answered. Second, their promptness of arriving at the wedding venue. They arrived with plenty of time to familiarize themselves with the layout. Third, the price point was better than I could have imagined. I shopped around with 4 different caterers, and the food at other places had substantially less food, less quality of food as well for no joke nearly double the price. We went all out with Lora's as well with 7 Apps for cocktail hour and Salmon and Steak with main course, and I couldn't believe the price point. Fourth, the quality of food was excellent. We have friends still a month after talking about their food. My wife is very sensitive to fish, but the salmon she actually got two servings of, and the steak was cooked perfectly. But those mashed potatoes I still have dreams about them. Again working in the wedding world myself for 10 years, I have had a lot catering and I swear I am not being biased , Lora's takes first place. They were even put in place with our wedding Venue on their preferred vendor list. If anyone is wondering who and why they should hire for their wedding I would say do not hesitate, Lora's Le Garmache will exceed your expectations. My Wife and I Thank you for being a huge part of our wedding and making it better than we could have expected.

Lora and Todd were fantastic!!! We loved working with them for the meals they did for us. They came into our house and catered for us. The food was inspiring, fresh and so so so good!!! I would hire them again and again.

We choose Todd and his team for our small wedding and everyone agreed that the food was outstanding! We ordered the beef medallions and salmon with seasonal veggies and rice. Everything was delicious and Todd was very accommodating to vegetarian and GF options for the meal. They made this experience so easy from start to finish!

Lora’s LeGarmache in Port Orchard catered our 50th anniversary celebration on 8/12/23. We don’t think we could have made a better choice! We worked with Lora’s husband, Todd, to decide on the menu and details and LeGarmache went to work. We chose a buffet dinner for our 80 guests and served fish, beef medallions, rice pilaf, sautéed green beans, Caesar salad and rolls. The fish was baked to perfection; moist and flavorful. The beef was wonderful and the rice pilaf was as beautiful as it was delicious. The entire meal was phenomenal! Lora’s staff (Julia, Ayana and Josiah) were efficient and unobtrusive, and everything was executed flawlessly. Afterwards, LeGarmache staff efficiently collected all their plates, flatware, water goblets and napkins and took them away for washing. We are still receiving compliments from our guests on the wonderful food and a great party. We can enthusiastically recommend Lora’s LeGarmache for a wedding or banquet or whatever size party you are serving. - L. Hoffman

I used Lora's Le Garmache Catering for my wedding and everything turned out great! We chose to go with their "Old Fashioned Picnic" which was essentially BBQ. We still have people telling us how great the food was at our wedding! Everything down to the appetizers were to die for!

From start to finish, Lora's La Garmche was amazing. Price, quality and quantity was perfect and the staff, the amazing staff - who not only worked with me on every detail, gave suggestions and offered ways to save money but they were professional and friendly, and our event ran smoothly! I will be hiring them again!

Le Garmache catered our Celebration of Life memorial. It was a joy to work with such professionals. The quality of food was outstanding as was the presentation. The tables were so inviting! Many guests commented on the delicious food. Our server, was equally professional in her manner. I recommend Le Garmache Catering for any event!

Over the past two decades, I've hired Le Garmache a LOT -- corporate events, retirements, family reunions, they have ALL been deliciously wonderful, thanks to her. By far one of the best decisions for our wedding. Extremely reasonable pricing, great service, and outstanding attention to detail. Everyone who works here is personable and friendly. We felt like our catering menu was personalized exactly for us and our preferences and we had total creative control over the menu. Such a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend! It was so good! They were wonderful and timely. The food was amazing. Multiple people told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Highly recommend. The candied bacon (I think that’s what it was called) was to die for.

We had Lora cater our daughter’s wedding in August and are were so pleased with our choice. They were easy to communicate with and understood our vision, and were very flexible about creating a menu for us within our budget. We heard many great compliments about the food...from the gorgeous presentation to the attentive staff and most important, the wonderful flavors and taste! They have the experience and have been in the business a long time and it shows! I have 3 more daughters and will be glad to put my worries aside and trust Lora with any future weddings !

Lora's just catered my daughter's wedding at the Thornewood castle. It was a formal wedding to match the beautiful castle and Lora's did not disappoint! The food was wonderful and the presentation fit right in with the lovely venue! We had a couple communication errors between what was discussed and what the staff that arrived thought, but they were first class and jumped right in to make the things happen. I live out of the area so I was relying on reviews for choosing them, so I hope my review can help someone else out, I would hire them again.

I worked with Todd from the beginning, he was nice but communication was not the greatest. On the day of the wedding I had a parking space ready for them as we had our wedding at our house. It was a specific spot as not to block the walkway to the backyard. When I came back from taking pictures they had moved our flowers and sign on our walkway and moved their van there. I understand if they needed it there for a few minutes to unload but honestly the spot I had for them which was just a few feet over had plenty of space for unloading. I had requested plates to be on the Buffett and cloth napkins, goblets, and water pitchers to be on our tables for seating and they had paper napkins and no water pitchers and all the plates on the tables for seating, so the guests had to walk up and get them and walk all the way back to get their food. The two men that were there on the day of the wedding had to keep taking our glasses and walking back and forth to fill them up. The paper napkins were horrible against my beautiful table and arrangements. It was very disappointing. We had requested coffee and I guess I should have asked but they were small little paper cups to pour your coffee in instead of coffee mugs. I had requested white linens for the Buffett table and it was all black. I’m sure I am missing something but that’s all I can remember. I had communicated everything specifically which is why I was so disappointed. I will say that the food was very good and the two men serving were nice. I would not recommend this catering company though.

Lora and Todd know how to provide excellent service. I was concerned for our budget, but they worked with me to have plenty of food and appetizers at a reasonable price. A LOT was included in their service, and my last minute additions and changes didnt break the bank! Love the candied bacon!

The team at Lora’s Le Garmache went above and beyond to ensure our daughter’s wedding was perfect. They worked with us on the menu and everything associated with the reception. The food was plentiful and wonderful (we received many positive comments from family and friends in attendance). We were able to pick up linens early which helped us with decorating the tables. Their staff was attentive and kept things going very smoothly. They helped make the reception perfect!

We would definitely recommend Lora's catering service! She and her team were unbelievable at helping us whip up a last minute Holiday event for 50 people! I literally met with her a week in advance, she asked for a budget to prepare for our meeting/consult, at the meeting she presented several options for us to choose from, I left feeling 100% confident that we had made the RIGHT choice in our caterer! Evening of the event, she sent Louie & he was not only fantastic at taking care of every detail but he was engaging and charmed all of our guests! Food was phenomenal We can not thank Lora and her Team enough!

Le Garmache did a superlative job in handling the catering for our 50th wedding anniversary for 165 guests in Port Gamble in June 2018. We interviewed three different caterers and sampled the food from each. Lora's food and Todd's handling of the arrangement details stood well above the others, and the results confirmed our choice. We can't say enough about how well they communicated with us during the weeks leading up to the event, offering a number of helpful suggestions, reliving us of much stress and helping us to prepare for and enjoy the event, making it truly memorable. It was a great relief to have Le Garmache handle the entire package (food, linens, table settings, set up, clean up, etc.) at what we considered a very fair price. The food was superbly prepared and the service provided by their crew was exceptional. Many of the guests told us how great the meal was. We also had comments on how seamlessly the few individual special menu needs were accommodated. We wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Le Garmache as the right team to handle your special day!

HIGHLY recommend Le Garmache! They were very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire planning process-- plus their food is delicious! They thought of all the details so I didn't have to, and were fair in their pricing-- they didn't try to nickel and dime us. They fed me and my husband right when we got to reception, so we didn't miss dinner like so many couples do on their wedding day! Book with LeGarmache!

Lora and Todd provided the most beautiful, professional, top quality, top value service to our wedding. We are so grateful for the complete service that Naomi provided as we ebbed and flowed through our wedding planning. The food is totally from scratch and the recipes for our Pasta! Pasta! Pasta! catering were perfect! The staff that arrived at our wedding were courteous, swift, creative, flexible, prepared, professional, super friendly, and totally on point. It was a blessing to have LeGarmache cater our wedding. We love these folks and recommend them for any special event. Our wedding was for 200 and the catering was perfectly matched to our needs. We loved working with Le Garmache! Naomi was such a helpful person from the start! She was a huge reason we decided to go with them! They were very helpful when it came to communicating and provided a lot of help for other things such as linens, glasses, etc. The only reason I wouldn't give a 5 star review was the way the caterers organized the buffet line was confusing and didn't flow and I believe interfered with a timely buffet line. BUT despite that...the food was so delicious! The staff was helpful and the bartenders even stayed longer to help! I highly recommend them!

Everyone enjoyed the food on my wedding day! Great staff, Naomi was the pne who had to deal with all the changes and ideas that came to mind. She was very helpful and accomodating :). I met Lora once only and she was such a delight. Wedding day came and the staff (4 of them) were also very helpful and professional! They helped out with the arrangements and quick to adjust to changes. Thank you all!

We had Le Garmache cater our wedding and we loved them. From our first meeting all the way to wedding day they were a pleasure to work with. We wanted to have all our favorite food at our wedding and even though the menu was unique for wedding food Le Garmache listened to all our request and created our perfect menu. On wedding day the food tasted great and the serving staff was very professional. Definitely consider them for your catering needs they were great! Le Garmache Catering was the one of the best choices we made for our wedding! Lora, Naomi, and the whole crew were so easy to work with and helped us create the perfect menu for our day. The presentation was stunning and the food was incredible! And all within our budget! Every guest we talked to raved about the food and went back for seconds and thirds! Le Garmache catered my wedding August 2014. What can I say? TOP NOTCH! The food was amazing! The Salmon was perfect! The set up for the buffet made for a perfect 'flow' for all my guest's to get their food in a quick and timely manner. The staff was very professional as well as very helpful.. For example, (I cannot believe I did this, but...) I totally forgot to bring our cake cutter and slice server! So, when it was time to cut the cake, one of the server's saved the day (within about 20 second's) a knife appeared out of nowhere and all was fine! None of my guest's were even the wiser that there was an 'issue' at all. We will use Le Garmache in the future when my Husband has his retirement ceremony from the United States Coast Guard. Thank you to the staff of Le Garmache for making our wedding day so memorable!!

We hired Le Garmache catering for our cocktail hour appetizers and bartenders for our wedding on 9/1/2013. They are amazing!! Our guests raved about the food (chicken skewers, crab/artichoke dip, roasted veggies) and the servers were so kind and professional. Our 2 bartenders were GREAT! One of them even wiped some smudged makeup off my eyes after I had been crying! I communicated mostly through email with Stephanie and met with her in person before the wedding to go over the contract one last time. Communication was easy and Stephanie always responded in a timely manner, and she never got annoyed with all my random questions! They are also great/amazing/wonderful on working with your budget. I highly recommend Le Garmache for your event!

Le Garmache saved our wedding day! Our original caterer died, and the company backed out three weeks before the wedding. Le Garmache stepped up and saved the day on short notice! The food was amazing, and they were so easy to work with. Highly highly highly recommend them!

While on the hunt for a caterer my fiancé and I met with Le Garmache. While she brought lovely pictures she was not very helpful. I would expect someone who does this for a living to give us a better idea, seeing as this was the only time we have used a wedding caterer. Not the best vibe.

Betsy and Laura are fantastic to work with and make amazing food. They are down-to-earth people who will help set up a menu, let you taste their wonderful options, and work within your price range. The grilled salmon was a definite favorite! I highly recommend them.

Le Garmache Catering did the most AMAZING job at my wedding. Their food was so delicious!! In fact, all my guests said that it was the BEST wedding food that they have ever had. Almost everyone went back for seconds, even thirds! If I have another special function that needs catering, I will not hesitate to call them again.

Le Garmache's food was delicious. The service at the wedding was wonderful. Their communication prior to the wedding was not the best. They were difficult to get in touch with and did not seem very organized on the management end. The end result at the wedding was great though and I don't have much to complain about. The rolls that we ate were a little dry, but the rest of the food was stuff to write home about in my book!

Le Garmache is an amazing wedding caterer with excellent food, service, and prices. We spent a lot of time carefully interviewing all our potential caterers and tasting the food, and Le Garmache impressed us with their professionalism and enthusiasm. You can tell that the staff loves their work. They have been in the business for a long time and truly take pride in their service and care about their clients. During the contracting process, they were always willing to negotiate in order to help us get the wedding of our dreams on our budget. They were always easy to get in touch with and patiently answered all our questions. We made many modification to our contract even up until the week before the wedding, and it was never any trouble for them. Our food turned out to be absolutely delicious and all our guests were impressed. The staff was also excellent- everone was well mannered, well dressed, and set up our reception elegantly to the last detail. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process, and I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.
