Lorenzo Sandoval Wedding Photography

I am heartbroken with the experience that we had with Lorenzo. He was hired through the venue that we booked our wedding through. He was paid through our contract and was to give us all photos. He tried to upsell us from the very beginning and stated that he had 400 additional photos that he would provide if we paid him $1,200. After months of no response from Lorenzo, the venue reached out to him and tried to retrieve our photos only to find they had been overwritten. I don’t have any of my father daughter dance, us feeding cake to each other, the anniversary dance that we did as our bouquet give away, 5 of the 7 speeches, friends and family during the reception, our exit photo that he retook 5 times and he asked us to leave our reception an hour early because his battery was dying. My best friend even told me that he was in and out of the bar during our reception and stumbled into her three separate times. I pray that you do not hire Lorenzo for the most memorable days of your life.

He is using our photos on his website and his Facebook page but not providing all of our photos to us. 1 star is not low enough for Lorenzo. I would rate him 0 or negative stars if I could. Lorenzo was hired by the venue where we had our wedding in March and was paid in full by them but we have yet to receive our photos. From the start all he did was try to upsell us even though he was not allowed to do that since he was already paid for his services. Because we did not purchase anything from him, I feel he is holding our photos and refusing to give them to us. This was truly such a devastating experience. When you have a wedding, you want to be able to look back at your photos to remember such an amazing event and he has taken that ability away from us by refusing to provide all of our photos. Such a scumbag for taking it upon himself to ruin someone's wedding memories because we didn't buy an upgraded package that we didn't need to, because again...he was paid by the venue. Don't get me wrong, we have some photos and those are good quality. This review is not about the quality of the photos, it is about Lorenzo as a person and businessman. Regarding that, he is awful. He has at least 400 more photos (per text messages from him) that he is refusing to provide, and he said at the wedding he took over 2000 photos and we barely have 100. Even had us try to wrap up the wedding early because he said his battery was dying. Which we agreed to so that we could shoot our exit photos, which we don't even have. He initially responded to our messages saying he was going to get us our photos soon but then stopped responding all together. He won't even respond to the venue's messages. No communication, no photos, nothing...absolutely terrible to work with. DO NOT HIRE LORENZO TO TAKE YOUR WEDDING PICTURES!!!! That is unless you never want to be able to look back on your special day because this pathetic person will not provide you what he was paid for. He is a scam and a ripoff! Again, do not hire this person for any photo services...he is not worth it.

We planned our wedding in Vegas and I am so glad I found Lorenzo Sandoval for my wedding. I had a last minute cancellation of my photographer (literally two days before the event) and luckily I came across Lorenzo who agreed to shoot on such short notice. I am so thankful to have such beautiful photos to remember such an important day of our lives. If you want unique, candid, high quality, fine art style photographs, you've found the place!
