Olivia is awesome. She worked hard to ensure the ring my fiancé and wanted was designed exactly the way we had hoped. The team worked to get us the best diamond possible and even found ways to help us save money. We went to them after friends referred us because to their engagement ring experience. The customer service was great and we would recommend Olivia anyone.

Our experience at the Los Angeles Diamond Factory was excellent. Olivia offered to meet us after hours in order to accommodate our busy schedules. When we got there, she was really genuine in our ‘getting to know each other’ conversation and we immediately felt a natural rapport. She had prepared for our visit with 3 beautiful diamonds and proceeded to provide us with clear and accessible professional knowledge in considering each one. At no point did we feel pressured and we could tell that she truly has a strong passion for the work that she does and is a top notch professional. We were looking at a very specific kind of stone—the dream cut cushion—and her shop was one among a handful in LA to carry it. In the end we decided to go with another dream cut that was smaller and thus less expensive that what LA Diamond Factory had. It was a hard decision for us because we really loved Olivia. We are a bi-racial couple that often has to field microaggressions as we interface with businesses and Olivia just made us feel so welcome in every way. We’ll definitely go back to them moving forward with wedding bands and other jewelry needs.

My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience here today. We came in with a family stone and wanted to get a new setting and right away this woman was making rude comments about how the ring wasn't bad but it was dirty and talking about how small it was. It's a high quality stone just under a carat. She made us feel like we were poor because we were using a family center stone. We also asked about having platinum prongs instead of white gold and she said that was stupid and the only reason for platinum is for a jeweler to rip you off or if you had a high quality diamond you were worried about the prongs scratching if it broke (implying our diamond wasn't worth worrying about that). We found out after that's not true, the reason for platinum prongs is that white gold can break down over time by chemicals like chlorine in tap water. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Their selection of rings was small as well.

Highly recommend. Brandon was extremely easy to work with and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. I searched all over LA and I really believe they also have some of the best prices in town. Being out of state could have made the process much more cumbersome however Brandon and the whole LADF team made it a breeze. They were not satisfied until we were satisfied.
