Louisa Testa & Michelle are not a 5 out of 5 they are a TEN!!! I hired them for my daughter's bridal shower and they Blew the doors off it. The personal touches were above and beyond what I expected. The theme was music, the pictures, backdrop, centerpieces, place cards and presentation of the favors for the guests were Beyond what I could have expected. Happy to share pictures with anyone who'd like to see the Detail they put into our day. I am very excited to see what they do for the wedding in April. Unbelievable decor end to end the pergola, the cocktail hour and the reception. Just the BEST team with a vision that blew all the guests away!!

The best floral work I could have imagined!! Louisa and her team are what every bride should experience when planning flowers. She truly made my colors, cascading bouquet, and mix of candles and high centerpieces come to life. I was able to stay within my budget and she offered various recommendations and options of things I never thought of. She delivered the flowers herself the morning of my wedding and was such a friendly face to see. We saved the bouquets and brought them home and they were so fresh and beautiful to see even after the wedding. She matched my desert rose color EXACTLY throughout all her designs. Our wedding would not have been complete without her work, Louisa and her team will go the extra mile to make it perfect. Will hire for any future events I host!

Louisa is impeccable. She is so incredible to work with and made me the most STUNNING flower arrangements and bouquets for my wedding. Through the planning process she was honest with her opinions on what would look good and helped my vision become a reality. Louisa doesnt just give you a lump sum of what you're spending, she breaks it out al a cart so you know exactly where every dollar is going and it was so refreshing to see. Louisa and her team did a great job at our wedding! We had to reschedule our wedding multiple times due to the pandemic. During the last reschedule, we actually lost our original florist since they could not accommodate any more requests. After searching, we came across Louisa who couldn't have been more helpful and honest. She and Michelle were great with communication and on the day of the wedding, so many people thought the bouquets and centerpieces were fake just because they were so fresh and visually appealing. Louisa and Michelle were part of what made my daughter's wedding one of the most beautiful weddings my rather extensive family has ever hosted. Our first meeting felt like we were friends who had not seen each other in decades even though we had never met. Louisa's team beautifully executed a vision I could not even describe in words. We knew we wanted low, full arrangements in silver footed compote bowls and her sample arrangement blew us away! The Bride's bouquet and those of the bridesmaids' were stunning! We could have not been happier with the services that were provided for our Halloween wedding after our original vendor “disappeared” literally two weeks before our wedding. Louisa was referred by a very good friend of mine (I wish I met her sooner) & she met all of our expectations! The colors, the design, the quality & the hard work did not go unnoticed. Louisa and her team were so amazing. When we were shopping for a florist for our wedding day and first met Louisa, I instantly knew she was who we would be working with! She not only an amazing florist. But a warm, inviting loving person as well! I couldn’t of asked for a better person to work with. She made our wedding PERFECT! I can’t say enough about Louisa and her team. She is so much more than just a florist. The first time I met her I felt like I knew her forever! She played off of my ideas and gave me some really cool ideas as well. She made the planning part so easy for me and fun!! Everything that she did/made for the wedding was more than I could’ve asked for and was above what I envisioned. Louisa did beautiful floral arrangements for my wedding back in August at the Chart House. She is the sweetest lady - super easy to work with and her prices are extremely reasonable! I loved that she is willing to see clients late (I have to come in after work) and also she does a sample to show you the center pieces so there is no surprises on the big day. Louisa's office manager (Michelle) is super responsive as well. They also do invites but I opt for electronic invites - otherwise I'd have gone with Louisa as well. Overall a great experience working with Louisa and team!

Louisa made my wedding flower dreams come true!! My husband Blake and I were married on 8/12/17 at Orange Lawn Tennis Club in South Orange. We interviewed several florists in NY and NJ and chose to work with Louisa at the recommendation of our photographer (and after learning that she had previously been the in house florist at OLTC and knew the venue and all of its possibilities like the back of her hand!). We are so glad we did. Before meeting (and throughout the process), I sent Louisa and Michelle a visual overload of inspiration images, which we went through together many times, and narrowed down to the best representations of what I wanted and what would work at the venue. A few months before the wedding, Louisa made up samples of both the high and low table arrangements. I left the meeting feeling like she didn't quite get my vision. After a few days, I told Louisa this and she immediately asked me to come back to talk about it, and that she would make any changes I wanted. She wasn't offended at all and we had an extremely productive next meeting where we fine tuned all of the details. I left feeling completely confident that we were on the same page (and even after that, I sent her more images and updates which she morphed into the most beautiful details!). Fast forward to wedding day... I arrive at the bridal suite to see the MOST beautiful bouquets I've ever seen! Then, when I went outside for the first look, I audibly gasped when I saw our gorgeous chuppah and ceremony arrangements. They were straight out of my pinterest dreams! After that, I almost cried when I saw the reception arrangements, the escort card table, big and small arrangements for cocktail hour, the garland on the stairs, ALL of the little touches I asked for, the candles and greenery literally everywhere in the venue... So much care and attentional to detail was put into every square inch of the venue. Late at the end of the night, Louisa and her crew came back to break down the arrangements, which she later remade into small arrangements and donated them to 2 local nursing homes the next day at our request. Talk about dedicated!! Moral of the story is, Louisa works extremely hard and cares deeply about her clients and her work. Thank you a million times over, Louisa!! Louisa and her staff knocked our wedding out of the park! Every crazy image that we found on the internet and in our own minds for a new visual element, Louisa and staff delivered and more. We were obsessed with every flower, bouquet, boutonnière, and tablescape she created. The ceremony space was outstanding and somehow even complimented my dress. The few fresh flowers to our cake elevated the cake where didn’t even think it could go. Louisa and her staff were extremely nice during the whole process and timely on the day of the wedding. We can’t thank Louisa enough for all her hard work. You can tell she loves the work that she does and it shows up in the most surprising ways.

Louisa was one of our favorite vendors to work with! Louisa and Michelle were extremely professional, sweet, and responsive every step of the way. They worked within our budget to create exactly what we wanted. They covered all the details and our flowers were absolutely beautiful!! It was truly a pleasure working with them and we are so happy that we went with them.

Working with Louisa was such a pleasure! When I met with her to talk about our wedding plans and my needs, she spent so much time talking with me and offering me ideas on other areas of our reception. When I told her I would be staying in a hotel the night before the wedding, she called a few hotels in the area for me to see if they had availability. Neither of these things had anything to do with the flowers but she went above and beyond for me. And the flowers were BEAUTIFUL and just what I had described to her for what I wanted. I cannot recommend Louisa enough!!

Louisa and her staff were amazing! They did the flowers, invitations, and seating board for my wedding. From my initial meeting Louisa understood exactly what I wanted and was able to show me pictures of what she would do based on her previous work. My bouquets were beautiful, big, and beyond what I had anticipated! The vision for my centerpieces worked perfectly in my venue and had a real presence. Louisa and Michele were available whenever we needed them and were nothing but accommodating. I highly recommend using Louisa for your flowers, etc!!!

Louisa is absolutely fantastic! We found Louisa online and fell in love with her style, but once we met with her in person, we fell in love with her personality. We knew that finding a florist for our wedding was going to be difficult. My father was a florist before he passed away, and we knew that no other florist would be able to replace his work. We told Louisa this in our first meeting and she "got it" right away. She understood that we would have very specific ideas and very high standards, and she told us that she wanted to produce work that would have made my Dad proud. I'm thrilled to say that she did just that. She took our ideas and made them come to life with her creativity and execution... even when some of our ideas turned out to be harder to execute than we had originally expected. Louisa was always honest with us, which we loved. If we had an idea that wouldn't work or that she didn't like - she would tell us! This was so important to us because we didn't just want someone to put flowers together, we wanted a visionary, someone who could see the bigger picture. Everything she did for our wedding showed stunning attention to detail and made sense thematically. She was even able to incorporate some of my father's materials to make the day that much more meaningful. We saw how much thought and effort went into the planning for our wedding and we felt how important it was to Louisa to get things right. I just had to come on here and write a review. Louisa is such a sweetheart and super talented. I found her name here on the knot and I am so glad that I did. From the moment that we met her, we knew we were going to choose her. She is so jolly and respectful and will definitely listen to all yof our wants and ideas. My flowers for the wedding were gorgeous. Everyone loved them!! Even when I wanted to change some stuff, she was perfectly okay with it. She was always there when I kept texting her nonestop. I recommend her 100%. She really made my day even more special. Thank you!

Louisa was recommended to me by my caterer and I couldn't have been happier. She created stunning bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids that lasted for days after my wedding. She worked within my budget (which was tight) and found a way to get me what I wanted without going beyond what I could afford. She was also able to find the perfect flower for the groomsmen's boutonnieres and match them perfectly to their ties. She is very pleasant to work with and respond quickly to any inquires made by email or phone. Would highly recommend.

Louisa was the florist and visual designer for my wedding on November 21, 2015, and her work was nothing short of spectacular. The centerpieces, bouquets, and all of the other small details that she attended too were perfect, and even more beautiful than I could even have imagined. Her work is classy, tasteful, and romantic, and she really helps to take the stress of decor off of the bride! I felt 100% comfortable leaving all of the decorations in Louisa's hands, and I even gave her a ton of DIY projects I had created, and the way she incorporated them was even better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend using Louisa, because not only will you have magnificent flowers, but she covers all of the small details that are easily forgotten. Louisa Testa is the best florist you could possibly ask for. From our first meeting to our actual wedding day, Louisa makes you feel like you are her only bride. She truly makes your wedding feel special. We knew instantly that Louisa is an expert in her field. Her passion for flowers really makes the whole process enjoyable and exciting. Louisa put together not only one but three different samples for us. She was flexible when we wanted to explore different options and provided her expert advice on what looks good. I was a December bride and really wanted peonies and dusty millers in my bouquet. Being that these flowers are out of season, every florist told me they would be either ridiculously expensive or even if they could get them, they couldn’t promise they would be the fluffy flowers I wanted. The day of my wedding, Louisa surprised me with beautiful fluffy peonies and dusty millers. I was in tears because of how happy and how gorgeous my bouquet was. All of our centerpieces, bouquets, and flowers were just absolutely beautiful and smelled amazing. We received so many compliments on how gorgeous all the flowers and centerpieces were. They really made our wedding so gorgeous. I’m currently drying out my bouquet because I want to keep it for as long as I can. I cannot wait to work with Louisa in the future!

I've asked around many different florists and Louisa gave me the best value for my dollar. The flowers were beautifully done. I had a very tight budget and she was able to accomodate and give me flowers that were more than I had hoped for. She also helped me to design it because I'm not a very creative person. After visiting 2 florists and not being too excited, a family member recommended Louisa to us. From the first time we visited Louisa at her home in Montclair, we were immediately friends. She is such a friendly person and really understands what you want and what you want to spend. I had always dreamed of having peonies in my wedding bouquet, but did not know that they were not in season for my wedding. Louisa went above and beyond to help me find just the right flowers. I told her I wanted roses and that she could work her magic on the rest of the fillers and colors ... and, boy did she work her magic!! The bouquets were absolutely gorgeous. She matched them perfectly to the swatches of my bridesmaids dresses and everyone loved them. Another point that I REALLY appreciated was her responsiveness to my two last minute orders. She did not hesitate to get started right away and give suggestions on what would work best. This was such a RELIEF with all of the last minute stressful details piling up. I was referred to Louisa by a friend's wedding florist. I called Louisa, made an appointment to meet with her, and then once I met her, I felt like I'd known her for years! Louisa has a way of getting to know her bride's with such easy and just figure out really what they want! I literally met with Louisa one time (we e-mailed back and forth a few times) and when she delivered our personals to the hotel on the day of the wedding, I could not have been happier. She really "read my mind" and ALL of the flowers were PERFECT.
