Luxe Event Rentals

OUR DREAM WEDDING TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE! BEWARE! We spent over $100k on our daughters 5 hour wedding with approximately $28k going to Luxe Event Rentals. They not only showed up late to the event but were still building their center piece props for the dinner hall tables while the ceremony was taking place. About 30 ft away from where the Bride was setup greeting guests a physical fight broke out between a Luxe employee and the party planners employee not only were there loud four letter words flying but chairs, glasses and table settings were being thrown and smashing all over the place. One of the violent individuals landed up severely injured in hospital! The party planner called the manager of Luxe and he called his employee who then became more enraged and proceeded to threaten the party planner and chased her, she was so scared she left the premises for over an hour during the wedding until she felt comfortable to return as 8 police cars showed up causing a major scene! I would NOT recommend Luxe Event services whatsoever! We didn’t receive so much as a phone call to apologize for all the tumult. I believe a police report was made by multiple witnesses which will corroborate all of the above.👎👎👎

My sister used this service for her wedding and I will be doing the same for mines. They are extremely organized and coordinated.

I ordered a few lounge furniture pieces that went with my theme from Luxe Event Rentals. Most of transaction took place online, but Edith, the client coordinator did arrange a visit for me to the warehouse where I could check out the furniture, fully assembled and in person. The pieces were beautiful and very well maintained. The only hiccup? The day of the wedding I got a phone call from a confused driver asking where the furniture was supposed to be set up - even though I had indicated that on the delivery form and included the contact info of the banquet manager at my for day-of set up- not the end of the world, though. Everyone commented on how cool it was!
