I walked into the boutique without an appointment, and Christin was extremely helpful and helped me find a dress. M2 Milan was the 10th bridal salon I visited because I was looking for a conservative dress for a Catholic Church wedding. Since I am getting married in less than two months, I also had to find a dress off-the-rack. We were able to find a dress that will only require moderate alterations. I am extremely grateful for Christin and M2 Milan.

Shopping for my dress at Milan Bridal made me feel like they really knew what I wanted and knew their merchandise to match my taste. The dress I ultimately selected wasn't even one I had looked at but that she brought based on others I had shown interest in. They really take care of their clients and have a beautiful selection of gowns.

I walked in the shop not even wanting to begin the daunting task of finding a dress for my son's wedding. In under an hour, Christine had pulled about 8 dresses to try and I actually found three that I liked. Christine was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and made the task quite simple! One painless and fun experience.

I have only good things to say about this place!!! I had gone to a scheduled bridal appointment in the morning, and it was terrible. They did not listen, they had nothing in my size it was just the worst. Christin at Milan Bridal was AMAZING!!! I went in there feeling down and she perked me right up. I had a dress fitting and again although the dress did not fit it was closer to my size, so I have a pretty good idea of what it is going to look like. She did all my measurements which is something they did not even bother doing at the other place. She was so attentive, and it was just overall an amazing experience. I called her 30 mins before my appointment, and she was able to squeeze me in even though she needed to close early that day. She did not rush, she did not brush me off, it was great. First off, Milan Bridal had gorgeous dresses! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make it a great experience by catering to all of my wants, and did not stop till I found the one! Once I found the dress they made it become even more real by creating a ceremony atmosphere with jewelry, a veil, and a bouquet so I could picture myself walking down the isle on my bid day! They were very informative and had great ideas for the wedding unrelated to the dress, they definitely have experience in this industry. I would recommend them to anyone!

Milan was my first and only wedding dress store I have been to. Cassondra was so helpful!! Within the hour, she helped me pick a dress that I never thought I would end up picking. It was within my budget and she ended up showing me how I could make the dress look how I wanted with a petticoat. It made me fall in love with the dress even more. Highly recommend! I felt very stress-free when looking for a dress here. Walking in I had picked several dresses from their site to try on that were all completely different styles because I had no idea what I wanted. The team did a great job on helping me figure out what I liked/didn't and ended up finding something perfect by the end of the appointment. Even better, the dress was $700 below my max budget

We had a great time with Christine at M 2 Milan Bridal. She customized my dress hunting experience and made it easy for me to “say yes to the dress.” We laughed, and danced, and I walked away with a sense of accomplishment! I found my dress!

This was the first bridal shop I went to with my future mother-in-law and a few of my bridesmaids. I was really nervous going in because I knew nothing of what I wanted or what styles I would potentially like. Christin was super nice and very knowledgeable about what gowns would look good on my body type and as soon as I would make a suggestion she went and pulled one that had what I was looking for (they have quite the selection!) I'm very happy to say I found my perfect wedding dress at M2 Milan Bridal, I highly recommend them especially if your like me and don't really know what your looking for.

We happened upon M2-Milan Bridal by accident. My daughter almost cancelled her appointment, so glad she didn't. She had found the dress of her dreams earlier in the day, but she was still unsure. We went in had a fabulous time trying on dresses of all kinds. They did not have the dress my daughter had already fallen in love with, but went out of their way to find the dress and ordered it for us at a competitive cost. They were amazing and attentive to all details. I even found my Mother of the Bride dress there as well. Cannot say enough about their care and attention to taking care of the client. Finding the perfect wedding dress sets the tone for the rest of the wedding planning!

This bridal salon is absolutely FANTASTIC!! Christine was so helpful! They have a large selection of dresses, and they make sure you are the only bride shopping at that time so you don't feel rushed or pressured. Christine is so honest and helps pull dresses that you maybe wouldn't have thought of! She asked me exactly what I was looking for, but also introduced me to other dresses based on my body type and small frame. I found my DREAM DRESS here and I am so happy I found this bridal salon. They also have a great selection of bridesmaids dresses, and each of my girls found a dress here!

I came in with an idea of what I wanted, a budget, and an open mind. These ladies were patient, professional, creative, and funny! I never once felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. In the end, they ended up suggesting a dress I never thought to try. It fit like a glove and felt like a dream. I felt exactly how I wanted to feel on my wedding day. They went the extra mile by even bringing out props (masks, bouquets, tiaras) to help me bring my vision to fruition. I was a little bummed about dress shopping during covid because I couldn't have my group of gals with me but they made it such a fun experience. I got my dream dress AND met my budget. These ladies go the extra mile and are so easy and fun to work with, I cannot thank them enough. You owe yourself a visit!

From the moment I spoke with Mrs. Christin on the phone I knew this was where I was going to find my dream dress. She was very thorough and inquired on what type of dress I was looking for and had a few suggestions. She also was quick to send an email with a link for me to complete my profile for me to go a little more in depth on the type of style I was seeking to be prepared for my appointment. Now when I walked in the door it was a bit overwhelming looking at all the dresses but she was very welcoming and put me at ease. My mom, sister and daughter all felt comfortable as well. Long story short when I found my dress we had a full out dance party! I loved every moment of my shopping experience and would highly recommend any one looking for their dream dress to go see Christin.

Mrs. Christine was amazing!! I had gone to 4 other bridal stores looking for bridesmaid dresses and I had no luck finding the color I wanted and no one seemed to really help my girls find what they wanted in a dress. It was my fiancé who found M2 Milan and I’m so glad he did! I walked in and Mrs. Christine gave me such an amazing experience, had the EXACT color I have been looking everywhere for and with all her expertise in the bridal industry she knew exactly what would look amazing on all of my girls. She was able to dress all 5 of my girls in their perfect fit and style in under an hour!!! Truly the best place to go and I will HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!!!!

Oh my gosh, where to start! This was my 4th shop to look at dresses and I really only picked this place because they were the only store that had a dress I had found online. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome and in complete control. They got to know ME and what I wanted and liked whereas a lot of other salons just wanted to put me in dresses. They were completely honest when something looked awful, and were happy to tell me what looked good. I never felt rushed, even when I was indecisive about a gown. Instead of rushing me, they took the time to dissect every little thing I liked and didn’t like, and then put me in dresses based on what I liked. They are so personable and made me feel comfortable and not stressed all through my appointment. I am SO GLAD I stumbled across this bridal boutique and I am so glad I was able to find my dream dress here! You will not be disappointed if you shop here!!

Just bought my wedding dress at M2 and cannot be happier! Christine was so helpful and sweet and let my mother and I come back late one day to try on the dress I loved (and ended up choosing) at my first appointment! A must bridal salon of you're in the Willowbrook area!

I had the best experience! The boutique is beautiful and has a wide variety of different dresses. Christin did an amazing job helping me find my dress. She was very respectful of my budget and did everything she could to help!

From the moment we walked into the store, my Maid of Honor, Matron of Honor and myself (Bride) were greeted with such Southern Hospitality! Prior to stepping into the shop, I had no clue as to what kind of dress I was looking for and I continued to keep an open mind. Anxious, nervous, scared…you name it, I was feeling it! Christin on the other hand was absolutely, Hands Down, Phenomenal! She was able to calm my nerves and made me feel so comfortable with my fittings. Overall we had an amazing experience and just had a blast with her. I found my PERFECT dress thanks to Christin. She is very knowledgeable in the Bridal field and I’ve learned quite a bit that day. What I loved the most is that she was never pushy, definitely not someone who is just trying to make a sale. Her sole purpose is to make sure that the Bride is Happy! I would definitely recommend M 2 Milan Bridal to any and all future Brides out there!

So the dresses are beautiful, but that's it. I went in and my Stylist Christin was talking to another lady and didn't really acknowledge me. She had a full on conversation with her for a while. Which is fine if she is wrapping up with another client, but she could of paused, welcomed me and ask me to give her a few minutes. It just wasnt welcoming. We tried on dresses and there was one I really liked and she was willing to lower it to my budget which was nice. I told her right now I was just looking and that I would come back with my maid of honor. Well then she said that shes giving me a good deal (which she was) and that the dress might not be there (which is true). I told her I would be back soon and she said well I'm fully booked Saturday and Sunday. So I asked about Monday and she said I could come in, but shes leaving at 2pm. She just wasn't very welcoming. Dress shopping is so stressful, you need someone to take care of you and that just wasnt the place for me.

I bought a dress in July of 2017 around the time Alfred Angelo closed (I never had a dress from there) and luckily the one I fell in love with was on sale. They let us just walk in and try on dresses. Well, I took my dress in for alterations and sadly the dress was ruined. 2 weeks before my wedding I called and asked if I could come in an hour before they closed. Christine was AMAZING. she stayed late with us and really helped me find another dream dress. I HIGHLY recommend M2. They are awesome

Arrived at M2 after a long drive from Louisiana and Christin had everything ready and waiting to us. I cannot say enough about how much she helped us, was very patient and gave wonderful advice to my youngest daughter who found a stunning gown and veil for her wedding. It was an emotional and fun trip with lots of laughter, great advice from Christin and happy tears. We will always remember it. Thank you So much from the Louisiana bunch!

I had an awesome experience at this store! I called about 5 or 6 different places in the Houston area looking for a particular Mori Lee dress, but no one had it. I called M2 on a whim and they had it and were able to see me literally 10 minutes later (it was a slow day!) They had the dress ready and waiting for me when I got there and it was perfect. Ended up taking the sample dress for a discount, but it'll need some hefty alterations. Christin was great to work with and offered a lot of great advice! She made me feel like family and made the process a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent salon!! We purchased 8 bridesmaid dresses and the mother of the groom dress here. Christine was wonderful to work with, she helped find dresses according to different body types, and made sure everyone was comfortable in the dresses. My MIL was not intending to buy a dress that day, but fell in love with one! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

M 2 Milan helped my dreams come true with the perfect wedding gown! We planned a wedding in six months and that put everything on a time crunch -- especially finding the perfect dress. I was able to find the exact dress I wanted for such a deal at M 2 Milan. I had found the exact same dress at another store but they had the price marked up at least $700 more than M 2 Milan. The owners were so attentive and they truly made me feel like a princess as every girl should on that day. They also were able to find me a veil that matched the lace in my dress perfectly! I received so many compliments on my dress on our wedding day and I am so glad I went to M 2 Milan. They also gave me the best suggestion for alterations -- and they were incredible as well. Overall, this is definitely a place to check out when trying to find that perfect dress for your special day.

This was the first and only place I tried on dresses. My matron of honor and I were not intending on getting a dress that day but only looking. Well, that didn't happen! The dress I ended up choosing was my first dress that I tried on and I had my "bridal moment" with my matron of honor. I knew this was the dress the moment I saw it hanging on the hanger. Everyone at the store was very friendly and let me take my time on deciding this big decision. My dress was also on sale which was a huge plus! Definitely recommend.

I tried this store because they carry Maggie Sottero dresses however they did not have the one I was looking for in stock so my sister and I looked through the racks to find some others and while the salesperson who was helping me was very nice and very helpful one of the other staff members was extremely rude when my sister was looking through the racks because apparently sliding the dresses from side to side to see the front and back is not ok anyways after I read some reviews about rude staff there I still decided to purchase my dress there because I didnt want to have to find the dress I wanted at another store. Everyone was so nice when I tried it on and then purchased when I came back a few months later when my dress had come in it was a different story. My salesperson was still nice but the owner and the rest of the staff was rude and gave me the cold shoulder guessing because they already had my money they had to safe their fake personalities for the next hopeful buyer.

Do not be fooled by the Fiesta shopping center. This is a great place to shop. I really enjoyed the personal feel while shopping there. I had a specific budget and they worked very hard to help me stay in that budget while find me something that I loved. They were very patient as i stood in each dress and analyzed each one. They also helped with each question I had after ordering my dress. My only recommendation would be to closely look at the size you are ordering and the measurements of the dress at each size. i easily could have ordered a dress 2 sizes smaller. I learned this after purchasing 2 bridesmaid dresses after my wedding dress. Other than that it was a great experience.

I bought my dress at M 2 Milan Bridal ( The same store I bought my prom dress at) They were so helpful and friendly. After I purchased my dress, they were wonderful during the fittings. The seamstress fixed very intricate beading, and they steamed my dress for free!

Its so interesting now that I look back on the "fun-filled" days of trying on several of wedding gowns with my mom, in all actuality it was really tiresome and a pain in the you know what. However, it was a totally different story when we arrived at our last stop, Milan Bridal. The funny thing is that I had been researching online in magazines etc. like every bride does for their "dream dress"…Well initially I thought I had found it but when I arrived here, they didn't have it on stock, so yes at first I was bummed, looking scrummging through the rack, but the wonderful sales associate working with us that day was literally "magical". She picked out this stunning Mori Lee dress, a dress when on the hanger, was a dress that looked nice but in mind was a dress I would never pick out or wear….however, once I put it on and walked out to model it for my mom, once the tears started flowing from my mom and I took a glance in the mirror, I knew that this was the dress! I also got a million compliments at my wedding on my dress - "that is the most beautiful wedding gown I have ever seen" etc. - so I am so very thankful for the talented sales associates at Milan, and also for their friendly & professional customer service. They made my dress shopping experience one that I will never forget! Thanks again for making me like a princess on my special day :)

I had been to a couple of different bridal shops including David's Bridal. Christine and her staff made me feel like I was the only one in their store. It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Nice to work with more a boutique than a large store. I loved my dress and would go back there again for any formal dress I would need or for my step daughters.

I have been coming here since high school to get my ball dresses and much more! When I came to get my wedding dress they were super helpful and the lady remembered me. Bt my dress was just too expensive. I found it online for cheaper and when I told him that when I came back to look at bridesmaids dresses he was sooooo mean! He told me my dress would be horrible looking and fake, and he didn't help us with the dresses at all. He talked behind my back the entire time we were there and after we left my bridesmaid went back in to grab her purse and he was talking to the other associates about me. So rude!

My friend bought her dress from here so I decided to give it a try. I found my dream dress back in July of 2012 the lady took my measurements and asked what type of heel I was going to use I told her a 4" heel for sure! It took four months for my dress to arrive and when it did it was a whole 4" short!! She tried to blame the people that made the dress but later on admitted she had made the mistake herself and that was the first ever. I was so upset so the owner of the store cut up the sample dress to add the lace to mine it didn't look bad and everyone said that it made the dress even prettier then before but it was not the dress I had dreamed of anymore and I will never get that back. I could have had them order it the right way but then it would have been cutting it to close with the Chinese new year according to the store. I still think because it was there fault they should have did more and put some kind of rush but O well it is over now. I wore the dress with the added lace and it did look nice but again it was not my dream dress!

I saw my dream dress in a magazine. Steve though in this store was amazing. He had the patience and humor of non other. His wife was his partner in the shop and they were an amazing team. I did altering in the store because who wants to bother with finding somewhere else to do it. The whole crew knew me by name, knew my dress and worked with me to get things done. Only reccomendation is to tell the bride in advance what shoes you have available so they aren't looking elsewhere since they offer discounts on hairpieces, shoes and bridesmaid dresses if you get your dress there.
