Magnolias is seriously the best! They make you feel welcomed and special. They were very professional and were always up front about the prices and stayed within your budget.

Went with my family September of 2020 to find a wedding dress at Magnolias. I had always wanted to go there since I lived in Cape! I ended up finding my dream dress that day!! They had so many options to choose from and they are not in a bag so it is easy to have something catch your eye. Since I was going to be in the transition of moving, Renee ended up shipping it to me and we had no issues, so don’t be worried about that! She had also sized the dress perfectly to me. I went to a seamstress to get the bottom trimmed off my dress since it was a little long, and they had told me then that if the dress wasn’t fitted perfectly like it was they wouldn’t be able to take my dress in or out due to the beading. Everything worked out so well and Renee is amazing to work with!

I had originally had an appointment with Clarice’s Bridal in St. Louis, it began hearing wonderful things about Magnolias, so I decided to go in and look around. Amazing experience! I am a nervous bride to begin with, and Ms. Renee made it so easy! I shared my special day with my mother and sister-in-law! She had small snacks prepared, and explained the process easily and seamlessly. She listened to my wants, needs, and preferences, and explained how different elements of dresses could be incorporated into my dream gown. I’m not a crier, but I was nearly in tears when she put in the veil-the finishing touch! If you are in the Cape Girardeau or St. Louis area please make a trip to see Ms. Renee at Magnolias Bridal! Magnolias is THE place for the ultimate dress shopping experience! It was my very first appointment, and I ended up choosing the very first dress I tried on. From the minute I walked into Magnolias, Renee made me feel so special and treated my mom, sister/MOH and me like her own family. She is extremely sweet and personable, and exactly the kind of bridal consultant you want in your corner. She'll never steer you wrong on a gown and is very respectful of your budget. St. Louis brides, Magnolias is well worth the drive!

She listens to what you want, what you love/what you don’t, what flatters you the best, your budget - and then she will go grab a dress that matches that. She makes you feel so special and beautiful. My wife got her dress from Magnolias last year before our wedding. I wanted to do something special for her on the day she went dress shopping so I reached out to Renee to help me surprise my now wife with a gift and card. Unfortunately, I waited until the last minute to order the gift and it didn't arrive in time. Without hesitation, Renee stepped in and helped me with a solution! She sent me a few options of jewelry she sells in house and helped me pick out a pair of earrings that she knew my wife would love. After we picked the gift she handled wrapping it for me and she arranged to grab the card from my mother when they all arrived at the store. Renee had it waiting in the dressing room for my wife as she tried on her first dress. I couldn't have pulled this off without Renee's help. I really appreciated the level of customer service that she provided not only to my wife but to me! My wife and mother came home that day so happy with their experience and had nothing but the best to say. Thank you Magnolias!

When I clicked 5 stars to begin my review, the site said that 5 stars equivalated to “the best ever”, but I don’t even know if that captures how over-the-top amazing my experience at Magnolia’s was. I had shopped at other bridal shops before going to see Renee, and I can honestly say that my time at Magnolia’s was above and beyond and anything I (or any bride) could have imagined. Renee made me her top priority, listened to all of my must haves, and read in between the lines to find me the dress I never knew I always wanted. I’m in LOVE with my dress [or “him” as Renee would say (she refers to all her dresses in masculine pronouns which is just one of one hundred adorable ways that she is different from everyone else.)] Her selection is unmatched, and her professionalism and expertise are like none other. You. Have. To. Go. To. Cape. It’s well worth the drive from the St. Louis area!

My experience with Magnolias Bridal Boutique and Renee was everything I wanted in a dress shopping experience. Renee went above and beyond with my family and bridesmaids to make my first appointment personable, enjoyable, and memorable. Each follow up appointment was just as good. First off, I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Magnolias was so amazing to work with. I wish I could go through the whole process of choosing and preparing my dream gown again and I would choose Magnolias all over again! Magnolias was the last stop of the day for me when shopping for my gown. I had the vision of what I wanted my gown to be and I hadn't found it anywhere else (thank goodness) so as my mom, my bridesmaid and I approached Magnolias, I suddenly felt welcomed and just knew my dress was awaiting. I had an appointment on April 30, 2016 to look for my wedding gown. My mother, aunt and I went to the appointment, our experience was more than I could ever had hoped for. I was very nervous and I'm normally pretty shy around people I don't know. Renee is wonderful and made me feel like I had known her forever. I cannot say enough about the incredible experience that Magnolias provides. Magnolias was my 4th and final stop dress shopping and it completely blew me away. The building itself was a great start. Renee and her husband did a wonderful job renovating it to give a great bridal boutique feel. I also really appreciated the dress selection. It's not overwhelming like many bridal stores but enough to have a very good selection to choose from. The dresses also have a unique flare that stood apart from other shops and boutiques. Finally as far as store owner/managers go Renee was spectacular. She was so attentive, and friendly. She interacted the entire time with us, but also allowed for myself, and my family and friends to have time to enjoy the day. She only schedules one appointment at a time so she's only there for you, and as a bonus offers champagne to start and if you end up being a "Magnolias Bride," you get to pop the confetti. Easily a 5-start experience, I would highly recommend to any bride-to-be.
