Actual DREAM wedding! We got married in July 2024 and it was absolutely perfect. My vendor(s) were very fun to work with and communicated with me the whole way through, answering any questions I had. They helped bring my whole vision to life and the day went so smoothly.

Amanda is an excellent communicator and was helpful for months leading up to the wedding. Erica was extremely professional and detail-oriented, she thought of things that otherwise would not have crossed my mind. I really appreciated how she responded to my many anxious emails quickly and with all of the information needed. Nick was also kind and helpful! The staff did an incredible job working with Brennan and I on our wedding day and ensured it was stress-free and fun! Our wedding was perfect thanks to the staff and I would recommend a wedding in June to anyone.

Getting Married at Mammoth is so much more than a venue. The staff is incredibly attentive throughout the process.
Our event coordinator responded quickly to our endless questions and the day of planner (shout out Natalie) was incredible. She kept everything running smooth and even gave my wife her coat after our freezing ceremony.
The food was solid at a great price.
We held our ceremony on the SunDeck at McCoy and our event in parallax. Both venues were spectacular and the team made it easy to get all our decor up and down the mountain.

Excellent wedding team and venue. The wedding team was very transparent with costs and communicated all details. We couldn’t be happier with our wedding day. Every detail was perfect. Our ceremony was at the top of the mountain with the reception in parallax. Mammoth hosts a wedding expo in the spring where you can meet local vendors (photographers, DJs, florists, bakeries, event planners, etc.) and sample courses from the menu as well as signature drinks, beer and wine.

Mammoth Mountain is an incredible place to have your wedding. It is truly a unique venue/caterer for a wedding because they have so many options for the setting, size, food, drinks, etc. They have a wide range of venues based on the type of wedding you want, that accommodate any number of people ranging from an intimate wedding to a several-hundred-person wedding. The menu provided by their caterer is incredibly diverse, including different cuisines, but also different degrees of "fanciness" ranging from street food to plated fine dining. Mammoth staff is incredibly helpful, and they do the best job at reminding you of deadlines leading up to the big day, whether that be payment deadlines, or creative deadlines. They assign you a Wedding Coordinator who truly does a bulk of the work when it comes to planning and executing the wedding. Our Coordinator, Kristin, held our hand throughout the planning process, and made it incredibly easy to plan a wedding for the first time. On the day of, I did not have to worry about a thing; she coordinated everything with our vendors and kept us to our schedule all night. Mammoth Mountain is truly a unique vendor for a wedding, and I could not recommend it enough.

Had the most unique, meaningful, and unforgettable wedding in Mammoth this past April - and not just unforgettable for us, unforgettable for all our wedding guests.
We had our wedding and reception at McCoy Station. The snow was still unmelted on the rooftop so we had our ceremony on the patio - it was gorgeous and maybe even better as the glass blocked the wind. It was an awesome experience for our guests, who got to take a gondola to the middle of the mountain and it was awesome for us, who had the most beautiful snowy (but cold) backdrop for our ceremony. It was perfect for us since we first started dating on the ski slopes.
I'm crazy impressed by how the team was able to flip the McCoy cafeteria area to a wedding venue within a few hours. We did it when the ski season was still going. Everything looked gorgeous. The food was all right, but I didn't have too high expectations for food out of a ski lodge. Our cocktail hour was in Parallax, where our guests got to enjoy their new bar area and the sunset.
From a cost perspective, it was honestly really fair. A wedding (venue + catering) would have cost way more in the bay area or Tahoe, which made up for having to accommodate our guest list knowing Mammoth is not easy to get to during the snow season (Yosemite is closed and most flights to Mammoth are done by mid-April).
Can't thank the Mammoth team enough!

The Mammoth Mountain Team was incredible. We worked with Kristin and Amanda for the most part, but any time they weren’t available there was always someone who would jump in and help. Everyone was so sweet, organized, and responsive. The bartenders and catering crew were kind and accommodating. The venue options are all stunning, you can’t go wrong. Overall it was an amazing experience that far exceeded our expectations.

Mammoth and June have always held a special place in our hearts so for my now husband and I it was an easy decision on where we wanted to have our wedding. The entire planning process with MMSA was such a wonderful experience. We specifically worked with Amanda and Paige who were immensely helpful and supportive. They had such a quick response time to my questions and helped put me at ease when I was stressed about the weather or contacting other vendors. (Something to consider is “mountain time”. Vendors in this area may vary in their own response times, but rest assured they will get back to you. They’re giving couples the attention they also deserve.)
We also hired outside coordination as well as vendors from out of town and MMSA’s communication and collaboration with the other members of our wedding team was beyond seamless. We had our ceremony at Forest Chapel and the reception at Camp High Sierra on a day in which the fall mountain weather could not decide what it wanted to do (sun, cloudy, drizzle/rain, windy!!). I’ll never forget the kindness of the Mammoth catering staff who gave us warm drinks and ushered us into the reception area during cocktail hour to thaw by the fireplace because we spent nearly thirty minutes in the cold taking our portraits!! While they do work with so many couples, they truly make you feel valued and take the time to get to know you and your significant other to figure out how to nail all the details.
Our special day was perfect and so much more than we could have ever imagined.
If you’re planning a wedding, the mountains are calling…

My husband and I got married at June Mountain, and we could not have been happier with our experience! The team made the wedding planning process easy from beginning to end - quick responses prior to booking, meeting our coordinator & vendors in person at the wedding expo, easy communication, and professional & flexible execution the day of. I want to say thank you to Kristin Gay for being there every step of the way, bringing the positivity and paying close attention to details, and to Jacob Erickson for his outstanding customer service, ability to adapt quickly, overall organization and high quality catering. If you are thinking about getting married at a Mammoth venue, do it!

We had our ceremony at The Forest Chapel at Tamarack Lodge and our reception at Camp High Sierra. These venues both could not be more beautiful. It was exactly the right size for our 55 person fall wedding. Camp High Sierra was so cozy and charming with the fire place going all night. Everyone we worked with we're also so communicative and accommodating of requests. The food was delicious! Our guests are still raving about the sea bass.

Mammoth Weddings had the best customer service. As soon as I was engaged, I called to see if the location I wanted was available - when confirmed - they were available every step of the planning process. I interacted with several different individuals besides our day-of coordinator and everyone was responsive and helpful in answering my many questions. I went to their wedding expo and met them in person- the sweetest group.
The location was beautiful (Forest Chapel) and they worked with my decor lady to coordinate the availability of decorating the ceremony site and the reception lodge (Camp High Sierra). That was really helpful considering I was busy with other things- I didn't have to be the middle-man.
Forest Chapel was so beautiful and Camp High Sierra was a small, warm, and inviting lodge. They lit the fireplaces and the beautiful lighting added such a warm mood. Paige, our day-of coordinater, was so sweet and patient. I can't imagine not having her.
I honestly have no complaints and would recommend Mammoth Weddings to everyone who wants to married up there.

Mammoth Mountain was the perfect venue for us! We chose this venue because it was beautiful and because there was mountain biking. Our wedding ceremony was on top of McCoy station and our reception in Parallax. The views were stunning and we had a blast! Our coordinator Amanda, was just amazing. She was responsive, very friendly and really made sure everything came together smoothly. We definitely recommend this venue!

My now husband and I got married at the June Mountain Ski Lodge in June Lake (one of the many Mammoth Mountain venues). From our initial contacting of the venue through the process of booking, and then eventually having our wedding this team was amazing to work with. They were very easy to communicate with, answered all our questions in a timely manner and in general were spectacular. The day of couldn't have gone more smoothly, all due to their team. Our wedding was absolutely magical in part due to them!

Loved loved LOVED getting married in Mammoth! It has been my dream to get married at Sierra Star since the first time we golfed there and it was everything I dreamed of. The team there was amazing and the food/drinks were great. The scenery was perfect and I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Highly recommend MMSA!

Long story short, we pulled off our dream wedding here, and the team made it easy.
As a queer couple, we held a little trepidation going into wedding planning, but everyone at Mammoth was absolutely warm, welcoming and professional.
Our coordinators Erica and Stacey, our catering manager Amanda, and all the Mammoth staff made the planning process seamless and uncomplicated. I can't understate what wonderful venders that came recommended from their preferred vendor list too (they'll get their own rave reviews.)
Even through two years of pandemic postponements, our team kept in touch and remained flexible until we were comfortable enough to finally have the wedding. (The complimentary-with-contract wedding galas were a blast in the meantime.)
When it did come time to nail down the details, we were blown away by how the team embraced our vision of a nerdy fantasy (LOTR) wedding. They are willing and equipped to pull off nearly any theme and vibe, and ours was certainly different, but it turned out absolutely perfect.

Our wedding through Mammoth Mountain was absolutely a dream come true! They have always been very responsive and helpful since our very first inquiry email. We first decided to book with them after we attended one of the Spring Wedding Expos to scope our venues. The expo itself was beautiful and everyone we met was so professional and kind. We ended up working with Amanda and booked the Forest Chapel for the ceremony and Lincoln Bar for the reception. Both of the venues were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were there for us at every turn. They made the planning process so seamless and made our vision come to life. We are not from the area so it was comforting to work with people we knew we could trust. Everyone was so helpful and thoughtful in making our day perfect for us and fun for our guests. All of our guests have been raving about the wedding ever since, and we wish we could do it all over again!

The Lincoln Bar at Canyon Lodge in the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area was the perfect choice for the "Welcome Dinner" for my son's wedding. This venue is recently remodeled and has a wonderful rustic/urban feel right on the ski mountain. It needed little decor to feel warm and intimate, and this was made even better by the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. The vintage chair lifts made for fun photo ops for the wedding party and guests. The room opens to the mountain and provided an indoor/outdoor space that was enjoyed by all, especially the young children. Best of all was working with Amanda from Mammoth Mountain Resorts Catering who was always available for questions, provided great suggestions, and was present before and during the event. As most of our party was staying in the June Lake area, Amanda even made arrangements for a large bus to bring all the guests back and forth to the event. We chose the Italian buffet menu and loved the food. There was something for everyone. During the summer, the Canyon Lodge is closed off-season, so we had the entire place to ourselves and with the private bus shuttling us to the venue, we had a truly VIP experience in a beautiful part of the world. Thank you Amanda!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This venue is so hard to work with on literally everything. They can't get details correct, and they pass you off to whoever they can at every point to avoid taking responsibility for communication, detail management, etc.
Paige and Natalie were both the most unhelpful people I have ever worked with-except maybe the florist we used. It must be a Mammoth thing. Everyone is so oxygen deprived in that mountain town that they all share one IQ point. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH MMSA. Book the Forest Chapel with the Forest Service and have a private reception in your home town.

The team at MMSA is just amazing! There is no way we would have been able to pull off the most amazing day of our lives without their help. We reached out to them after we decided last minute to just go for it and have a wedding and I am shocked that they were able to pull everything together for us in just 2 months. They have been super responsive since the start, on helping us with choosing venues, colors, reservations, vendors, food, etc, and they worked with us with all our last minute choices. Natalie, our wedding coordinator, is incredible. She will work with and figure out whatever you throw at her and she will go the extra mile to help out with any difficulties during the day-of as well as during planning. She seriously alleviated so much stress for me. I couldn't have asked for more amazing people to help us with our wedding, don't hesitate to hire them, they will make everything so much easier for you!

We got married in Mammoth on 10/24/21 at Canyon Lodge, and despite horrendous weather on our wedding day derailing our plans of an outdoor ceremony, we had the most PERFECT wedding thanks to the entire MMSA team. Our guests raved about how beautiful the space was, all the delicious food, and how smoothly the entire event flowed. The chef did an incredible job and even came out to check on us. The servers were extremely friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Amanda for her hard work leading up to the big day, and Julia for being the best, most flexible and supportive day-of coordinator when the weather really threw a wrench in our plans. She was so patient and calm--exactly what I needed! Huge shoutout to the gondola crew that stood outside in the torrential downpour to assist our guests in loading the Village gondola up to Canyon--a wild ride they will never forget! We are so grateful we chose MMSA for our wedding venue, and would recommend them without hesitation. As an added bonus, we felt like we really got a bang for our buck! Thank you MMSA team for the most unforgettable wedding of our dreams!

Mammoth Mountain weddings did a fantastic job navigating the very rocky road of wedding planning during a global pandemic! Our wedding planner was incredible and patient in answering and re-answering every single question that I asked her. Our day could not have been more perfect! If something had gone wrong that day I, the bride, had no idea it ever happened. Everyone from the servers, to the bartenders, and especially our coordinator we're all on top of their game, very friendly and helpful! If we had to do it all over again we would 100% choose to do it the same way!

Amanda Archuleta was amazing to work with. Throughout Covid my wife and I kept believing that we’d still be able to have our 120 person wedding, and Amanda was with us every step of the way, and praise God we were able to have it! Words can’t describe the event, but I have been to at least 10 really fancy big weddings, and this one tops them all… all our guests were saying the same. Just beware of some cold temperatures, it can still snow and rain early June, we got very lucky since ours was June 5.

Mammoth Mountain's staff made my wedding day a breeze, and allowed for it to truly be the best day of our lives. From the initial contact, Amanda and Natalie were swift in their response and answered every question I had. I was admittedly clueless about the check list of things I needed and what had to be done, but they handled absolutely every detail perfectly and made certain the ceremony and reception were stress free. My wedding felt like a party I got to attend rather than feeling the weight of throwing an event on my shoulders, and they even handled odd family dynamics I warned them about perfectly.
Beyond their exceptional work, the food was genuinely delicious. I had family flying in from Europe in the culinary and wine industries, and they all commented on how great the food was.
We managed to stay on budget, and they were very cognizant of helping us do so as well. They also recommended absolutely stellar vendors in town, so I highly recommend taking their advice on who you work with.
Thank you Mammoth Mountain! I remember every gorgeous moment thanks to you being on top of everything. I highly recommend working with Amanda and Natalie.

Amanda kept me sane during my time navigating a wedding during a pandemic. She kept us completely up to date and in the know of any changes and even possible changes just so we could mentally prepare. I truly felt the Mountain had our back as a couple. Plus they work with every local vendor which makes the day run as smooth as possible. Thank you Amanda and Mammoth for making our day happen! It turned out better than we could of ever imagined. I couldn't recommend Mammoth more. If you love Mammoth like we do, you know anything they put on is successful (conventions, wine festival, night of lights, etc.) and this is no exception.

Mammoth Mountain and the wedding planners and staff associated with the resort have been nothing but wonderful since we first went to their Wedding Gala a few years back. Even when our wedding had to get postponed when COVID struck this year, to when we had to postpone it even further to 2022, the staff have been nothing but supportive of our decisions, and understood why we had to make said changes. I've only worked with Mammoth's wedding planners so I cannot compare them to any other locales, but I would definitely recommend them! They have all been friendly, helpful, and easygoing since the first time my fiance and I approached them like deer in headlights at the nervousness of broaching the subject of wedding planning.
I cannot wait until March 2022 when my fiance and I finally get married on Mammoth Mountain!

I would not change a thing about this venue. We knew we wanted to get married in Mammoth and MMR made every dream come true. Erica was an amazing coordinator, she handled everything professionally from the day we meet to the day of events. She even pulled off snowboarding on July 5th for our wedding entrance! Our reception was in the Parallax... the room was flawless... the food was priceless... and they continued to offer more food to guests. Which was something no one ever heard of at a wedding. I could write for hours about the details... overall, this venue exceeded expectations.

The team at Mammoth Mountain literally made all of my wedding dreams come true. I honestly do not think our day could have been any better, and that is absolutely down to the amazing team I was lucky enough to work with. From the very beginning, they were so detail oriented that I felt secure that nothing would go unnoticed. The personal attention and assistance we got all the way through the process left me extremely confident that the day would be the best of our lives. Amanda, Loree and Stacey were an absolute dream to work with, and put up with my many questions and texts outside of work hours, assuring me all the way that weather concerns and unplanned power outages wouldn't cause any issues on the day. I cannot thank the Mammoth Weddings team enough for making it the most magical, amazing day of my life.

Mammoth was awesome for our reception! We ended up going with Convict Lake for our ceremony location. With the added logistic challenge, our planner (Stacey) was awesome in coordinating and communicating with all of the vendors and making sure all of the components were aligned! The planning process was a breeze and she was always available for questions and support. This was huge for me as I was planning my wedding remotely from the East Coast. The reception turned out more beautiful than planned even with last minute challenges such as table runners I had ordered not showing up. Stacey coordinated with the florist to make it look awesome anyway! The whole day went smoothly and was beautiful. Thanks to the Mammoth Team! They did a great job and I'm sure you can't go wrong with them!

This is a review for June Mountain Ski Area (which is owned and run by Mammoth). We have nothing but good things to say about this venue. The day went perfectly with no hiccups. The food (which we had not even tasted before the wedding) was amazing, every meal was really good and guests still comment about the food. We had a pretty large wedding and our wedding coordinator from June Mountain was able to layout the tables and seating exactly how we wanted. Alison and Abi at June Mountain were so professional and amazing and took extra time to make sure our day was perfect. I would recommend this venue to anyone. The views were amazing and June Mountain will always be a special place for us.

Overall, we had an amazing wedding at Forest Chapel and June Mountain! The venues were beautiful and the staff was very helpful and responsive on the day of the event. However, it was a bit stressful coordinating with the venues leading up to the event. Both Forest Chapel and June Mountain changed our wedding coordinators within a few weeks of the wedding, despite working with a different coordinator for over a year prior to the wedding. Though I was happy with the new coordinators, it was frustrating to have to work with someone new on such short notice and so close to the event. We also had a difficult time scheduling our rehearsal the day before the wedding and ended up having to do it at a time that was very inconvenient for us which added a lot of stress the day before the event. We also had to select different beer to serve the week of the event as the beer we previously selected and were told could be served, turned out to not be possible for the venue to acquire. Overall, the venue and coordinators were very helpful and accommodating and we had a wonderful wedding but there was definitely a lot of headache and stress coordinating with the venue in advance of the event which was avoidable and a bit unfortunate. Luckily the day of went off without a hitch and was absolutely beautiful!

I chose the venue of June Mountain Ski Resort and Mammoth, CA in general for my wedding as something sentimental. My first road trip up with my then boyfriend was an amazing couple of days, it was then he found that he loved me and loved being around me. It was then that I found that dating new people was not a bad as it sounded. We love Mammoth, we go once a year, the hikes and scenes are gorgeous and I refused to be married in the city we live in. We talked on and off about ideas of what we wanted in a wedding ceremony, I wanted to be outside in the beauty of nature and he wanted mountains. It was magical, June overlooks two lakes I believe and a waterfall and has just the perfect view for an anytime wedding ceremony.

We had a wonderful experience at Mammoth Mountain. The venue was spectacular. We had the reception in Parallax and ceremony inside McCoy station due to a spring snow storm. The food was excellent, the wedding coordinator Natalie S. was wonderful and made sure all details went according to planned. The guests rode up in the gondola and had champagne on the ride up! It was a first class experience. Pricing was very fair for all services provided. I wouldn't have changed a thing! I would definitely recommend Mammoth Mountain for the perfect wedding venue.

From our first trip up the gondola and to McCoy station we knew this was our place to be married! We have had the best experience with such great staff to ease our mind! I knew going into this venue we would have to go with the flow due to unpredictable weather. Natalie Saini eased my mind from the first time I emailed with her and spoke on the phone with her. She was here for me as a coordinator every step of the way! She would email me back quickly and even coordinated a private tasting for us since we were unable to make the group tasting they have twice a year. Her organization and experience made me so confident that our hard work planning would all come together! We had rehearsal on the rooftop and had to switch locations to inside Parallax less than an hour before ceremony time. I'm sure that was stressful for her, but she made me and my husband not have a worry or care in the world. Our day was absolutely perfect for us! She accommodated our wishes of having 10-15 minutes alone after our ceremony. Natalie went above and beyond. She let us have our moment together in our reception area where she had waiting for us drinks and lots of appetizers! We walked around our reception area and got to see it all before our grand entrance to our guests. The gondola staff, the servers, bartenders (Connor especially!), chef, coordinators, and all the Mammoth Mountain staff were so good to us!
Our guests raved about the food! We did the family style and it was almost like plated! Lastly, right when we got into town, Natalie came to our cabin and picked up all of our wedding decor and details so we did not have to worry about it! The Sunday after the wedding, she dropped it all back off to us in perfect condition and boxed so nicely. We cannot thank them all enough for putting on this epic wedding and best day of our lives thus far!

Mammoth Mountain staff really exceeded our expectations. They were professional, kind, and helpful. Amanda answered all my questions with patience and care. We were then set up with Natalie to view the venue we had chosen. Natalie called us two days before our wedding to let us know that the venue we had chosen wasn’t going to look how we had envisioned it because Mammoth Mountain had yet to receive natural snow fall and wanted to offer us an alternative site. That gesture was so huge. The fact that she cared about our big day meant the world to us. We are sure that the alternative venue was better than our original and we are just so thankful to everyone we had the pleasure of working with. We love Mammoth and visit often so to have had such a wonderful wedding experience makes us love it even more. We recommend them highly.

We had an amazing experience with the team! We did our welcome party up at McCoy Station. The food was great, the views were amazing and everyone LOVED going up the Gondola. This was one of my favorite parts of our wedding weekend!!!

No complaints about this wedding venue! From start to finish, my contacts Natalie and Amanda were very responsive and always had the details I needed. We had our ceremony at Sierra Star and reception at McCoy station. Guests loved the scenic views from both and had fun riding the gondola up to McCoy station. The food was great and we had no problems with the bar or bartenders. Everything seems very flexible and relaxed up there so they're open to whatever you want to do to customize your wedding. The preferred vendors list was helpful, but because Mammoth is pretty remote, you only have a few options for each vendor which is something to take into account. My wedding was very budget friendly but I don't think anyone would have guessed because people were focused on the views and beautiful surroundings. My wedding turned out better than I ever would have imagined!

Everyone at Mammoth Mountain was more than helpful and accommodating to our needs! Amanda was quick to get back to us and help us find the perfect venue to meet our vision. Natalie was fabulous at getting us everything we needed and want at both Camp High Sierra and Forest Chapel to make our day perfect. The day of our wedding was everything we had dreamed of. The staff at Camp High Sierra was so wonderful to our families, everyone was so impressed with the great service and how helpful everyone was. We would recommend Mammoth Mountain to all of our family and friends for future events

The staff at Mammoth Mountain was beyond exceptional! My family has a long history of special moments in the town and surrounding areas and the staff went above and beyond to make our wedding day the best of all of our memories!
Communication between all departments was smooth and easy while we were planning every detail! I did most of our planning via email since we live four hours away and on the day of... every detail was there and absolutely the way I expected it to be! The gala before hand was an excellent way to not only meet local vendors, but to taste the amazing food offered at the reception!
In the two days leading up to our wedding, we had some unfortunate circumstances and my coordinator, Erica, was not only reassuring but was able to adjust everything at the drop of a dime! She walked our entire wedding party through our rehearsal, answered every question I could ever have imagined to ask, and she constantly checked to make sure there was absolutely nothing else we could have needed! We owe most of the day to her planning and dedication!
Over all, Mammoth Mountain exceeded our expectations, from a mountain top first look, to a ceremony in the trees, a dinner our guests are still raving about and the best hospitality we could have ever asked for! I would without a doubt, recommend Mammoth Mountain ski area for any future event!

We did our wedding at the June Meadows Chalet - top of J1 at June! Abby, Amanda, Lennie and their teams did an AMAZING job - every single detail of our wedding was perfect and they worked tirelessly through it all. They were super easy to work with - we did almost everything through email! They only book one wedding a weekend which was amazing - we didn't have to worry about cleaning up that night OR early the next day! And we were able to get in a day ahead to decorate - life saving!
Every single thing that we wanted to change or customized they totally helped us with. Our guests raved about the food, the bar ("they made literally EVERYTHING! It was awesome!" was the feedback we got from everyone), the scenery, the chairlift ... everything was perfect.
We owe June & Mammoth for an amazing wedding that our friends are still talking about months later! Everyone raved over the views, the lodge, the staff, food, drinks etc. Wish we could get married again so we could relive the amazing weekend here!

Our wedding day April 5th 2018 was our Best Day Ever ! Starting with a champagne bar for our guest at the gondola entrance (G1 ) our guest enjoyed riding to the top of the mountain where Natalie ( spectacular wedding planner) escorted our wedding party to the area we were having our ceremony . I ( the bride ) arrived last to be greeted by Natalie & our DJ Rick ( also amazing ) began playing our song . The mountain was still open & we had skiers & snowboarders clapping & stopping to watch this wonderful moment ! It was magical !!! After our nuptials, we strapped on our boards & rode down with our wedding party !!!!! The reception was held at the Village , where a room filled with lights beautiful tables with flowers awaited us !!! The wedding the recption was our Best Day Ever !!!!! Thank You Mammoth Mountain for making this our magical day !!! Natalie our wedding planner did so much & worked so hard , building signs we had made , placing our favors , pictures , guest snowboard table up !!!! She was Spectacular !!!!!

Only one word can describe our wedding at June Mountain: perfect. Everything was wonderful from the views to the service staff.
Planning everything for the day of was simple and we felt well taken care of through the whole process. All correspondences were quick and thorough. There were a couple questions I had that I felt should have been brought up by the planning staff but seriously only two (alternative plans for bad weather, and a city wide event being held on the same day as ours). Neither of these things were issues, but I was a little surprised they weren't brought up to me before I asked about them. My husband was also disappointed with a lack of assertiveness from our day of coordinator during the rehearsal because she was pretty laid back and basically followed our lead even though we didn't really know what we were doing.
HOWEVER. These were the ONLY complaints we have and they seem pretty minor being that everything was perfect on the day of. We got countless compliments on how delicious the food was (we chose the ahi, spring rolls, and ceviche for appetizers, tri tip, chicken, red potatoes, and roasted veggies for entrees). Our guests loved taking the lift up and enjoying all the gorgeous views. We have heard so many times that this was the best venue and best wedding our guests have been to. What makes that even more exciting is how affordable the venue is. If I could do it all over again, I would choose June Mountain as our venue every time.

Very Helpful, went above and beyond helping me and making sure it was everything I wanted and more. They were also so helpful and ready to go when we had to change the ceremony last minute due to rain. I loved my wedding day and owe them a huge thank you!

Mammoth has always been a very special place for us , raising my children learning how to ski, cross country training and enjoying the outdoors. We couldn't have thought of a more beautiful place than the Top of Mammoth Mountain to share our Wedding Ceremony with our family and friends. Our wedding planner was amazing, from food planning, recommendations for vendors, and the entire staff ensuring that everything was 100% in place the day of our wedding and working with weather conditions having snow in July made it more of a memorable experience for us all. We had an opportunity to share and have our guest experience what we love so much about Mammoth - The beautiful majestic mountains.

Getting married at Mammoth Lakes Forest Chapel was one of the best decision I have ever made. All the vendors exceeded my expectations. The wedding planner and catering was amazing. Food was delicious, everyone still talks about how good the food was! On my wedding day I was taken care of and had to worry about absolutely nothing. If you want a stress free wedding with beautiful scenery and great food, getting married at Mammoth Lakes will be the best choice for you!

Our wedding weekend at Mammoth Mountain was literally a dream come true. We had over 200 guests and had multiple events that spanned 4 days. Welcome Barbecue at Tusks Bar, Rehearsal/Dinner/Cocktail Party at the Mill, Ceremony and Reception at McCoy Station, Cocktail Hour at the Top of The Sierra and last but not least, a farewell brunch at the Dry Creek Bar. With the amount of guests and the number of events we hosted, this would have been a logistical nightmare without Loree Peterson. She was super attentive to our every need and was always at our disposal. We were able to meet with her multiple times prior to our events and she was always able to provide suggestions, answer questions, and calm our nerves. Loree has excellent working relationships with multiple wedding vendors and assisted us with finding some amazing help to make our dreams to a reality. Our entire weekend went off without a hitch. Every ounce of the service at Mammoth Mountain was top notch.

I got married 5-5-17 in Mammoth Mountain at The Mill and it was the best decision we made. Everyone was super friendly and down to earth. Lori helped tremendously beforehand and during the wedding. I couldn't be happier with the outcome! even though it rained, everyone was super cooperative and made me feel confident that everything would be okay.

Our wedding was seriously a dream wedding—mostly in part because of Mammoth. Mammoth does tons of weddings a year so they have it down to a science. We got married on the McCoy Station SunDeck and everything went off without a hitch.
Loree Peterson was our lead and she was PHENOMENAL. Leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly responsive with any questions we had. We don’t live in Mammoth so she bent over backwards to meet with us when we were in town to hash out any wedding details. On the day of, she was a rock star. She made sure everyone was taken care of, all the decorations were on point and the bridal party knew what to do and was in the right place.
Mammoth was so easy to work with. Everyone is so understanding and laid back – and will do anything and everything to help make your day special.
If you do get married in Mammoth, I highly suggest picking all local vendors. Our photographer, hairstylist and DJ were all from Mammoth so they all knew each other and were in contact with each other prior to the wedding to make sure everything flowed perfectly.

We just got married in July 2017 at Forest Chapel with a small reception in the yurt at Tamarack Lodge. While it seemed a little hectic during the planning, in reality it was a very smooth process. Especially after we were set up with Stephanie Pollard as our wedding coordinator. She was very communicative and worked with us on every aspect of the planning process. AND she made sure the reception area was set up as I wanted it even though the yurt wasn't ready to be decorated as early as planned. Steph truly made sure our wedding went off without a hitch and was an advocate for us every step of the way. Our parents (both mine and my husband's) both commented on how much they liked working with her and how much they appreciated her attitude.
In terms of the site, you really can't beat Forest Chapel. The yurt was also nice, though small - we only had 26 people and I would not recommend putting any more people in there (or at least not any more tables - we had some extra seats). It'd also be nice if the lights in the yurt had a dimmer switch. The outdoor area of the yurt is stunning, though. It makes for such a pleasant area to enjoy the night. And the staff working our wedding were excellent. Attentive and friendly. The bartender was excellent, too.
We enjoyed every bit of our wedding and absolutely recommend Mammoth Mountain as a great place to have a wedding! And that's after paying the bill ;)
