Marlow Salon Spa

We found Marlow on google. It was very last minute. They were wonderful! They had a clean salon and everyone looked and acted beautiful. Everyone was so organized also. I wish we lived near by, I would definitely return!

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience that I felt I should have using this salon. The work the girls do is great, my hair and make up was amazing. My personal issues were directly with communication and professionalism lack there of. Leading up to the day I felt very stressed, more so than usual only because I felt like I was not presented information until a week before. Unprofessional in that I would go hours/days without getting a return text and very vague answers. The day before my wedding, 12 hours to be exact I got a text from one of the girls at the salon who told me that I needed to pay them before 8AM, I immediately called and texted back with no response. I was an hour away from the salon staying in hotel next to my venue. So the night before my wedding I sat and thought that they would not show up the next day- I finally did get a text, once I was asleep that I could pay them when I got there in the morning. The beautiful hair/make up they gave was not worth the stress and anxiety that came with this salon. If I could do anything over it would be that I change salons.

Such a relaxing environment and very clean

In the midst of missing an employee due to a family emergency, the rest of the team at Marlow stepped up and got all of my bridesmaids, and mine, hair & make-up done in the perfect timing! Each one of us left the salon feeling more beautiful than ever! The pricing was very reasonable as well! This salon had a beautiful look and atmosphere! The owner Sarah is a doll and so so sweet! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know! -Brittany
