Best decision of our entire wedding was choosing Matt. Honestly, we thought we could just cut corners on a Photographer & use my now husband's sister to take our photos b/c she did a great job for the senior portraits of a few family friends. But after really considering it, we put his sister in an awkward position with lots of pressure that was unfair to her (catching candid shots at a reception is very different that posed portraits). Not to mention all the equipment, lighting, talent, software, etc... it takes to really capture your big day. We were also convinced to go with a professional after so many friends had horror stories of family members taking photos and surprisingly even more had awful tales of other Photography companies being dishonest, adding extra fees, receiving blurry photos & ones with everyone's eye's shut or red. Matt had great ideas for epic pictures but also let us make suggestions. Everyone that has seen our wedding pictures mention how amazing & beautiful they are. You will not regret hiring Matt. Just do it already!

It was such a pleasure working with Matt for our wedding and engagement photography! Both my husband and I were nervous about having someone “in our faces” all day, particularly as we were having such a small wedding, but Matt really does do a great job of capturing the slice of life moments that happen throughout the day that you forget he’s there. I can’t tell you the # of times we’ve flipped through our beautiful wedding album that Matt customized for us. Like other reviewers have mentioned, Matt has an incredibly warm personality and makes you feel like a friend, which is exactly the type of person you’d want around on such a big day. Matt is one of a kind and truly unique at what he does. He has an unorthodox, authentic style which is refreshing and comforting. He truly has mastered customer service and the art of being casual, but professional. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. My now-husband and I met Matt and immediately knew he was the person we wanted for all our engagement and wedding photography. His photos are stunning, but you have to know that he his stunning as well - one of the coolest folks we've ever met, with a great laugh and an amazing personality, who immediately makes us feel at home with ourselves and our surroundings. Not only were the pictures he took amazing, original, unposed and natural...but Matt felt more like one of our guests than a vendor. He's family now! He traveled with us for our engagement photos and it was no add'l charge (even after we chose the haunted house setting). He has a great eye and attention to detail. You forget he is there at times until you see the pictures later. Amazing work and I would definitely recommend him to a friend!

I would 100% recommend Matt Druin to any couple--HE'S AWESOME! He has a beautiful way of taking photos that are so unique and artistic, and also takes the "traditional" photos you want during your wedding. He takes the time to get to know his clients and is also very easy to work with. Matt's documentary-style photography is so pure and real, which is what my husband and I were looking for. I am a wedding coordinator and met Matt at one of my client's weddings which he was photographing. He was a pleasure to work with then and any time we had adjustments that needed to be made, he was so accommodating. We knew early in the planning process that we wanted to hire Matt for our wedding. We were drawn to his non-traditional style of wedding photography and the incredible quality as well. We got so many compliments after the wedding about how magazine worthy they are! He's incredibly easy to work with and always answered all of our questions quickly. Matt was our photographer for our destination engagement session in Los Angels and destination wedding in New York City. I seriously can’t say enough positive things about him. We’re both not very comfortable posing, but his approach is so amazing that he got incredible pictures without interfering with how we are naturally. He would nudged us a little here and there, took time to understand how we worked, and adapted his process around that. He was very flexible in everything and extremely accommodating, not just to us, but our friends and family. My family feel in love with him and even invited him to visit us in India. Afterwards, he was very quick in getting our pictures back, and very responsive to any communication. We’d highly recommend him, he’s worth every penny!

Matt is absolutely AMAZING! He captured our destination engagement session and wedding day. He perfectly captured the love my husband I have for each other, as well as our unique personalities! Matt was and always will be, the best vendor I worked with. My wedding day was rainy and dreary from an approaching hurricane and for a while I worried that it was going to be a disaster. But Matt stepped up, calmed me down, and produced some of the most beautiful photos I’ve ever seen.....even with the high winds and rain!! He got wet, muddy, and totally didn't care. I would use Matt for every milestone event in my life (and my husband and I have already said we will be bringing future children to Atlanta to do photos with Matt if he’ll have us). He had our photos edited and done within two weeks. He kept our crazy families at bay during the wedding. He produced high quality, magazine styled photos. He is without a doubt, the best vendor we hired. There is no denying he is one of the best wedding photographers in the business. My husband and I agreed, Matt is an artist. Matt was our photographer for our wedding in Hawaii. From the start he was very responsive with email and patient with us, answering our questions in detail and making sure we understood everything. We had only Skyped a few times before meeting him but when we met him in person we felt comfortable right away. He blended right in with our group and all of our friends loved him. Having him as our photographer was one of our best decisions. Not only did our pictures turn out beautifully, but he was incredibly easy to work with from beginning to end. He did a fantastic job capturing our day and delivered beautiful, unique photos that truly captured the love and happiness on our wedding day. Everyone was so impressed with his photos! My wife and I couldn’t be any happier with the experience we had with Matthew Druin + Co. Photography! The pictures he took of us on our wedding day turned out better than we could have dreamed of! Matt has a passion for photography and it is so easy to see that when you meet him. He really takes the time to get to know you as a friend and goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. He even hiked up and down a mountain in the middle of the night with us to take our engagement photos. If you are looking for a photographer, Matt is the one you want!

His pictures are my favorite part of our wedding. My wife and I are still moved to tears every time we look at our photos. Matt was great throughout the whole process. From the day we asked him to be our wedding photographer to the weeks after the wedding, Matt has always been prompt to answer my questions and a complete delight to work with. He was the photographer for a friends wedding, that I was apart of, and I was so impressed with how he handled himself during the craziness of everyone getting ready. He was on schedule and used up every second efficiently. There was a no question for my husband and I as to who would be our wedding photographer, Matt is only photographer for us! P.S. As a professional artist, I knew I wouldn't be happy with anything but an amazing photographer for my wedding. Since my first email with Matt I knew he was our guy. He's been enthusiastic, calming, and utterly professional. Every question I had he'd email me back within an hour. We also got all of our images in great time, he even had a slideshow of our ceremony for everybody to look at during the reception! "Above and beyond" is the perfect way to describe his work ethic and his company's approach. Working with him was such a smooth process and I am SO appreciative and grateful that he was part of our day. This guy IS THE BEST!! 10/10 I am recommending him for literally everybody I ever meet who's getting married.

Matt is - hands down - the best wedding photographer I've met, and I've met and reviewed the work of several. He is professional, laid back, remarkably talented, and a really pleasant guy to work with. Matt made sure we were comfortable every step of the way, took our photography wishes to heart, and delivered a product that was far better than our expectations. We didn't want only the standard stuff, but the *real* moments in the wedding, the good stuff, and he delivered all of that and more.
