We had Mattisons cater our wedding and they were phenomenal!! The food was delicious, everyone wouldn’t stop talking about the appetizers and the raw bar!! They were able to work with us with all our odd requests. But above all LISA was amazing. She was the most phenomenal coordinator ever. Not only is she funny and sweet but she is amazing at her job and goes above and beyond. She made my wedding planning process 10x easier and stress free. I felt like I was in amazing hands because of her. She made our food and drink tastings a blast and really helped me if I ever felt overwhelmed. She is the best. I truly can’t imagine how my wedding process would’ve gone without her. Thank you Lisa!!

I cannot say enough about Mattisons and Lisa Stanley their Catering and Event Manager. The food was amazing, and cooked right on site! Working with Lisa and her staff was amazing. She is so calm, and easy going and so accommodating to every little thing! If I emailed or texted or called, I always got in touch with her, changes we’re easily made, and we got married between Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton, with location and everything changing the week before the wedding and things went off perfectly! We could not have been happier with everything, communication, service, wait staff, cooks, bartenders, and Lisa was the best and is now what I’d consider a friend! Thank you so much Lisa and Mattisons (Chef Paul) for making our special day amazing! ❤️

I have to be honest, we did not even do a tasting before hiring Mattison's. We live a few hours away and food was not at the top of my priorities for the wedding. Mattison's had good reviews, was approved by our wedding planner and venue, reasonable pricing, allowed us to buy our own alcohol, and most importantly, had a straightforward contract, unlike some other caterers in the area we spoke with. Lisa at Mattison's was so wonderful to work with: pleasant, responsive, and flexible. Our guests turned out to have a laundry list of food allergies and they handled it no problem. So many guests commented on how great the food was. Highly recommend hiring them for your wedding!

I'm not exaggerting when I say all my wedding guests shared they had the best wedding meal at my big day. Mattison's blew it out of the park. It was a total experience. From passed creative appetizers and stunning cheese display to perfectly executed salads/entrees, and overflowing dessert table, each course was devoured. And you can't forget the tastiest late night taco bar!! Most importantly, Each person on their team was so professional, kind and welcoming. We even had one of the staff leaders personally cater/care for my husband and I throughout the evening to ensure we ate on our wedding evening. Truly exceptional catering company. I also want to personally thank Kourtney, who worked with us the whole way. She planned the best tasting menu the year prior, dealt with multiple date changes due to Covid, patiently handled my indecisiveness on the final menu, welcomed personalizations to the menu, and made seating chart/assignment details so easy. She is hyper-responsive and knows how to work so well with other vendors. Not to mention, she is just fun :) Thank you a million, Mattison's!!

Mattison's was a total pleasure to work for our wedding! We had our wedding at our family home and they accommodated everything we asked for - from bringing their own kitchen to cook in, to create three different themed food stations, to various passed bites - they made all the magic happen! Their entire staff was wonderful to work with leading up to the event (Kourtney, Tina) and then the staff at the event was so kind, professional, and on it. I remember walking into the living room after the event and thought, "you'd have no idea we even had a party here" with how clean it was. We also had several guests mention how good the food was. Wedding food is rarely good so what an added bonus in an already great experience! Mattison's also made it easy to rent linens, tables + chairs through them vs. having to execute another contract. Highly recommend working with them!!

Thank you Mattisons, the food was delish! Kourtney was wonderful and always willing to help. Loved how direct and honest she was. We planned the entire wedding remotely without ever seeing our venue and we couldn't have done it without her! Our day was perfect. Thank you for helping our vision come to fruition.

I always loved the food at Mattison’s and I was thrilled to find out they were on the approved list of caterers for our wedding at the Ringling. Living out of state, I anticipated some difficulty planning the catering and making arrangements, but Kourtney from Mattison’s really put my mind at ease. She worked with my schedule to arrange the tasting and she took care of all the rentals. I wouldn’t have even known where to start with tables and chairs and tablecloths and cocktail tables, and Kourtney managed everything. I recommend Kourtney and Mattison’s to anyone looking for a stress-free wedding or other catered event.

My husband and I are so glad we had Mattison's cater our wedding! Kourtney Culler was absolutely fantastic to work with. She did a wonderful job curating a creative menu, and then took great care of us (along with our parents) during our tasting. She made adjustments based on feedback extremely well, and even inquired about some off-menu additions. The food was not only delicious and filling at our tasting, but the same was more than true at the wedding. Our guests were more than satisfied by the end of dinner (many too full for dessert and the late night snack!). In addition to the great food, the service was equally commendable. We all felt so well attended. As a busy bride and groom, they did a fantastic job of going above and beyond to make sure any of our dining needs were met. We highly recommend Mattison's catering!

Mattison's catered our wedding this weekend and we couldn't have had a better experience! Everyone was impressed with the food and the service was incredible. The staff was so friendly and really took care of our guests. I would highly recommend their catering services.

Mattison’s did an amazing job at our wedding and made sure to accommodate all my guests so well. We had gluten free family members and they made sure they had an enjoyable meal with everyone. We are so happy we chose them as our first meal as husband and wife. Thank you again Kellen & Julia

The food was great ! The liens were perfect! It all over went well ! Our wedding planner Christine did her best during the whole planning process. My wedding had a lot of expectations and was very detailed therefore I believe it was difficult for Christine to keep up and organize it all. I wish there was a little more done on her part to make sure the guest knew where everything was such as the photo booth and making sure we didn't loose our wine box and such . Over all the wedding was perfect and it's only the little things that could have been improved .
