I reserved 25 rooms the weekend of my wedding at the Mayflower Park as the majority of my guests were out of town. Leslie the coordinator was easy and great to work with. Our guests liked the rooms and the customer service they received for their accommodations. The location of this hotel is also perfect as it is in the heart of downtown Seattle. We also hosted a wedding brunch the Sunday after our wedding which was bar none the WORST service I have ever received. During my planning trip to Seattle to see the venue, the coordinator Andrew Harris wouldn't commit to a time to meet and didn't bother coming. Then the day the final headcount with due, his emails were curt and not representative of what was in the signed contract. They barely had enough food for our guests and we had to insists that additional food be brought out as some of our guests hadn't even arrived and there was almost no food left (at $24 +21% service per person). When complained about this, they did offer a discount, but then were untruthful about other charges. It took the hotel manager 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to call me back. My rating is based on my experience with the brunch, not the hotel accommodations.
