LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! This was my husbands favorite vendor! Lindsay and Matt are so nice and provided a great experience on our wedding day. They did a great job in helping us pick our 8 ice cream flavors. They even specially made some for us to try at their shop location in Broomfield. They did a great job communicating and making us feel awesome on our wedding day. Also the price we paid for ice cream would have cost almost the same for a wedding cake. All our guests were screaming for ice cream and talked about it the rest of the night. It was amazing to hear "what favor did you get?" "Oh my gosh...that is so good!" It was amazing and unique to have that as our wedding dessert. The best part is not storing wedding cake in my freezer for our one year anniversary, my husband and I can alway go get our wedding ice cream whenever we want in Broomfield to remember our special day.
We used MC2 Ice Cream truck for my son's graduation party and it was a hit! Lindsay was extremely communicative with me and kept me updated along the way. They even created a flavor special for my son based on his favorite cartoon - Scooby Doo! They had us do a tasting to find the perfect flavors and everything was delicious. I would highly recommend MC2 Ice Cream truck, you will not be disappointed.
