Everything (including socks) is included in the package. And wow did my men look sharp! It wasn't too expensive, and you can opt to have it delivered and ship it back as well.
Specific to tri county in cincinnati OH. Multiple issues stemming from shoddy customer service (my bow tie was smashed, multiple groomsmen getting suits with poor hemming, one was charged $30 than the rest of us). Biggest plus is their vast locations, makes doing an out of town wedding easy.
PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE. get a local place priced out and see if they can beat it.
Overall MW isn't bad, you just need to find a competent sales associate.
We got exactly what we needed! Easy to coordinate with out-of-town bridal party members.
This is referring to the Kenwood location:
I had more problems with this location than it was worth. Our initial visit should have been the first sign to not order suits from this location. The associate was not helpful, did not offer any suggestions, and did not have an answer for any of our questions. They also offered the groom's suit for free because we had so many guys signing up for a suit. When we visited the Eastgate location, the associate was completely opposite. She helped us with every aspect of the suits, and told us what looked good together, and what did not. She had to make the change of the groom's suit to be free because although Kenwood said they would make the change, they did not. From there, my mom picked up the two ring bearer suits, and the associates gave her no indication on what the ring bearer suits were supposed to look like. The associate let her buy a full gray suit with a long necktie, when the ring bearers were supposed to be wearing a gray suit with a blue bow tie and vest. When I called to ask why the associate allowed the ring bearers suits to be order improperly, they assured me their associates would never let that happen. However, my mother would NEVER buy suits if they were the wrong color scheme. One of our groomsmen had difficulties with the associate when he was returning his suit, and the associate was very aggressive with him. And when another groomsmen returned the groom's suit without the black suit bag, the associate threatened to charge him if he did not call the groom to find the black suit bag. My husband and I were on the way to our honeymoon, and had no cell phone service. Every experience we had with this location was negative. I will absolutely never go back here, and I will tell everyone I know that this is the WORST location to visit.
Specific to Men's Warehouse in Eastgate-Cincinnati, OH
So many issues, I don't even know where to begin...
Groom: Went back in after initial fitting to get re-measured to ensure nothing changed about a month or so before the wedding. Good thing he did, because every measurement was wrong, not just by a little bit but as if they input the numbers for a different (foot taller) tall person in his file. Men's Warehouse never got an email notifying him that his tux was ready. Once he called himself to see if it was in, he went in to try it on. The jacket felt big on him and asked for a slim fit, the worker said it was the slim fit, just as he ordered it. He still wasn't happy with it but it seemed he had no other choice than to deal with it. After coming home with it and pondering on it all day, bride and groom went up again to see if there was anything else that could be done. A different employee helped him this time and noticed that the jacket he had was not a slim fit, it was a regular. The slim fit could be ordered with no issue, other than the fact it wouldn't come in until the day of the wedding. They couldn't promise it would be in before he had to be at the venue by 2pm that day, nor did they have any other option, even for the customer to pay for rush order. It did work out and came in by noon, but still added unnecessary stress upon the groom on an already very stressful and emotional day.
Ring Bearer: We had him fitted twice to ensure he received the correct fit since he is 11 years old and grows quickly, last time being in 3 or 4 weeks before the wedding. His tux came in maybe 3 days before the wedding and his jacket didn't fit. Groomsmen: two tie came to them broken, one only had one cuff link, one's pants came to him broken and another groomsmen received two different sized shoes. I wish men had more options of places to rent their tuxes for weddings and special events. Spend a little extra and go somewhere else(11 rentals)
All the guys looked great! They were easy to work with. You can go to any Men's Wearhouse in the country to get fitted and pick up your tux. This made it very convenient for our out-of-towners.
We dealt with several different Men's Wearhouse locations, placing the order in Florence KY, but the prices were high and the service terrible. I wish we had searched for a different vendor. The ring bearer's tux was too small and he was uncomfortable, the best man's tux arrived unhemmed, the father of the groom had to be re-hemmed, the bride's father and brother had tuxes that were too big, and were told that nothing could be done. We were also not told that several items were add-ons, such as shoes and pocket squares. In all a poor service...pick someone else.
Expensive but helpful. Make sure you ask to see less expensive tuxes if you're not happy with the price. When my husband and I first went there, they only showed us three options. The cheapest was $200. After we left, we decided to go back and ask if there was anything cheaper. Of course there was...still ended up being $120 for each tux.
