She collaborates with couples to create cakes that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Mercy Tolbert knew she wanted to work as a baker from a young age. Watching endless hours of the Food Network with her grandfather, Mercy’s interest in the world of food was sparked. She realized her dream in 2019 by graduating from Walnut Hill College with a Bachelor's in Pastry Arts. For Mercy, baking truly is an art, and she loves conceiving edible creations that bring joy to people. MercyMe Treats strives to put a smile on the face of every couple the business serves. Couples can work with Mercy to create custom cakes in a spell-binding range of flavors and designs. Her cakes come in flavors such as classic vanilla or decadent coconut sponge, with filling such as chocolate mousse or freshly whipped cream. Her selection of treats, including cakesicles, cupcakes, and cookies, will delight guests. Mercy places a premium on customer satisfaction, and she offers both delivery and setup services.
