Extremely disappointed and would not recommend. The buses were 45 minutes late and left over 60 guests waiting in the rain. Our guests eventually had to pay for their own Ubers. The Vendor did not offer any credit or refund and claimed that "services were rendered" We were humiliated.

I want to thank Metro Livery my son had his wedding in May 14 2023 at the Scarrit Bennett center and we used buses from Metro Livery and their onsite coordinator really helped with getting the people inside the venue I have recommended this company to all my friends and family and will use them in the future for my transportation needs

Metro Livery was hands down amazing. I got married back in December and I remember it was so stressful trying to figure out which company to use. One of my friends suggested Metro Livery and I'm so glad that I took her advice. They were definitely the best choice for our transportation needs. Professional , friendly and made the guests and myself feel like we were someone important. They showed up early, never once did I have to stress on getting our guests to the venue or back to their hotels. The prices were great. I would definitely recommend them to anybody or any family member that needs this type of service. Oh and don't let me forget the office staff they were great too. Thanks again Metro Livery for making my special day perfect!

We sure do appreciate the service we had on our wedding day. We used Metro Livery Sprinter Van for the wedding parties and then to shuttle grandparents and other guests. Thanks for a flawless job.

Metro Livery was excellent! They helped us with wedding transportation for all of our 100 guests in December last year! They were pleasant, professional, and respectful. They even comped a getaway car for us!!! They seemed to be as happy for us as we were!

Metro Livery saved us when our original shuttle vendor, Swoop, backed out with 3 weeks to go. We had zero problems working with them; they were easy to get in touch with, on time, and accommodated us bringing a cooler on the bus for guests. The price was much higher than our original vendor, but I doubt that's representative since we had to book so last minute.

DO NOT HIRE! We hired them for 12 hours of our wedding. They broke down and stranded our guest on the side of the road and never sent a replacement vehicle. Our other guest has to shuttle everyone. Our wedding had to start 30 mins late so our guests to arrive. After the reception we hired and prepaid them till 3:00am they ghosted our guests around 1am and stranded them downtown Nashville and had to pay very expensive Ubers. They also ran off with hundreds of dollars in unopened alcohol that was to returned.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! What was communicated, especially the charges, and what we requested wasn't was we got at all. When following up, Jenny the owner was RUDE and argumentative, she has NO idea how to run a business or what customer service is. Apparently she he doesn't need the business - so do the company a favor STAY AWAY and spread the word. A complete nightmare!
