Thanks to the help of our wedding planner (Rachael Boisvert) and her team, we were able to still have our ceremony and reception outside facing the lake underneath the tent as planned.  Overall, we would rate the venue, pricing, and food 5/5. It is a beautiful location overlooking the water. Perfect for those looking for a lake front wedding. Additionally, the guest rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bridal party and I stayed in the bridal suite the night before. This made things convenient for getting ready on the day of.  We found the pricing to be reasonable and within our budget for the small outdoor wedding we had envisioned. We greatly appreciated our venue coordinator’s (Donna Diclemente) willingness to work with us as well as her attention to detail in the beginning stages of the planning process. We especially appreciated that she offered us a military discount for the ceremony fee when she heard my husband is an army veteran.  Lastly, we really enjoyed the entrees (marinated steak tips and grilled salmon) we picked out for our dinner. We received a lot of positive feedback from our guests that the food was delicious. Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff who prepared the meal! We will always remember it fondly. The reason why we cannot give Mill Falls Church Landing five stars is because of several negative experiences we had on the day of the wedding. Please see below: 1. Overall, we thought our assigned wedding planner (Rachael Boisvert) did a great job in helping us plan this event and keep track of all the details along the way. We appreciate her quick responsiveness and willingness to answer our many questions along the way. However, on the day of the wedding, she seemed quite overwhelmed. She had mentioned the fact that her department was understaffed due to the recent resignation of a colleague. As a result, she had to take on additional clients whom the previous planner was working with. With that being said, we felt as though we didn’t see much of her after the ceremony. It felt as though she abandoned us to go work on other couples’ weddings. We have nothing against her personally. However, given that this venue is popular for summer weddings. it should be appropriately staffed so that situations like this don’t happen. The assigned wedding planner should be able to focus solely on making each wedding a memorable and special occasion for the couple/family during its entirety.  2.  We felt as though Rachael could’ve communicated instructions more clearly to our groomsmen. At our rehearsal, she told the groom and groomsmen to wait in the golden pond room. She would come get them for pictures.  Long story short, she did not come to get them. A family member ended up escorting them outside to where pictures were being taken when they didn’t show up. This situation could’ve been avoided had communication been clearer. 3. After the ceremony, things at the reception seemed rather rushed to us.  It just felt like a factory when we had to be packed up and out of there by a certain time so they could set up for the next wedding that night. We didn’t like that and felt as though the venue was more concerned about making a profit than ensuring we had ample time to enjoy a day that only happens once in a lifetime.

She took fantastic notes, was extremely communicative and responsive to all our questions, and was an all-star on the day itself as rain plans fluctuated throughout the day. I can't recommend this venue enough if it's your dream to get married on Lake Winnipesaukee like it was for me!

She coordinated all aspects of our venue setup exactly as we had envisioned, making sure every decoration, table arrangement, and lighting detail was executed flawlessly. On the day of the wedding, Cambelle was a calming presence amidst the natural excitement and nerves. She orchestrated the entire event with precision, ensuring that our timeline was followed seamlessly from ceremony to reception. When minor issues arose (as they inevitably do), she handled them discreetly and efficiently without ever bringing stress to us or our guests. What truly set Cambelle apart was her exceptional communication and ability to anticipate needs before they arose. Even when she was unavailable, she proactively kept us informed via email and always provided clear points of contact for any questions or concerns that might arise. Her commitment to keeping us supported throughout the entire planning process gave us tremendous peace of mind. On the wedding day itself, she was always one step ahead, whether it was directing vendors to their proper locations, ensuring the wedding party was positioned for key moments, or quietly checking that we had everything we needed. Thanks to Cambelle's exceptional management, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding day without worrying about logistics or details. If you're getting married at this venue, having Cambelle as your Wedding Event Manager is an absolute blessing. Her expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care for creating a perfect wedding experience is unmatched!

Luckily the rain held out and we had the most perfect ceremony. I cannot recommend Cambelle and Lilli and Mill Falls enough for a wedding venue.

We hired professionals that operated like a well oiled machine and that is exactly how it all went from start to finish. We highly recommend Mill Falls at the Lake, you won't be disappointed, we sure won't.

re were some hiccups along the way that any couple should take into consideration. The staffing there is quite something. The communication is horrendous. We had 3 different coordinators in a year of planning; our day of quitting 2 days before our wedding and us not even finding out until no one showed up to our decor drop off meeting. Sara at Mill Falls ended up saving the day and stepping up leading our rehearsal and meeting me after to go over all of our details and take decor. Thank you Sara for being amazing. I'd recommend her to anyone. My advice to any bride is be organized...I had all of my stuff labeled and self explanatory with mock-photos so there was no room for error. This saved me SO MUCH STRESS when finding out the day before our wedding that our coordinator quit. Our bartender was amazing and made fantastic drinks, BUT we had ONE bartender for a wedding of 100 guests for our open bar wedding. The line was NEVER ENDING. He also was responsible for cocktail hour outside and then cleaning it all up and bringing it inside (alone) and setting up the inside reception bar. He did fantastic, however an open bar for that number of guests should have had 2 bartenders. Another thing I wish I was prepared for; they must of been short staffed at the time of my wedding because in the past, the reception tent goes up the morning of the wedding...ours was up atleast 3 days before...with sprinklers going off every night under our reception area. This made for a very muddy soggy ground. At our rehearsal, everyone was sloshing around. I was told the sprinklers would NOT go off that night and should be dried for our wedding day the following day. Sadly, the sprinklers were going off after 9pm the night before and it was a soaked muddy mess. My bridesmaids were out shopping for carpet the night before my wedding so I wouldn't destroy my WHITE WEDDING DRESS walking down a muddy isle. The venue did nothing to fix it and had no solutions other than putting a few towels down to soak up access water (which my girls ended up doing during hair and make up, not the venue). I ended up having ugly grey rugs on my isle but it was better than a muddy mess of shoes and dresses for all involved. Fast forward to cocktail our, the food was so yummy, however, there was one server passing it around and we heard from many guests that they didn't even get one piece of anything. The food at dinner was delicious (we were worried due to our horrible tasting event) however the portions are very small. We were told many guests actually got food after the wedding. When you're paying such a high price per plate it should be a bit bigger of a portion (steak tip plate is a skewer of 4 small tips). I am however very thankful that it was all delicious. At the end of the night, you are told a wedding event person will be there to assist your "clean up contact" in cleaning up all decor...all staff, aside from the bartender, said bye to us during dinner and were no longer available through the night. I would not discourage anyone from getting married here, like I said our wedding was amazing and a core memory...however you should be prepared for anything if booking this venue. I would highly recommend speaking with Sara, she was the easiest person to get ahold of and answer any questions.

utdated and were not ready by 4pm as promised to many of our guests. They charge a 5 star price but give 1 star rooms. The rooms were dirty, the lights on the balcony's did not work. Toilets were broken, clothing was found in the beds, they do not clean the rooms or maintain them . You could not open the doors to either of the 2 balconies that came with the bridal suite due to a swarm of bees that attacked you as soon as you open the door. We let management know Friday afternoon & on Saturday(the weeding day) they were still there. The a/c could not be set below 66 degrees. So when you have 10 people getting hair/makeup(that you are paying a lot of money for) done and cant open the balcony doors or get the room cool enough with the a/c, it becomes a problem. We had over 90 of our guests not able to eat their most expensive dish, Filet wrapped in bacon, because it was served extremely raw and 1 guest's meal was frozen in the middle! The banquet manager realized there was a problem and did nothing to make sure our guest were able to eat and said nothing to us. It was brought to my attention after the wedding by a guest. After reaching out to many other guests and realizing how bad the situation was, I contacted Mill Falls, their response was "they realized there was a problem but it was too late to do anything". I was credited for most of the filets but only because I called. They had no intentions of bringing it to my attention or comping anything for their failure to deliver an edible meal! The bartenders were extremely rude to me and to my guests! The waitresses were the only great service received. Thank God the outside vendors were phenomenal! The Flowers were absolutely beautiful! The cake was delicious! The photographer and videographer did a great job! and The DJ was the BEST! Despite the disgusting food and horrible service by management, my daughters wedding was a great time had by all. I would strongly recommend finding a different vendor for a wedding. This is a once in a lifetime day that should not be overshadowed by overpriced, outdated rooms, poor food and poor management service.

She is very knowledgeable and kind and made us feel relaxed and at ease throughout the planning process and especially on our wedding day. She was so great with our wedding party and family as well. Sarah also helped to set up our reception and was wonderful. There was a wedding in the morning the day of our evening wedding and we never would have known as they made the process so seamless. We cannot recommend Church Landing and Cambelle highly enough! We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful place to celebrate for years to come.

Wedding Day: Waterfront for Ceremony and Winnipesaukee Ballroom for Reception - Rachael, Sarah, and Brenda were amazing throughout the day and evening. Guests raved about the beautiful venue. The food was delicious, especially the filets. We asked multiple guests if they enjoyed their filets and they specifically said it was cooked to perfection. My day was perfect specifically because of the coordinators helping me throughout the busy day and evening. I can't praise them enough! Farewell Breakfast: Took place in the Carriage House; the food was delicious and guests loved the atmosphere. Rachael was very responsive throughout the wedding planning phase. Her 19+ years of wedding/event planning is evident. She's creative and willing to help make any wedding idea come to fruition! Thank you so much for making our day so special!

friends and family. I am mortified at the food they served - “shrimp tacos” apps which consisted of shrimp (cut into a cube) on a soggy stale Tostito’s scoop chip. Not to mention they transitioned our outdoor bar to inside and shut service down for thirty minutes after we paid for open bar. Additionally our filets were all undercooked and we ate an 1.5 hour before our last guest ate. The director comped our filet Mignon but our wedding coordinator Guen refused to come out to check on our guests (she later quit the very same day). Bartender was rude to the guests and we only had one server for our entire party. The director walked around but at that point the night was ruined. Not to mention as I’m the bride I asked for sorbet which was freezer burned. Horrible food, horrible service and horrible atmosphere. 0/10. The lake views and weather at least were beautiful. I am reaching out to management after my honeymoon to remedy this situation as I am devastated and so isn’t my husband and his family.

. The chicken was so small and flavorless that guests were still hungry! The Caesar salad was dry and stale. It was just all around an epic fail. One of the bartenders also called my uncle an asshole which is SO unprofessional given the fact how much it costs for an open bar. When we told our friends that we were getting married at Church Landing they were all so excited as some of our guests have attended weddings here in the past and raved about it. I think the problem is the new ownership that took over about 3 years is what I was told. It was just super disappointing as many people including the bride and groom look forward to the food at weddings. Our wedding coordinator Carolyn was great-she kept things flowing and stuck to the time line! The venue itself is beautiful, but shame on the chef for allowing food like that to hit the tables. I unfortunately would not recommend Church Landing :(

She has a natural ability to keep you calm during what can sometimes be a stressful planning process. Her organizational skills make you feel at ease and confident that your day will be exactly as you wish. All of the staff that worked the day of our event went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have the best time possible. The bartender (Dave) always had a smile on his face and worked very hard to get all guests their drinks in a very timely manner (which can be a task with 200+ person wedding) and our waiters and waitresses didn’t miss a beat with service. They were on top of all guests meal selection or food allergies. All of the church landing/mills falls staff were amazing to work with and gave us and our guests the best experience they possibly could for our special day. Ford Florist out of Salem, NH is on their preferred vendor list and for good reason. They put our vision to life in this space and we highly recommend them to anyone planning an event at Church Landing!

They also helped to set up for our ceremony and reception and they did an amazing job! The food was great. The views were absolutely gorgeous as well. They even accommodated our dog as well, which we really appreciated. We had both our ceremony & reception at Church Landing and it was great for our guest size. Not to mention the room is beautiful! We even received wedding cards and a beautiful tote bag from both Guen and Katelyn which was a very nice gesture! We cannot recommend Mill Falls enough and thank you for making our wedding so perfect!

Church Landing also has so many great indoor spots for pictures and ceremony space in the event of inclement weather to put your mind at ease during planning. Guen and the rest of the staff were also incredible, they obviously are experienced with weddings which made everything run so smoothly! We also loved not having to find our own caterer and the food was honestly one of the best we have ever had at a wedding! The reception staff were extremely nice and professional. We could not recommend Church Landing enough, we had the most perfect day that we will remember forever and have zero regrets on our wedding venue choice.

The biggest notes I have would be the food was PERFECT, so incredibly delicious and I got so many compliments, and that all the staff we encountered were just so absolutely happy to help with any little thing. We began our wedding planning journey with Guen, who transitioned to a different role but was amazing while we had her, and ended with Rachel taking over for the day . Rachel is just a sweetheart - so kind and ready to be your friendly and reliable point person for your wedding and really had everything in line during the day. I could not recommend a better place to get married!

Most importantly, our coordinator, Carolyn, was really what sealed the deal. We had SO many questions, and constantly emailed her even several times a day, and she still was able to put us at ease and guide us through our roadblocks. We got married at the Chase House, overlooking the beautiful lake, and had our reception right there in the same building, in the Flagship Ballroom. To have the ease of everything all-in-one right there was really a plus. Carolyn assisted us through every step of the way. From the initial planning stages, to the rehearsal, to the wedding day itself she was truly the greatest support system throughout the whole process. If I could give her 10 stars I would. The staff, the food (everyone was raving about it), the details, the facility, everything was just amazing. What more could you want? Thank you to everyone at Chase House who helped us achieve our special day-it will always be the most pleasant memory we have!!

It rained on our wedding day but it didn’t put a damper on anything, there are so many beautiful places for photographs indoors and under cover. The food was also excellent, we got many compliments from our guests.

October 2020 and we immediately knew that it would be the perfect place for our celebration (around 150 guests). We booked with Guen, and then she was our contact person and eventually day-of coordinator through the rest of the process. Guen was an absolute STAR. She was so incredibly helpful through all of the planning, giving us advice and tips and making sure that every choice we made aligned with our vision of the day. Day-of, we could not believe how much Guen knocked it out of the park. She did everything from helping to set up the decorations in the ballroom, to directing our bridal party on where to go, making sure our vendors were where they needed to be, and just helping us execute on the perfect day. Every single person in our bridal party mentioned how great Guen was, and I don't think there's any way our day would have gone as smoothly as it did without every single thing that she did. And as for the rest of the Mill Falls staff, they were also absolutely fantastic throughout the entire weekend. From the catering manager Teresa who made sure that my husband and I had all the food and drinks we needed, to the bartenders who stepped up when we had a situation with one of our guests arise, every single person we encountered was so kind, professional and great at their job. I'll also say that as a venue, even though Mill Falls is full service that doesn't mean inflexible. A lot of the venues that we toured had set packages with little room for flexibility and to make decisions that fit your needs, but Mill Falls isn't that way at all. Every time we asked Guen and the team if something was possible - the answer was yes, and we felt so lucky for that to be the case. Thank you to the entire Mill Falls staff for helping us plan and execute our dream day - if we had to do it again, we would pick this venue every single time.

d Mill Falls to be the winner for several reasons, but the biggest one was their wedding planners and staff. From day one their wedding planners made me feel like a priority. Although there was some change in planners during our long planning process, the planner that stuck out always was Carolyn. She is so detail-focused, on the ball, and quick to reply that I was consistently blown away. I would highly recommend this venue if you are looking to have a big or small wedding on the lake!

My husband and I had our rehearsal on site and walked to Lago for the dinner, then we had a welcome party for all guests at the Town Docks. It is perfect for all guests- young and old as everything is right there. The wedding coordinator I was lucky enough to work with, Guen was just the kindest and best person to work with throughout this whole process. She responded to every email, text and phone call. I never had to chase her for a response. She made sure that the day ran smoothly and there were no hiccups. The food was also outstanding and we got a lot of compliments on how great the wedding food was. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Mill Falls at the Lake to anyone who is looking for a lakefront wedding in charming Meredith, NH. You cannot go wrong here!

Guen, specifically, is an absolute rockstar of a day-of-coordinator. We had a few minor issues the day of and she handled them with ease, I wasn't stressed for a single second. I had a few special requests for the day and I even gave pretty vague directions on how to decorate the venue, and all of my expectations were exceeded. It was so worth it to have all of our guests stay at the properties, have the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception all in one spot and we even had a thank you brunch the next day. The food was lovely and the open bar was a huge success. I will be dreaming of this day forever. Thank you!

most perfect weekend of my entire life. From the time I booked the venue everyone was so helpful and more than accommodating, especially through Covid and wedding postponements. I truly cannot thank everyone at this venue enough for everything they did for my husband and I throughout our journey. I would give this a 100 star rating if I could.
