Miss Design Berry, Inc

I think it's so shady that I wrote this review months ago on the Miss Design Berry website but it was never published because I left them a poor review. After I inquired, they said they'd look into why and never heard back. After 3 weeks of purchasing, I inquired about the status of our first proof and was told the name of the designer and that she was just starting to work on it (I thought she was working on it this whole time). A few hours later, I received a proof from a different designer - not from the one that I was told was working on it. This did NOT sit well with me, because I was like, what happened to the first girl and now a new girl whipped this out in a few hours? I felt it was a rushed job only because they sent it out pretty fast after I asked about the status. Their answer as to why the designer changed, did not convince me. But anyway, I tried to change my attitude and be positive about this. We had a micro-wedding, so some of the pictures I provided were of us ON our wedding day - hair, makeup, wedding dress on, suit on, the whole glam. I thought this would've been a piece of cake for the designer to capture, however, I used all 3 edit revisions because I felt we weren't captured correctly each time. Also, I added the dress upgrade post-first proof. At $48 for a dress upgrade, I would expect they would do a better job and capture the dress and veil accurately with minimal guidance. I asked if they had a discount, and I got $2 off, hey, I'll take it. I was shocked that my dress looked nothing like the multiple pictures and close-ups I provided, the same for my veil. My dress has a deep V cut in the front but gave me a sweetheart neckline instead. How do you miss that? I asked for that to be fixed. My veil had scalloped lace, and they said they could capture the details of it. I provided close-up photos but the lace did not match and the scalloped portions were messy and large instead of delicate and small. My face shape was all wrong - I have a round face, but I was given a 'square' shape instead. I used a drawing program to trace and draw over the proofs they sent to point out what I wanted to change. The entire process felt like homework. I dreaded seeing what they sent every time because I knew I'd have to make lots of edits and they only give you 3 rounds. After that you pay, but it feels like a rip-off to pay for extra when I already paid extra for my dress and even that wasn't captured properly. Thankfully, the last draft we received was in a good place where I said to myself, it could use more changes but it's acceptable. When we received our white canvas, it was packaged in plastic wrap and sealed. I immediately saw something on the canvas. A piece of a staple broke from the back. I'm surprised they still proceeded to seal the plastic with this debris on top. So we were very careful in removing the broken staple to make sure it didn't scratch the canvas. Upon inspecting the canvas, we noticed a slight yellow stain the size of a pea and a little grey blotchy spot. My family said to just write over it to hide it. Overall, this process took a lot of my time (which I didn't expect) and was very expensive.
