On May 15th, we visited the boutique based upon a recommendation. Within an hour I found a lovely Mother of the Groom dress. My measurements were taken at this time; the dress i...
n store fit well but we wanted a darker color, which was available and was ordered. That ended the pleasant experience.
At the time of payment, I had to sign acknowledging there were absolutely no refunds due to canceled events, etc. That was understandable. However, the fact that they have no issues taking your money yet deal with dress makers that can't deliver dresses that fit and arrive in a reasonable amount of time indicates they do not care about what occurs after the purchase.
I was initially told the dress would arrive in August. I called mid-July for a status and was told it would not arrive until the end of September. This was unacceptable as the wedding is Oct 25th, and they said it would take time to make any alterations as their seamstress is only available on Wednesdays. I was told that the reason for the shipping delay was that the designer did not rush orders and the dress had to be made. Tailoring is also not included so be prepared to pay extra. The owner called about a week later and the status was updated to the end of August. The dress arrived the first week of September, and the first available appointment for a fitting was 9/17. At that time they realized the dress was defective, very large in areas, very long, buttons crooked, and seams placed incorrectly. The dress had to be sent back.
Although the new dress did arrive on October 1st, I was curious why it took months for the first arrival but only weeks for the second one. Over the summer I was initially told that the manufacturer doesn't rush orders and that it had to be made. On October 1st it was because of tariffs and their warehouse was now stocked. Don't expect any discount or apology as there won't be one.
I had to find my own person to alter the dress. The dress was very expensive and now needs to be shortened quite a bit (there are buttons down the back so I am worried) and taken in at the hips and legs (it is a mermaid style) which wasn't an issue with the one I tried on. They had my measurements and apparently this didn’t matter much.
I do not recommend doing business with this boutique. It was a very unnecessarily stressful experience. I could have purchased a nice dress from an upscale store for half the price and with less worrying.
This place has beautiful dresses and will give you a wonderful experience shopping. However, once they have your money their customer service is absolutely appalling. The owner and...
seamstress are downright rude and condescending. I bought a bridesmaid dress there a long with another bridesmaid. Our bride also purchased there as well. Her experience was the worst. Her wedding is tomorrow and she JUST got her dress this afternoon after delay after delay. There was one fitting in particular that I realized this place does NOT care about you once they have your money. There was miscommunication with the seamstress and when my bride was getting upset I spoke to the owner suggestion maybe she step in, because you know, her seamstress was fighting with the bride(the customer). She told me she was not getting involved and told me I should mind my business as well. Definitely not the way a business owner should handle a conflict with her employee/vendor she uses. Are the dresses there gorgeous? Yes, absolutely. The experience buying them was wonderful, but if you want decent customer service after, do NOT go here!!!!!!!!!
I cannot speak highly enough of Miss to Mrs. Bridal Boutique and the incredible owner, Judy! From the moment I stepped into the boutique, I felt like I was in the best hands possib...
le. Judy has an undeniable passion for her craft and a gift for making every bride feel special. The selection of gowns is absolutely stunning, and Judy’s attention to detail and personalized service made the entire experience unforgettable. She truly listens to your vision, offering expert advice without being pushy, and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.
The boutique itself is beautifully curated, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Judy’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shine through in everything she does. I felt like I was not just another customer—she made me feel like family. If you’re looking for the perfect bridal gown, I highly recommend Miss to Mrs. You won’t find a more dedicated, knowledgeable, or caring owner than Judy. Thank you for making my wedding dress experience truly magical!
STAY AWAY! My mother purchased her mother of the bride dress from this shop. Judy (the owner of the shop) highly recommended her in house seamstress, Marianna. Marianna got confuse...
d about all appointment times and when she finally did show up for a scheduled appointment nothing that was asked to be done to the dress was completed. The dress had two sleeve options and the wrong ones were permanently sewn in. The dress was never taken in and we needed to request this over 2 appointments. My mom called multiple times asking for an appointment and repeated the date of travel for the wedding. The only option we were given was to come back for one final appointment the day prior to leaving for the wedding. They swore it would be ready and would fit perfectly. When my mom showed up it was still way too big and the inner most layer of the gown was bunched up in multiple areas. The shop owner said “you can’t really notice it if you stand back here, it won’t show up in photos”. The boning that was added to the front neckline to help the dress stay up (it just needed taken in and still wasn’t) forced the beautiful pattern of the dress away from the fabric, leaving a really obvious flaw to the front design. The bustle that was placed on the gown ripped just a couple minutes into the ceremony. My mom held her train all night. She was promised that the loose beading would be fixed, they were falling onto the floor during the last appointment.
With the last appointment being the day prior to the wedding we rushed around to book with a new seamstress at the location of the wedding and she instantly noted how large the dress was and how terrible the sewing was.
The solution from the shop? No refunds, “you didn’t pay me, you paid the seamstress” and you need to “take the dress back in, the owner knows how to sew”
We would have worked with the bridal shop, but the dress was finished so late and why is the solution being offered one that includes an amateur seamstress rather than a professional? My mother’s dress was fixed by another seamstress for $80 after paying $400 for an awful job with no refunds. The shop had the opportunity to do the right thing and refund the money, but instead they were combative and unreasonable and requesting my mother come back in after 3 weeks of fighting over this dress, the day before a 16 hour drive to the destination of the wedding. Stay away unless you want to deal with a headache before your wedding.
If you need any alterations, don’t buy here.

ou what parts of the dress can be altered to fit your body and style. She only recommends her seamstress, who works out of her shop. This is where I warn all women to avoid buying from Miss to Mrs.
The seamstress did a horrible job with my daughter’s wedding gown. My daughter lives in Boston. She relied on Judy’s schedule for alterations. Judy promised that she would have a second fitting on Friday and be able to take the dress back to Boston on Sunday. The dress was not ready on time, but Judy insisted that my daughter did not need a final fitting. Instead, we arranged for me to pick up the wedding gown and take it to Boston for the wedding. Unbeknownst to me, the length of the dress was not altered, the neckline did not lie flat, the beaded belt was in the wrong place, and the bustle did not work! I had to shorten the wedding gown (about 12 inches) minutes before my daughter went down the aisle. I also had to create a functional bustle before the reception. As a result of the poor alterations, the wedding started late, we missed out on many scheduled photographs, and the bride was unable to attend her own cocktail hour. This is time, money, and experiences that can never be regained.
Judy has not taken any responsibility for the disaster that she caused by poorly scheduling fittings and encouraging a bride to take the dress from her shop without a final fitting. She has not taken responsibility for the very poor quality of alterations that came from her shop.
I do NOT recommend that anyone buy from this shop. Judy will not stand behind the final product. Judy does NOT deliver the experience that she sells. Buyer beware!

hat are of excellent quality. The owner, Judy, has exquisite taste and provides excellent customer service. I purchased two dresses, one for the rehearsal dinner and one for the wedding. Additionally, my mother in law purchased a gorgeous gown, and my sister purchased a beautiful dress. We had an excellent experience and will continue to shop in this lovely store for all of our future wedding needs! Thank you Miss to Mrs Bridal Boutique!!

new to Moorestown, but it is clearly Judy's passion! The décor is beautiful and the salon is immaculate! I set up an appointment about a month prior to our visit. On the day of, we were greeted warmly and were escorted to a private dressing room complete with gorgeous furnishings. Angel and Jodi literally attended to our every need! We weren't the only customers in the shop, but they certainly made us feel as though we were! They catered to all five of my bridesmaids, my mom, and my officiant--they were knowledgeable about their products and had something for everyone. We stopped just shy of purchasing since we had an appointment in another area shop, but came back only an hour later to complete the sale. The other shop just couldn't compare to everything Miss to Mrs. had to offer--the professionalism, the selection, the color variety, the available size variety and reasonable pricing--this shop really is wonderful! In the end, all of my bridesmaids and my officiant purchased dresses from Miss to Mrs. They range in size from zero to plus and all found something they love! My only regret is the fact that this shop wasn't open when I bought my dress; otherwise, I'm sure I would have found something exquisite! It was an absolute pleasure to support a local, female-owned business!
