Loved the atmosphere here. I am not all about the dress but they made the experience fun. I appreciated that they made me comfortable and not feel weird for not being the bride you see on tv crying when they find their dress. Very supportive and helpful.

I wasn’t sure where to start my dress journey and I’m so grateful it started and ended with this bridal shop. Miriam the consultant who helped me was an angel. She listened to me, asked me great questions and fitted the dresses to me even tho they were all not the correct size they looked beautiful the way she clipped them. She found me my dress on the first appointment. I would recommend her and this shop to anyone on their journey to finding their wedding dress

I fell in love with a dress at Mockingbird Bridal and I could not have asked for a better experience. I carefully picked this shop after thoroughly looking at so many online and I’m so glad I chose right! I was super nervous coming in, but the girls there are super sweet! I was relaxed 10 minutes in. Miriam helped me find my dress and she is truly amazing at what she does. It was my first time dress shopping and I said yes to my dream dress. I loved everything I tried on, so shout out to their amazing selection! All of those dresses deserve to be worn and I can’t wait to wear mine! Thanks for all the help and for making this big day so fun!!!✨❤️

She helped me figure out my style and made the appointment extra special. Such a beautiful bridal boutique. Can’t wait to wear the dress I said YES to!

I had such a fabulous experience at Mockingbird Bridal from start to finish. I could easily book my appointment online. On the day of my appointment, I was the only bride in the salon so I didn't feel rushed. My consultant did a phenomenal job listening to what I wanted, making recommendations, and making sure I was 100% happy with my gown. I also had alterations done here and they were quick and affordable. I would recommend Mockingbird Bridal to any bride!

I had my bridal appointment with Miriam and she was beyond amazing. 100% recommend Mockingbird Bridal. I showed her my inspiration shots and she pulled the perfect range of dresses. She made my feel so special and of course she helped me find the one! Such a wonderful experience!

Absolutely amazing staff and experience. They were so helpful and patient. Didn’t pressure me at all. Even though I knew I found the dress I wanted, they let me leave to think about it. They have made dress buying so easy and smooth. I can’t rave about them enough!

The experience started bad when the door was locked due to covid, and you had to call to be let in. The ladies working the front desk could see us outside and did not let us in until we called. We go in and they refused to let my Man of Honor/cousin go back with us (he had been to 5 other places with no issue). The owner was very rude to him when he questioned her reasoning, and proceeded to walk off while he was talking. She followed me and my mom around and watched us the whole appointment, and even had words with my mom about my cousin while I wasn’t looking. The dresses seemed dirty and old, and all wrapped in plastic. I wasn’t asked what style I wanted when I got there, or even my name for that matter. My stylist, Maggie, was kind so that’s the only reason I’m giving a star at all, otherwise it would be 0 stars. I would not give them a dime, especially if you have family members who are part of the LGBTQ+ community, as they are not gender inclusive — they didn’t even have a men’s restroom.

Let me start off by saying that I love my dress. Miriam was so patient and great to work with during the whole selection process. That is where anything positive I could say about this place ends.. I ordered my dress the first week of March for my wedding on towards the end of October. I asked if it would be necessary to pay to expedite the dress and was told no and that it would arrive in mid to late August. I checked back in mid-August and was told by the receptionist that they would check on it and call me back. I didn’t hear anything back, so I called again the next week asking for a status on my dress. During the call I was told that it should be in “by the end of the week” and that Mockingbird Bridal would call me back at the end of the week. This went on for 4 weeks – my dress was always supposed to be in “by the end of the week”, Mockingbird would tell me they would call me to update the status, they would never call, and then they would get annoyed when I would call back. Finally my dress arrived on 9/18/21, so I scheduled alterations for 9/20/21. Alterations were horrible. I was directing the whole process – telling the seamstress where to take it in, letting her know that I didn’t think the adjustments where even on both sides, etc. I was told she would make everything symmetrical during alterations. It seemed like she was just doing the bare minimum and not even attempting to make the dress work best with my body. When I got my dress on 10/4/21 the top was not symmetrical. It was clear that the seamstress took in one side and not the other and I was so fed up at that point that I took the dress to another tailor, where I had to expedite the alterations to have the dress ready in time. Long story short, working with Mockingbird Bridal was by far the most stressful part of my entire wedding planning process. On top of just not recommending this place to others, I will be telling them to avoid this place like the plague. 0/5 – do not go here.

I am very happy that i went to Mockingbird Bridal Boutique. I was looking for a wedding dress with long sleeves. However there was no design with the long sleeves at the time i was looking because it was June. I was just randomly trying a wedding dress without sleeves and liked it too much. Miriam came and called the designer for me to ask whether he can sew the same wedding dress with the long sleeves and he said YES! Ever was smooth and professional. My wedding dress came in 1,5 months as they promised. You shoul definitely check Mockingbird Bridal Boutique for exquisite wedding dress. Everybody LOVED the dress and complimented during the wedding. Look bo further!

I absolutely loved coming here and recommend Mockingbird Bridal to any & all brides! They have so many selections & the staff is so friendly! I found my dream dress here this past weekend with the help of my mom and My consultant, Who was so wonderful & made my experience one to remember! And the best part is that you can find your dress within your budget- They have dresses that range from all prices! Can't recommend this place enough!

We had the most AMAZING day at Mockingbird Bridal!!! From the moment we entered the store everyone was so welcoming and kind. Our consultant, Miriam, was extremely helpful! I showed her pictures of dresses I liked and she was able to find a bunch within our budget. I found my dream dress thanks to her! I could not have asked for a better day!

Finding my dream dress at Mockingbird bridal with family and friends by my side will always be one of my favorite memories from the wedding planning process. It is more than just buying a dress; Mockingbird makes it a beautiful experience. We went on a weekday afternoon and somehow got lucky enough to have the entire salon to ourselves. My consultant went above and beyond to make me feel like a bride. After hearing me describe the style I liked, they were the ones who found “the one” for me. It was a fantastic experience that I will cherish forever. Thank you so much to the amazing Mockingbird bridal team! I feel so lucky to have grown up so close to this Gem of a bridal salon. I would 100% recommend Mockingbird bridal to all brides!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this shop to anyone I know. I scheduled my appointment for 12:30 and arrived ten minutes early just to be told to wait in my car. That wait turned into a 40 minute wait, which resulted in a rushed appointment. The consultant did not seem to be very knowledgeable of wedding dresses, besides knowing the names of designers. She asked me 5 different times when my wedding was after I wrote it down for her at the beginning of the appointment and entered it on the website to book the appointment. She pulled dresses that I did not like (and stated I did not like) and wasted my already shortened appointment trying on those dresses. I did not want a dress with a deep V neck, she insisted that “they are all made like that”... When I finally found one close to my style, she told me we were out of time and would have to come back. We should have had 10 more minutes based upon their 90 minute time frame. Throughout the appointment it seemed like we were more of a burden than anything, and she reminded us before we left that we were “running out of time to find a dress”... I wish we would have had a better first experience!

I couldn't be happier with Mockingbird Bridal! They truly do have a wonderful staff that listens to your concerns and they find what you are looking for. I had an amazing lady named Miriam who helped me! Before my appointment I went to two other bridal boutiques. Both were utterly disappointing and they didn't listen nor did they really try to find me the dress of my dreams. It really seemed like the other boutiques just wanted my money. When I went to Mockingbird bridal, I didn't feel that at all. I felt warmed and welcomed and I shared some of the dress styles that I liked, but I was missing one part that was making me fall in love with the dress. I tried on a few samples that I looked for online and found and my wonderful lady pulled them for me. She looked at what I loved about each dress and what I did like. She went to go look for me to find a dress that would match- me. When she originally brought this one dress back, she told me, it looks really busy and it looks like a lot but it is beautiful on. I said, ok- but originally looking at it I didn't like it. When I got into this dress, it fit PERFECTLY and it looked STUNNING. I actually cried! I never cry about little things like this, but it was so beautiful and was more than I could have dreamt of in my head. Miriam, did amaze me, by finding me my dream dress and I truly believe that was because she really did care about me and how I felt and what I liked. She was extremely pleasant to work with and she even sent me a little note in the mail while I was waiting for my dress to come in. I am glad the other boutiques didn’t care about me and my experience because it makes me forever grateful for Mockingbird bridal and I will forever be a customer.

I am so glad I found my dress at Mockingbird! Maggie helped me find my dream dress, veil, and a beautiful tiara in my first appointment. The team was helpful with answering questions and updating me on changing timelines during COVID. We had a wonderful experience with alterations as well. Their team is so sweet and I highly recommend the boutique!

My dress was fabulous! The price was reasonable. My only complaints were with alterations. Mia does great work, but she does not mince words. She was not afraid to inform me that I gained weight. I don’t really mind, but I cannot objectively give a higher score based on that sort of service.

First and only place we visited to find my wedding dress! Wonderful and personal service, beautiful and special place and experience, and the most perfect and gorgeous dress. I cannot recommend Mockingbird Bridal enough! Also, Miriam helped me find my dress, and she was wonderful and helped make the experience so special! She listened, discerned, and ultimately pulled the dress I chose to wear down the aisle! Loved her!!

I had a great experience at Mockingbird Bridal! This was the second salon I visited, and I ended up buying the first dress that my consultant picked out for me. The dress was absolutely gorgeous, and my consultant also helped me pick out matching accessories such as the belt and hairpiece. On-site alterations were great! The work I needed done was complete after just two fittings. Highly recommend!

I loved Mockingbird Bridal! Only took a star away because I didn't go through each step with them. I loved the associate I worked with, I loved going to the salon on weekday mornings and having a super personal and overall great experience, I loved many of the dresses they had. They did not have a dress that met my exact specifications, so I did not end up purchasing my dress here. If I could have taken my dress to Mockingbird bridal from the salon I purchased from and had them sell it to me, I definitely would have!

I bought my dress off the sales rack and it was still one of the best experiences! They put me up on the pedestal and I felt like a princess and they still gave me attention even though I picked off the discount rack... at a different boutique I was made to feel very poorly for being on a budget. So, I have to just brag on mockingbird for making me feel beautiful and worthy.

Mockingbird was amazing from the start to finish. Maggie, my attendant was actually the one who found my dress for me. I had chosen a bunch of dresses online, but the dress that I chose was one that she picked off the rack for me. It was the first one I tried on that day, and it was just meant to me! The in house alterations were also easy, and they even fixed my mom's veil for me, and it was gorgeous! One of the best things about it was my mom also got my dress got her dress there when she got married, it was meant to be!

This was a wonderful experience. I am terrible at making decisions, and going into my appointment I was worried I'd be overwhelmed with options -- but it was great! My group had a room to ourselves, so it was a very private atmosphere. I wanted my dad there. While normally men are not allowed, they were able to accommodate that, which was really important to me. Miriam was my bridal consultant, and first took me through different styles to see which I liked best and showed me options from there. She really honed in on my style and what I was looking for. The dress I ended up with was absolutely gorgeous! I'm from Dallas and the wedding was in Dallas, but I live elsewhere. So, they shipped me my dress and veil. Everything arrived nicely packed up. One thing that was a bit stressful: When I placed the order, they told me approximately when the dress and veil would arrive, but as that time approached they weren't able to confirm exactly when I'd receive them. This made it more challenging to make appointments for fittings at a tailor in town. I'm not sure if that is standard or not. It very well could have been on the designers. Regardless, I had a very positive experience. It was a calm atmosphere, which this stressed-out bride really needed for making such an important decision!

In the sake of transparency I will say that I had already found my gown about two hours before I came here but I had this appointment so my MOH said I should go just to make sure it was the one. I wish I didn't. From the second we walked in we didn't really feel welcomed. "Can I help you" is not appropriate. I go to check-in and they have no record of my appointment because the wrong phone number was texted for conformation. We were there on a Friday and it was maybe me and two other brides in the salon and they acted as though I was a major inconvenience to them. I was never asked any questions other than what I thought I wanted. My family (3 people) could hardly fit in the back dressing room which had 4 dressing rooms! I tried on a few gowns but it was kinda awkward because it felt like the focus was more on getting the gowns in and out of the plastic bags rather than getting them on the bride. I understand that the samples need to be cared for but it's kinda awkward standing there in a dress that's too big just holding it up and waiting while the dress gets put back. It was also very hot in there! I can't imagine how it would be in the summer. Again, I tried on a couple gowns but it wasn't a fun experience and after about 30 minutes in I wanted to go back home. The whole experience was very unwelcoming and not a bridal experience whatsoever. Very unprofessional.

I got to spend the afternoon trying on dresses with Mrs. Maggie, she is the sweetest most amazing person! The ladies up front were also amazing, and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better dress shopping experience! They made my 2.5 hour trip well worth it, the first dress was the one! If you don’t make Mockingbird Bridal your first stop, you’re wasting your time!

Not only did I find my dream wedding dress, Mockingbird Bridal had the most amazing customer service. I was impressed every step of the way. Their selection is amazing and their attention to detail is unreal. We had a blast finding my wedding dress!

Was very unimpressed with the customer service. This was my first wedding dress shopping spot and here are some of the highlights... 1. the place was HOT - from the moment I walked in it was probably 80+ degrees (it was a nice 65-70 outside)...never offered water 2. had to pull all my own dresses from the racks - she never asked what I liked or was a "consultant" 3. from the moment we started she told me when her next appointment starts and kept reminding me how much time I had left 4. very slow in getting into one dress to another-- I offered to put my own dress on (because she wouldn't let me forget she had another appointment in an hour) but the woman said I would ruin the dress so I had to wait for her every time 5. she greeted me by telling me I didn't look like the bride and my friend did Overall, VERY unimpressed. not sure how this place has stayed in business with this poor of customer service. the other person in our bay had just as bad customer service and when our ladies would leave we would bond over how rude the women were ... so at least that was fun ?

I've never had a worse shopping experience. I got married this past June, and Mockingbird Bridal was my very first appointment. I had good experience, with my only complaint being that the space was arranged so that you kind of felt like you were being cycled in and out for mirror time so there wasn't a lot of privacy. I ended up finding my dress elsewhere, but was pleased with my experience. So when my friend got engaged, I made her an appointment at Mockingbird. BIG mistake. From the moment she walked in she felt unwelcome. Her consultant, Becky, asked to see pictures of the styles my friend liked and what her budget was. When my friend listed her budget, Becky made a VISIBLY disgusted face and told her in a very snobby tone that she wasn't sure my friend was going to be able to find much for that price. I was shocked. At my appointment my budget had been slightly higher than my friend's, but ALL of the dresses that I had tried were within or close to her budget. So I knew for a fact that they had an abundant and lovely selection of gowns in that price range, which is part of why I brought her there. We shook it off, picked out a few gowns and went back to the dressing room. My friend then emerged in a dress but had a really upset look on her face. I asked what it was she didn't like about the dress, and she shook her head and mouthed "It's Becky." She then burst into tears. After trying on 1 dress, and being in the room for less than 5 minutes! I was furious. Apparently Becky had made multiple comments about her budget, as well as about her size and my friend's mother, who was shopping with us! To boot it didn't look like she made much effort to help make the dress fit as it would in the right size. Instead she just let straps hang, didn't clip well, etc. Which only made my friend feel worse about herself. From what I can tell your experience here is based on your size and your budget. We left and are never going back.

I found the wedding dress of my dreams at Mockingbird Bridal Boutique, my mother found her wedding dress her as well as multiple of my friends! This bridal salon is full of beautiful gowns and I had plenty to choose from. Unfortunately, my dress was not ready until 18 days before my wedding day. I picked it out in September, they told me it would be ready for pickup in late January. When February came around I called multiple times (the phone line is sometimes busted and I was in college so I could not go into the store whenever I wanted) They then told me it would not actually be there until late March. This was frustrating because my wedding was the 2nd of June and I knew it needed to be altered which also takes time and open weekends to travel to. This led to a very stressful last 2 months of wedding planning praying my dress would be ready on time. Thankfully my dress was ready for me to pick up 18 days before my wedding day. Other than being told wrong about the timing of my dress and the annoying phone lines always being broken this salon as very nice and Im so thankful I found my dream dress here!

Let me start this review by stating that I am NOT the girl that grew up dreaming of her wedding day...the gown...the flowers...the anything. I have always been of the mindset that if it is meant to be, it will happen and with my forever man. Guess what?! It happened. Ashley & Amber played an enormous part in "talking me off the ledge" and turning this young bride into a pretty-pretty-princess! When I do anything, I do it the fullest extent...with that being said, I didn't buy only one stunning wedding gown from Mockingbird Bridal, I bought TWO! One for the ceremony and one for the reception; each just as breath-taking as the other. Going back to me personally not knowing what I wanted for a dress, just knowing how I wanted to feel in THE dress...Mockingbird Bridal's entire crew took my words and made perfection happen! I am ALL about efficiency, convenience, attention to detail and customer service and I wish could give 10 Stars for this review.

Mockingbird was my first dress shopping experience and it could not have been worse. When I walked in the ladies up front were nice. I had to use the restroom so they directed me towards it. The first thing I see in the bathroom was a huge roach. HUGE, very much alive roach. I should have walked out then. They had 2 of us in a tiny room, anytime we both came out our dresses were touching. It really felt like no one working there liked what they did. Which kind of makes it awkward. My consultant was nice enough, and she really did try to find a great dress. I actually found 2 that I really liked. But the whole time I was trying on dresses I had this fear that there were bugs in them. Overall the experience was bad. I went to another store and had the most amazing experience.

I had the best experience at Mockingbird! We went to several other bridal shops where the appointments felt rushed and the consultants were not very helpful or nice. But Mockingbird was a wonderful experience, and Lucy was so sweet! I was very indecisive, and she was super patient and great to work with.

My daughter lives in Atlanta and we went to several well known shops there and didn’t find “the dress” there. So we planned to visit several Dallas bridal shops over the holidays. So glad Mockingbird Bridal was our first stop! Every dress our consultant Miriam selected was more beautiful and better quality than anything else we had seen. My daughter literally had 3 dresses that she lived so we came back with MOH, Grandma and grooms mom to help make final selection. The whole experience of selecting the dress was fun and stress free thanks to Miriam’s wonderful help!

I loved shopping at Mockingbird! The shop limits group count on Saturdays since it is smaller. It was perfect for me, my MOH and my mom. It was the perfect shop to start at since it was nice and quite with just a few other small groups there at the same time. Lucy was so incredibly helpful and sweet! Even though I didn't find my dress there I would highly suggest checking out Mockingbird!

Mockingbird Bridal is the perfect place to buy your dress ! They have so much selection, and I was very particular about the kind of dress I wanted. They were able to give me lots of options and were so patient with my indecisiveness. Miriam was a great at her job and made me feel so comfortable. She was so kind, and never made me feel pressured to buy. If you know exactly what you want, or have no idea, mockingbird bridal has your dress! Worth the time to stop by!

Beautiful and wide range of dresses. Very knowledgeable consultants. Wish the dressing rooms were bigger and they also didn’t let my dad come back to the fitting so I had to walk out into the store for each dress which was kind of annoying. I did find my gown here and they were great to work with in getting it shipped to me when I moved out of state.

I honestly can not understand a single negative review about this boutique! Everyone has been nothing but nice to me and my family from the minute we walked in there for the first time to the day I picked up my dress ( fitting perfectly!!!!!) Mockingbird Bridal was probably my favorite vendor I worked with in the whole wedding planning process! They have a very big selection of dresses and styles. Thank you ladies!

PRISCILLA... is hands down my favorite consultant, very attentive and cares about finding the bride the right match, takes the time to listen to what your looking for and takes the time to work with your budget. Mockingbird bridal has been around for forever, and there is a good reason why. They’re fantastic! I was looking for a dress, and got stuck falling in love with a dress that needed way too much work. I stumbled into mocking bird bridal where I met Teadora, and she changed my world for the better. My dress fairy godmother! I found a dress that was perfect, and she was a doll to work with. Their whole entire staff/team is amazing. So sweet, and so helpful! If you are in the Dallas area, or willing to travel; I highly recommend shopping at their botique for your special day. We went with bridesmaids dresses from them as well, and they were fantastic! Everyone was so happy and got the special attention they deserved. Thank you so much mockingbird bridal - you’re truly the best!

Priscilla, my stylist, was so sweet! Everything else was sub-par. The other stylists were rude to her for our party being “in the way”. They crammed 3 brides and family at a time in a very small back room. It was squished and chaotic, which stressed me out to the point were I couldn’t enjoy the experience. Disappointing because they had some great dresses!

After seeing all the negative reviews for Mockingbird Bridal I wasn't going to chance it but then when they had a trunk sale of the designer I wanted I figured I'd give it a shot. My consultant was very quiet and it made the experience a little uncomfortable but she did find the right dress for me and I got it for a great price so I can't complain too much. The real problems started when my dress came in. When I called to schedule a fitting, the tailor told me they are only open on weekdays and when I said that this wouldn't work for me due to my work schedule she said "well other brides work too and they are able to come in." Obviously I ended the exchange there , picked up my dress, and made an appointment for the alterations elsewhere. We also bought our bridesmaids dresses from Mockingbird because they offer a discount on bridesmaids dresses when you purchase a wedding gown. This was an absolute mess and nearly resulted in two of my girls having to buy different dresses a couple weeks before the wedding. First, one of my girls paid to have her dress shipped to her and when the dresses came in I confirmed with the shop that they had shipped the dress accordingly. About a month before the wedding my bridesmaid told me that her dress hadn't come in yet so we were freaking out thinking that it had gotten lost in the mail. I drove over to Mockingbird to tell them what happened and the girl at the front desk went to the back to check and make sure it wasn't back there and came out with the missing dress. Apparently it had been just sitting back there for weeks because they "forgot" to ship it. The worst part about this was they didn't even seem upset that this was allowed to happen. On top of this mistake they inaccurately measured another one of my bridesmaids so badly that her tailor said that is was so small that it would be impossible to fix (and she had actually lost weight since being measured by Mockingbird). Thankfully we were able to find a dress maker to basically rebuild the dress but this ended up costing twice as much as the dress cost in the first place. With all the amazing bridal shops out there please don't waste your time with this place buying a wedding dress in a once in a lifetime experience and it should be fun and stress free.

I love the look and feel of Mockingbird Bridal, and the manager was extremely professional and helpful. I really appreciated that I was free to browse dresses myself, as well as have one of the attendants, Becky, pull styles I liked. One thing I was especially thankful for was that they did not try to trick me into buying something outside my budget by putting me in a dress, having me fall in love with it, and then telling me a skyrocketing price. Becky would find a dress, come up to me and say, "This is around $500 over your budget. Is that ok? Do you still want to try it on?" I felt very respected and not like they were out to get my money. And the dresses were all very reasonably priced! I found my dress here (the first shop I visited) and absolutely love it! The only negative thing about my experience is that Becky was a bit rushed at the end of my appointment and measured me very quickly. She ended up measuring me wrong (or writing down the wrong number) in my hips by about 4-5 inches too small. That is a huge difference!! Luckily, my dress can be let out in my hips, and Mockingbird Bridal offered to switch me to a size up for no extra charge. Even though they made a mistake, they made me feel cared for in offering to fix it. I chose to have my alterations done elsewhere, however, after reading the negative reviews about their on-site seamstress. I am working with a seamstress in Irving who said she has repaired many dresses that Mia at Mockingbird Bridal altered incorrectly. Overall, my experience with MB was great, and I would recommend it to others! I'm in LOVE with my dress!

Maggie is the sweetest lady there ever was and it's truly because of her that I found the dress of my dreams. I had no idea what I wanted starting out and after trying on what felt like 100 dresses, I was tired, frustrated, and just didn't care anymore. I honestly said "Mom, I like the white one, you pick cause I'm over it." Maggie brought out one last dress and she and mom urged me to try one last one. Lo and behold it was THE one. Mom teared up and I didn't want to take it off, I felt like a princess. Of course it was a Maggie Sottero. Thank you Mockingbird Bridal for carrying the dress of my dreams and THANK YOU Ms. Maggie for finding it for me! We ended up getting glittery gold bridesmaid dresses here too- stunning. Thank you thank you for everything!

My mom, aunt and I came here a few Saturdays back. It was my first day to try on dresses and I had been to one place right before. I wasn't exactly sure what I was wanting just needed some guidance. I was "assigned" to Jenny and when she came up to greet me she did not even ask what I was looking for or even try and get to know me. She immediately took me over to a rack and told me I could only look there because they were the larger dresses... she didn't even ask my size. I immediately was disappointed and discouraged as she did not make me feel beautiful or even comfortable. I grabbed 2 dresses just so we wouldn't be those people to just walk out and she didn't even help me get them on. I needed help zipping and she was talking to another bride about how great she looked. The only reason I will give it 1 star is because as we were leaving (after 15 minutes) another lady I think sensed that something was wrong and was nice. Worst experience ever. Thankyou Jenny for making me self conscious to try on dresses.

Very rude service at the ownership level and very unwilling to bend in the customers favor when it's the right thing to do. Pretty disappointing to experience that when this should be an automatic from a local business that has the empowerment to make case-by-case decisions. We paid for a veil that we didn't get until after the wedding. Owners only offered to let us pick it up. Not a good win-win resolution for a non-perishable product. Not even willing to refund just 50%!

I had a great experience at Mockingbird Bridal the entire way through. I didn't have an appointment on Saturday when I first came in and they were busy, but they still got me in and helped me try on a bunch of dresses. Alterations with Mia were wonderful! She was very complimentary and easy to work with. All the alterations were perfect! Overall great experience!
