Mrs Pumpkins

We ordered 9 dozen cupcakes and a 6-inch round cake for our wedding from Chef. Manfred at Mrs. Pumpkins. His European buttercream is sinfully good. As an avid baker myself, I was dead set on not paying for something I could do better myself when it came to wedding cake. After four other tastings elsewhere, I knew immediately that Mrs. Pumpkins could not be beat. We were able to mix and match flavors for the cupcakes and he did not tack on extra charges for different frosting flavors like most bakeries. All of our cupcakes were beautiful with different sugar flowers and decorations. My favorite was chocolate cake with a peanut butter frosting. The amaretto strawberry filling was also to die for. I am looking forward to ordering an anniversary cake from Chef Manfred next year!

The owners have started working with Manfred (formerly of Cakes by Manfred) and that was the deciding factor for me. He was easy to work with and created a cake that exactly fit my vision. It was beautiful and probably the best tasting wedding cake I've ever had. His flavors and icing are top notch.

i used mrs. pumpkins for my wedding and my cake turned out fabulous! not only was it gorgeous, it tasted great too! everyone is very nice when you go in there and i have no regrets about using them! everything turned out exactly how i wanted! i would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a cake for an event!

My guests truly loved the strawberry with cream cheese icing cake served at my wedding. Mrs. Pumpkins met with us one-on-one for tasting of several cakes. She drew out a design on the spot for us. It turned out just like we wanted.
